Love your LADS writings! Could we maybe get them reacting to their girlfriend wearing their shirt?
I love writing for LADS, now that Caleb is here there's even more hot men to fawn over.

A/N: Wrote this a bit fast because my new PC came in today so I need to set it up. It's gonna be awesome.
Tumblr media
Zayne pretends not to notice that it's his shirt you're always wearing in the mornings when you stay over at his place. It's only a shirt, he's got many more just like it. So why is it getting to him when you wear it? Simple, it looks cuter on you, and he tries not to get worked up about it, that would go against his stoic, professional self. However when he sees you waring his clothes he always tells you that it looks good on you. A sort of subltle encouragement that you should do it more often, and also spend more time at his place because he tries not to leave his clothes at your place.
Rafayel wants to buy some matching clothes when he saw that you wear his on ocassion. He's always had a good sense of style and is very happy that you do to, furthermore that you like it so much that you want to wear what he waers. When he sees you wearing his clothes he makes sure to memorize what it looked like on you so he can sketch it later. Before he knows it there are a dozen sketches of you in his clothes. Not that it's a bad thing by any means and he thinks you're catching on to him buying matching clothes because every time you're on a date you're pointing out cute outfits that you say would look great on him.
Xavier doesn't think much of it when he leaves some of his stuff at your place when he comes and goes. What he does think about is how his pants looked on you, too long, cozy, some a bit tight on you, others hanging off your hips, all depending on what you get your hands on at the time. The scene is almost domestic, seeing you not even think about putting on something of his, you don't even say why you do it and he's fascinated by that. Playfuly he tugs on the waistband of the pants and tells you he wants them back, only for you to turn the tables and tell him to take them off you if he wants them so bad.
Sylus is very perceptive of what you do when you're around him so there's no way he wouldn't notice you wearing his fancy shirts around the apartment. Those aren't exactly outfits for casual wear so there was no way you could have mistaken them for one of your own, which means you took them on purpouse. A man like him doesn't do well when other people touch what belongs to him without his permission. It's bad bussiness practice, and dangerous when you're in deep with criminals like he is. But he could be persuaded to let you get away with it, only because you're his girl and his girl can do whatever she wants with and to him.
Caleb leaves his hoodie at your place on purpouse. He did it because he wanted to use it as an excuse to visit again early, he didn't expect that you'd be wearing it when you opened the door for him. All the blood rushed to his brain and caused him to stop all train of thought for a few moments before he smirked and leaned in to whisper how cute you look, his breath hot against your lips before he claimed them in a seering kiss. From that day on he never mentioned anything about you giving him his clothes back. Why would he want it back when it looks so much better on you, sometimes it's all you wear around him.

You love your boyfriend, obviously, but you started hating how he spent more time playing with his friends rather than hanging out with you.
Every time he had free time you’d ask him to sleep over at his and he accepted whenever you would ask. However… he would spend his time clicking away at his computer screen, his pretty fingers moving along the keyboard keys.
You’d sit with your arms resting on your knees, curdled up on his bed watching him.
“Hurry through here so we can corner these guys.. come on, faster, faster!” he says, speaking to Heeseung, Jungwon and Sunghoon through his headset. He’s been playing with them for hours now, and you just spend your time listening to him. The blue light from the screen emits onto his glasses, spreading on his whole face.
You scrolled your phone for a bit, but how much more could you scroll really? You desperately needed his attention, you missed his sweet words and his touch.
Without wanting to disturb him, you walk behind his gaming chair, wrapping your arms around his abdomen. He had to watch how he reacted cause the others could hear his every movement. “Oh..hey my love, what’s up?” he says, still focused on the screen. Your mood changes again, seeing how uninterested he is, not even bothering to look at you. You quickly take your hands off him and back off, that move making him look back at you for a split second.
“What’s wrong?” he asks, shooting another enemy.
“Forget it, i’m going home.” you say, the want to stay getting lesser and lesser.
“Wait.. what? what do you mean..?” he says, immediately grabbing his headset to take it off his head. He leaves the keyboard in the middle of the online game, faint sounds of the guys’ screams coming from the headphones.
