As the daughter of a hoarder I have this constant terrifying fear I have too many things I my room but I finally realized something:

This is a normal amount of things to have!!!!! I just haven't had my own room in years!!!!!

So I fucked up my elbow earlier by banging it into a pole really hard, and then about 20 minutes later had a panic attack while up on register and had to slip away while there were still customers in line because I started crying and spent 10 minutes in the bathroom sobbing.
