yeah so i got some isat theories
take note i’m only on arc three + i don’t plan to spoil anything for myself SO DONT TELL ME IF IM RIGHT OR WRONG PLEASE <3
i did accidentally check the isat tag on both here and ao3 so i got possible spoilers which influence the headcanons but whatever
if none of this is right feel free to make this an au bahahha
anyway this went from theories to just me rambling lmao
i’m sorry
loop and the king are probably a part of siffrin
“refer to me with the royal we” loop uses they them and jokingly(?) says to use “we”
king literally has sifs hair bruhhhh
“do you remember?” all three are not from vaugarde
the island north of vaugarde people don’t remember its existence. sif cannot recall where he’s from. HMMM…
reoccurring books sif cannot read. refer to island north of vaungard theory
sif uses he they and this may be a stretch but king uses he/him and loop uses they/them so sif took the pronouns in the divorce (not a literal divorce)
so i’m guessing siffrin, once you basically wear the poor guy down from looping 100+ times because you’re trying to make everyone happy, just GIVES UP and goes “yeah let’s freeze my friends in time THATS GONNA MAKE THEM HAPPY FOREEEEVER :D” but he’s too far gone to realize “wait wait wait no no that’s WRONG” (get this man some therapy istg)
also i think sif is aroace or at LEAST just ace. “yeahh i don’t like the idea of doing things with people in that way” in regards of mira saying she doesn’t want to fuck people during her quest-to-learn-what-is-upsetting-the-poor-girl
mirabell is cisgender aromantic asexual. one of the younger ones. doesn’t really give off any exact age but def 20smthn. they all are except for dile and bonbon.
isabeau is gay transgender (he says he “changed” and he doesn’t use his old name. mood lol) (i swear changing is just hrt but better) - prolly mid 20s
odile just doesn’t care what she identifies as (at least this is what it feels like) but i’m pretty sure she’s cis. she’s deffo in her fourties. or late thirties. gonna get wacked in the face with her book for sure.
bonnie is nonbinary (i don’t got much for the kid) prob 11 or 12
siffrin. oh siffrin. he’s a guy, but he could be nonbinary. he’s def ace to me, but in the “haha i make funny sex jokes while ace” way. maybe he feels romantic feelings. maybe he doesn’t. he doesn’t have time to figure that out. it would be funny if sif was 18 but nah sif’s likely 21-23 (idk the legal age for the world of isat. i GUESS it’s 20? or 21) (sif is an adult, that much is obvious.)
loop? loop doesn’t care. they’re whatever you think they are. they’ll laugh if they think your guess is funny, but honestly they just don’t care. “loop is gay” “loop’s a lesbian” “loops a genderqueer asshole who siffrin REALLY wants to punch in the face” loop’s everything and nothing woooo magic star glitter everywhere (sorry) (loop has no age cuz they’re a star)
sif’s not attracted to isa. isa is attracted to sif. poor siffrin hates how he can’t reciprocate isa’s feelings. he’s worried he’ll upset isa by telling him he doesn’t see isabeau that way. he keeps looping over and over to try to get isa to say he loves sif, sif tries to get the courage to say it back, despite it not being true.
and odile slowly figures out sif’s secret about the loops each loop, but they loop back before she can bring it up to sif.
aight i think that’s everything. i got over 30 hours in this game on my switch and i think some of that is a weird glitch because surely i haven’t been playing that much??? i think it managed to keep adding numbers even when my switch was off. hmmmm.

WARNINGS: Gojo Satoru x Female OC, fluff, cuteness, comfort, established relationship, marriage, Hannah gets naked, Hannah’s a cute and adorable drunk, husband+wife.
SUMMARY: Shoko and Utahime take Hannah out drinking and she comes back home totally sloshed. It’s both adorable and amusing, until Hannah decides clothing is optional — Oh, and Makoto is out of town, leaving Satoru to look after his drunk-ass wife by himself. Mild hilarity ensues...and fluff.(Takes place between Ch. 20 and Ch. 21. Satoru and Hannah have not consummated their marriage fyi).
Read oneshot on AO3
Prequel: Gojo Takes a Wife (also on AO3).
Well, it’s official.
Satoru was never letting Shoko and Utahime take his wife out drinking again.
“Can we go to Disneyland? I’ve been wanting you to take me foreeeever.”
She had been this way going on five minutes now.
Gojo suspected it was Utahime’s marvelous idea to get Hannah roaring drunk, and since she and Shoko had declared the outing a “girls’ night” he had not been invited to come. Maybe then his wife wouldn’t have stumbled through the front door, blowing three sheets to the wind. The two conniving women responsible for her insobriety left without so much as a “Thanks for letting us borrow her, Gojo. She’s yours again, bye.”
Yup, that she most certainly was.
“I wanna go to Disneyland,” Hannah persisted, singing and twirling around the genkan, the skirt of her dress picking up and flying. “I know you~ I walked with you,” she hiccuped, “once upon a dreeeeeam…”
The clock read 2 AM. Disneyland had been closed for the past four hours.
Rarely did Satoru find himself home alone like this. As it were, Makoto’s much older brother had fallen seriously ill and with no wife or caretaker to look after him, she had left for Osaka immediately and wasn’t expected to return for a few more days. Satoru had waited all night for Hannah to come home. Now having returned in her drunken state, Makoto’s absence felt sorely missed.
“Sure thing, Sleeping Beauty. Buying us season passes now.” He slid open another door for her, following close behind so she didn’t accidentally kill herself.
She couldn’t walk in a straight line, wobbling down the hall like a dawdling penguin after being weeks out at sea, hunting for fish. He was afraid she’d trip and crack her skull or something, then they’d really be in a pickle. Hannah was short footed (when sober) to begin with. Hooking his fingers into the gold circular handle, he slid open another door for her.
Until very recently, Satoru didn’t see any compelling reason to chain himself to a single person for the rest of his life; Marriage was nothing more than a legal contract needed to continue his family’s bloodline, a necessary evil. But it had occurred to him lately that perhaps marriage had something more to offer. Companionship being one.