“I wanna go home.” you look down.
“I’m sorry my love… I was totally ignoring you. I didn’t realise. I’ll leave the game right now.” he gently grabs your hands, looking up at you like a guilty puppy.
You stop him. “I’m just mad at you. How can you invite me over then just.. ignore me like that??” you snap.
He looks down again. “I’m acting so stupid. I’m sorry.. is there any way I can make it up to you?”
As he’s massaging your fingers with his, you look down, noticing the way his joints move. The amount of small veins he has in his hand and how easily you can trace them with your touch. You stare at his slender fingers, his perfect trimmed nails… just getting an idea.
“Jake..” you whisper, pulling him into a soft kiss. As you lean in, he grabs onto one side of your jaw, pulling you closer to him. You almost sit on his lap, before he stands up to make you walk back to his bed. You both make out for a bit, barely getting enough of each other’s lips.
He lays you on his bed, getting on top of you to continue kissing you. It’s just like he knows what you want to forgive him. “Let me make you happy… what do you think?” he smiles softly. You just nod, looking up at him with desperate but determined eyes.
His fingers slyly cross your neck, down your collarbone and down your shirt. He uses one hand to massage your whole chest through your large shirt. He slowly touches you all over, before stopping at your hips, where the shirt ends. he moves his fingers up your shirt, on your abdomen, finally sliding it off you from above your head. Your breasts now fully in his view, he smiles upon looking at them.
“You’re so damn perfect. I love you so much.” he says. his fingers cage your tits with a squeeze, trying to make the best of it with how much time he has until his members realise he’s gone.
“I love you too baby.” you say back shyly, biting your lip after watching his veiny hands touch you all over. His fingers are genuinely perfect, the way his hands are so soft on your plush skin, pretty pink knuckles and hands just a little cold to make you shiver.
He finally moves down to your pants, sliding them off in one move, making you spread your legs a bit so he can take them off. You’re just left in your underwear now, already soaked. You’re waiting for his slender fingers to welcome your pussy with a touch, but he has other plans. Instead, he picks you up in his embrace, legs wrapped around his waist. Your wet underwear leaves an embarrassing stain on his plain white shirt but he doesn’t mind.
He buries his head into your neck while he walks back to the desk. “You’re so wet for me, love.” He says satisfied. “Now you better stay quiet, the mic is on you and… you don’t want them to hear you, do you?” you look at him a bit scared of the situation, but you shake your head. “Good girl, stay quiet for me then.” he reassures.
Jake sits back down on the chair, making you sit on his lap, facing him. He places the mic of the headset right close to you telling the guys that he’s finally back. He puts the headset on one of your ears, letting you hear him aswell with the other. Now his friends are just talking about random things while you hear them with one ear, and your boyfriend’s voice in the other. You stay completely quiet but he makes a move, leaning in to your face to tell his members that he’s going to be away from his keyboard for a bit again.
After he says that, he leans back into his chair and immediately rips your underwear off. He makes a big hole in them not even bothering to take them off. Jake shyly touches your sensitive clit with the bud of his thumb, tracing small circles around it. He looks at what he’s doing the entire time, admiring how wet you could’ve gotten for him in this time.
He pulls his fingers away to shove them in your mouth, making you lick and suck on his fingers for a minute or so. The fingers get coated in your saliva, and he pulls them out to continue touching your clit. You succeed staying quiet, grabbing his shoulders with both your hands. He picks up his pace, beginning to squeeze the sensible skin, pinching it and dragging it with his fingers. “So good.” He whispers. You close your mouth shut, trying your hardest not to make a sound, the guys’ voices echoing through your head.
After he’s done abusing your clit, he moves down to your folds, touching all over them with his wet fingers. He stops at your desperate hole, slowly pushing one finger inside. You close your eyes, your lips parting at the sudden feeling. Your body jerks up automatically as you let out a heavy breath.
As your eyelids connect, they crush two sweet tears in between them.
Jake reaches for the mic, holding it in his palm so the sound muffles. “I barely shoved my finger inside, princess. Stay still.” He says, moving his fingers slowly in and out of you. Your juices run down his knuckles as you sit there on his lap shamefully. You grab onto his shoulder blades, trying your best to stay quiet.
