do you think elijah would have fallen for bonnie if she ended up with one of his siblings?

i assume you're asking because he was into hayley after she slept with klaus but she was never in a relationship with klaus. they had a one night stand. elijah's white knight ass just liked being the protector in that situation. we have never seen elijah fall for someone who was in an actual, genuine relationship with any of his siblings, whereas klaus and rebekah's codependent weird asses have done all types of weird shit.

elijah's irritating ass attitude towards his siblings' relationships are often dismissive, when he acknowledges them at all. if she's dating kol, she's just ignored until he needs her, because so is kol. if she's dating rebekah, she has the best chance of being treated well. if she's dating klaus, it depends on how he feels about klaus at the moment.

besides that, bonnie has historically been a nonfactor for elijah. he betrayed them and never said shit to her about it. he got her mother killed and wrote an apology letter to elena. as much as it's about elena is the protagonist, elijah literally did not care about anyone in the mystic falls gang besides her (not that i would expect him to?) whereas other characters have expressed an interest in at least one or two other members of the mfg while tormenting or helping them. not bonnie, not caroline, not the salvatores, not alaric, etc. i don't think her being an active part of his siblings' lives is going to change that if her being someone who tried to kill them, and came close to it, wouldn't.

if it's the scenario that bonnie is pregnant by klaus instead of hayley, i still don't think he's going to fall in love with her because he isn't going to get to play protector or have her thinking he can be her savior. bonnie doesn't need him, and more importantly, would not rely on him. if she had to rely on any mikaelson, it would be rebekah or klaus (begrudgingly). his focus would be on the baby, which would rub bonnie the wrong way, which would mean they would be even more distant than anything.

if their individual relationship became anything, it would be allies and maybe friends down the way once he starts treating her like her own person and not someone who can do something for klaus (and ergo, the family).

Can you do something with shanks where he has an s/o that likes to bite when they're excited or especially affectionate and Shanks is usually fine with it since its not hard enough to ever do any real damage but one day either he's busy or in a bad mood and when the s/o does it because they're feeling very affectionate he gets mad or really stern and mean which has never really happened before to that extent. It causes the reader to stop biting altogether because they're insecure. Shanks even catches them crying while biting like, a piece of wood, to curb the urge to bite. Sorry if this a weird request or too specific, you don't have to adhere to every little thing just the general idea. Whatever is comfortable for you to write.

All of your previous lovers would agree to one thing, one specific thing about you. And that was the fact that you would bite people. Not like a shark, but just bite and hold the flesh of the person when you felt happy or very affectionate. It was your way of being, your way of showing happiness other than the usual way. You did make sure not to bite too hard anyway. The ones you did it with, you had a deep emotional bond with. You had bad memories of people freaking out or teasing you in a bad way about it which is why you now only did it with people you really trusted with.

Shanks, your current lover, not only accepted it as a natural part of you but also didn't hesitate to encourage it once he learned the reason why you did such a thing. He'd laugh, showing your faint bite marks off with a large grin saying "I'm theirs!" And your chest would just feel so full of joy and happiness.

However today, and you didn't know it, but Shanks was in a rotten mood. He'd heard that one of his old friends had gotten hurt back in the East Blue and in critical condition. That and the Marines had cornered said friend in the region. Now he couldn't reach them via snail. It was not a good idea to storm over there to help either, since that would take some time to reach the place. So Shanks was in a worried and concerned mood. He had stormed into your shared cabin, back facing the entrance, looking out the window. You entered and in a happy mood, seeing only his back to you.

You happily skipped over to him in your shared cabin, as he looked out the window and took his arm and placed your teeth on his forearm, only for him to yank his arm away, snapping at you. "Quit it will ya?! It's annoying!"

You flinched, staring at him in a shocked and a pained expression "Huh? Oh I-"

"You think its all okay don't you? Well guess what sweetheart. It's annoying and weird."

"In fact, the only reason people allow you is cause they pity you. So I'd suggest that you drop the habit. Alright?" He hissed at you.

