question about hamas - so, i fully support hamas' actions of liberation against israel, whatever they might be. however i feel like i can't fully support hamas, and the only reason is bc i heard they're harmful as a governing body to the palestinians in gaza. for example hamas building unnecessary expensive luxury mosques even though most gazans were against money used for that. like any other unideal goverment that can be corrupt. it would be rlly nice to hear ur opinion on the matter bc you seem to be rlly knowledgeable, and hear if I'm actually completely off the mark lol. thank you and have a pleasant week.

i mean, to be completely honest, i don't really care about hamas. and honestly if anyone thinks this whole thing is still about hamas and not about israel committing as many atrocities as possible, then tbh they're extremely ignorant. not to say you're ignorant, anon, and your ask is totally understandable, it's just i really don't care about hamas. i support them as a freedom fighter group, but other than that i don't pay attention to them or what they do. obviously most governments around the middle east are extremely corrupt, but i don't keep up with what hamas does. i'm sure it's done things that gazans haven't liked and it's done things that gazans have liked, but it's not like any other government doesn't do that either. holding hamas to a higher standard than other governments who do the exact same thing is... well that's not great, tbh. is hamas perfect? no ofc not. but just because they've done unfavorable things doesn't mean they should be condemned more than any other sort of government in the world who has done unfavorable things as well. either condemn them all or condemn none of them. and i lean on the side of "condemn them all", but currently i'm not focused on that. i'm not focused on hamas, i'm focused on saving palestine first. we can deal with hamas and dismantling the corruption within the entirety of palestine later, but we need to pay more attention to saving palestinian lives and dismantling israel as a genocidal illegal settler colonial state. our first priority is supporting groups and fighters who are challenging the illegal settler state, even when it includes hamas. if we take too much time "umm"-ing and "err"-ing over whether or not we should support hamas over one of their actions vs another, we're never going to get anywhere.

and honestly? you don't have to support hamas as a whole. many palestinians have controversial opinions over hamas. my parents hate them to bits but they still appreciate that they're fighting for us. i like them and support their goals to liberate palestine, but in general i don't care about or for them on anything else. palestinians have different opinions and that's totally fine. so it's okay if you don't support hamas as a group and as a whole because of it's policies or beliefs. as long as you are standing with palestine and standing with our freedom fighters, you're fine. no one is gonna judge you.

but i'd recommend to not focus on hamas or let people know your opinions about them, because that's not the priority. the priority is to free palestine. we need to stop talking about hamas so much and focus on helping those who are suffering. if we keep things focused on hamas, we are going to distract ourselves from our goals. israel WANTS you to keep talking about hamas. israel WANTS you to question their policies and actions. israel WANTS you to take time away from focusing on those in need to focus on something less important. that's why i hardly even talk about hamas on my blog. because it's not about hamas. it's about a free palestine.

Hi! I don't know if your ace or not, and if this question makes you uncomfortable ignore it, but is it possible for ace people to like, stop being ace if they find the right person? I just feel rlly guilty about reading alastor fics knowing that he's ace and ig this would make me have peace of mind or smth?

I am ace! But I can't speak on behalf of all aces, since everyone's experience is different. There aren't any “rules” to live by as an ace person. Honestly, you can do whatever you want and still be ace. You can also use the label and then find it doesn't fit you anymore, no harm done. That being said… the idea that asexual people will “stop being ace if they find the right person” is a very dodgy one. From what I've seen/read, it tends to be used to invalidate the ace identity. People on the asexual spectrum can and do take partners, and some people end up feeling sexual attraction (demisexuals and grey-aces, for example), but that doesn't make them any less ace.

  I'll throw in my personal opinion here (since this is my blog!): with Alastor specifically, canonically he seems uninterested in sex at the very least, and maybe even sex-repulsed. I don't think the people writing Alastor fics or drawing ship art are being malicious, and the same goes for the people consuming that content. Go right ahead and read those Alastor fics if you want. Personally, I don't care. I've seen some posts on here from other (aro)ace people endorsing the writing and reading of that kinda thing! But IMO, it’s been disappointing to see Alastor's canon identity thrown out so frequently in favour of making shipping/sexual content. There are so many other characters you could be shipping! And I don't think the vast majority of people are thinking to themselves, “he's ace, but there are so many different ways to be ace, and I'd like to explore that for his character”, they're just using it as an excuse to ignore his identity and give him the same treatment as the rest of the cast. But again, I don't think (most) people are being malicious. Just (maybe wilfully) ignorant.