From the time he was a boy the Gojo house had always been a cold and empty place, with its miles of tatami and infinite paneled box rooms. This grand, noble house that was once inhabited by samurai. A house where a younger, sprier Makoto would chase him endlessly down the halls as a child, urging him to take a bath. Where he would spend his days studying and training, his many toys littering the parlor floor, with no one but himself to play with. Where for the longest time he had been forbidden to venture from its palatial gates. A gilded cage was still a cage. Hannah’s presence made this childhood prison feel like home, pushing away the clouded loneliness like warm, bright sunshine. If she asked him to jump, he’d say how high. If she ordered him to dig a hole all the way to China, he’d grab the nearest trowel and start digging. And if she needed assistance getting her drunk, sorry ass back to her bedroom because she was in no condition to ask, he would do that too.
Did that make him whipped? Certainly.
Was he upset about it? Absolutely not.
It took a lifetime to cross the end of the hall. Keeping her balanced on his arm, Satoru reached out to finger a trailing lock of her auburn hair, tucking the strand behind her ear. Upon departing with Utahime and Shoko, it had been woven in a long braid, now it hung past her hips like a curtain. She wasn’t paying attention to his fingers. Satoru had never thought of himself as a particularly soft guy, but lately he found it irresistible not to reach out and touch her when she was near. Who knew the simplest contact would derive such undiluted pleasure? Confessing his feelings to her in the butsudan room not long ago only enhanced the effect.
“Doth think thou hath had too much, m’lady.” he teased in old English.
“Thou hath — hiccup — not,” she definitively answered back.
He chuckled. Her hiccups were adorable, but it still had him concerned.
“Dear god, how much did they let you have?”
“Hehe, you said ‘God,’” she giggled, evading his query. “I thought you didn’t believe in God?”
“Freudian slip,” he sighed admittedly. Ever since she had come to live with him he’d picked up on some of her speech. “Now move it, missy. Sleep is that way — no, left, Princess. Your bedroom is down here to the left, remember?” He grabbed hold of her shoulders and gently steered her in the opposite direction, prompting a soft “Fuckin’ hell,” to exit his lips, which Hannah caught.
“Fuck? We haven’t done that yet. Is that what we’re going to do?”
“Huh? Of course n — ”
“Okay!!”
Spoke too late.
In the almost four months they’d been married - which was also the same time they’d known each other - Hannah had never cursed. Not once, and yet she had uttered the explicative like it was the most natural thing, prompting her to take the hem of her dress without a care in the world. He watched her hoist the fabric past her bare thighs, up her waist, and proceed to flash him in her lacey pink panties. One last yank and the dress was gone.
And not three seconds later so too was her bra.
“Weeeeeee.”
Satoru swallowed hard, eyes glued to the floor, Hannah’s undergarment laying forgotten in the corner. His face felt hot. Either he was the luckiest man alive or the most screwed over, wondering whether this was retribution for his misdeeds in the past. He had made good on his promise after the New National Theater not to see underneath her clothing. In fact he hadn’t ogled her naked body or stolen a peek of her bathing since then, but Hannah twirling down the hallway with nothing on except her panties made that frustratingly impossible. He was eating a huge, stinking pile of crow just now, watching her well-developed titties bounce up and down, free from any restraint, as she swayed to the imaginary music playing in her head like a tipsy ballerina. Goddammit. Utahime and Shoko were going to pay.
“Satoruuu,” she beckoned, letting out a bubbly laugh. “Hurry up, slow poke, we’re almost there.” She was still convinced they were going to Disneyland.
Fat chance of that happening.
Satoru grumbled incoherently as he trailed slowly behind. “Yeah, yeah. I’m coming, I’m coming.”
But she bounded back towards him like a Labrador puppy. Satoru caught her in his arms as she seized a hold of his shirt, “Fancy a kiss?” she asked, then took his mouth for her own, French and all. Satoru froze there on the spot, dumbfounded. As far as kisses went, her form was rather sloppy. She probably had no idea what she was doing, but he could taste the lingering agave on her tongue, on her breath. Tequila. So that was the culprit, he thought. He knew the flavor from his early days experimenting with alcohol before discovering he couldn't drink liquor to save his life. Yet the taste of her strangely aroused him. His pants suddenly grew tight, blood drawing further south towards his groin. He wanted to feel her arms wrap around him, her fingernails digging into his shoulder blades, her thighs writhing against his hips. He had to put an end to this.
Stop.
Satoru grabbed both her arms and broke away from the kiss. Hannah stared up at him, seemingly puzzled by his refusal to comply and smooshed her breasts against him, “Don’t you want me?” she pouted, hurt evident in her slurred voice. He could feel her pink nipples percolating through his shirt like tiny rose buds.
What on earth was she saying? Of course he wanted her. He wanted her more than anything in the whole universe. Gaping down at her ample bosom, he could tell by eye-balling them that each breast would fit nicely inside his palm; not too big, not too small, soft and round. Just right.
You could do it, Satoru, the perverted thought tempted. You could give them a good, harmless jiggle. What would it hurt? You’re married. She’s drunk off her rocker and won’t remember a thing at this stage. But logic prevailed. No, he was not going to fondle her breasts, regardless of whether they were ripe for the taking. It was wrong. He vowed to be her husband and protector, not her master. She wasn’t in her right mind. Alcohol had taken over. This wasn’t the Hannah he loved.
Granted permission from her to enter her chambers, the protective seal “unlocked,” and Satoru parted the fusuma doors, adorned with blooming paulownia trees and silver foil, and tugged her gently by the arm, pulling her inside. He guided her to sit on the plush futon (they really needed to invest in getting her a real bed) and told her to stay put. Situated on the bedding, Hannah examined her surroundings. “Wait a minute. This doesn’t look like Disneyland,” but Satoru wasn’t listening as he darted out the room. When he returned he was holding a full glass and some melatonin tablets.
“Here, drink this,” he said, offering the glass.
“Why? Is it more tequila?”
“Yeah, top shelf. Just for you.” He watched her eagerly down the water in one gulp, and then handed her the melatonin tablets that would rapidly dissolve on her tongue. Five mg should do the trick. He didn’t want to give her too much with the alcohol coursing through her bloodstream.
Satoru gave no time for pause as he strided into her closet next and hastily rummaged through her drawers, searching for where Makoto kept her nightgowns with the use of the Six Eyes. So many drawers. At least she wasn’t talking about sex anymore, he thought. Thank goodness. Milliseconds later he found the gowns in the bottommost chest to the right. He got one out and sauntered back.
“Alright, now put this on.”