You nodded a few times, feeling your heart drop to your stomach, and ran out from the cabin, refusing to cry in front of him. Shanks just sat down on the chair near the window, head in his hand feeling immediate guilt. Why did he do this? He always ruined things unintentionally didn't he?

The next few days, he barely saw you, you slept on your own hammock with the others and either didn't meet his gaze or didn't come to him. And he....in his defence, didn't know how to apologize, especially when they had to participate in some battles. In the middle, when there were moments of joy, he didn't even see you do your usual thing even once. Even if it wasn't him, he would have at least expected you to bite any of the other friends you had on ship. The fact that he didn't see you do it even once, made him mote concerned than anything else.

The night after the battle, he entered belowdecks, hoping to find you. He was frozen with shock and horror as he saw you, sitting there with a small block of wood in your mouth, clearly biting into it, staring back at him in surprise. The two of you stared at each other for a few seconds before you dropped the wood into your hands glaring at him. "What."

"I- no, what are you doing?! That's bad for your teeth! You shouldn't-" He cried reaching out to you.

You slapped his hand away, turning away. "I shouldn't bite people right? Yeah, that's what I'm doing. Not biting people, isn't that what you wanted? Cause it's weird?" You spat at him.

"So you bite a block of wood? Why? Why not just bite someone else's arm? I'm sure they'll-"

"I'm trying to stop the habit. Easier for everyone, don't you agree? Then no one will have to agree to this." You said coldly and Shanks swore he felt something in him crack. You were trying to stop the habit? Your cute little habit?

Oh, how shitty he felt now. "Sweetheart, listen. That was....wrong of me to say. I was not thinking straight."

"Yeah well, you could have told me. Just one line, 'hey, not now, I'm not in the mood' or 'Maybe later' or 'Can I get some time alone?' Anything! I would have listened to ya'" You yelled, nails digging into the block, snapping your head to meet his gaze.

He looked down, hand rubbing the back of his neck, "I know, I know. Trust me, I felt like a rightful ass after I did it."

He looked at you again "But still, I'm not any less sorry and I definitely don't think those thoughts."

You snorted, "Yeah right."

He looked pleadingly at you. "Darlin' please. Don't you trust me? You think I would lie to you? After all we've been through together?"

"Honey, whenever I see those marks, I show em' off. I love them, cause they're yours. You made those on me cause you were happy and what kind of boyfriend would I be if not happy at my partner's joy? I promise ya, I show them off any chance I get cause I'm so proud.

It was your turn to look down at the block again, mind feeling slightly conflicted still. You felt his hand reach out and tip your chin up to meet his face. "Love, please. I'll do better next time. So forgive me, and don't do...this."

You searched his eyes for any sort of lie at all. Any hint that he really did think the opposite, that he was just lying, to get you back, just as the ones who had done the same before, to you. All you found was love. Genuine, apologetic, hopeful love. And you dropped the block, surging forward for wrapping your arms around his neck which he happily reciprocated, his only hand curling around to place itself on the back of your head.

He put some space between you two to kiss your cheeks, before placing another kiss on your forehead, finally resting your foreheads together. "I'm so sorry, baby. I promise I'll do better." He murmured.

Your hands found his palm, holding it and giving it a squeeze of reassurance. "You'd better" You teased, slightly.

He matched your smile, but it grew once you made eye contact, lightly biting the flesh of his palm. "There you are." He whispered out.

All was well. And he would be damned if he broke his promise to you, this he swore.

I can't believe starwavewave is such an underrated ship esp since its been 40 years these guys were around. Well tbf I do think tfone is one of the few versions where their dynamic isn't inherently contemptuous/distrusting of one another. They have a surprising undertone of camraderie? Like I don't think they're besties or whatnot, but there's an air of cooperation and trust with one another. Starscream doesn't technically order those two around — the three of them just do what they do. They help one another in the couple of battles they were together without even saying anything, and they're coordinated in fights. I haven't seen another iteration where they all like... Just actively work together by choice.

There's also the fact the the HG doesn't move until those three flew off to join Megatron. And the three of them don't discuss nor order it around — they're just united in that decision. Idk it really speaks that the HG has an unexpected trust in those three's decisions and judgement — what they say, goes.

