Imagine just scrolling on tumbler then you see a fucking picture of a surgical procedure that you had a version done on you that you now have a form of PTSD from. It's a fairly gory picture and not a drawing but an actual picture. No content warning no sign your about to see something potentially very very triggering that should not even be on the internet. Yes pictures of a surgery should not be online unless its from a medical show clip. You follow the person who reblogged it for completely unrelated things.
