Being sent away on a scouting mission for the last few days had been exhausting to say the least, but Sebastian knew it was his duty to his king, his father, but most importantly to his country. He might not be the prince, but he was still part of the bloodline and a knight. Keeping his country and kingdom safe was a duty and an honor. Regardless, he couldn't help but feel relief the moment he'd left the stables, finally able to walk into the castle once more. He looked forward to a comfortable bed, a proper bath, but especially to see a certain face.

While he wasn't actively looking for her, at least he'd say he wasn't, he had to approach when he spotted her. A smile spread over his lips as he stopped a few feet away. Feet together, back straight, he gave her a quick bow. "Good afternoon, my lady. You're quite the sight for sore eyes." He told her, straightening back up, smile still in place.

I have seen the men who are doctors refuse to leave their patients, even when they have no medicine or supplies to give them, even when they're threatened with bombings. I have seen fathers who have lost all their children pick orphans up into their arms and proclaim them their child so they are not alone. I have seen men and boys digging pets out of the rubble.
