Demonic Doorways and Signs or Symptoms of Demonization/Demonic Oppression
“He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.” – Ecclesiastes 10:8
Demons are malevolent, evil personalities. They are spirit beings. They are the enemies of God and His angels, and man. Their objectives in people are to deceive, tempt, accuse, condemn, defile, pressure, resist, oppose, steal, control, harass, afflict, kill, and destroy. They also try to keep people in bondage to sin. The same demons the Lord Jesus Christ was casting out of people when He walked on the earth about 2,000 years ago are still around! Indeed, the scriptures read “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).
Demons enter through “open doors.” They have to be given an opportunity to enter. Every person on the face of the earth is a target of satan’s kingdom. He devises a plan to ruin and destroy each person, there is no one who is exempt.
Normally, Christians are hedged about so that demons can’t enter into them (yes, despite what some would adamantly deny, Christians can be demonized, but not be possessed). Normally, non-Christians are also protected to a certain extent in that the Lord does not allow demons to violate their free wills. An opening in the protective hedge must be made before demons can get into a person’s body.
Sin (especially continual, habitual sin) breaks a hole in the protective hedge, many times allowing a demon or demons to actually enter into a person committing the sin. The scriptures are clear: any dealing with the works of satan opens a doorway in a person’s life for the inflow of demonic infestation. God told the Israelites: “Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God” (Leviticus 19:31). The scriptures are also clear that whatever a man sows that is what he will reap (Galatians 6:7), and to not give the devil a foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:17). If you have lived a life of blatant rebellion against God then you shouldn’t be surprised if you have issues with demons, whether you are a Christian or non-Christian.
That said, demons do not always automatically leave the body of a demonized person when converted to Christ. The convert may need to have prayer for deliverance.
But one may argue that there are many who live a life of blatant sin but their lives seem to be going well or even “blessed.” Yes, that is true for some people and it is possible the god of this world (satan) is “blessing” them. Satan doesn’t mind if a person has the “good life” as long as that person is on the broad road to destruction – to hellfire. The demons they may have in their life can lay low, but will get stirred up and will retaliate against the person if he or she repents and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ. I have experienced this in my life: once I totally repented and submitted my life to Jesus Christ, the host of hell tried to literally kill me. Why? Because once a person turns to Jesus the person becomes a threat to satan’s kingdom since the person can be used by the Holy Spirit for God’s kingdom.
The list is not exhaustive but here are some things that will possibly open a person up to demonic infestation. Some things are due to the person’s own sins and others due to other people’s sins.
Possible demonic doorways:
New Age meditation (such as Transcendental Meditation) and New Age visualization.
Practicing yoga.

Indulging in certain Hip Hop or Rock music [link].
Indulging in pornography.
The practice of fornication [link 2], oral sex, sodomy, masturbation. Involved in incest.
Being unequally yoked with an unbeliever.
Involved in divination (such as consulting a psychic), fortune telling, I Ching, numerology, astrology, horoscopes, dowsing (or water witching), tarot cards (or oracle cards), palm reading, a pendulum, or contacting the “dead” as in a séance and divination games such as Charlie Charlie. Playing with an Ouija Board even on a smartphone.
Anything that alters the consciousness especially drugs (this is a huge demonic door opener and a very common one) such as smoking marijuana, DMT, ayahuasca, crystal meth, LSD, cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, etc.
Drunkenness.
Listening to binaural beats or New-Age frequency sounds [link 2].
Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy.
Reiki [link 2] (or energy healing), or anything to do with mystical energies (such as qi), or occult healing (a huge demonic door opener). Also being involved with Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Touch, CranioSacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Network Spinal Analysis, or Reconnective Healing® . Being a “lightworker” or involved with “light language.”
New Age Medical practices such as muscle testing (applied kinesiology). Diagnosed by an occult practitioner such as an Iridologist. Acupuncture.
Qigong, Tai Chi, and the mystical side of Martial Arts.
Opening the “third eye”.