Hannah looked at the gown as though he were a parent telling her to eat her vegetables. She crossed her arms and puffed her cheeks, turning away.
“No.”
Satoru blinked.
“Put the nightgown on, Hannah.”
She stuck out her tongue.
“Make me.”
Satoru closed his eyes against a surge of impatience. Since when did he become the adult in this relationship?
“Hannah, it’s too fucking late for this crap. I doubt you’ll remember anything in the morning.” He knew she was gonna wake up with the worst hangover, and he was beginning to feel indecent from staring at her chest. The sooner she fell asleep the better off they’d both be. “So put the stupid nightgown on…please.”
To his relief, the melatonin seemed to have finally kicked in. He noticed the way her hazel eyes drooped along with her head, bobbing up and down to keep her posture upright. Hannah stifled a cute little yawn. Without making any more fuss, she dazedly stood up from the futon and raised her arms for him to slip the blue silk atop her shoulders, clothing her breasts and allowing him to slide her dainty arms through the spaghetti straps. The skirt fell right above her knees. Mission accomplished.
Rubbing her eyelids, Hannah plopped back on the futon with a “whoosh” and turned to rest her head on the pillow. Her husband knelt down to settle her inside and pulled the covers on top of her.
“Satoru,” she mumbled, a small smile gracing her lips as her eyes flitted closed. “Disney...land...”
The Six Eyes wielder couldn’t hide his own smile. They were gonna laugh about this one day.
“You’re truly something else, Princess,” he softly chuckled. “You know that?”
Hannah didn’t stir, the melatonin having succeeded in putting her to sleep. He could hear her gentle snores wisp in and out, and bent down to press a secret kiss to her crown.
He would leave her door ajar to check up on her throughout the night, but for now he would leave his wife to dream.
“Sleep well, my hana-chan.”

pkmn team
have ruminated over this for months as an insane pkmn fan. so. here. if anyone cares. i considered other pokeon, like absol for its pokedex desc of being misunderstood as bringing trouble when its actual purpose is to show up when it appears and stop it, or a bunch of other fire types that just didnt fit the vibe enough... but overall this seemed yo be the best options? i think her having a typhlosion may not fit her sharper look, but i think she deserves cute things as well too!!!! and it fits her in other ways. id have given her like a charizard or anything if i didnt have mixed feelings on it + liked typh more + it would be weird to give her a charizard and then not give her a mega stone but frankly i dont like the idea of giving anyone mega stones because i think its a dumb feature in a lot of ways and ugh. whatever. now that im thinking abt it it would be a good concept of her using a tool that ultimately hurts the pkmn towin battles..... but whatever. anyways, i think she got a charcadet first, and matched w zuko ( who was pissed off shde got hers at an earlier age than himLMAO). im still not 100 on her having it evolve to ceruledge instead of armarougge, bc i think shes a special atker while zuko is physical, but whatever... colors matter ok. and her getting the cursed armor instead of the blessed armor is also confusing beause it could mean multiple different things. wtvr. ceruledge is the mrcilless one so. also her typhlosion is hisuian because yk atla takes place in ancient times (whihc seem to be around the same time as pla?) and hisuiphlosion is based on the kamuy-haci, the goddess of fire. blaziken im still mixed up about. i dontt like giving out multiple starters to chqaratcres, but it does seem to fit her well, ecen though it could also fit zuko too lol. regardless its based on the phoenix and draws inspo from muay thai fighters which i beliece azulas moves may be partially based on as well?maybe? with hydreigon um all u need to do is go on bulbapedia and see how well its backstory fits azula. and no i dont believe she would treat it like ghetsis did! houndoom i wanted to create a bit of a different relationship w her, so its the leader of its pack (or was) and is oly fair to its pack. which. u may not believe it. but azula isnt all that disrespectful when you think about it. well ok shes a bitch to zuko and ursa but thats only because she felt wronged by them!!!! whatever. zoroark ahhhhhhhh,,,, well azula is a liar and all so of course the illusion pkmn fits her. but the backstory i made up of how she gets it is important to me. ill keep it concise but.
charcadet was her starter, siblings w zuko. zukos evolves into armarouge, but he and it do not get along. azulas ceruledge doesnt fully like her, but they are one in the same in battle!
she got a cyndaquil for her next birthday, probably. possibly a gift from nobles who mistreated/neglected it a bit, so its a little traumatized and clings to azl immediately. id imagine she found it fairly weak for a while (its annoying to play with earrly game bc it takes foreeeever to learn ember lol) and it reminds her of zuko. however it is powerful, and subconsciously she recognizes its loyalty, which is honestly the main reason she puts up with it annoying her at times like when it (esp as a cyndaquilava) would want to sleep at the very least at the end of her bed lol.
torchic also was pretty clumsy, but it had a very very strong desire to get better at battling, and azula saw that spark in its eyes. she underestimates it at first, but eventually it evolves into blaziken and is mature enogh to like meditate with her. its not ruthless in battle like ceruledge exactly, but you can tell it has FUN and has an aspiration for it.
hydreigon. ok so i think this would be the first pkmn she caught on her own, likely on some kind of school field trip. shed see it cornered by a bunch of pkmn and watch it take them all out before the run awya in fear and decided she needed a pkmn with that kind of power. when it evolves into zweilous, she HATESSSS it bc it splits into 3 personalities and becomes incapable of NOT fighting aginst itself and she basically sends it off to the palace guards to train til it evolves. for a long time hydreigon feels upset about this even as it goes through battles once again by her side,(they are fairly obedient to their trainers despite their destructiveness) and i think its only when azula is defeated that she can notice the similarities between her and hydreigon. hated by everyone throughput history, it grew violent and cruel due to its treatment, and was then seen as evil incarnate. while azula felt hated by the people she loved, grew cruel because of it, and then was seen as a monster!
houndoom was a gift from a noble likely, seen as a strong good pokemon as the leader of its pack, azula is prob least close to it,but they share a feeling of mutual respect.