So yeah I love shipping tfone starwavewave and I hope we get to see more of their teamwork and a more cooperative dynamic with one another, I think them actually getting along somewhat would be super interesting and have a lot of potential

I totally agree I've been obsessed with the dynamic of TfO StarWaveWave since I saw the movie, and I'm kind of surprised they aren't shipped in other continuities they have been around for quite a long while. I know their individual ships are somewhat popular but they have a lot of potential as a trio too.

I actually started shipping them because of a running joke between me and my friend about our tf one ships, besides Dpax,Oplita because rarepairs are fun,with the most random ships ever for funsies. Like shocklita,soundbee, starbee,starlita,megalita, sentistar, arceelita,jazzop etc. (if there's an abundance of Elita ships it's besides she's my fav,her and Starscream ngl)

I just joked that I might as well ship Starscream, Shockwave and Soundwave because like they were together in every scene in the movie besides the times they were forced apart by circumstances. That and the added history of being comrades for several hundred cycles, plus their personalities could be made into an interesting dynamic so I just got hooked then and there. They really do feel coordinated in that sense, like that one scene where Soundwave shoots down one of sentinel's guards trailing Shockwave and Starscream destroys the one after Soundwave. Plus the way they fight with Optimus, they don't exchange any words they just know how to fight together and that's just so interesting to read between the lines. They don't give the vibe they're outwardly close nor the most typical but they give old married couple vibes because they're just so used to eachother's habits and pretty resigned to them. Soundwave knowing why Starscream was riling up D-16 and choosing to step aside and see what happens because he likely had seen the latter do this a thousand times before,Shockwave's bursts of anxiety and Soundwave's... I actually don't remember if he had any of them he seems to be the one who's tolerating the other two and their interesting.....quirks lol.

In other continuities the toxic side of their relationship is pretty appealing too, they're like the three co workers who can't stand eachother but just happen to work well with e/o so they are constantly forced to work together. In comes three competent people acting so petty and childish when they are around each other, Soundwave/Shockwave's beef in cyberverse,Soundwave/Starscream's beef in idw2 and Skybound. And I think Starscream/Shockwave's thing in tfp maybe... Ironically I think those two have been more amicable in canon continuities than with Soundwave ngl.

I legit need more fics of them, I'd pay for a pre canon story, heck I may write one myself if no one else does because I NEED to see it.

And in this week's post for DR: Demix, I'm finally sharing a concept I've had stewing in my head for a while now. A tale of not one, not two, but THREE JUNKOS! Yay!

In DR: Demix, there are 3 Junkos, the reason why is that I wanted Ibuki to have her own little Izuru form, and I thought the perfect equivalent of that was Junko. But to make it work, I needed to retroactively change a lot of stuff, and it was a really fun process ngl. And things got complicated regarding whether or not Junko in DR1 even is Junko at all, so I thought I'd add a little fun tidbit to that too.

"Junko Enoshima" in Demix 1 is Ryoko Otonashi, and the name is just a nickname people gave her in reference to the founder of HP. She takes up the name when Mukuro dies and she goes ballistic, like Kiyotaka becoming Kiyondo.

Junko Enoshima in Demix 2 is the founder of Hope's Peak. An anarchist revolutionary who was granted the opportunity to make a better world and kinda flubbed it because she was a teenager.

The "Junko" Project in Demix 2 is also the hyperactive and insane Mastermind" of the killing game, created in a secret project by disgruntled student geniuses, Ibuki was transformed into a sick reflection of HP's founder and manipulated to becoming a pawn of Taka's... but not really.

Junko 1, the Titleholder - The first Junko is the one we know and love from THH, but that is not her real name. Ryoko Otonashi - the Ultimate Moral Compass - is her real name, and "Junko Enoshima" is just a nickname given to her by the hopeful youth that see her as the successor of the revolutionary woman who founded the school of Hope's Peak itself.

In reality, this "Junko" is no more than an opportunistic teenager, who thinks the name is... weird, at best. Reveling in the popularity and opportunities she's given as the so-called "reborn Junko" to cause chaos, even if beneficial chaos, to every school she is shipped off to after setting the last one ablaze with riots and protest in the name of her vision of a right and just world.