Involved in any kind of occult activity, magic (whether black or white), charming,  witchcraft, spiritualism or spirituality such as Winti, Umbanda, Macumba, Candomblé, Santeria, Obeah, and Voodoo (this is a huge demonic door opener). Also involved with shamanism, a witch doctor (another huge demonic door opener), traditional healer (or sangoma), spiritual guru, medium, spiritualist, magician, soothsayer, seer, sorcerer, yogi or the like. Also involved with a psychic healer or psychic surgeon. Not to mention involved in any pagan ritual or “cleansing”.

Involved in ghost hunting.
Unwilling to forgive and having bitterness [link].
Being a worker of iniquity (stripper or frequenting strip clubs, prostitution or fornicating with prostitutes, involved in gang activity, selling drugs, stealing, constantly lying, infidelity, direct rebellion against God or parents, etc.).
Idle words.
Involved with developing psychic or ESP abilities such as telepathy; involved with mind control.
Cursing God.
Giving in to irrational fits of rage or anger.
Extreme pride.
Not necessarily open doorways for demons to be inside your body but possible demonic open doorways into your home:
Cursed objects such as dream catchers, talisman, amulets, charms, a pentagram, etc.
Any occult or New Age items such as ouija boards, a voodoo doll, etc. Certain occult and magic books can also have demonic attachments such as the 6th and 7th Book of Moses.
Tribal objects such as masks or anything consecrated or used in false religions.
Any idols such as Buddha, Hindu “gods”, or Mary statues.
In or near an area where spiritualistic activity was performed (perhaps someone who lived in the home before you played with the ouija board).
Doorways the person may not have opened directly but someone else has opened:
A victim of sexual abuse or molestation.
Generational curses (perhaps one’s ancestors were involved with witchcraft or the occult).
A victim of black magic – a witchcraft spell, curse or hex (such as eating cursed foods or drinks; or charmed. Word curses.
Was dedicated to the demonic realm.
Or it can be none of the above:
I have come across people were there was no apparent doorway for the enemy to afflict him or her. And there were no generational curses that we could identify. I believe in such cases God may be testing the person’s faith. Job was a man who was blameless before God but God allowed satan to afflict him with boils (Job 2:6). God allowed the apostle Paul to have a messenger (or angel) from satan in his flesh, which he called a thorn, to buffet him to keep him humble (Corinthians 12:7-9). The following scripture can apply to such people who are being afflicted:
“Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy” (1 Peter 4:12). Yes, those who truly live for Jesus Christ will suffer persecution in some form or another (2 Timothy 3:12).
For many years I got attacked constantly by the enemy even though I wasn’t practicing any sins. The more I prayed or the more I did some good works for the Lord the more the enemy retaliated. It’s not an easy path to really live for Jesus Christ as the scriptures read “…Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God” (Acts 14:22).
Possible signs or symptoms of demonization or demon possession:
Feeling or sensing the demons moving on the inside of them; can feel the pains move around. Feeling pressure or tightness and movement in the head or eyes and stomach areas.
Will have strong, inner compulsions to do bad things that are not in their normal behavior patterns like having bad thoughts of suicide, murder, or to molest. Can also have very strong addictions to things like drugs, alcohol, pornography, and masturbation.
Very manipulative and controlling (could be a Jezebel spirit).
Can have multiple personalities or an “alternate ego“.
Intense uncontrollable rage or anger.
Very heavy, uncontrollable twitching type activity on certain parts of their bodies like their face and their arms.
A compulsive desire to want to curse and blaspheme God and Jesus.
The demons can at times control the vocal cords and speak right out of the person’s mouth. When this occurs, the tone of the person’s voice could change, like a woman speaking out in a man’s deep, husky voice. Demons can also emit animal-like sounds out of a person’s mouth and vocal cords like the hissing of a snake, the growling of a lion or tiger, or the emitting of a baying type howl like a wolf. They can also let out very loud screams and yells, especially when being directly confronted by the deliverance minister during the actual deliverance itself.
Various types of facial contortions which no longer look like the person, such as glazed eyes or a filmy look, slit eyes, blank stare type eyes, eyes rolling backward where all you see are the whites of the eyes, black eyes, and stretching the skin of the face into a contorted, hissing like expression.
