i need to have words with whoever dressed buck for his date bc what is even going on here??? white sneakers are super casual, paired with more formal shiny black dress pants (look at those pleats!), with a semi-casual button-up polo??? to say nothing of the disconnect colour-wise (the only worse outfits of his this season are the finale fits, but that’s another post). 

he looks as disappointed in himself as i am in the wardrobe department. 

i need to headcanon that he had trouble deciding on what to wear, going back and forth for an hour before finally landing on an ensemble he thought was good [spoiler alert: it was not, in fact good]. for someone who had dressed pretty well this season, this outfit was shock-horror.

“Happy release day everyone, exciting stuff!”

Too right Louis! Kill My Mind is out and it's awesome and the world is all over it, hell yeah. KMM hit the charts high and climbed all day, hitting #2 on iTunes and getting great press, with LTHQ going hard on the global focus.

He did the first of many radio appearances, notably the Indie House Party spot, genuinely the Louis interview of DREAMS, a full hour of real music talk and respect and Louis just relaxing and talking about what he loves with someone knowledgeable and smart who takes him seriously as an artist, I'm... overwhelmed. And Louis playing music for us? Please just give Louis his own radio show I want this content always! He also did an earlier show, played the rom com game, fun stuff but no room to get into it sorry highlights below. The Notebook still isn't a rom com though, where's the comedy? Someone needs to talk to him and Harry about that.

MTV calls KMM "bigger slicker and rockier than anything he's ever done", and talks about his note of intention, Rolling Stone published a write up and tweeted about the song (as does Rob Sheffield, "KMM is the No Control sequel I did know I needed"), iHeart says "think LBD and No Control vibes with an Oasis twist," Euphoria calls the song "a new age Britpop banger that'll shine even brighter in a live setting" and Louis "your new Britpop icon," he got a twitter moment, Power Radio UK is gonna play the song hourly all weekend, and the Comic Relief breakfast footage is finally dropping, teased today and out tomorrow.

Louis says the song is about experimenting when you're young, fun nostalgia, and looking back at being juvenile. He says it can be read as being about a toxic relationship but mostly that it's about going through an experimental phase in your youth and doing things that might not be good for you but are exciting, about "... uh... being naughty" (it's at least in part about drugs like yeah I'm saying it. It is and you know it, fight me, and also who cares, it's not a big deal.) He says, "the next few songs I have coming out represent me as an artist," "this is the most comfortable I've felt musically," "this is the vibe from now on," about the song being loud and in your face, "as promised!" and that he is "proud and excited"- yeah! Us too!!

He thanks the fans more times and in more ways than I can count but yeah bunches of tweets, radio mentions ("they're smart yeah?" *taps head cutely*), re: the fan project of a BILLBOARD IN TIMES SQUARE (can you believe?!) he says, “so fucking incredible,” he did a thank you video, and a final tweet to finish out the day "even if I don’t always see you all I feel your presence and your backing" and signed off by saying fuck fandom factions with his emphasis on how much he loves ALL his fans.

An Arista release about KMM calls TOU “the first single off (Louis') album” and Louis said today that he wouldn't be playing Miss You in Madrid- he said he will play five new songs not counting KMM yiiiikkkes and OMG. He says he will be covering one of the songs he deleted on the radio show keep or delete game! (But not the Arctic Monkeys one so that narrows it down to what like three? My money's on the Libertines) (FYI I hope yall know I'm taking that day off just getting that out there now.) About the 1D ten year anniversary he says, "we should do something for that." And yeah what about those guys? Let's be real, we need a special section for this; he's talking about Harry. He's saying his name and casually talking about communicating with him! Asked about being in touch with the boys- he said he "saw Liam most recently," that he talks to him on the phone, that he hung out with Niall at Glastonbury, in fact he really gets into specifics and details for them both, exactly when and where, and then he says he hasn't seen Harry in "a while" but "I've been in contact with him recently, it's proper nice. Proper nice." Okay okay... by nighttime radio slots we had progressed to chatting about Harry's hair. He's asked about Harry's new haircut looking like his and he says, "I'll be telling him that yeah," and later, "I'll be sending Harry a text about his hair." Listen NBD right ....unless maybe you've been force fed a narrative of them not even being friends anymore for years. So are we seeing an end to that nonsense? HELL YEAH bring it on! A good start, KMM cowriter Jamie Hartman casually dropping the factoid that KMM was recorded at Shangri La, yes, the same studio where Harry was holed up to taking all those shrooms and recording HS2. Louis also named Japan as where he'd most like to go on tour, lol. Not mentioned once today: Eleanor or Freddie. I mean why would you mention your girlfriend during a whole radio segment about rom coms and romance amiright? Mhmm. I'm not saying we've heard the last of them but it definitely wasn't a focus today.

