Another year has passed, and with it the opportunity to reflect back on all that has happened. While my growth was not as dramatic as last year, I can still see lots of positive change.

I'll never have enough ways to say thank you for all the love and support you have given me this year. On to 2025!

Just a heads up for everyone- I’m planning on taking down any of the previous asks on my blog in which I discuss major spoilers for my Coccinella au- at the time I didn’t think I was ever going to actually create the comic for my au so I didn’t mind exploring the plot in detail.

However, I think it’s probably best to take them down now, since the comic is now up and running.

I appreciate all the asks I got at the time! They really helped me iron out the details of my au :) I just want to make sure any readers who search through my blog won’t be spoiled if they don’t want to be (feel free to reblog or save them before I take them down though, I plan on giving it a few days before I delete anything).

I would encourage anyone who has seen the spoilers to not to discuss them in the comments sections of my comics (you guys haven’t been, but I thought I would just mention it anyway).

A Tender Kiss

…His hands cupped your cheeks trembling as if they could break. Sensing his fear, you place your hands on his, in hopes to calm him down.

With a red tint on his cheeks, he attempts to talk again “I… don’t know how to do this… dammit… this is embarrassing to admit” his gaze intense over your lips.

You give him a cheerful chuckle, bringing his attention to you again “~Well now, it’s not like I’m going to bite” You bite into the air to complement the joke. Dumbfounded by your action he leans back for a bit, covering his mouth with the back of his hands and laughs. "Such a childish laughter…" you think, you never saw him like this, a welcome and rare change.

“Really? Hahahah! Making jokes at a moment like this? pfff” As he moved a bit and tilted his head, you were able to see his gentle smile. This flustered your heart, you felt proud that your joke helped him ease his mood. Good job! 

As he comes back in place again, you grab his shoulders and press them lightly “It’s ok, we can do this anot-”.

In a quick jolt, he gets closer to you, grabbing your arms as you can sense his breath over your neck. Catching you off guard by the sudden movement “No! I-I m-mean...” He starts to fumble into his words as he frowns his eyebrows and looks to the side, avoiding eye contact again.

With a deep breath he starts talking again “Listen, I do not fear the fire…” You sense his hands squeezing your arms a bit “I am used to my skin being burnt, a-and I don’t mind anymore when my tools fall on my feet” He leans slightly back and locks eyes, in hopes to not break eye contact.

“And yet, I fear this…. I fear you won’t like it and… Hah, I'm so pathetic” He squeezes your arms again, but tries not to be too rough when doing so. It feels loving in a way, you take the opportunity to change the pacing of the topic.

“Huh, I love this pathetic guy you know” He stops, dumbfounded yet again, eyes widened at you, listening attentively to every word. “He has too much confidence in himself, he also thinks he is the best at everything…” You start listing everything about him some good and some… bad, we all know his strange behavior at the beginning when you both met. He had a mixture of emotions listening to all this, he hated it and loved it at the same time. Your unpredicted humor is something he had grown to love, just how much can you do this to him? He doesn’t know, and yet he loves this kind of situation you put him into.

“But this… it’s not a pathetic situation, so don’t say that” You cupped his cheeks and leaned closer, giving him time to reject the gesture if he wanted, you made a tiny detour to his ears and whispered “I love you” You go back to face him again “Being shy over this doesn’t make you pathetic”.

Something changed in his eyes, they were soft and his left cheek was just slightly red. This was such a tender moment, he had no words to answer back, it was so… lovely and warm, that he couldn’t help but give a sincere smile.

“God he is so hot- ok chill chill chill” you think, “Stop being horny right now! Haaaa- this is not the time right now!” you start arguing with yourself, his sudden movement snaps you back to reality.

A kiss, a simple and yet tender kiss, he did it. Something you were both longing for, a genuine love sparkled over your chests as if it was New Year's Eve. You felt you could wake at any moment if this was a dream. He moves his hands, one on the back of your head and the other on your waist. 

With such an abrasive personality, bickering here and there every day, his true feelings flourished at this very moment. The true March you see drunk in the tavern at night, but sober this time.

This was just the start of a long night.