He takes his hand away from the mic, placing it on your thigh instead. He sneaks another finger in, making you leave out a small sound. He looks up at you with his glistening puppy eyes, smiling ever so slightly with the corners of his mouth. He picks up his pace significantly, the feeling of his fingers so deep inside your core making you want to scream right there. If there’s one thing you love about your boyfriend’s physical appearance it HAS to be his hands.
They’re so soft, perfect for holding or.. you know, feeling.
He takes really good care of his hands, specially for you. He makes sure he stays on the top of his hygiene mostly for moments like these. You slowly lean in to give him a quiet kiss, muffling a moan that was forming in the back of your throat. The buds of his fingers rub against the best spot as he curls them inside, making you leave out a louder sound. Luckily his members were preoccupied with the game and didn’t really pay attention to what they heard.
Jake’s eyebrows raised slightly, speeding up even more. You start shaking your head, barely being able to contain yourself anymore. Your poor underwear is stuck to your skin, almost fully wet against it. “J…Jake.. I can’t please.. i… please…” you plead in a faint whisper.
“What’s that, love? tell me clearly.” he says, clearly knowing what you’re about to say but he still loves teasing you for it.
“Gonna cum…. oh m… fucking days. Please. Let me.. cum..” you whisper so slightly again, the sound barely hitting his ears.
“Keep quiet though, i’m letting you finish don’t worry.” he keeps going, massaging your thigh with his other hand. You immediately feel the knot in your stomach unleash with a large gush that spreads down his fingers and onto his sweatpants. You cover your mouth with your hand really tightening your palm on your face.
He smiles in satisfaction, pulling his fingers out to shove them inside his mouth. He licks his fingers to be able to taste you on his tongue, and he finally grabs onto your ass. He gives it a little playful slap before grinding you on him. You manage to calm your high down just to focus on him. You look down at his bulge forming in his now wet stained pants.
Jake has always been hard to take, in other words, he’s just packing. It never demotivated you to take him whole, no matter how much he stretched you out. Even his half-hard dick is hard to grab with one hand. That’s why when you slide his sweatpants off, you smile at him before barely wrapping one hand around his cock. You lazily stroke him to get him rock hard, your wet pussy just patiently waiting right next to it.
“Are you gonna be able to take it?” he looks at you understanding, knowing how before you would end up so stretched out after. You nod your head, sure of your actions this time.
“I can.” you reply. Once he’s fully hard, you trace a finger on the veins on his dick. Each and every one. You lick your lips before letting out a string of saliva fall down his cock, lubricating it a bit before positioning his tip on your hole. You take a deep breath as you sit on him slowly. He stretches you out more and more, and he insists on slowing everything down for you but you were so desperate to have him inside you that you just didn’t care anymore.
He keeps telling you to stop for yourself, to pull out if it’s too much. Instead you shush him, leaning your head back as you let yourself down on him. When you finally take him whole, your body shakes slightly at the feeling. You feel so full right now, so stretched. But there’s no way you’re pulling away.
His members start wondering where he is, and how they keep hearing breathing as he’s not in the game and he’s been missing for so long already. You panic a little upon hearing them ask about Jake but instead you just close your eyes, feeling his tip in your deepest spot.
“Oh fucks… sake. You’re so.. damn huge.” you whisper cry to him. He giggles a bit, only looking at you the whole time. “Let me see you move on it.” he grabs onto your waist gently.
You suck on your bottom lip as you sit back up, then back down on him. You start off with small bounces and somehow it never gets easier, no matter how many times you’ve both done this before. You do go slow for your own good, and he lets you go at your own pace.
He admires your pretty face contorting in all ways to his dick, but that just might be his favourite part. He loves how you react. You try your best picking up your pace, figuring he might’ve gotten bored already.
But it was the exact opposite, he didn’t mind, he wanted you to feel comfortable. You grind yourself on him a bit faster and he lets out a groan. “You’re so tight around me.. sweetheart..” he thinks he hasn’t stretched you out enough beforehand. “We can.. do it..” you say, already out of breath.