The lyric video exists and is cool and I don't have time for it but it shows him dressed as Liam Gallagher onstage, cute, and tells the story of a couple meeting at a Louis show and in the end smooching by a, uh, lighthouse. Maybe we'll have time for video analysis in full by the weekend? Let's go girls!

Finally, when promo was done for the day he parked himself on twitter to see what was up- he responded to a fan teasing about the Real Madrid shirt- “beaut shirt tho.” It was beautiful, the rainbow especially. He defended his height, ("to be fair he's a tall fucker"), says he liked Florence and the Machine, thanked Rolling Stone and various others and a few other things.

enamorao enamorao pt 1

inspired by cncozadaddy’s ask since I really want to showcase them competing I'm gonna extend this into a 2-3 part series. It had been maybe six months for me, working with CNCO. I traveled with them, took their pictures, orchestrated how they were perceived via pictures on their social medias. Today we were in a coastal city on Puerto Rico, shooting promo pics for their newest album. “Que lo que, mamacita. Have a good night’s rest? Sueño de me?” A gruff cackle cascaded over me as I snapped Erick’s last pic. I turned my head over my shoulder to see a familiar face, toothily grinning as he wrapped his arm around my waist.  “Coño, she’s still mine right now.” Erick tsked his tongue at Richard, who remained firmly at my hip before his arm unwinded and he took a step to the side, hands up in a way that proclaimed his innocence.  “Lo siento, bro. I didn’t realize we had to schedule her tiempo.” He continued to laugh as Erick broke his pose to approach us both, taking the space at my other side to glance at the camera’s screen. All I could do was laugh at this interaction, something I had grown used to over the past months. I’m pretty sure the boys had a bet or something at this point, with how much they played with each other regarding me. “Ay díos mio, baby girl. Are these idiotas bothering you again?” Christopher came up from behind, the only space that wasn’t occupied and wrapped his arms around my middle. He then laid his chin atop my shoulder and laughed his signature high-pitched cackle.  I shook all of them off a few teasing expletives, turning to all of them as I let the camera hang from my neck so I could cross my arms defensively across my chest. “Chicos, chicos. I’m just trying to do mi trabajo.” I clicked my tongue and shook my head, making fun of their antics. “And you all are awfully distracting.” They laughed along for a moment, the moment being interrupted for me when a gruffer voice slid in beside my ear.  “You wanna see a real distraction?” Zabdiel pressed cheekily as he came up from behind, his finger brushing a strand of my hair back before he slid both of his hands in his pockets, stepping to my side before he jutted his hip out to bump mine suggestively. “Jesucristo, can I catch a break?” I pressed both of my palms together towards the sky in mock prayer, lifting my chin up as well before breaking off into little chuckles. The rest of the boys shifted their positions to enclose the circle, looking towards me and Zabdiel, before everyone’s head turned to see Joel finally make his way out of hair and makeup. I looked to my watch in comic melodramatics, before tapping it and lifting my gaze to find his. “Fashionably late again, princesa?” I inquired with a cheeky tone, and to a slight avail I managed to get Joel to crack a smile. “Seems like I interrupted something, sorry. Are we finally ready to get to work?” Joel completely ignored my question to come at all of us with a bit of his signature sass. With a symphony of grunts and groans the rest of the boys rolled their eyes and cracked small smiles as they returned to their places. Joel then approached me, knowing it was his turn to get photographed. “Do you ever get tired of all the attention?” He asked with a softer voice, his tone serious but carrying a passive aggressive yet teasing undertone. “Not until I get your attention, Joelito.” I rolled my eyes in response, my hand gesturing for him to get in the frame, the backdrop of the day being a rocky beach in front of an aquamarine ocean. In response to that nickname, his nose scrunched in a displeasure that I reveled in. When he finally got into the designated area I began snapping photo after photo, and it didn't take long to get a few good ones, considering Joel was one of the more photogenic ones.  “Done with me already? Or do you just want to get to Zabdiel?” He asked with his chin raised, lips pressed into a thin smile. At his name Zabdiel took his attention away from his phone to center it on us. He then got up and came over, suspecting that his time in the spotlight was nearing. In a coy response I lifted my shoulders into a shrug before answering, “I don’t know, why don’t you figure that out yourself.” He laughed and shook his head at my answer, and didn’t even bother looking at the photos I took before going to sit down. Zabdiel stood before me, waiting for direction. He was one of the boys who always looked towards me for artistic direction. Or perhaps he just liked talking to me. “Try smiling more this time around. Todos aman tu sonrisa.” I barely caught his smile that followed suit, and in a flirtatious response he took a step towards me.  “y tu? Amas mi sonrisa?” His eyebrows rose, his arms folding across his chest as his frame stood tall above mine.  “Yes Zabdiel, te amo tu sonrisa.” I shook my head, not able to meet his gaze really, because it was well -- enamoring.  “Can you say that louder so the others can hear?” He spoke slyly, before dipping his head back in laughter. The comment only made me shake my head more, the seriousness in the flirtation shattering after that.  “Pendejo,  go get into position before I make someone else be your photographer.” I snapped with a laugh, continuing to shake my head. He eventually stepped back and decided to sit on one of the various rocks protruding from the shell-white sand. Zabdiel ultimately did what I told him though; smiling at the camera, smiling at the ocean, smiling at me. I took picture after picture, until I had realized that I took plenty more than I needed to.  Well shit....I mumbled to myself, before taking out this memory card and sliding it into my case. “That took awhile.” Richard bounded up behind me, resting his palm at the space between my shoulder blades once he reached my side. I snapped back in immediate response, hoping no one would catch the time that I had wasted.  “You know how Zabdiel is, with his facial expressions and all.” To his dismay, Zabdiel clutched his chest in mock shock and hurt before putting his head down in faux-shame.  “Ah, ya veo ya veo.” Richard nodded with a chuckle, and as the rest of the boys dispersed he leaned in, brushing my hair away from my ear so he could murmur right up against my ear. “Take some really good ones of me. I’m trynna look good for a certain mamas.” I could nearly feel the sly smile formed as he said that. Just then the hand that rested between my shoulder blades dropped and briefly fell to to my hip, his wide palm giving it a gentle pat before he walked over to the scene. I stood their for a moment in awe, the places where he touched me heating up exponentially, and for certain my cheeks did as well. The rest of his shoot went by smoothly, as he was quite photogenic as well. In the end he came up to me, looping an arm around my shoulders as we walk towards the rest of the boys -- since Richard was the last one. Before we approached them he pulled me in slightly so only I could hear what he would say. “Keep the best ones for yourself.” My gaze flickered to his at the same time his did mine, and for a split second I imagined taking something a little further, but before my mind could divulge the possibilities he broke free from me and congratulated all the boys. Up until this point everything between me and the boys had remained purely professional, but recently they’ve all been pushing the boundaries and I’ve certainly been feeling the heat of it. “So we’re all going to that celebratory Luau right?” Christopher inquired, looking at all of our faces as we sat in a circle with the director, Clara, Renato and some other managers. All the boys agreed with hearty excitement, before everyone turned to me.  “uUh, si si. I guess.” I answered back with a frantic tone, now that all eyes were on me.  “Alright well then I get first dance.” Zabdiel elbowed the boys playfully, before looking at me with a suggestive smile.  “Then I’ll get the last.”  Richard said so seriously, looking at all the boys as if anyone was going to challenge him, but no one did. Then he looked to me with a bright smile, saying something a bit quieter so only I could hear. “I mean....ese es el que vale la pena recordar.” He admitted with a shrug, and to play it off I waved my hand in dismissal. I could already tell it was going to play it cool in front of all the other boys, knowing how flirtatious they were when we were working.