ZOROARKKKK ok. so ursa finds a zorua in the gradens one day (not questioning how it got there LOL) and catches it and gifts it to azula because she thinks she could use a... cuter looking pokemon. ofc this backfires as it very much enjoys playing pranks with azula on zuko or the guards, however it doesnt prank ursa as she caught it and it still feels loyal. long after, ursa enlists its abilties to kill azulon, and asks it to promise to protect azula. the next day it evolves, and azula credits its sudden protectiveness to that. it refuses to be far from azula atany time over the years, and azula.... isnt the best at noticing this, lol. or is so disconnected from the idea of someone actually pledging loyalty and offering its protection to her that she cant fathom the idea of it. frankly itd kill ozai (& it could lol) if it didnt mean azula would be hurt by it. when azula has her breakdown, its zoroark who imitates her mother, telling her that it loves her. azula doesnt realize this of course. zoroark is doing it to comfort her, but she doesnt do anything but cry. ahhhh also its shiny bc its blue

idk ive& been thinking lately & even tho im& reconnecting & still studying the torah w/ what i& can (& ik for a fact this'll take foreeeever w/ my& autistic adhd did ass lmaoooo) i& notice that like. even when discussing g-d or anything really, in jewish spaces at least or when im& talking w/ other jews, in my& experience, people are allowed to have their own opinions, they're allowed to question g-d or anything the texts say or just. saying any topic w/o feeling shamed for it or feeling like there's only One True Interpretation of smth. which idk coming from the context of a cult survivor of a rightwing evangelist christian group that i& wont be naming unless we're very close, that's. idk. it's so refreshing to see. it's so nice to see that like. actual discussion around topics is ENCOURAGED. nuance & having compassion for other people is ENCOURAGED. it feels so refreshing that you don't have to feel like bad & its actually kinda funny that like. jews debate about literally everything its kinda funny. /lh like i& remember attending this virtual yeshiva class once & listening to the audio & rabbis literally debated about making a mikveh at home & what that would take. idk it's just. it's just so interesting to me&.
#arcana.txt#jewish.txt#am i& making sense i& have no idea LMAOOOO#this is just my& thoughts & experience so far

noelle would totally play snowgrave if she played deltarune and this is how the post would look
Hi guys!!! X) Today I found this weird route in Dragon Blazers 3… So u know how theres the ice palace area O.o and you spend some time alone with the princess?? Well…
When you first have her join your party… You can actually go back!! I know this seems kind of silly to point out but it actually is really important for the route to work!! And it gets… really weird, trust me XD
So you need to actually fight the first enemy you see. But not with your own character, no, you need to use the PRINCESS… I had to see something about this online to even know it existed XD…
Anyways, enemies usually flee, right? But if you use freezespell on the enemies, they get frozen in place… and then the weird part is they just… stay there after. You can interact with them like they’re objects. You need to go all the way back, as far back as you can go so you freeze all the enemies. Thennn you can finally go back to the regular path you’re supposed to follow X)
Now, I’m not going to go into everything… this would take foreeeever XD maybe I’ll make a full guide if you guys would like that. But the weird thing is… you kind of start manipulating the princess. You force her to do puzzles herself, and you basically have her do all the work in fights. I actually felt really bad doing this route… poor princess X(
But you do need to get this thorn crown… it really hurts the princess, and it drains her HP in fight, but you need it for the route… This and the next part probably is what made me feel the worst.
Then there’s the paladin.
It really freaked me out. There was this new spell in the Princesses menu. It was 100 mana to use… so I defended and kept the Princesses HP up. I was so scared that if the Princesses HP reached zero it would keep going down, infinitely… so I was really trying to keep her standing!!
Finally I reached 100 mana. I had to try the new spell a few times, and each time I got more hesitant.
But then it happened.
It was such a weird cutscene. It almost made me cry.
The Paladin was frozen solid. Its weird because the others were normal enemies, but the Paladin was the Princesses best friend.
I felt awful. I felt like a horrible person.
So I saved and turned the game off… I’ve been a little scared to open it since XD I’m considering deleting that save file all together. It just really feels like maybe I wasn’t supposed to do that.
I’m sure theres more and I’ll make another post (when I’m brave enough to actually OPEN the game again XD) But for now that’s all!! Holiday, out!

Sasuke, Shikamaru and Madara with a super shy s/o
“Yo could you please write a sfw headcanons for sasuke ,shikemaru and madara with a very very very shy fem s/o please😳😳😳” -anon
Alright, since theres multiple characters these won’t be as long as i usually write them, also you can probably tell but im not too good at writing the uchiha’s oops
sorry for the long wait!
- Uchiha Sasuke-
I honestly don’t see him with a super shy s/o
I dont even know how he got with sakura so like jndhkjfskm
He might notice you since well, you’re the one girl who wasn’t screeching or constantly clinging onto him the second he walks into the room
But then again he might not even know you exist
Well i don’t have to come up with how you guys got together so this is a win
He won’t exactly help you speak up to others but he will want you to be comfortable enough to have conversations with at least him
He might get annoyed at how shy you are sometimes, since that either results in silence, you stuttering or not speaking loud enough to be heard, or him having to answer whatever question for you
Won’t exactly help you but will try to make it so your in more comfortable situations
Might say a thing or two and without realizing it boost your confidence
Or crush it
His words either help you or they destroy you depending on your personality
Without realizing it he does get soft for you tho
speaks in a softer tone and will give you small headpats or hugs
only when no one is looking though
-Nara Shikamaru-
Out of these three characters, shikamaru probably cares the least that your super shy
Helps you gain confidence in his own ways but never does anything to make you to uncomfortable
I’d assume that since you guys are together you would be more open and less shy, at least a bit
He loves just chatting with you and hanging out
He loves to see the shyness fade away and for you just to laugh and have a good time
Shikamaru not exactly shy himself, he just doesn’t like spending the effort to contribute to whatever conversations that are happening when he’s out with friends
If you guys hang out with others, he’d hold small conversations just with you in the background
Honestly might just take you and dip so you can have more alone time
Whenever you get quiet or stutter he probably finds that kinda cute but won’t ever admit that
he gets so proud when he sees you speak up without help
you start a conversation by yourself bro he’s smiling so much
but quickly coughs to hide how happy he is
-Uchiha Madara-
Definitely met you through Hashirama, probably by accident too
“Oh this is perfect, Madara i’d like you to meet my friend y/n!” hashirama gestured to his side and the uchiha would raise a brow. “Theres no one there”
Hashirama tries to step out the way but you kept hiding behind him
the senju laughs and say you always were shy
but like how could you not be? this wasn’t just some friend of his, this was Uchiha freaking Madara!
