Stolas is incredibly classist!

And probably doesn’t realise it.

I already made a short post about it here but I want to go more into detail with all of this.

First I want to show how he is acting with demons that aren’t Goetia and then how his classism even bleeds into the relationship with Blitzø.

Disclaimer: I love Stolas, he is one of my favourite characters of the show! Doesnt mean though I wont critic him for some of the bullshit he is pulling

Stolas is constantly dismissing other demons and looking at all of them from a high angle. We can clearly see it when he interacts with Millie and Moxxie

Just look at his uninterested face too while Moxxie is talking to him

Not to forget he keeps referring to Imps as "little ones“ etc

Of course he is aware of his status sometimes and does use it to get into Ozzies. But he also does it while presenting himself on a higher angle than the poor bouncer in front of the club would’ve needed

Like Stolas you’re already one of the princes of hell, the guy KNOWS who you are! Why are you giving him this look??

He doesn't see any imp or even any demon who is ranked below him as equal. It shows again when he is directly attacked by Striker. Stolas was mostly chill about the situation and not even fully aware he was in danger!

Yes, he brings it up but he isn’t fully convinced of it himself. The first time he REALLY understands he is in big trouble is when he realises that his glare doesn’t work!

I don’t think Stolas doesn’t know what holy rope is. But I do believe that he himself didn’t think an IMP could possess such dangerous equipment!

And what shows it to me the MOST that he really doesnt seem to hold any respect to Imps that aren't Blitzø is this:

How he handles Pringles, the butler of the family!

He literally squeezes him so tightly the poor guy cant get any air anymore!

Just holding him and handling him as if he was an object! Dude is already getting dizzy and Stolas wont let go of him!

Yes I know I suppose this is mostly a visual gag to make the scene more entertaining. We just cant forget that animation is a long process to do. Anything, any action a character does is there for a reason! If Stolas WASN'T a person who wouldnt handle an Imp butler like this, it would'nt be in the scene!

This is already enough proof for me that Stolas is very classist. Its so casual for him and normal that he doesnt even seem to realise it! Why do I think that? Because it bleeds into the relationship with Blitzø!

All the things Stolas keeps saying about Imps, he also says directly to Blitzø.

Calling Blitzø "his little Imp", again just saying Imps are little and "things" to be posessed

Dismissing Blitzø when he tries to get serious, just saying he is cute even though Blitzø is trying to complain

Also the constant cheek pinching, something youd mostly do to a child.

And dont forget the most posessive thing of all of them to say in "Truth Seekers"

Stolas literally called Blitzø HIS "plaything", also pointing out the Imp part again.

Id say something like "oh but that was probably just before he got feelings for Blitzø! And then it changed!" I mean even if that was the case it wouldnt make it any better. But no, Stolas literally had a crush on Blitzø the first time he SAW him! Look, this is his literal first reaction:

Stolas always had feelings for Blitzø, but still he keeps downplaying Blitzøs feelings and totally ignores the class thing. Because he himself is already in a higher class! So he can just pick and choose which Imp he respects and which he doesnt.

Worst of all of this is that as a child Stolas was a LOT more open about those things!

Until his father "corrects" him

And Stolas rememberd this statement until his aduldhood. The only exeption he makes to this rule is Blitzø.

And Blitzø of course notices those things. Of course he notices the constant dismiss of Stolas! Being called a "Plaything" and a "little imp!" He is already self conscious enough. And that makes him even more vunerable and hyper aware of those things.

Even though Stolas showed general intersted in him someties, Blitzø already accepted himself as his little tool.

Moxxie even brings it up to Blitzø, obviously playing to Stolas feelings for him.

But Blitzø immediately thinks its still just about something sexual. And nothing else.

Because he cant see himself being anything else to Stolas than just a plaything. It doesnt matter how often Stolas was honest with him and showed interest. His constant belitteling and downplaying on him and also any other Imp that happens to be present while Blitzø is with him is enough.

With ALL of that context, its totally clear why Blitzø lashed out at Stolas in Full Moon. For him this confession came out of nowhere. He didnt have time to breathe or understand what was really going on there. And Stolas himself keeps ignoring their class difference and has 0 self reflection on that part so far, not getting why this is so upsetting to Blitzø.

oh this is a long one, who's Juan Guarnizo, the streamer who has recently tweeted against the french union in regards of the qsmp.

juan guarnizo is a colombian streamer (who now lives in mexico with his wife). he's participated in Tortillaland, a roleplaying minecraft series, as a wizard of sorts. He then decided to create a "spin-off" series (more cinematic/pre-planned) called "El Dios de Todo" (The God of Everything, his character's catchphrase). So he partnered with Euphonia, a popular Minecraft Studio that has created games such as SquidCraft, Dedsafio, SawMinecraftGames, and more.

He announced he was looking for several roleplayers for this project, and people started complaining on twitter because some of the requirements were pretty much insane.

Some include, full availability for 6 hours a day everyday for an entire month, good quality microphone, not being able to livestream the content, just record it to be used after the proyect was released, knowing how to rhyme/rap/sing/imitate voices and animals/general voice acting talent and being able to improv. All of that for the price of 0$. The payment? The enriching experience of being part of this unpayed proyect with your favorite content creator.