It's not until she experiences an unimaginable loss in the events of Demix 1 that she fully embraces that nickname in a bout of insanity. Swearing to burn the school down to its foundations with everyone inside, promising through running tears that she would accomplish it, any means necessary to avenge her sister.

Junko 2, the Founder - The second Junko is seen in an old busted portrait taken about thirteen years prior to the events of the despair, and she is the revolutionary founder of Hope's Peak. An anarchist leader, she was the first truly identified ultimate. A revolutionary, quite literally, Junko used her incredible talents to bring Imperial Japan to heel in the second world war, starting a prolonged anarchist revolt that would only be quelled when offered to change the system from within, the government granting amnesty, infinite travel funds, and most importantly an institution made in her name where she could support the youth: Hope's Peak Academy.

Ultimately, it was a mistake to take the government's deal, as her efforts to spread revolution worldwide were quashed and Japan restricted her freedoms until she was an old woman who had hardly the energy to walk around the school she founded herself.

Junko 3, the Mastermind - Not forgetting the dream of their founder, many students united clandestinely to discuss the future of their school despite neverending scandals and reports of corruption. With their founder missing, they created a project to rejuvenate the school under a perfect vessel: an ultimate revolutionary of their own. One with every talent under the sun needed to retake the school for themselves.

A council of sixteen students at the head of the project did their best to transform reserve course student "Ibuki Mioda" into their savior... only for her to end up a completely out-of-control maniac.

"Junko" is a hyperactive monster, her only limitation being what her genius mind can come up with. She is constantly in a state of bliss as whatever desire Ibuki once had in that mind of hers was accomplished, even if she doesn't remember who she was anymore. And she lives to revel in that fact, to enjoy her talents now and forevermore, as it is the only thing she has of her old self to cling onto that makes her feel whole.

Tsum!Rollo:

🔔 I imagine tsum!Rollo is, obviously, similar to OG Rollo. He has this dignified but strict aura to him, and you'll probably feel a little anxious around him, as if he's about to scold you for breathing wrong. 🔔 He is very particular about how clean his surroundings are, and will unpromptedly start tidying/cleaning any room he deems that needs it. He has a fondness for flowers and will check any he may find, even attending to them! 🔔 He seems like he's very well-behaved...however, he also has a big distaste for Magic and its users, particularly Malleus. If he gets angry, he will not hesitate to bonk on people's heads as "punishment" for their careless behaviour (or just... for annoying him). He's actually much more emotional than he seems, similar to his OG counterpart. 🔔 OG Rollo initially did not want to interact with tsum!Rollo, he found him ridiculous and even denied their resemblance. But after seeing tsum!Rollo's behaviour, and how similar they really are, he grew to like him and enjoy his company (mainly because he found someone who finally understands him). I imagine they had a proper farewell when the time to depart came, with big words and all (Rollo can be quite dramatic, in his own way <3). 🔔 (bonus) He pretty much only tolerates the Prefect being around him (......and me eheheh/silly) simply because of their lack of magic and since OG Rollo seemed to tolerate the Prefect fairly well in GlosMas.

Tsum!Fellow:

🦊 Tsum!Fellow would be as expected: Theatrical, enthusiastic, the kinda friendly guy to get real close to you with a big (hypothetical) smile on his face...Until you realise your wallet is missing. Oh, it seems a tiny cat tsum took it while tsum!Fellow distracted you! 🦊 Yep, tsum!Fellow comes with an extra tsum!Gidel! It seems these two can never be separated... hm, reminds me of another striking duo on campus. How curious. 🦊 Tsum!Gidel pretty much just follows tsum!Fellow around, sometimes even resting on top of his head if he's unable to keep up due to his much smaller size. Tsum!Fellow is quite the swindler, after all, you never know when a new opportunity for some cash may come! 🦊 Despite his small and stubby hands, tsum!Fellow is impressively good at sewing like his OG counterpart! He fixed up a hole in OG Gidel's clothes before OG Fellow could even grab a needle and thread! What a useful little fellow, right? (also no one knows how tsum!Gidel is able to consistently hold his hammer...) 🦊 He is...not quite fond of the students. Truthfully, they annoy him to hell and back! Especially those rich ones that act as if they don't have a care in the world...*looks at Kalim.* So unlike OG Fellow, who can mask his distaste fairly well, tsum!Fellow will not hesitate to attack anyone who starts pissing him off. 🦊 After the shock wore off, OG Fellow would see his and Gidel's tsums as one thing: an opportunity! I mean, he once tried to pass off Gidel as a stringless puppet, and now he has two toys that are ACTUALLY alive! Even better, they can dance and put on a show like he and Gidel do, talk about damn luck! And his tsum seemed to heavily agree with him... sly foxes. 🦊 But uh, it went horribly once the tsums started to get annoyed by the crowd and started attacking people <3 (by that I mean tsum!Gidel bonking on everyone as tsum!Fellow ordered him around). 🦊 Fellow realised one thing then: his tsum is similar to him not in just appearance and mannerisms, not he's too similar...including all the bitterness he carries inside of him everywhere... Well, that makes them useless. And not only that, but they ruined his whole bit that could have gone so well! Hasta la vista then, go back to where you came from! Go ruin your own cons, not his!!

General opinion: I LOVE ZAC BRO, he might be my favorite character from season 1 after Ken, he's just a silly guy and on EVERYBODY'S SOUL he deserves all the fan girls he has in canon

One thing I really love and appreciate about Zac is how he's genuinely kind AND confident at the same time, like, usually with famous characters in kid media, they are either fake asf and are assholes in secret, or are in reality really shy and insecure about themselves in some way and Zac is neither of that, like in his debut episode (I think) his whole "Even if you can't outshine me since I'm the brightest star, that doesn't mean you don't deserve to shine your best !!" thing IS SO ADORABLE TO ME ILISM, like even during his rivalry with Akira, he doesn't really have much asshole-ish moments (at least that I remember) bro is kinda a breath of fresh air

He's also genuinely funny imo, his one sided beef with Wakiya needs to be talked about more istg, and I am NOT letting y'all forget "The Masked Blader" that shit was hillarious, I love it, AND THE WAY HE'S EXTRA PLAYFUL AROUND TOKO AND NIKA IS SO ADORABLE I CAN'T

I could be wrong but again I find it very strange that several account that hates Brodia, claim F!Alear is the canon one, hates M!Alear ship Alearcryst, insist that the Fell twins are Alear's sibling because of an headcanon and express themselves in the very same manner and keep intereacting with the AITA blog with it always being their FIRST post and regularly hosting polls to test which of F!Alear or M!Alear people prefer would all be run by completely different people.

Also.. again, searching, I realized that a lot of the reblogs that were taking side of OP were having the exact same type quirk and scrolling through their blog there is none to little content which are limited to intereaction with the AITA blog and rebloging from the same blog as aleardivinedragonmonarch and weird captions such as never mentionning which is their main account and all

The last one I am SURE I saw the account femalealeartruther at SOME point reply with the exact same arguments.

If somehow they are different person, then this must be one heck of a coincidence

That's just baffling that each time you make a blog and then deactivate it all to come back with a new obsession. And each time you pretend to be someone else. Why can't you just run a blog without trying to spark the flame of discourse ? The block button exist, the mute button exist. It's up to you to curate your own online experience and if you are indeed a minor as you claimed several time you were yet keep insisting on having this behaviour, then maybe it's a sign that you are not mature enough to be on social media. Especially since you speak as F!Alear as if she was a real person and not just a fictional being. okokok i will admit i did totally start early because i got immediate motivation and ideas which does not happen often- and initially i was just gonna like. idk, outfit swap haikaveh (genshin ship) and slimeriana but alhaitham's outfit was too detailed for my liking so i just made them their own designs!!

and then i got rlly carried away for the next few days as my brain slowly deteriorated (i hadn't gone outside in a week, my will to continue with this strange AU faded after I took a walk) and uhh..

A lot of rambling (I tried to make it coherent for anyone who doesn't play genshin) and other little drawings beneath the cut !!