Various types of bodily contortions like people slithering across the floor like snakes, getting on all fours and barking like dogs, growling like lions, or howling like wolves. Strangely stretching out their spines, fingers, and hands locking up and going rigid, and demons grabbing a hold of a person’s throat in order to try and stop them from talking with a deliverance minister. The demons can also whip the head in a very rapid side-to-side type movement, stretch the neck out as far as it will go, along with jolting portions of the body causing those portions to move in a very rapid side-to-side type movement.
Hearing voices or having tormenting thoughts in your head. Sometimes hear words accusing you, putting you down, blaspheming God, or compelling you to commit murder or other criminal acts; very intrusive thoughts (I would say there is almost a 100% certainty of having demons with this symptom).
Extreme pride or arrogance. Have a mocking smile or laughter when praying for deliverance over the person. Demons are very proud (read about Leviathan).
Engaging in self-harm acts such as self-mutilation or cutting.
Most, if not all, mental illnesses or disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, neurosis, etc.
Epileptic seizures.
Many diseases and physical afflictions can be due to spirits of infirmity (See: Luke 13:11). I believe Morgellons disease and fibromyalgia are several examples. Blindness, deafness and being mute can be demonically caused.
Having a choking sensation; dizziness; blackouts.
Have a very hard time praying and reading or hearing from their Bible. Aversion to worship.
Inability to confess Christ.
A feeling of heaviness or oppression. Strong depression. Melancholia.
Uncontrollable or very powerful feelings of lust. Strong impulses of sexual perversity.
Having psychic abilities or mediumistic abilities.
Extreme hatred for a people group (e.g., Jews, the Church, etc.).
Speaking in a foreign language that the person never learned before.
In regards to children, extremely defiant, rebellious, out of control, violent and hateful towards parents.
Terrifying doubt of one’s salvation even though one once knew the joy of this salvation.
Hyperventilation and shortness of breath with no medical cause.
Feel like you are being constricted much like a snake constricts its prey.
Constant anxiety or terrifying panic attacks or other abnormal fears.
Compulsive desire to tear other people down even if it means lying to do so. The vicious cutting use of the tongue may well be demonic.
Dreams and nightmares that are of a horrific, recurring nature. Clairvoyant dreams– dreams that later come true– may be demonic. Frequent dreams of dead people or death; or dreams of a (horrid) sexual nature.
Constantly seeing the same number groupings.
Thinking you are being gang stalked without any substantial evidence or when it hasn’t been confirmed by another person. Scared all the time or paranoid.
Superhuman strength.
Kundalini symptoms.
Scratches on the body that didn’t come from any natural source.
Alien Hand Syndrome (a person’s hand involuntary tries to harm the person).
Insomnia.
Sicknesses that doctors can’t detect.
Warped and distorted character: hard, egoistic persons; uncongenial, dark natures.
Tourette Syndrome – tics, vocal or physical repetitions such as grunts, hissing, swearing, blasphemy, and jerking part of the body.
Symptoms of multiple sclerosis.
Headaches without any medical cause; inability to concentrate.
Issues with gluttony.
Chronic memory or concentration deficits with no organic or traumatic cause.
Having a messiah complex.
Signs of demonic activity (may not necessarily be because of demonization):
Seeing orbs or strange lights.
Catching shadows or streaks out of the corner of your eye or peripheral vision.
Poltergeist activity: hearing knocking or footsteps; items being moved around the house.
Hearing voices, breathing, growling, barking, pig-like noises, or hissing in your ear as you start to fall asleep.
Strange smells like smoke, burnt moldy wood, badly burned pork, rotten eggs, sulfur, etc.
Sleep Paralysis, hypnic jerk, being slapped or touched while sleeping.
Waking up and seeing gray, black, or pale greenish/gray clouds.
Pets appear to see things that you can’t. In many cases, the animal will interact with something or appear fearful.
You feel like you are constantly being watched.
Electronics malfunction. Lights flicker, light bulbs blow, etc.
Synchronicities keep occurring. You keep seeing specific numbers like 11:11 or 444 on the clock or other repeating numbers.
Frequent or strange accidents.
Sexually assaulted or tempted by evil spirits.

