why is there literally no option to text the doctor's office????? like i hate talking on the phone on a good day but i am currently having the opposite of a good day

i tried to cancel my appointment bc i'm sick but as my appointment is in less than 48 hours i can do that only by calling the office which is like fine i guess. EXPECT i am sick and completely lost my voice and cannot for the life of me talk on the phone right now