A - AU (Random AU here, so like domestic, prince, vampire, etc.)

I almost made it vampire, single father, boyfriend, or husband Donghan but didn’t, so shameless self promo right here. I see Donghan as a prince!AU(probably gonna write one now), he’s that prince that was born into it but hates it. He just wants to dance and be normal, but being of noble name he can’t. He would sneak out of the castle and visit a nearby town, dressing in commoners clothing and using a fake name. It was in the town he met you, a kind inn keeper who let him rent an extra room you had, you didn’t question his obviously fake name as long as he paid the rent on time. The room was only even used at night, when he’d arrive, but he’d always be gone by morning. Weeks passed, and the two got to know each other, but Donghan still hadn’t told you he was a prince. He probably wouldn’t tell you either, until he has to, since his parents found out he was sneaking out at night and sent a guard to follow him and find out where he was going to at night. His parents would force him to tell you he was a prince, hoping it would kill anything feelings between the two of you, but it doesn’t work.

B - Best Friend (what would they be like as a best friend? how would the friendship start?)

You know that friend that you are like I could totally cut them out of my life, but if you tried to it would kill you, he’s that friend. Like you hate but you also love him, and he’s the best friend you could have.

C - Cuddles (cuddler? not a cuddler? maybe a cuddler? how would they cuddle?)

Donghan is clingy, cuddles are a given. He loves nothing more than just holding you, regardless of where you are and what time it is, he’s always up for cuddling. He’s the big spoon, of course, he’d pull you down to sit by him and within minutes you are on his lap and his face is in your neck.

D - Domestic (how domestic are they? would they clean? cook? help you clean/cook? or would they just mess everything up lol

Donghan helping around the house, that would be your dreams come true. He’s the least helpful person ever, he just steals all the cleaning supplies and puts them on high shelves and is like “You’ll get them back when you kiss me.”

E - Ending (if they had to break up with someone, how would they do it?)

Donghan I feel would recruit his friends to help him, he’d be that guy that can’t find the courage to breakup with you himself, so he gets his friends to drop the hint, and basically break up with you for him.

F - Films (what kind of movies would they like? theaters or netflix?)

Donghan I feel would be one of those “I’ll watch whatever you want to watch babe” guys. He’s not going to openly say I want to watch this or that, but he’s lowkey hoping you’ll pick the movie he wants. He’d probably hope you pick that horror movie, because he wants to be that boyfriend that holds his girlfriend when she’s scared from the horror movie. He’d prefer Netflix to theaters, just because you can’t really cuddle that much in a theater.

G - Group Mates (how would they break the news to the group? how would their group mates interact with you?)

His friends would probably tease the hell out of him, like he has a girlfriend, gateway to being teased forever. They would be apprehensive of you, but would soon become best friends with you. They would talk shit about Donghan with you, and probably tell you all the weird things he doe trying to scare you off, until they realize it’s not working and then are like “Well little bro she really does like you, she didn’t run off when we told her you sleep with a stuffed animal from your childhood.”

H - Hugs (how would they hug you? is it common for them to hug you?)

Hugs are really more cuddles than actual hugs. Donghan is clingy as hell, like he’d hug you and then twenty minutes later you two are still hugging, but it’s transitioned into cuddling since he won’t let you go.

I - Intimate (how touchy feely are they? when would they become comfortable to be touchy feely?)