Let’s talk about adrenal fatigue. This is a true epidemic in our society due to the pressure to succeed in all categories of life and to look great while doing so! We work hard, play hard and spend more hours in our day working than we do relaxing and enjoying each other. Between the pressures of life and the food we have come to know as “healthy” it is no surprise that most of us are walking around exhausted and dependent on stimulants like coffee, sodas and sugar.
What is Adrenal Fatigue? This is our bodies reaction to us asking too much of it. Each time we wake up and drink our morning cup of coffee, the adrenal glands kick in and produce the hormones known as corticosteroids. Cortisol levels typically are at their peak in the morning when we wake up and then taper off at night to help us begin our sleep cycle. Caffeine and sugar increases our cortisol levels. Once we begin our work day and our stress levels rise because of deadlines, a difficult boss, co worker or customer etc and more cortisol is produced to help the body manage these stressors. Now after a hard day of work, we hit the gym or the trails and we push our bodies to the max asking more from our adrenals. Or perhaps we lead a life of low stress that includes meditation, gentle exercise and pretty good diet, however we have an unknown food intolerance that causes bloating, joint pain, fatigue, brain fog and dis-ease. Or perhaps we have an injury or a accident that called for surgery….All of these incidents and lifestyles can lead to adrenal fatigue or worse exhaustion. Sounds hopeless? Not at all!
What are the symptoms? Chronic fatigue, menstrual abnormalities, insomnia, hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism, depression, rapid aging, obesity, stress. Waking up after a full 8 or more hours of sleep and you’re still tired or not being able to fall asleep until the wee hours of the night are both symptoms that your adrenal glands are stressed.
How do I prevent this? The good news is there’s a lot we can do to avoid this adrenal catastrophe! We can test for adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances and food intolerances to get a clear picture of what’s going on. We can work with a doctor and nutrition expert to guide us through diet and supplements to support our adrenal health. A two fold approach is necessary in maintaining adrenal health.
Nutrition: A clean diet void of food intolerances, fried and processed foods and low in sugar, caffeine, alcohol and gluten not only help your body run like a freshly lubed engine, but also gives your adrenals a break and allows them to produce enough hormones at the appropriate times, rather than all day long! If you can maintain a diet rich in plant nutrients, healthy fats & proteins and organic fruits and vegetables along with probiotic rich foods like fermented cabbage (think sauerkraut, kimchi) your gut will thank you with a balanced gut flora and strong immune system. When your gut is healthy and balanced, your adrenals don’t have to go in over drive. This diet will also reward you with a sharper, more relaxed mind and sustained energy rather than brain fog, sugar spikes and crazy energy.
Lifestyle: Laugh more, dance more, love more, and do what you enjoy more! Managing your stress through meditation, practicing your spirituality, talk therapy, self care (massage, acupuncture, craniosacral work, yoga, time away) and moderate exercise is important not only for your sanity, heart and bones but also for your over worked adrenals. Take some time to listen to your favorite music and go for a walk or perhaps you play an instrument or used to dance and sing? Tap into the things you used to do before life got hectic! Unplug from your electronic devices and plug into your loved ones or nature.                 Dr. Alisun Bonville — Just helping you out in your everyday journey

Friday Q&A: Jaw Pain
Friday Q&A: Jaw Pain Nina Zolotow
Q: I have a student with jaw pain. She is a new student and just mentioned it to me at the end of class yesterday. I searched YFHA, but didn’t find anything specific to the jaw, but I may have searched inefficiently.
I will ask if she has a diagnosis, but do you have any suggested yoga practices specifically for the jaw? I teach neck and shoulder stretches, but have not done much work specifically for the jaw. I sometimes lead my students in Lion’s Pose and we will do self-massage for the face, but any other suggestions? Thank you for any help you can provide!
