Understanding that Quackity has made massive mistakes managing Quackity Studios and paying the workers that the studio has employed and recognizing that he does not deserved to be doxxed, stalked, had threats made to his life, and face the risk of being swatted (which is especially dangerous given that he is a recognizably Latino man living in the United States of America and he is not originally from the country) are two concepts that need to coexist. I typically really dislike these types of posts, but this cannot slide. This doxxing is not deserved, nor can it be reasonably justified, and that should not be a statement I have to further explain.

I'm assuming you mean in regards to SPN. Honestly, I don't get much. It's cozy and curated here. I got hazed pretty hard, like, within my first month of being on Tumblr, so I learned pretty quick to curate, curate, curate.

TLDR; Me having opinions about Cas's stubbornness quickly devolved into people making assumptions about my social history and supposed politics based solely on where I live (re: the subject of homelessness). It was...interesting. For sure.

To be clear I don't hate anyone whose excited for Caleb! I do think its funny how polarizing it is to have him back though. I wish we had a tanned/brown li, but I knew that would be very unlikely lol. I think its kinda clear who my least fav is, but like as long as you aren't invading spaces to just shit on the character and their fans I don't get the big deal.(even my least fav I do get why people like him and do like him a lil) I also feel like any ounce of criticism people are acting like we are asking the devs/people to die when that's not the case. At least not for my case or the takes I've seen.

I also feel like the people talking about it fall into 2 camps. 1 only want to follow canon with no wiggle room and the other enjoys having and adding their own headcanons and shit. like people getting mad about people drawing/writing poly or bl content since the devs said no bl. like cmon you put 4 hot men together you dont think the fujos are going to flock to it. yes i know its an otome game, but that hasnt stopped it from happening in prev otome games. tbh i feel like as long things are tagged properly i dont see the problem(of course unless the material is illegal).