His simple glance towards you threw away any chance you had to speak
“How old is she?” “A year younger than i am” “and she still acts like a brat hiding behind her mother?”
ouchie
Takes foreeeever for you two to get feelings for each other (well really its just madara acknowledging the fact he has feelings for you)
Much less get together
Behind the tough personality, madara is really kind
When its just you two he does his best to make sure your having a fun time
He tries to help boost your confidence but really poorly does it
Just kinda states things and thinks you would take it from there
“Just speak up” “easier said than done madara” “no? Just speak?”
Probably thought about going to hashirama to ask for help but then decided against it
Your shyness does annoy him at times but not too often
If someone ever questions how someone as timid or shy like you could be with madara he’s gonna throw hands
might poke fun at you from how shy you are
“What can’t even order a meal for yourself? How lame” *proceeds to order your favorite thing just for you*

SaL anon here still mostly on my Malex high, and while there's about 50 of the songs we've covered that could work for this week, I'm going to go with Love Me Like You Do. So this is a recent Covers release, and like most of the covers its the emotion in Ryan's voice thst carries the song. I decided to hold onto it because it's been 2.5 seasons of these idiots circling their feelings for each other and now that they know how the other feels they answered the question "what are you waiting for"?
Ooooh, good choice nonnie! One of my favorite things is either popped up versions of slower, sadder songs, or stripped and slowed versions of poppy songs (Bootstraps did a stunning slow version of “I wanna dance with somebody” that you should absolutely listen to and wallow in some Malex feels), and this is such a great example of that! And you’re right, it’s Ryan’s voice that really carries this song and makes the lyrics shine through.
You're the light, you're the night You're the color of my blood You're the cure, you're the pain You're the only thing I wanna touch Never knew that it could mean so much
Oh man, this verse gives me big Michael feels. Teen Alex being a bright spot in his very hard young life, but also the comfort Michael finds in the night, thinking of home, although “you’re the color of my blood” is exceedingly rude and painful. “you’re the cure, you’re the pain” gives me lots of Lost Decade feels because I’m sure that’s exactly how Michael felt 😭😭😭 and if that wasn’t bad enough, “you’re the only thing I wanna touch” just makes me think of Michael’s hand and now I’m crying. Also, Michael discovering love? Discovering what it means to be loved through Alex? Never knowing love could be like this? Stooooop, I’m hurting my own feelings!
You're the fear, I don't care 'Cause I've never been so high Follow me through the dark Let me take you past our satellites You can see the world you brought to life, to life
If the last bit was Michael, this one is Alex, because a lot of his fear centers on Michael and so much is tied up in that moment of Michael being hurt by his dad, but it wasn’t enough to keep him away because, like Michael, he never knew love could be like this, so soft, and gentle. And Alex asking Michael to follow him, to trust him is so perfect for this last episode and I’m just dying over “you can see the world you brought to life” after we got Alex talking about wanting to build a safe world for Michael, for them. 😭😭😭
So love me like you do, love me like you do Love mе like you do, love me likе you do Touch me like you do, touch me like you do What are you waiting for?
*sobs* This plea is both of them, begging for the other to love and touch them like only they can. And after all this time, “what are you waiting for” has been their motto because they were never quite ready at the same times.
Fading in, fading out On the edge of paradise Every inch of your skin Is a Holy Grail I've got to find Only you can set my heart on fire, on fire
I'll let you set the pace 'Cause I'm not thinking straight My head's spinning around, I can't see clear no more What are you waiting for?
Oh man, this is just perfect for that kiss this week!! (also fire imagery is going to make me think of Michael and Malex foreeeever!) and this is moment where Alex was looking like, “what are you waiting for” and Michael was like, fuck if I know, *smooches*
Love me like you do, love me like you do Love me like you do, love me like you do Touch me like you do, touch me like you do So what are you waiting for? Love me like you do, love me like you do Love me like you do, love me like you do Touch me like you do, touch me like you do What are you waiting for?
What are you waiting for?
*cries in Malex*

Coco Fic Day!
Happy Day! I have a few suggestions!
#1- Fic Title: Whatever It Takes by papergardener on AO3 (dont know if they have a Tumblr)
- What it’s about: Ernesto disposing of Hector’s body after the deed is done. And the mental tug of war he has in his head while he does so.
- What I like the most about it: The writing and the added depth to Ernesto’s character. I have actually accepted this fic into what I genuinely believe happens in the canon and exactly what I think Ernesto’s mindset was at the time. So, until Lee or Adrian say otherwise, this is what happened after the poisoning as far as I’m concerned.
-Favorite Scene: The burial. It’s rough to read in the best possible way. Everything about it is so delightfully painful. It shows how much a tragedy this whole thing really was for everyone involved.
-Why others should read it: First off, just to fill in a missing gap in the story. Lee was actually asked what Ernesto did with Hector’s body, which he left open ended. This is, I think, the best version of events. Secondly, and to me more importantly, to get a really interesting glimpse into Ernesto’s mind. I like to sing from the rafters that Ernesto is one of my favorite villains in all of cinema. This fic is why. The internal conflict he struggles with is so fascinating. And his cold justification for everything is chilling.
-Other thoughts: The whole fic you’re screaming at the screen for him to change his mind. It’s a real roller coaster. Also I could literally list all of papergardener’s Coco stuff on here. It’s all wonderful.
#2- Fic Title: Two Cokes by death_frisbee (and maybe im_fairly_witty?) on AO3 (idk if death_frisbee has a Tumblr, but I’ll tag im_fairly_witty!)
-What it’s About: It takes place in the Teacher!AU when Hector was just a little adorable boy and explores his relationship with his very stern Tia Victoria.
-What I like the most about it: Omg what do I not love about this?? I love the pacing. I love the relationship between Hector and Victoria, especially since we didn’t get too much of it in the canon. I love Hector’s relationship with Elena. I love it ALL!
-Favorite scene: I think the birthday scene. It’s a touching moment between Hector and Victoria. Not only is it super ooc for Victoria which is interesting, in and of itself, but the warning she gives to Hector (and you know what it is if you’ve read it) rips my heart right out of my chest. A close second is the cigarette scene.
-Why others should read it: The FEELS!
-Other thoughts: Honestly just go read all the Teacher!AU things written by @im-fairly-whitty and death_frisbee. It’s so enjoyable. And even thought it has a lot of Imector in it, which as many already know is not my favorite thing, it’s well worth dealing with to see Hector and Miguel be so adorable together! Of course I know Imector is a thing most people enjoy xD But you get it!