A: When I got this email, I immediately thought of fellow Bay Area yoga teacher and specialist in all things jaw-related, Cantor Shachoy. She was kind enough to address this question and a few others I had for her. Here’s a condensed version of our interview. —Baxter
Baxter: Cator, thanks for agreeing to share some of your experience and wisdom on the subject of jaw pain with us! Obviously, we don’t really know what diagnosis or the source of this particular person’s jaw pain is. But can you tell us what the two or three most common reasons are for jaw pain in those you have worked with and a little bit about each condition? Cator: Let me start by mentioning my perspective on this topic. In addition to being a long-time yoga and mindfulness instructor, I am also a Craniosacral practitioner. Craniosacral bodywork has a unique understanding of the jaw, which is that it is intimately intertwined with the rest of the body. Much of what I have to offer with regards to yoga and working with the jaw comes from my training in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and applying these principles to yoga practice. The three most common causes of jaw pain that I work with are: 1.TMJ/TMD: Pain of the temporomandibular joints, located just below the ear on either side of the face. This may be caused by clenching, grinding, structural imbalance (e.g. scoliosis), car accidents or other whiplash (bicycling accidents, sports, etc.), slips and falls, braces, dental work, or other accidents. Hormones, emotions, and trauma can also be factors. 2. Sinus Pain: The upper jawbones, the maxilla, are hollow bones. They have a cavity or sinus in them. When the sinuses do not drain properly they can become heavy, dull, painful, and prone to infection. Sinuses may become blocked due to clenching, inflammation, environmental sensitivities, headaches, muscle tension or spasm, structural imbalance, or injuries as listed above with TMJ. 3. Compressed Teeth: This may be caused by clenching or grinding, a fall or blow to the head, or other causes, and may result in infection or need for a cap, crown, or tooth removal, replacement, or root canal if unaddressed. Baxter: Are there some common approaches to these most common causes of jaw pain, in regards to the use of yoga tools or other mindfulness practices? And, if so, can you share a few with us? And is our curious yoga teacher safe to do those things she mentioned above? Cator: Here are some basics for working with the jaw (we all need a lot of reminding so these can be repeated many, many times): 1. The upper and lower teeth should never touch unless you are actively chewing food. Through bringing conscious awareness to the habit of clenching during the day, we can learn to release the lower jaw so that teeth are no longer touching. This takes frequent reminding for awhile, and it can be said many times in the same yoga class, or practiced throughout the day by taking a few minutes three to five or more times a day (morning, noon, night and a couple other times) to notice what's going on inside your mouth. Invite the lower jaw to release away from the upper jaw, creating space between upper and lower teeth. 2. Practice modified Lion Face pose. Lion Face pose is most often practiced by taking the facial structure to extremes—mouth and eyes open as wide as possible with tongue fully extended, and head and neck often thrust forward. If someone's jaw is tight and painful, they may not be able to open wide, and it could cause some damage if they are not careful. Likewise neck tension may be affecting their jaw (see section on cross connections below). Instead, practice opening and closing the mouth slowly, in a range that feels comfortable. Use the action of opening and closing as a means for investigating what feels good, what does not, and what happens. Is there any clicking, popping, crackling in the jaw joint? Slow down a little. Don't force. If you pay close attention you can even notice when the jaw action influences the neck. You may notice slight twinges and right-left pulls. This gives more info about the neck-jaw connection. Small movements and relaxed muscles will reveal more than extreme movements and tension. 3. Practice breath awareness. When we are clenching, it's very difficult to breathe into the lower belly. Conversely, if we are breathing freely in the whole of the torso, we will be less likely to clench. Begin to notice your breathing habits. Three to five times a day, stop, and just notice where you are breathing—belly, ribs, or collarbones? Three-part breathing is a simple yoga practice to reset breathing patterns. We will breathe into these three different areas for three breaths each: lower belly (between navel and pubis), lower ribs/upper abdomen (breathing diaphragm), and upper ribs/collar bones. Place the hands below the navel. Beginning with the out breath, breathe all the way out. When out turns to in, send the breath here, allowing the belly to stretch and fill more than normal. If your belly is tight, it's okay to apply a little effort to really expand the belly. Practice this for three breaths, and then return to normal breathing. Next, move to base of ribs, with palms on firm ribs and fingers on soft (upper) belly. Invite the ribs to expand forward and to the sides. After three breaths, return to normal breathing. Finally, place hands on upper ribs, with index fingers close to the collarbones, thumbs close to armpits, and other fingers spread across upper chest. Invite the collarbones to lift and upper ribs to expand. Exhaling, release the air without collapsing the chest. At each location, focus on only breathing in that area. For example, when at lower belly, don't worry about breathing into chest and ribs. At your collarbones don't breathe into lower ribs and belly. Keep the jaw relaxed and teeth apart. Breathe through either the nose or mouth, whichever is easier. 