  Anyway, sorry for the ramble! If you really feel guilty about reading Alastor fics, find fics with other characters you can comfortably enjoy. I reckon that'd be a better time for everyone haha /lh

So, funny thing is. I haven't really had much thought into all of them, especially Felix- since as for a few days he's being worked on (his relationships, his thoughts, etc etc. His main inspo tho is most definitely Issac from canon ALNST and Lich from Evillious Chronicles)

Orian has a bit more to her, but not that much as Bastienne was my first resistance oc tbh.

Bastienne, who has many names, but uses Lilith the most has the most info, yet I don't really know how to make her act- yk? Like her personality.

Bastienne is a postman and a waiter. So she has light experience with bringing in food and writing letters <- she mainly writes letters to a "human" idol; Lilith ( @alien-til-i-stage 's oc)

I just. Kinda made Bastienne on a whim, cuz of like. I had this idea of giving Sebastian (another OC) a twin, (funny thing is that Bastienne is one of the feminine versions of Sebastian!) cuz I just couldn't stop relating him to Hänsel from EC/Evillious Chronicles— who has a twin; Gretel and such.

That's why one of Bastienne's inspos is Gretel-

But yk..the idea kinda got scrapped and Bastienne is her own character with no real ties to both Flor and Sebastian, but some metaphorical and "what if" ties (clown, rebels, etc. rebel clown as been a main thing that I've been doing tbh... Flor is the main reason)

But tbh, besides all of that I can give out some fun facts!! (With an added oc, made on the 12th of September!; Yuuki who is Cindy's gf!)

Orian, due to being on the run for a long while- she has gained some muscle! Same with the others ofc, but Orian is slightly more stronger then they are (Yuuki can somewhat match her strength but that's it)

Basti writes letters to a famous 'human' Model! Felix knows that something is up with them, but he doesn't really care as that's not his problem and such.

Felix seems to be nocturnal! <- for lore reasons, that will be explained later (on my @/yuuoseetaasria blog!)

Basti also joins with Felix in mimicking animal sounds ... The Critters™.

Felix has a sister who works for AREPH; an opposing group to the rebel group (for now, since the name is rlly yet to be decided on)

☆ Rin is someone that’s gonna be looking out for you all the time, she helps you with your wrist pain and autism a lot, she’ll do whatever it takes for you to be comfortable. I also think that she would like to watch any kind of shows with you. (she may make fun of them/j).

☆ Len is someone that’s gonna be around you to have fun with honestly, you guys are gonna do the most activities together a lot, I think that he would like playing board games with you but he would rage quit when he’s not winning / or didn’t win the game at all. Like Rin, he’s gonna be looking out for you as well, he doesn’t like seeing his friends getting hurt and he’ll prevent anything from happening to you.

☆ you guys are always so loud! the others can hear you guys even laugh from a 5 mile radius. you and len have the same energy so run is gonna have to look out for two idiots (that she cares for very much).

☆ when your in a quieter mood you’ll get the other two to be quiet as well, whenever you go quiet around them so will they just so that they don’t bother whatever your thinking about. (I think rin would have to stop len from trying to get you out of your thinking bubble, but if it’s too long then she’ll allow him to get you out).

☆ they also buy you a ton of gifts on special occasions! whether its holidays or birthdays, you’ll get a lot of presents from them (sometimes they can be homemade sweets but I feel like they would leave the cookies in the oven for too long and they’ll be burnt).

☆ you guys definitely go on daily walks together (especially to tire len out whenever he’s just a bit too energetic), while you guys are walking you guys will also get ice cream as well (they always fight over who’s ice cream flavors are better…).

