🍬⇢ post an unpopular opinion about a popular fandom character: Cereal do you want me to DIE kjgdghkjdkdghjk I mean, I could go the easy route and pick a NUMBER of things out of Bill's fandom history or ANYTHING surrounding him, but I wanna go hard mode and avoid anything about him specifically.

So uhhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,hmm. Maybe just my feelings on Ford in general? In that I think he's alright and appreciate him MUCH more now that I'm writing him, but I still find the rest of the family far more interesting.

I really wish the guy could click with me as much as everyone else and I am going out of my way to put so much love and effort into writing him, because I still want to do his character justice no matter what.

But ahhhhh, I really don't think he's ever gonna break my top five in terms of favorite characters in the show. Still, great character! Very fun to write! He gets to toss a fistful of fairy dust into Bill's face in a future chapter, so lucky him!

🦴 ⇢ is there a piece of media that inspires your writing?: I mean,,,,,,,I guess whatever I'm writing at the moment counts, along with anything I end up referencing within the plot (for Triangulum, I know I'm gonna take a LOT of inspiration from specific pieces of media for certain chapters, like the Danganronpa chapters, the Mamma Mia! chapters, and so on and so forth).

And outside of Gravity Falls, I know the DTLS AU was strongly inspired by both Ducktales itself and how much Roman and I fucking hated what the writers did with RWBY. SO a piece of media I hate could be just as inspiring as something I like~!

In general, I also think one of my BIGGEST inspirations for ANYTHING I write is probably Lilo and Stitch, both movies and the series. Just the concepts from those (the weird girl and strange creature friendships, the way they handle redemption arcs, the fact that there's a lot of big gay men everywhere :) ) end up being at the back of my mind whenever I write something. I just love it to bits.

ok this is gonna be kinda mean

i dont trust most of the people in mash fandom who i dont recognise the urls of, there are a number of people who i think are big in mash fandom(??? is that even a thing. wtf is "big in mash fandom") who i cannot stand for one reason or another but mainly because they focus almost solely on shit like the beejhawk relationship which i knoooooow I KNOW i get it believe me but it's like hello. there is more to the show *rattling empty can* spare Any other character? anyone at all.

i dont like when people start with s4 it feels inorganic and i mean. just say youre watching bc you wanna fuck bj or think about him kissing hawkeye or whatever. it's fine just SAY THAT dont act like youre watching from that point onwards bc it suddenly became a masterpiece starting w s4 yknow. many of my favourite episodes are from s1-3 and i am also just a mean person who hates when people watch shows out of order? like suck it up guys it's what 75 episodes or something. just fucking watch it you'll be fine.

it is kind of wild to me how many people seem to only just be realising this show about the korean war might be... Problematic i'm like. yeah dude have we been watching the same show. for the time it was good but like... context babes! and also just bc it's bad in these areas doesnt mean you have to idk stop watching and blacklist it completely yknow. not to get into Cancel Culture but the show is fifty years old what did you expect was going to happen and also not to excuse it but it is better than a lot of shit that was airing at that time (altho my reference point for that time period is mainly uk comedy which um. well. should definitely not be a benchmark for Wokeness)

the only reason why y/n is up in business class is because she got upgraded at the last minute and you knoW homegirl snatched the ticket up as soon as the lady at the desk was like ‘hey so it turns out we can bump you up to-‘ anyways she’s having the time of her life because she’s never sat in an airplane seat that had the ability to go all the way down like a bed before.,, and look at these luxurious looking headphones.,,., the complimentary snacks and little flute of champagne.,., there’s even a little care package with a toothbrush and toothpaste and fuzzy socks and a sleeping mask,.,.. there are no care packages in economy!!!! the care package in economy is the paper bag they give you when you feel like you’re about blow chuNKs from turbulence!!! for the first time ever y/n wishes that the flight was longer so that she could stay up in business class forever!!!  

meanwhile yoongi is just about ready to jump off this plane because this trip is going to be his third flight in a roW and even though the passengers don’t know that nugget of information he’s still going to take it out on them when they get all demanding (even though they’re technically allowed to be demanding because they are paying customers after all, but stiLL) + his uniform is starting to get itChy and he just wants to wash his hair instead of completely dousing it in dry shampoo + he doesn’t know how jimin still has that megawatt smile on his face + when he was helping jungkook clean the economy seats there was a wad of chewed up guM underneath one of the seats and he literally wanted to chop his hand off after realising what it was + he’s just glad that he has to tend to business class instead of the economy class monSTERS

“excuse me? can i get another face towel?”

yoongi pokes his tongue into his cheek frustratedly before whipping around with a vERy forced smile on his face

he makes his way over to the annoying passenger in seat 5A with his hands folded in front of him

“this plane has been in the air for a total of-“ yoongi pauses to check the time on his watch”-twenty minutes, and in the span of twenty minutes, you’ve asked for an additional not one, not two, but five face towels in total. you do realise there are a limited number of face towels and that you’re completely suCKING up the supply, right?”

“…is there a problem?” she trails off yoongi’s eyes flicker towards the little mountain of towels sitting on her table

“if you need to wash your face, might i suggest heading to the washroom and doing so in the sink? i-“

“we would love to get you another hot towel.” yoongi jumps when jimin quite seemingly poPs out of nowhere and he winces when he feels jimin wrap his fingers around the back of his arm before squeezing hard “we’ll be right back with that for you.”

“thank you! …could you make that two face towels, by the way?”

before yoongi gets the chance to cuSS the passenger out jimin shoves him to the front of the plane

“are you trying to get us in trouble?” jimin hisses as he opens the little warmer drawer open where they keep all the moist towelettes