Aaaaand know for some self promotion! Or should I say coming attractions 😉
My fic: Papa is Home by me!!
What it’s about: The Rivera curse is a little more literal. The Riveras are genuinely unable to play music. That is except for two of its members: Miguel and his Great Grandmother Coco. Coco claims there is a spirit following her, guiding her. Her and Miguel team up to solve the mysteries of their families’ past and break the curse.
Why I wrote (am going to write) it: I like me a good ghost story. And what better set up than the Coco story. It’s got it all. Vengeful spirits, guilt laden fathers, a determined family, and a tragic death. Not to mention I wanted to give Mama Coco a bit more spotlight then she has in other fics I’ve read :D
What I like most about it (the idea anyway): Even in the film I liked Miguel and Coco’s relationship. I’m just reaaaaally gonna enjoy exploring it a bit more!
What part was the most fun to write: Don’t know yet ;3
Why I think you should read it: Oh geez um... to hear one of your favorite stories told though a different perspective? To get those sweet, sweet feels? You need more Hector suffering? I know I’d just greatly appreciate it! Just know I have changed some things and certain characters may not be put in the most flattering light. Just remember its all my silly opinion :3
Other thoughts: I also started a fic foreeeever ago that was about Hector’s life from birth to post film, but I haven’t worked on it in actual years! I’d probably have to rewrite it if anyone would be interested in a fic like that!

So this is an idea which has been bugging me foreeeever. 2017 meets 1830 basically. Maybe E is alive in 1830 and when everything kinda collides he meets 2017 R? Or hell any of the boys (I would pay for 2017 Jehan to meet Parnasse. Or 1830 Joly/Boussett meeting 2017 Musichetta) 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 (also I just found your Balance verse and I am in love. Bless you)
(Thank you for your kind words, anon-friend! Also, may I direct your attention to The Dead Knocked, which has deals with just that topic in its weird way?
For now, though, have some J/M/B metaphysical dream shenanigans full of snark and talking past things with humor! Because that’s how they do.)
Musichetta tends to dream in abstractions, fragments ofstories that repeat themselves as she remembers them, shifting landscapes ofshifting people, running from one narrative to another.
She doesn’t think she dreams, usually, of amalgamations likethis.
Her favorite tea shop, polished metal counters and a whitetile wall behind the bar, worn lavender curtains draped in the windows, jammedhaphazardly into an old building with creaking wood floors and a slanted roof.Oysters and cheese and ham lounging on a table beside crisp pastry and steamingcups of tea.
“My goodness, what a strange sight,” Joly sighs, a strangeJoly clad in an old fashioned coat, all his hair awkwardly twisted into curls, his gaze flitting about as a sparrow’s. “And a stranger Musichetta!”
“A stranger Joly, too,” Musichetta retorts, even in her dreamdiscomfort as he studies her very sharply. She looks to Laigle, whose coat isthreadbare and who looks much betterbald, not flattered in the least by a receding hairline. “Are you going to callme strange too, starshine?”
“That is darling,”Laigle exclaims, as though startled. If very strange! But, Joly, I cannotspeak for you, but I, at least, recall falling to lie dying, so I will excuse the lady a touch of strangenessto see her face.”
Joly’s face does a painful contortion. “To continue in the veinof strange, I hope that I find myselfhallucinating in my death throes, rather than to have you both here. TheCorinthe, indeed, and somewhere else – surely not even Prouvaire’s future callsfor such unearthly Spartan décor.”
“I would like toknow why you both think you’re dying,” Musichetta says, crossing her arms.Their jokes so rarely run to fatalism, and she’s sure she hasn’t read enoughmid 19th-century literature for it to have seeped into her dreams.
“Then I would like to know why your hair is so short andyour garb so strange!” Laigle drapes himself against a wall, and his fondnessis bare on his face. “I thought you admired Joly’s acquisition of new trousersfor the sake of their delectable effect on his form, not envy for your own.Though perhaps our mores are short-sighted!”
“Perhaps this is a more metaphysical arrangement?” Jolyoffers, tapping his nose with a cane near to hand. “Surely a kind God wouldusher us along together, my dear friend. And a fitting guide! God made death, and, seeing His error, created Musichetta.”
“Quod erat demonstrandum!” Laiglelaughs, but it sounds a little sad. “And who am I to say that heaven’s robesare not such as these? Do you guide us, Mademoiselle Musichetta?”
She watches them, the way she can in a dream, when herfrustrated confusion is dimmed by that faint awareness. Neither of them arereligious, so far as she knows: Joly’s family is Catholic, loosely, but itmostly shows up as fodder for puns.
“Well, if you’re dead, I’d make a very poor guide,” shesays. But for all the strangeness of a dream, she really does hate to see thenso consternated. “And dress isn’t the first thing I’d think to address.”
“I suppose we cannot doubt the address,” Laigle quips, flourishing a hand at their surroundings. “Tell me, if nothing else, wherefalls God on the question of dancing?”
“I don’t know God’s feelings on it, but I’m for it,” Musichettatells him dryly, and, feeling very dramatic, snaps her fingers.
Music pipes its way through the speakers she knows are setinto the ceiling, the grand swelling violins and piano in Classical suddenlyresolving themselves in her ears as the now too-familiar strains of Despacito, and she laughs so hard she shakes with it. Joly and Laigle, or theirold-fashioned dream selves, are laughing nearly as hard, a familiar warmfeeling.
“A dance?” Joly offers with a bow, and leans his cane on achair as he holds his hands up in position for a waltz.
“Why not?” Musichetta, still laughing, steps forward andsets her hand in his, tries to fumblingly remember the steps. Dream-Joly seemsto know what he’s doing, at any rate, so she goes along with it. “You seem waytoo light-footed for a dying man, you know. I think you might be a-okay.”
“I am very glad I’ve no longer a cold!” Joly tells her, laughing, but it trails into something softer and more tender as he looks ather, the familiar lines of his face made suddenly strange. “You always had theloveliest eyes. It would have been such a shame to never see them – it occurredto me more than once, these past few days. Musichetta, ah, the very flower ofyouth.”
“I always liked you with bedhead,” she replies, teasing, butsoftens all the same and leans forward for a brief kiss. “Your eyes, too, andyour kindness, and your puns.”