Charlie comes from Mondstadt (based off germany, thought it would be the closest fit, they also really like wine there so charlie can still be an alchoholic lmao !!), and like quite a few others there, he is a bard! His element is dendro, mostly just for the sake of it being green lmaoo-

Then, Mariana comes from Natlan (based on the Aztecs, and I believe q!Mariana is an Aztec god of some kind?). I haven't thought much about his character ngl.. I have a bit of a theory, based on the small amount of info I know about Natlan, that no one except the archon is supposed to be able to weild pyro, but... idk, maybe Mariana used to be the archon? They don't have to die to be replaced in Natlan, just defeated in battle, from what I've gathered. Mariana has shit defense and health, so he desperately need someone to keep him alive. Meaning he greatly depends on Charlie, the only person willing to travel around with and take care of him.

I actually came up with the concept of his elemental skill--similar to Barbara, a hydro healer, he would play his lyre and sing, summoning a bunch of little slimes (not elemental ones of any kind, they may have some dendro effects, but they're not actual dendro slimes or anything- if that makes sense-) that latch onto the person's injuries and heal them up !! when health is full, maybe they move to attack enemies or somethin' idk lol

And, speaking of like.. abilities n stuff, I feel like Mariana would have a burst not too different from Diluc's, making big ass wings out of fire or something

One of the NPCs, Katheryne, who does a nurse joy kinda thing and is magically at every city at once, we end up finding out is from Snezhnya, and isn't an actual person. She's a bionic puppet that can be recreated. I figured that, maybe, Codeflippa could be some form of a prototype, copying the form of another human being. Why they would chose Flippa for this, I have absolutely no idea, but uh.. Yep !!

Juana would eventually flee from Snezhnya, taking Sunny with her, and I'd imagine that in her effort to protect her younger sister, she would end up gaining an Anemo vision! (She needs to control air currents, it's a necessity to me. She must become the coolest backflipper ever.)

Later on, I'd imagine that Sunny would gain a Geo vision. Her and Navia would probably be best friends.

This fic feels so close to me because of how true and close the whole settings and narrations sound like with my thoughts so yes, it's something you should invest your time and think of everytime someone said sebschumi.

I ask this as a Clerith fan myself - why are so many people up in arms about Tifa "lying" in her GS date? I'm not even sure what people are referring to when they say that. If it's when she denied talking to Aerith about Zack... Aerith literally lied about the EXACT same thing to Cloud and no one calls her out about it.

Obviously the context of Cloud bringing up the issue in the first place is quite different with both girls - with Aerith he's wanting to know where they stand and if he can pursue her or if he should give up. While with Tifa he's still focused on Aerith instead of the girl he's with, which makes this date and his extreme (frankly OOC) actions come across as a rebound because he feels like he has no chance with the girl he's really interested in. But that said, I interpret the lie itself as the same from both girls - they know Cloud's memory is unreliable and digging too much into the topic of Zack might make him MORE unstable, so they dodge the issue. Also maybe a secondary reason of lying to keep the mood light/romantic, instead of bogging it down with something heavy.

If it's in response to what she says after Cloud wonders about Aerith still having feelings for Zack... that's up to interpretation, I guess. PERSONALLY, I would take her responding "It's more complicated than that" as dodging the question at worst or even a soft, implied disagreement with Cloud at best. It would be incredibly easy and simple to just say, "Yes, she still likes him." That's NOT what Tifa says, even though to an extent it might be true (Aerith makes it obvious that she's fallen for Cloud by the end of the game, but she MIGHT still love Zack too. You can love more than one person at a time. It's just unclear if that's the case for her or not).

We know from the scene on the ship heading towards Costa del Sol that Tifa and Aerith wanted to talk about love and boys, but it was postponed. But it's also clear they're spending a LOT of time together trying to hash out what's going on with Cloud and generally opening up to each other as friends off-screen, so I think it's safe to say they DID have this conversation eventually. I believe by the chapter 12 date, both girls are fully aware that they EACH like Cloud romantically, but for the most part they care enough about each other as friends to put aside rivalry/jealousy.

