Zed drew a piece of art with Stone and three dogs and I love them so much. So until I get answers here are my headcanons.

Named Nic, Tina and Bacco. Stone just named his dogs Nicotine and Tobacco

Found them in a box as puppies with their mom and took care of them. The mom unfortunately passed but the three puppies were luckily healthy.

Skipp and Vinnie did help with them quite a bit and all three of the puppers love them.

Skipp will give them apple pieces with out the seeds as treats, he also loves to play fetch with Tina.

Vinnie races around with the dogs all the time, she is some of the time faster in a foot race against them. She found a piece of rope and tied some knots to it, so her and Bacco get into some intense games of tug of war.

Stone paid for their collars and tags himself and had the worst week of his life when he sold some of his cigarettes and booze to get them. He did this so the pound couldn’t put them down.

According to their tags they belong to Dante’s Bar because that is you know, an address, so they sometimes get caught, Dante goes to pick them up and lets them back out on the street.

if Stone wanders off and passes out drunk in an alleyway somewhere, the other two don’t need to worry because the puppies are there to protect him. They sleep around him.

Stone has them trained. They can do tricks, pickpocket people and if Stone is in a bad spot he can whistle for the puppies and they will come running. (He has trained Nico to aim for the crotch. It is an effective tactic, Bacco and Tina hold them down and Nico makes sure they never want to fuck around with Stone again)

They are very self sufficient dogs, and cute enough to beg for scraps from loot bags. They are sometimes more well feed than the scraps are.

K, and her "Strong arm" techniques ;P ... She wrangled me to help on the inaugural season and I've been here since.

Will you be participating either as a writer or artist? If so, what will you be doing?

I will be writing in Multiple capacities. I am still working on my 2018 CSSNS MC - The Fate of The Medjai, as well as writing a Phantom/Ghost OS for the event's final year.

What do you do in your "real life?"

I now work as a Accounts Payable Specialist for a global corporation, when I'm not on medical leave (too many surgeries), and a Dog Mom of 4 ornery puppers (I'll happily talk about my babies any time).

What are you most looking forward to in this event?

All of the amazing new content to come.

What the dog doin?

Idk if anyone remembers from my last blog or over on twitter but I absolutely ADORE Jinmenken ( aka Manjimutt) with all my heart and HATE how the anime treated this pupper. He is my top favorite Yokai and biggest comfort character too, he literally means so much to me 🥺

It’s been a real long time since I last drew him so I decided to draw him a bit to get back used to drawing him again. I then decided to him with Fumika’s ( Katie’s ) dad since I actually have this huge AU where Fumi actually got the watch instead of Keita ( Nate ) and in the part of the story where she incounters Jinmenken, I see befriending him and after some more stuff happening he ends up at her house and her folks end up seeing him, but as a kinda “ugly” dog instead of a human thanks to a special collar for dog Yokai. It’s a lot to explain so I’ll ofc go into more detail later, but for now I can say that after Fumi explains that she “found” Jinmenken needing help, she decided to help the pup until her and her parents found his actual owner. The mom is fine with this but the dad just bonds with Jinmenken fast and the two become inseparable ^^;; Again there are details missing but I will explain better later <:3

Process of drawing my first fursona! Her name is Aorre, and they are based off of the doggo breed Australian Shepherd. She is especially close to my heart because I have had Australian Shepherds as pets all my life. Their eyes are my favorite because I drew them to look just like a ghost pupper of mine's. I am quite proud!

A peek into the notebook I keep by my bed to scribble down crap I think of when I'm dead tired trying to sleep, but brain keep going. I write very eloquent and sophisticated text in it.

I'm also going to take this opportunity to ramble about stories and junk since no one will probably see this.

Most of these are from December/January before I started Kaleidoscope. Most of it made it into the story proper. Though, of course, these are mostly highly exaggerated just so I'll remember the ideas... Hence the ooc speech and, well. Mangey talking at all. xD Mangey and Tails sitting by the fire; Mangey holding up a teacup and like "Dohoho, indeed ol' chap! Cheerio! ^w^" Wtf. xD Speaking of that page, I think originally I was going to have the first Tails/Mangey encounter be Tails curiously poking around Mangey's fish smoking setup in chapter 3. Glad I cut it; I don't think it really added anything.

I don't think I directly referenced Nine being like ??? about the other guys keeping stuff in their tails yet, but he's definitely thinking it. There's so many little details I have in my notes to add though, and I forget some of them... Sometimes in such a way that I can't add them at all anymore (due to the way it cycles between perspectives) and I'm like FRIK. I hope I can fit in that hair fixing scene. THERE'S STILL TIME!!! And it's friggin cute. Nine, you have to start liking Mangey OR ELSE (I'll cry ;;).

Obligatory angsty bit about Nine having NO FAMILY. Y'know, if they ever get their memories back at all. Will they??? ???????

Aaand a little scene from Mangey's backstory as a pupper! Well, kit, whatev. :V I didn't have a ref of Thorn; don't... Don't mind how she looks... sdkfsdlj I'm going to write his backstory with the other Boscage peeps as a oneshot, uh, eventually.

And oh look. It's the random Kit/Sails doodle that started that whole brainrot. That little stinker already has a notes file 1/4th the size of the Kaleidoscope one. The thing with Sails and Mangey is that, since they weren't as defined in the show, you can kinda just... Go buckwild thinking up stuff for them, worldbuilding their barely touched-upon settings. Like, Nine is just Nine. I didn't really add anything because it was all there: Tragic backstory emo angry lil guy. Perfect, already my favorite type of character. xD But Sails and Mangey... I'll just drop two little things I drew major influence from. For Mangey, I dialed in on the fact that yes, he's a little jungle critter, but he's also "Tails raised by Rouge." Jungle Rouge, but still Rouge. For Sails, just... Well, it's super kid-ified of course, but that whole crew is a bunch of bloodthirsty mf'ers. They look so excited when they talk about murder- er, I mean, "pirating." :P But that's enough rambles for now, or I will neverrrr stop. >.>

I do have to say, I adore how you drew Dono there! Also is it just me or is he taller than Pico there? He certainly does look so to me so I shall presume he is until told otherwise

Dono is taller than Pico there actually, I can't recall his height exactly but I'm pretty sure it's around 6'5
