Hey I just saw an unhinged take that basically said that if you don't pay attention to what's happening in Palestine, you're actively helping Israel or something SO:

If you emotionally or mentally cannot deal with hearing about what's happening with Palestine or Ukraine or anything, that's ok.

Sometimes you need to prioritise your health.

I would personally recommend having a basic understanding of the situation but if you can't hear literally everything that's going on, it's OK.