Tifa's response of "It's more complicated than that" just feels like the honest truth to me. Does Aerith still have feelings for Zack? Yeah, maybe. But she also undeniably has feelings for Cloud. And Tifa, on a date with the man she ALSO loves, doesn't want to lie but also can't bring herself to say that whole truth (also it's not really her truth to say? Confessing for someone else is messed up in its own right NGL) when doing so would almost certainly kill her own chances with Cloud.

I honestly feel sorry for her in her date. I read the situation as her trying to be as honest as she can without quite literally triggering Cloud or spilling Aerith's secrets, while Cloud, AT BEST is acting out a role with her and being the suave hero who he thinks she wants (which is arguably true, but let's not get into whether Tifa wants the "real" Cloud here) instead of his true awkward self (thus no actual progress in their relationship is made, since everything was just an act on his part). And AT WORST is outright using her as a rebound.

okay let's make tibarn/naesala happen

let's enumerate every possible way to make them work. for funsies. because i am normal and have normal 3am hobbies:

option 1: reyson and leanne both die tragically somehow; tibarn and naesala have weird sex about it

pros: ngl this is my Default Option for like 80% of my ships for a reason. it's just fundamentally neat when ppl are sad about their dead former lover and think about them constantly even whilst they are flinging themselves into the arms of a new one. if you can get TWO people doing that simultaneously? with each other?? hell yes

cons: honestly...,,, both of these boys seem enormously terrible at providing anything remotely resembling comfort. like, i feel like they try to have weird angsting-over-reyson-and-leanne sex, but then they just have normal-ish, boring, wham-bam-thank-you-m'am, vaguely-unsatisfying sex, so then you're not even getting Demented Catharsis out of it, and then WHAT IS THE POINT. like have you ever known a dude who takes up jogging to try and get over his ex? and then he quits after a couple weeks when he remembers Wait Cardio Is Boring As Fuck? it's like that. i think they try it for a bit and it's blah and all purely physical and then they're done. i'm just not quite seeing it here!

option 2: naesala's the weird skrunky sometimes-third-wheel sometimes-third-partner to reyson/tibarn

pros: i think this meshes best with all their personalities as presented in canon. tibarn & reyson keep letting naesala off easy because, y'know, he's more useful to keep around and guilt-trippable, but also because he's pretty fun to drag into bed sometimes, right

cons: this is avoiding the tricky bit, right? i specifically said naesala/tibarn because i want to figure out how to emulsify these oil-n-water bitches together. if you let reyson be the glue between them, you're taking the easymode way out!

option 3: do you think love can bloom even on a battlefield

(aka, naesala and tibarn both murder the hell out of some senator who dicked both of them over, and they look into each other's eyes and realize that despite all their differences they do both find Murderous Justice very hot, deep down. and maybe also each other? like it's hot that this guy also Gets It right)

pros: ok, come to think of it, you could make this one really funny. like, suppose Reyson's been kidnapped or something, right, and Tibarn's like I Will Do Anything (Even Ally With Naesala) To Get Him Back

and so Tibarn fights Through Hell And High Water to rescue his twinky boyfriend

and they SUCCEED, and Reyson's super-unconscious but safe, and in that moment he looks into Naesala's eyes and... they get supremely frisky, and it feels incredible and right in the moment but boy that's gonna be awkward the second Reyson actually wakes up lmao

cons: dissolves the second reyson wakes up, alas. like the Weirdness hangs around after, that's still fun, but.

option 4: naesala has a little bit too much fun being the powerful one for a change

i'm pretty sure naesala would Literally Die rather than ask tibarn for help, ever. but tibarn? tibarn might in fact get desperate enough to call on naesala for help. you could probably spin some toxic yaoi out from there, right. tibarn very much trying to hold onto a sense of self and telling himself he's just doing this for instrumental reasons, but also having his sense of self lowkey fucked up by having to play second fiddle to naesala. naesala very much enjoying stringing this guy along. that kind of deal

pros: wasn't thorki big for a while or something. i feel like we get thorki vibes out of this. can i steal some MCU ppl away to spur on a Second Great Awakening Of Tellius...

cons: this would require me to have a good Theory Of Mind for Tibarn in particular, which i do not, alas!