As said before, boy is clingy as hell, you better expect his hands to be everywhere, just everywhere. 

J - Jealous (would they ever get jealous? how would they act if they were jealous?)

Jealous, Donghan, yes. He wouldn’t show it and refuses to admit it, but he gets really jealous when he notices his friends getting close to you or you getting close to his friends. 

K - Kisses (how would they kiss you? where do they like to kiss you? where do they like to be kissed?)

Kisses with Donghan would be wild, like boy is wild so of course. He’d probably pick you up and push you against a wall, complaining the height difference makes kissing hard. Boy probably often kisses your forehead or the top of your head, he’s tall so he says that’s the only place he can kiss without bending down. I feel like he’d like it if you kissed him on the cheek, which isn’t that easy due to his height, but if you did, he’d love it.

L - Little Ones (how are they around kids? are they scared out of their minds or are they the kids’ bff by the end of the day?)

He’d be both I feel, like to start with he’d be scared to death and thinking of ways to get out of being around this child, but within an hour if the child is a boy, the two are in a fort with a no girls aloud sign in front of it and telling you that you can’t enter, or if the child is a girl, he’ll be sitting in a small chair pretending to drink tea and eat crumpets as the guest of honor at her tea party. If it’s a boy I could see him turning into one of those people that throws the kid in the air and catches it also, or if it’s a girl, he’ll be wrapped around her finger and by the end of the day he has bows in his hair and she put makeup on him, because he couldn’t tell her no.

M - Morning (how are mornings spent with them?)

Mornings are lazy, him saying five more minutes and holding you tighter, five minutes turn into two hours, and before long it’s 2 pm and you are starving but he still refuses to let you go. Mornings with him are you waking him up and him refusing to get up, but you’ll have to get wise, get out of his grasp before waking him up, wake him up from across the room if you can’t be late, then he can’t grab you and pull you back onto the bed. 

N - Night (how are nights spent with them?)

Expecting cuddling while watching a movie, probably a horror movie in the hopes of you being scared so he can cuddle you more. It’ll be 2 am and he wants food so you go on a convenience store run and he’s like time is just a social construct created to confine people to their homes once the sun sets, and you are just like “Grab the damn banana milk and ramen you want so we can get home.” 

O - Open (when would they start revealing things about themselves? do they say everything at once or what a while to reveal?)

I feel he’d want to form a bond before he starts telling you much about himself, he’d want to know you are someone he can trust first. He’d start opening up after that trust is formed, and it’s a little bit at first, but gradually grows and before long you’ll know everything.

P - Photographs (are they into documenting your relationship? what kind of pics would they take? candids? posed? funny?)

He would take all kinds of photos, he has folders based on what the photo is, funny, candids, posed, aesthetics, couple. He probably has a folder called blackmail of the ugliest photos he could take of you, incase he needs something to bribe you into giving him that last slice of pizza or the last cookie in the jar.

Q - Quizzes (how much would they remember about you? do they remember every little detail that you mention in passing? or do they kinda forget everything?)

Donghan I feel would be a mix of both, he’d remember that story you told him about that time you went swimming with your cousins in a lake and got your swimsuit stuck on something, but he doesn’t remember that story you told him about that time your mother thought there was a turtle in the road and sat there for ten minuets before realizing it was a rock(my mom actually did this once). He tries to remember everything, but doesn’t.

R - Rain (what do they like to do when it rains?)

Depending on how you react to the rain, he’d either love watching it while holding you, or trying to keep your mind off of it. If you feared thunderstorms, despite how much he likes teasing you, he’d instantly become serious the moment storms are predicted to happen and start coming up with ways to distract you from what is going on outside. Even if it was 2 am and it started storming, he’d come to your house in the rain, to comfort you and keep your mind off the storm. If you weren’t afraid of storms, he’d enjoy listening and watching the storm with you in his arms, before probably falling asleep.

S - Sleep (what are their sleep habits?)

He’ll sleep wherever and whenever, like if you two are outside in the park, if it’s peaceful he would fall asleep right there. He likes to cuddle you when you sleep. He finds it comforting to pull you against his chest, like big spoon definitely, and falling sleep with you in his arms. 

T - Try (how much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, everyday tasks?)

The first few dates were probably his mother’s planning, he didn’t know what you’d like so he asked her for help and she pretty much planned them. The first anniversary was also his mother’s planning, but all after that were his own plans. When you ask him to do chores, he’ll do everything to avoid it. 

U - Ugly (what would be some ugly habits of theirs that you’d not like?)

He has a habit of placing things on top high shelves so he can watch you suffer while trying to get it down. I also feel like he’s a blanket hog, so cuddling with him means you need two blankets or you better be ready to fight for it or just sit in his lap, which honestly I feel like he’d purposely only bring one blanket and then be like “Well I guess if you wanna be warm you’ll just have to sit in my lap” but then you go and get your own blanket.

V - Victorious (would they play games with you? what kind of games? would they win?)

You know Mario Karts, probably all this boy plays. If you win, you can bet your ass he’s accusing you of cheating, but like how does one cheat at Mario Karts. If he wins, expect him to tell everyone, he would probably call your grandma at 3 am to tell her that he beat you at Mario Karts, and he will constantly bring it up, like you tell him to do something like chores and he’s like “Sorry babe, I’m a Mario Kart winner, I can’t do that.” 

W - Winter (what do they do with you when the weather’s cold? is it hot cocoa and cuddle? or is it ice skating? or something else?)

Even in the middle of summer this boy is cuddling you, he’s clingy as hell and won’t let go of you even if you say you need to use the bathroom. Cold winter days with him are spent cuddling in front of the tv, watching a movie, while sipping on hot cocoa, which you made because he somehow managed to burn the milk the first time.

X - Xtra,,,,,i tried (a random headcanon for them!)

Donghan wouldn’t be very domestic, but he would have his moments, and in those moments, expect him to want you to praise him. Like he noticed you fell asleep so he put your laundry into the dryer and then took them out and folded them and put them up, so expect him to remind you of that time he saved your clothing from sitting in the washing machine for hours and expect him to expect you to make him his favorite dessert or something as a thank you.

Y - Yuck (what would be things they wouldn’t really like? either in general or in a partner)

Donghan I feel wouldn’t like people that he can’t feel like himself around, he wouldn’t want to be around people he feels don’t appreciate him or that loose cannons and always ready to fight. He wouldn’t want to date someone he feels he has to be someone else around, he would want someone that excepts him flaws and all, and also wouldn’t mind him being clingy af.

Z - Zodiac (what is their zodiac sign? do they fit it to a T? speaking of zodiac, how superstitious are they when it comes to love?)

Donghan is a cancer, like me so I know all the shit about this sign. Cancers are intuitive and sentimental, often they are regarded as one of the most emotional and sensitive zodiacs. They are seen as the most challenging zodiac to get to know, and get attached to people that they are close to. While they are one of the most loyal, emotional, and empathetic signs, they are also often manipulative, insecure, and moody. Often they are quick to help and even quicker to avoid conflict. Easy to get hurt, they are gentle and caring. In a partner cancers prefer someone that can understand them through nonverbal ways, silent contact, and daily routines; relationships don’t last long with flaky or superficial people they feel are unreliable. Cancers are a sign that needs someone they feel calm, protected, and free to express themselves around, to form a relationship. The easiest way to make a Cancer think you don’t care about them, is by taking them for granted and ignoring the compassion and understanding they send your way. The model captioned the pic “yes, they let me keep the boots” which hopefully means this will not be the last time the brunette is seen rocking them. Gotta wonder if this was on the set of something special. Another cool note is the comment from her brother Elias Rappaport, got to love some sibling teasing.

R&R! Singer Callan Duffy just completed his world tour and celebrated is birthday, and posted this selfie to the gram, letting fans know that it was “time for rest” Gotta say there’s a bit of a post-tour glow here and Duffy is fulling showing that off in the sunlight.
