how do you tell someone: My home life is lowkey real fucked up and i need constant distraction and reassurance that i get to leave or i feel like im going to throw up

#i feel shitty about it because my sisters stilllive here and its like this place isnt good #i get lectured about every small thing i dowrong #im not allowed negative feelings about anything #it really sucks that this week was the week you had a mental reakdown and had to unplug #because i was counting on the happiness that comes from talking to you #like totally totally not your problem or job totalk to me when im here #but yeah #this is why i shouldnt catch feelings