but to be fair i STOPPED reading around the part where four split due to the way the lu community reacting to the person with DID, a very stigmatized disorder who genuinely just wanted Jojo to acknowledge they messed up in the past and present and didnt like the vauge ass apology she gave making me actually disgusted. ppl talk about accountability then rallied against 1 tumblr user who was uncomfortable bc ppl liked Jojo's comic so she doesnt have to explain that now she respects nonbinary ppl and understands how past things were wrong for her to say we just infer this bc lu good :/ like hey maybe Jojo owned up to it afterwards or something bc she made 2 apologies that would make a YouTuber blush so i was done w/ the community and it was only rlly after that and after i played a few of the actual games + read some mangas i realized wow actually i do not like lu as much as i thoguht i did they butchered my boy, also i feel i should say it literally wouldnt matter to me do what u want in ur au but lu is now a fandom of its own and its influenced a lot of other aus and interpretations of link so i do take issue w/ how ooc these guys end up being

for one i dont know for me having link as a secret hoarder who would rather DIE than use the full scope of his abilities around OTHER HEROS is just no bc thats fucking stupid levels of wanting to appear normal around OTHER HEROS possiblly the ONLY other ppl to ever understand what u r going through

for me having every single link act like a frat boy/standard teenage white boy who is emotionally constipated is a no??? have u SEEN link he is so sociable and kind and understanding to other ppl WHY r the links like this, so many fics just...make them stew in their issues for angst and not trust the others and be incredibly insecure about the other heros(which is lu canon for at least hyrule and wind i think?) and like ok that is definitely fine for 1 link but why r they all like this in the games link is clearly not like that he wouldn't be this closed off and wouldn't hesitate so much like my dude he just inserts himself into other ppl's lives to make them better than leaves he wouldn't pussyfoot around other heros like what

also another major issue is the mergings just lead to certain characterizations or important backstory for certain links(FOUR. LEGEND.) being completely erased and the nuance of their journeys lost like when u merge links who r canonically 100s of years apart not just in the timeline but in the GAMES? yeah u lose things that make that link special

also bc u mentioned wind waker i found it kinda fucked up that wind waker link was delegated to The Kid TM even tho his entire journey was about moving on from the past to a brighter future and he took on the mantle left behind by the hero of time on his own volition and did what Time COULDN'T do which is kill Ganon but he is constantly underestimated and made into the Kid Who Wants Approval trope specifically around Time which sucks ass ngl he deserves to be an equal him still being a kid while the others got to grow up, including Four who's first journey arguably would have been a better fit for this archtype of wide eyed kid, is just side lining one of the most interesting links especially considering most of the other links were YOUNGER than him when they started

Winter falling over NRC was something you never expected.

It's as if you were in the Arctic, it was freezing. But the cold didn't seem stop anyone, including you.

Running around the snow-covered court yard with Grim while having snow ball fights with Ace and Deuce, baking winter-themed pastries with Trey, causing chaos with Ruggie, hanging at the Mostro Lounge with Jade and Floyd, having Christmas make-overs with Vil, and hanging around with Lilia and Malleus in their dorm.

It was wonderful. But you felt you were lacking something,, or rather someone..

But of course, that specific someone happened to be Idia, your significant other. The shut-in scoffed at those who played in the snow, muttering phrases like "Who would go out at this time..." Or "Playing in the snow? Seriously?" He didn't mean to be rude majority of the time, but his sarcastic attitude couldn't help it.

His little brother, Ortho had tried multiple times to bring his brother out to have fun. But the 'fire-head' always refused. Being the angel he was, Ortho respected his brother, and didn't force him.

However, part of him felt sad that his brother never really went out and had fun like the others, thus resulting in Ortho using his tablet to always be on a call with Idia and bring it everywhere. The perfect solution!

Idia sighed. He appreciated his brother's efforts, but he wondered what was so special about going out and having fun in this type of weather. The only thing that would make him go out was a new video game, and of course, Y/N.

Let's dive into Idia's interest in Y/N, shall we?

He never knew how or why he became awfully interested in the prefect. Whether it be because they were usually his player 2 (besides Ortho), or because they just understand each other, he loved them. Eventually it came to the point where he caught feelings and confessed through a text, being too shy to see them in person.

Heyo apart from me starkly disagreeing with ur beefleaf hate post, I'm honestly mostly bothered by u tagging it with beefleaf/not censoring the name.

Lastly, hate posting & rant posting may sounds similar but not the same. You need to read the content to fully understand, but 'hate posting' doesn't contain any positivity to back up the negativity whereas 'rant' is more personal about what you have in mind, yet not necessarily being all negative.

Though I don’t think you want to read my entire post as it triggers you so much.

But in some case, rant my overlaps with hate when the poster only has negativity in mind.

Also when I said “many beefleaf shippers”, it’s not necessarily about you. But if you got triggered by it, then it’s on you.

Also, if I hate beefleaf so much I wouldn’t have bothered making this edit.