“And my Republican ideals?”
“And your radical politics,” she agrees. “Seeing, you know,as I share them.”
Joly smiles, steals a kiss, and lets Laigle step in toswitch out partners.
“Do you adore my eyes as well?” he asks her, raising hiseyebrows suggestively. He is fleet of foot, as always, all languid grace in herarms. “Perhaps my wealth and fine head of hair?”
“Try your humor and your quips,” she snips back. “Maybe yourcommitment to your studies?”
“A cruel hit from a cruel mistress,” he gasps, but he smilesas he says it, and his face is no less fond or achingly soft than Joly’s. “SomethingI have ever admired in you. Heaven or no, what say you of your world?”
Musichetta considers it, falling into the lulling rock ofthe steps. “Often cruel, but salvageable. In need of kindness and laughter, andpeople working to make it better.”
Laigle smiles and kisses her too. “Yes, I think so. If youthink so, I can be assured our own striving was not in vain, though I would ratherhave liked to roost again on your branches.”
“You and Joly, always flying off with all those wings,”Musichetta agrees, and kisses him again. “I’m always glad to see you.”
Joly moves to cut in again and Musichetta sweeps out of theway, leaves them facing one another.
They pause, staring at one another with some kind ofunknowable grace. Slowly, they take one another’s hands and shift back intostep with the music, still playing, defamiliarized, above them. Their headsbend close, speaking so quietly even she can’t hear, and share the sort ofsoft, lingering kiss that she knows means heavy, heavy moments.
Tucked together as seamlessly as always, they move acrossthe room, words intercut with a quiet burst of laughter.
Musichetta stands back, smiling and content to watch, thesestrange mirrors of a dream. Even as her dreams begin to pull her away, Joly andLaigle’s steps carry them further and further until they fade from the café,waltzing in wool coats to the fading sounds of a summer pop hit.

What's your take on Tumblr blaming 13 Reasons Why for The Get Down's cancellation?
it’s silly but i get why people jump to that conclusion and i don’t blame people for being upset that ‘x show was cancelled but x show stays’ if they really dislike another show. i also think that a lot of ppl are more upset that ppl had time to watch 13rw but didn’t watch tgd which, i half get, bc like i said in a previous post i think that if you claim you want to watch something- make time to watch it, esp if its diverse. on the other hand tho… some people just? didn’t have an interest in the show? HOWEEEVERRR TO BE CLEAR i think that on tumblr at the very least there is very few ppl who would be completely disinterested in watching tgd, at least from what i’ve seen on my dash.
but like at the end of the day.. i honestly believe 13rw renewal had nothing to do with tgds cancellation, at least, directly. 13rw and tgd have zero in common other than being shows about teenagers. comparing them is comparing apples to oranges. [honestly i could go on foreeeever about how weird it is i think that ppl see shows about teenagers as all the same thing and all competing directly against each other whereas… shows about adults are always fairly compared to each other by genres and storyline, bUT I DIGRESS] netflix isn’t a fan of having shows that are too similar to one another in their lineup as i think we’ve all noticed. if they legit felt like those two shows were gonna compete against each other too much i truly doubt they would have picked them both up in the first place.
TGD was probably cancelled for a myriad of reasons, of which i doubt we’ll ever get the answer too. my own personal guess (i am not an expert nor do i claim to be, don’t take what i say as the legit reason bc i doN’T knOW) is, yes, the budget. deadline is a legitimate and trusted news source for the entertainment industry and back in october they stated how the get down costs went up to $16 million dollars an episode for a total budget of $192 million… which is… ridiculous and i feel like netflix got petty bc of this and didn’t market it well bc they already spent so much money on it. personally, i still feel like netflix should have shelled out the extra cash to market it and try to earn some money back but i’m not into business soOoO who am i to know. and again… at the end of the day… people didn’t watch it. obv again, i want to make it clear, i don’t think this is the only issue or even the main issue but like- in the first month of the first half of the series, TGD garnered 3.2 million viewers among 18-49 year olds. in comparison, OITNB s4 scored 15.56 million 18-49 year olds in 30 days, stranger things 13.23 million, fuller house 15.23 million. idt we have the information for how the show performed after this bc netflix keeps that shit on lock, but, i think that gives a decent idea for how the show did as a whole. fiNALLY- with baz stepping out in general, i think that was a factor in it as well. netflix wanted a baz show, i doubt if they even cared what it was unfortunately. and even though baz… went over budget, i also think that netflix really prides itself on its creativity of their showrunners, and having baz as part of their lineup was a good thing for them. w/o baz, perhaps they were never that interested in the show in the first place. which is awful and sucks.

Hello fellow boozie readers!
If you haven’t heard about #Booziebookathon, it’s our week long readathon we host every year! We had such a blast hanging/reading with you guys!
Sam’s Update:
I got a lot of reading done this week, it was Booziebookathon, Dewey’s Reverse Readathon, AND NEWTs.
What Sam finished this week:
Booziebookathon Gin: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid: There was the Sam before Evelyn Hugo and the Sam after Evelyn Hugo. I will never be the same. I’m gonna drunk review it.
Booziebookathon White Wine and Smirnoff Ice: Demon in the Whitelands by Nikki Z. Richard: I did not enjoy this very much. I wanted to, it was such a unique concept but it was choppy and very little was answered.
Booziebookathon Beer and NEWTs Charms A-level Exam: Amal Unbound by Aisha Saeed: This was a really cute quick story and I really enjoyed it! It shows the ins and outs of indentured servitude on this planet. 3.5/5 shots.
NEWTs DADA A: Waking Gods by Sylvain Neuvel: These books are fab. It’s really hard to say what I did and didn’t like because the audiobook is just so good and so much happens that it’s hard to describe.
What Sam’s reading now:
NEWTs Transfiguration A: Juliet Takes a Breath by Gabby Rivera: This is a book about a newly-out lesbian on an internship on the other side of the country. I’m still at the beginning but I’m loving the bits of Spanglish, and the crazy hippies, and the tone overall. I can’t wait to keep going.
