Happy Día de los Muertos! I drew Coco fanart for the first time in like a year to celebrate

All the art I have made of "The Hope Kids".

A group made up by Miguel Rivera (Coco), Hiro Hamada (Big Hero Six), Meilin Lee (Turning Red) and Riley Andersen (Intensamente), but any other character is welcome to be a Hope Kid.

Why the name? 'cause I like to think that they represent this new generation, the ones that have the hope to heal what others generations couldn't. Something like that.

Sooo i have a CRAZY idea, guys what if we combined the Futuristic Four and the Hope Kids guys please please PLEASE I NEED IT

It would be such a cool group! Plus if we’re bringing back rotbtd we might as well do what they did back then and make a group of 8, i forgot what it was called but it was the og big four, Elsa and Anna, then Kristoff and Eugene and they cooked every time (almost)

Anywho uhh I’ll probably post more of them but for now i gotta figure out what to call this group

Turning Red fanart since it's in theaters

I feel the main reason that the Ernesto De La Cruz twist worked as opposed to other twist villains is because he already sucked as a character before we knew the truth.

All we knew about Miguel's grandfather is that he was blinded by the starlight, abandoned his wife and daughter and didn't even send them anyway to support themselves. Even in death, he's not visiting his living family or giving the Rivera family the time of day. He's surrounded by adoring fans and having a lavish party, using spirit guides as servants. We are told explicitly that this man is awful!

So when we find out that this is Hector's ex partner who ruined not just his life, but his FAMILY'S life- the twist isn't "Oh my god he's awful!" it's "OH MY GOD! He's worse than I thought!"

This crossover trio collage on Manolo Sánchez, Miguel Rivera and Mirabel Madrigal were based on artworks and memes I have seen on Tumblr. I decided to call them the Hispanic M Trio, with them being Hispanic and their names starting with the letter "M." Its on the nose, but it would do until a better title comes up.
