lemon bars are such a pain in my ass to bake off
#pers#so easy to undercook them cause of the lemon on the top. so easy to look like#they’re burnt when they’re not even done yet. Annnoying!#i had to stand by the oven for like 45 minutes just to eyebal them and im still worried a few are underdone. they’re so good#but at what COST!!!
