The more I think about it the more I'm like. Dan's autism comment really could've perhaps stayed in the drafts... Or at the very least he needs to rephrase it a bit imo. It kinda came out of nowhere that he was suddenly like "we're not normative, but not like autistic" and I was like 😶 ok good for you lmao? 😭 I feel like he just wanted to clarify that since the are theories about it? (At least that's what I assumed, but tbh it wasn't really super clear what he was trying to imply.) It really came out of nowhere and there's a better way he could've phrased it (if it needed to be said at all, particularly in this situation. It just seems like it was kind of a random time to bring this topic up, especially in such vague terms). And I know he meant "everyone's a little autistic" in a well-meaning/inclusive way, like "we're not autistic but shoutout to the autistic phannies", but the general consensus these days is that that sentiment ultimately is a harmful one, whether he meant it to be or not. That was the one part of the show that did not work for me tho the rest of it was incredible like truly incredible

I like to think that Percy goes out of his way to give multiple tours of the castle to first year's during the first couple months. It can be difficult to navigate with the moving staircases.

Feeling like I've fallen into the deep end realising that I can say 'I have sewn upwards of 20 buttons in the name of fandom'.

Trying to make old timey suspenders work in 2024 is so much work.

Which leads to an interesting conversation I once had with @historymaiden. Apparently they stopped selling men's trousers with suspender buttons pre-sewn in around WWII due to rationing. In other words, for the entire duration of Agent Carter, any male character you see wearing suspenders are either (a) wearing a pre-war garment, (b) had someone else sew it for them, either by a mother, or a girlfriend/wife, or they paid someone to do it, or (c) they have a little cookie tin sewing kit at home.