You spread your legs a bit more, releasing a bit of tension on him. You succeed bouncing on his big cock, whilst using his shoulders as handles. “You’re taking it so good..” he whispers. You go faster at his praises.
He’s been stretching you out for a while now, and it definitely got easier over time. The slight discomfort turned into satisfying pleasure for you. His swollen tip hits your g-spot every single time, making you want to cum right there. However, he’s been wanting to finish ever since you started. You feel so good wrapped around him he’s surprised he hasn’t let out a moan yet.
He rests his head on the chair enjoying your every move on him. You go faster again, getting closer to cumming again. Your puffy cunt is crying at this point, while you let out a slight moan with every bounce.
At this point his friends might’ve caught on, but you couldn’t care less, you just needed him and that’s it. You keep going for a bit before, before rolling your eyes back to cum. “I’m— again… I… oh m… Jake..” you struggle.
You don’t get to say anything else because you instantly finish again, your thighs shaking on top of him. You moan ever louder than before and your squirt runs down his legs now. He bites his lower lip, making you keep going with his palms on your ass. Your tired body keeps bouncing on him, and after a few more bounces, he cums all deep inside you. His dick twitches in sync with his moans after pulling out. His cum slowly pours out of you and onto the chair. You both sit like that for a few minutes to regain your thoughts, but instead he just grabs your ass again, shoving you back onto his cock.
A bit of cum shoves back into you too, a white ring forming around his base. You wrap your arms around his neck, as well as your head buried deep into it. You give his hot skin multiple kisses with heavy breaths. You both end up sweaty, breathing your lungs out. He keeps his dick inside you, without moving you or anything. He moves his chair back to his desk, getting that headset off you. Before placing it on his head, he gives your exposed ear a kiss. “Such a good girl, you took me so well.” he says before putting his headset back on and fixing his mic to his mouth.
“Hey guys, sorry I was gone for so long. Just wanted to make my girl happy.”

My favorite one | Salesman x Fem!Recruiter!Reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: Usually recruiters does not meet with each other. But with you its different.
Warnings: Spoilers from Salesman's past - Dub/con - Possessive!Salesman - Obsess!Salesman - Walking red flag - You are his favorite -
The Salesman walked down the stairs of a centrain station, the sound of the last train leaving but what could still be hear were the slaps and grunts. He stopped and watched, delighted.
There you stood with a fake kind smile looking at a guy with a very red cheeck, not joke you had used more Force than necesary.
"Again"
"Of course Sir" Your sweet voice filled his ears as you stepped aside to leave space for the young Man to do his play.
And lost. Like other times you slapped him and The Salesman felt the rush of adrenaline go down his spine having to hold himself back from whistle at it.
"I- I cant continue"
"Sir, your attempts have been incredible" no they were not "I believe this time will be yours. Besides a few wones...and a hot meal"
There it was, his little snake letting out her poison to make that loser go again.
And finally (because you were getting bored) the Man won. He jumped and even hugged you (something that made The Salesman's body tense and wish for him to die in the main games. That worm should not touch you).
"Good work Sir. Here your money. And if you want to win more money here" The Card, the Devil's Card there it was. But with you, your smile and kind eyes offering it was like an Angel was giving him a chance.
He saw how you changed once the man left. Smile off, eyes sharp and body tense. You moved your neck and adjusted your tie as you took your own briefcase.
"Enjoying the show" Your voice called at him and he had to hide his smile. Of course you will notice him, even if he never made a noise.
"Very much. Your act was....a delight to see" He said standing by your side body not touching yet.
"It better be. It must be so they bite the hoock" You responded looking up at him, feeling the weight of his eyes on you.
It was like that every time he looked at you. Like he was studying you, like he owned you, like you were his.
And maybe in a sense you were. You knew who he was but after years, your body stills feels itself disgust when you remember how close he has always been.
He smiled, he knew your brain was working now. He knew you felt like a small prey when he was close. Like you had no control. And in a way it was like that. He loved it, you could be so ruthless but with him your facade was lost and only the most primal feelings were left.
"Shall we get ourselfs some dinner then?" He tilted his head to the side knowing you wont say no.