The Candle and the Flame by Nafiza Azad: Buddy reading with Ginny and Liz and also for book club. I’m ready for more, but I don’t want to say any more thoughts because we still have to discuss as a group. I might figure out how to work this into my NEWTs but it’s not currently there…
Ginny’s Update (Aka Reads-with-the-wind):
Hi Everyone, good to have wrapped up the BoozieBookathon! Happy August, we’re only a few weeks away from going back to tolerable weather. I’m already looking at my closet looking forward to jackets and jeans and basically not being a walking sweat-being as soon as I walk outside.
Currently Reading
The Candle and the Flame by Nafiza Azad: This is still for a book club, I’m still reading it slowly. There was a pretty big twist and I’m enjoying seeing it ripple out.
The Ten thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow: I grabbed this book from bookcon and I am so looking forwarding to reading this.
Finished (aka ALL THE MF BOOKS)
Leap Days: Chronicles of a Midlife Move by Katherin Lanpher: this was one of my books for Boozie Bookathon and it fulfills my Gin challenge (book on tbr forever). Also technically fulfilled white wine. This book is an autobiography that focuses on change and really how to move between what you expected things to be and what things actually are. I really enjoyed some of the chapters, but I also don’t necessarily feel ridiculously drawn to the city of New York and found some of the descriptions a little tedious. 3/5
The Mortal Word by Genevieve Cogman: IT’S THAT TIME! I’m reading the fifth book in this series that I adore. Irene is being called in to act as mediator in a conversation between the Dragons and Fae. This book was delightful. I also enjoy a mystery where all of the players are on the table early. (If you’d like to start at the beginning, my first review is here.) Most definitely writing a review.
Burn for Me by Ilona Andrews: Some people have crazy wild powers and one of those people is going crazy. Neva is tasked with bringing him in ssafely. Except dude is kind of a psycopath. Neva ends up working with pretty much the strongest other person, Mad Rogan (I know, that name…) who is trying to snag one of Adam’s (I think it was Adam) co-conspirators. I’m unsure of how I feel about this book. The plot was wild and a lot of fun, but some of the romance felt weird due the question of where consent should come into play…. I’m going to keep reading because I like the universe but will keep an eye out for consent issues.
All the Bad Apples by Moira Fowley-Doyle: This is a bookcon book (that I finally got around to) and I’m planning on writing a review, so brief summary. On Deena’s 17th birthday, her sister goes missing. She follows some loose threads to learn a lot more about her family history and the “family curse.”
Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh: I’ve read a few of the books that come much further in this series but I really liked them and decided to come back to the beginning. Sascha is a Psy who has been taught emotion is weakness but is struggling to uphold the “Silence.” Lukas is the head of his clan and is trying to find a serial killer. Also they fall in love. Sascha is a lot of fun and it would have been completed different to read this book first when I didn’t already know about some various things. Still, a romp of a read! 4/5
A Hope Divided by Alyssa Cole: Alyssa Cole is an always read for me now. I might prefer her contemporary things, but dear god is this series great. Marlie is the illegitimate daughter in a white family, which has given her a protected status but still a status of “other.” Ewan was responsible for torturing the Rebs captured by the North and then was captured himself. He escapes from prison and hides in Marlie’s house with her help. Due to circumstances she ends up as trapped as she is. This book was lovely. Ewan had a slight level of autism (I assume, it’s never directly diagnosed) but is one of those people who one sees his deficiencies rather than the things that made him wonderful. Marlie is just a brilliant character and the way they worked together was great! I enjoyed watching them learn their own self-worth. 4/5
Minda’s Update:
Booziebookathon is complete! Now full focus is on NEWTs Readathon for the rest of the month.
What Minda finished this week:
The Liar’s Daughter by Megan Cooley Peterson (Beer) – This book was kind of a trip—girl taken from her cult family resents having to readjust to life in society. Definitely recommend!
The Man in the High Castle by Philip K. Dick (Whiskey & Champagne) – Slog is the best word used to describe how I felt about this one.
All Systems Red by Martha Wells (Shot & White Wine) – Loved this one! Super short and just what I needed after the above. Counts for the first part of the Ancient Ruins exam for NEWTs Readathon!
The Incendiaries by R.O. Kwon (Vodka, Gin, and Red Wine) – I did like this one and it was on the shorter side, but not as much as I feel I could have from the premise. I thought it was a weird decision to have only one person tell the perspective of three. Also counts for Ancient Ruins exam.
What Minda is reading now:
Kindred by Octavia E. Butler – My final read for the Ancient Ruins exam, this has been on my TBR for a bit. Excited to see how it goes!
The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow – Counts for the first part of this History of Magic exam! I got really excited about this when everyone picked it up at BookCon.
Linz’s Update:
Booziebookathon is OVER and I can finally get back to The Starless Sea *takes nap*
What Linz read (jmj what didn’t I read):
Patron Saints of Nothing by Randy Ribay: Published this summer, this book is about a Filipino-American teen who goes to the Philippines to find out the real story behind his cousin’s murder. This book could not have spoken to me more and it was EVERYTHING.
Our Dark Duet by V.E. Schwab: I’m glad I finally read this sequel to This Savage Song but it wasn not nearly as solid a book
Agent to the Stars by John Scalzi: I sat on this book foreeeever; it’s about an alien race approaching a Hollywood agent to help them be introduced to the human race. It wasn’t what I thought it would be, and it was super tell-y and monologue-y
Devil in Winter by Lisa Kleypas: EXCELLENT romance novel, could have used like 1-2 more sex scenes
All Systems Red by Martha Wells: A bombass novella about a science team’s mission gone wrong and the android sent to protect them, told from the android’s perspective.
SLAY by Brittney Morris: Thanks Jesus I managed to get a copy of this book at BookCon because I do NOT know what I would have done if I had to wait til its release. In case you’ve been living under a rock, this is about a black teen girl, Kiera, who created an underground computer game for the black community. One of the players is killed in real life over a dispute in the game, and a lot of shit happens. It’s an incredible book and I’m absolutely reviewing it.
What Linz is currently reading:
The Revisioners by Margaret Wilkerson Sexton: a forthcoming novel about women’s relationships and racial identity, told by a mixed-race mother in the modern day and her ancestory, a former slave. It’s the only challenge I didn’t finish for Booziebookathon, but it’s not a book that you should rush through.
The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern: THANK GOD I CAN FINALLY GET BACK TO THIS, I don’t know what I was thinking starting it 2 days before Booziebookathon.
Until next time, we remain forever drunkenly yours,
Sam, Melinda, Linz, and Ginny