4. Work the cross connections. There are a lot of cross connections between the jaw and other areas of the body, which means you can influence the jaw by improving posture, alignment, strength and flexibility in other areas of the body. Important cross connections include the upper neck, the shoulders, and the pelvis. Jaw-Neck: The fulcrum for movement of the jaw, i.e., opening and closing the mouth, is between C1 and C2 (joints in the cervical spine). This is known as Guzay's Theorem. This means that the neck and jaw are directly influencing one another every time we open and close the mouth. This is a very important fact for yoga teachers to know. If a student has jaw tension, they will have upper neck tension. If they have upper neck tension, they will have jaw tension. These two can't really be separated. On the plus side, if we work to release the upper neck (for example, through passive traction in Downward-Facing Dog pose), this can have a positive impact on the jaw, if we remember to relax the jaw. It will be less effective if we are unconsciously clenching. A simple reminder to open the mouth slightly and relax the jaw can help a lot. Shoulders-Jaw: Stabilize the shoulder girdle and invite passive traction (or gentle extension if upright) of neck and head. Keep teeth apart and jaw relaxed. You could also do this in Downward-Facing Dog, for instance. Pelvis-Jaw: Opening the hips with awareness of the jaw can provide a lot of benefits when working with jaw tension. Practice a modified Lion Face pose (i.e., explore gently opening and closing the mouth to invite release of neck & jaw) while in standing poses and hip openers to remind yourself of the pelvis-jaw connection. And as to whether our questioner is safe to do these things, I believe so. The Buddha coined a term "ehipassiko," which translates to, "Come and see for yourself" or “Don't just take my word for it, check it out!” I encourage teachers to try out the suggestions I am offering. See whether they work on your own body. Get to know your own patterns, and see what is helpful and what isn't. Then share your best practices with your students. What I am offering comes out of my experience. I have tried to focus on simple, accessible tools—there's a lot more we can do with yoga asana once we get the fundamentals of jaw awareness going. I hope this is helpful. I am curious as to whether these tools work for you. I'd love to hear from you. I keep learning about what works and what doesn't. Send an email to [email protected] to let me know your best practices—what worked, and what didn't.  Baxter: I don’t know if you have had the same experience as I have, but many of my students with these sorts of symptoms will often have them for quite a while and have not yet seen a doctor to get it medically evaluated. What sort of encouragement do you give to those folks? Cator: Jaw pain/tension can be treated through a variety of modalities. Working together with your doctor and/ or dentist, Craniosacral bodywork is an excellent gentle non-invasive modality for treating many sources of jaw pain. Once we have a clearer sense of what is going on, you can learn self-help techniques, including yoga, mindfulness, conscious relaxation and self-facial massage, which can all support your recovery. Baxter: I know you offer workshops on jaw issues-do you have any upcoming events that interested folks, at least in the Bay Area, could take advantage of? Cator: Yes! My Relieve Jaw Tension through Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop is coming up at a couple locations around the bay this spring: 1. Sunday, April 23, 1:30-4:30p @ California Yoga Center in Mountain View, CA 2. Sunday, June 4, 2-5pm @ The Mindful Body in San Francisco, CA Baxter: Cator, thanks for sharing this information and ideas around jaw pain with us!

Once we begin our work day and our stress levels rise because of deadlines, a difficult boss, co worker or customer etc and more cortisol is produced to help the body m manage these stressors.
If you can maintain a diet rich in plant nutrients, healthy fats & proteins and organic fruits and vegetables along with probiotic rich foods like fermented cabbage (think saur kraut, kimchi) your gut will thank you with a balanced gut flora and strong immune system.
Managing your stress through meditation, practicing your spirituality, talk therapy, self care (massage, accupuncture, craniosacral work, yoga, time away) and moderate exercise is important not only for your sanity, heart and bones but also for your over worked adrenals. Take some time to listen to your favorite music and go for a walk or perhaps you play an instrument or used to dance and sing? Tap into the things you used to do before life got hectic! Unplug from your electronic devices and plug into your loved ones or nature.
