i know we’ve been saying this since dt17 premiered but. yeah they’d be bffs.

in my crossover visions, dipper & mabel are dimension hopping with a device given to them by a suspicious person. they end up in duckburg before dimension device breaks or whatever. they run into hdlw and, how convenient these kid ducks are accustomed to weird stuff. not only that, but they are able and willing to help them. however, there’s a mishap with the fixing of the device and they all end up back in gravity falls. something bad has happened while dipper and mabel were gone. after freaking out about being humans, hdlw help dipper and mabel save gravity falls before it’s too late. lots more can happen! just baseline story i was thinking about while doodling in class and drawing on ipad because i needed 1) a reason why and how they’d interact and 2) justification for drawing dog mabel and human webby. idrc if it’s not fleshed out or derivative, it’s in my brain and i don’t want to type anymore. if you read this far u get the glowing monke:
