I’m also proud of you for stepping back, I’ve had to do it a few times while on here as well. It’s important to remind yourself that you are your first priority. You can’t fill a cup from an empty bucket. In my culture, it’s normal for people to have scheduled cries, days you are never open, because those are your mourning days. For the past, present, future, cry, let it out. Holding a rotten fish just makes the barrel rot faster, you have to remove the bad sometimes. You’ll probably miss a few, and have to throw it out, but it’s better than serving bad fish and getting sick. Take your time, rest, and I hope you know that I’m here for you if you need to vent. (I’m always kinda iffy on if you would feel comfortable with me trying to comfort you since I don’t think we’re SUPER close, so if I cross any boundaries tell me okay?)