Well turns out people still didn't like this idea, justifiably so, and continued to call him out on twitter. His initial response was as follows:

(Hello, I understand that you know little about the project so I'll explain it to you: The God of Everything is a series based on a story that we will tell in the most cinematic way possible, therefore it is only possible to have one pov and not 40. Participants will be able to take advantage of the series on different social media platforms but not live. How much benefit they decide to get out of it is up to each person. What I think their fans don't understand is that this is not a mob campaign against their faves, it's about protecting the working class from the privileged who refuse to pay them correctly or sometimes never at all, granting them rights to defend themselves when cases like these arise. This goes for people who claim Juan learned from his mistake, he clearly didn't if his immediate reaction to the union was:

his first account was banned and he keeps getting suspended or restricted on the one he's using since middle school, he mainly post memes or pictures where you barely see him (like guns he stole to his father and you just see his camo pants and combat boots so you know it's him), the memes are just well, edgy boy humor filled with the dumb horny posting about anime girls

don't go through who he follows, it's a mix of girls from his middle school, girls he knows are in his grade and popular model/onlyfan models (and there's also memes account and shit like that)

Now that I'm animating the stars' reactions to Asha choosing Aster, I was wondering, How would Aster have reacted if Asha chose another star? I know that the most likely thing is that he will be sad, but I started to think that he would communicate all the time with the other star that Asha chose so that he is aware of everything that happens or that he would get angry with the star because it happened something bad to Asha, I don't know, ideas that come to me out of nowhere in the middle of the night lmao

Okay buckle up because this one will be a crazy ride:

You know this is a very interesting question but is also really hard for me to say because I’d have to imagine how another star would even go about granting Asha’s wish.

Because keep in mind that I took inspiration on how wishing stars work based on the Blue Fairy. The blue fairy didn’t accompany Pinocchio the whole way through, she just gave him some little interventions, so like, if Aster was in the Blue Fairy’s place he’d stay with Pinocchio the whole way through, because that’s his style, but it’s not how wishing stars usually do things, they only give small interventions and some advice.

… But in Asha’s case I can’t imagine a star doing that and not coming off as an huge jerk, because she needed A LOT of help, not only to save her people but also to protect herself from Magnifico granting her cursed wish.

But let’s say that Asha wished upon a star that followed all the rules:

All that star did at first was go down, introduce themselves to her, give her some magical intervention like boosting her confidence so she’s braver to spread the word of who Magnifico really is, so maybe she can start a silent rebellion, and also makes so she doesn’t need to sleep so she herself can stop the cursed wish from getting to her…

So this star does all that with their magic, very quickly, says goodbye to Asha and wishes her luck? then goes back to the sky to chill… And Aster pops up next to them like

Aster:…….. What the heck was that?!

Star: What? I gave her some advice and now I’m watching how it’ll play out.

Aster: UMM! She had a TERRIBLE day and you just took away her ability to SLEEP! Do you have any idea how important sleep is for humans??

Star: …. Do you?

Aster: NO I DONT BUT I IMAGINE ITS VERY IMPORTANT! THEY DO IT A LOT!

Star: *sigh* well you’re young, you don’t know anything. I’m just doing my job. So how about you mind your business and we watch how this play out, okay?

And it all plays out… The next day Asha gets trapped in the dungeon after she’s found out trying to start a rebellion

Aster (looking at the star very angrily):……. Go. Down. There. Now. Or I’ll turn you into a black hole (a dead star)

Star: OKAY OKAY IM GOING JEEZ!

The star gets there and frees Asha just like how the blue fairy freed Pinocchio from a cage.

Asha: What took you so long??? Nothing went according to your plan!

Star: Listen child, this is new even for me. I’m not used to dealing with evil kings.

Magnifico: Yeah, I can tell.

The king says from the shadows behind them. He only trapped Asha in the dungeon as bait, so he could capture the star.

Star:….. Well %#€&$

Aster (all the way up in the sky): AAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!

And the star gets captured and Magnifico steals its power.

The end.

Moral of the story? Sometimes going against tradition and doing things your own way is THE BEST way. So even though the stars keep complaining that Aster isn’t following their rules of “not getting attached” and “only giving advice then leaving the human to do it by themselves”, his way is literally THE ONLY WAY that Magnifico could ever be defeated. What seemed like bad luck was a actually a blessing.

one of the biggest problems i think is how often you vague post about people/posts. ik its an easy way to get your opinion off your chest but a couple times the posts make moots feel anxious you could refer to them. also i find that just ignoring and/or blocking the person is more helpful/healthy than publicly responding

and yeah this hour i spent talking to my friend we were talking about my constant negative behavior, im pretty sure it's from bpd so it's gonna be a bit hard for me to change but i still really want to, she told me i tend to hate things too much and too easily and lately ive been voicing it everytime something displeases me (this following part she didn't say but i am aware) and that makes unpleasant to talk to because sometimes you just want to have a good time and no one likes a guy whos constantly ruining the mood. i also tend to have a lot of prejudice towards some things and tastes and hobbies and it just comes off as rude and mean and controlling

i am really unsure what i need to do to change that part of me, im thinking of exploring more things i love and focusing on expressing my passion for it instead of ranting and complaining and whining constantly like i used to do back in the glory days (aka the days my followers felt comfortable on my page) i also think i need to start consuming more things like series and cartoons or anime im just unsure where to start especially with the limited access i have (currently only have youtube on tv and my phone which i planned to use to play/draw while i consume said media) but il figure something out. I'm also gonna try to get closer to ppl irl so that ill have less time to my head because i think a big problem is my disorder talks over me and im just letting it do what it wants instead of trying to reign it in