"Alright, I still need to mark down some names, but these wont appear tonight it seems" You responded getting your brief case looking at him then as his hand and back at him.
This must be a joke.
You took it much to his own ego that seemed to get bigger everytime he got you to do something he wanted, following his order was almost your second nature.
Almost. And he knew it. He just needed to keep working for it to be a second nature that you would always follow.

122 That was his number back when he was a mere Circle Guard, burning bodies for the little pay of food and a bed. 121 was yours, always working at his side. You two were together for so much time He learned your body language, being able to tell it was you without having to look at your number.
It was so unfair, how much you plagued his mind. From your work, perfect and on time, to the small little details. Moving your hands when you did not like what a higher rank said or the order. How your shoulders tensed when other Circle Guards talked about a female player and how they wanted to have their fun with her.
He had decided that you were his. One number under him, it was logical that you would be his and only his. He shilded you from these comments and guards. Was at every work besides you. If he needed to exchange turns or do more hours just to be with you then so be it.
What drove him mad was how you seemed to not...care or the little attention you gave. At first he passed it as you being too focus in surviving and does your tasks to impress the higher ranks.
But it was more than that. He discovered it when he was moved to Triangle Guard and his number change to 233, while he did see you less and less he still could tell who you were. Just from seeing the way you walk.
But you ? You never noticed him. And like that he decided to give you a reason to never forget him.
It was not strange for Guards to seek out pleasure with each other. While it was never openely spooken it was something that happened.
Like that he got you on your knees, still fully dressed aside from your mask. Him only letting his hard dick out as you sucked him with vigour while he tangled his hand on your hair to guide your mouth forcing himself deeper.
"You are so good number 121, how havent you got a promotion" He mocked as his hips went faster. "Do I need to put a good word for you?" He asked again pushing deeper till your nose hit his skin.
"Oh it seems your mouth is full now" He said feeling his balls get thighter with his cum, almost cumming when he felt your troath close around him.
He did with a groan, he filled your mouth forcing you to swallow all of it. To not waste a single drop.
"Thats my good 121" He said pulling himself together and leaving first so you would collect yourself.
Not a week later you were given a gun and a new mask. You forced yourself to think it was because of your work and not becuase of him. What you hated the most ? 121 was still your number.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
Taking down players was easier than burning their bodies. You had to be honest with yourself. Time to time you thought these were just experiments that have failed a test and were now paying the consequences.
Please please I-
But the game rules were clear, you either made it or not. And this was did not pass. One single bullet took his life and was by your hand.
The game was complete. You saw the circle guards preparing to clean the place something that used to be your job. You moved from the area following the rest of the guards when a gloved hand stopped you.
A Square Guard, the highest rank. But somehow you knew it was the same Guard. The Triangle one, even if his number was now other one it was still him.
You had to admit he was good as a Triangle guard, no suprise he was so quick to get on the Square rank. The only unsetting thing was how he always worked on your turns. You never had another Square guard watching your work, everytime it felt like he was proving you.
Oh and he was. He knew you knew it was him. It made him feel special, being able to have an eye on you all the time. Watching you pull your gun out and kill the players aroused him to no end.
He felt pride from it, like he had been the one who made you that way. The one who made you so cold heart but could destroy you at the same time.
He guided the Triangle Guards away from the game arena, leaving the cleaning to the Circle Guards. Once all of them had left their guns he called your number making you follow him to a completly different part of the usual maze.
Black doors opened revealing the figure of the Front Man himself and for a moment you thought you had fucked up badly.
"Take off your mask. All of it"
It was the first time you got to see his face, and fuck was he handsome indeed, dark messy hair and deep brown eyes. He side glanced at you and smirked knowing fully well you were watching him.
To him this was not the first time seeing your face, well it was the first time in the flesh. He had to control his urge not to push you against the near wall and kiss you right there. But his Boss was present and while he did not mind if someone watched he did want to keep a good impression.
The Front Man said both your names as he talked. You two would now be out of the island and work as "Recruiters", first there would be training and a final test. If you failed then you would go back to being a Circle Guard. If not you would become a Recruiter.
For you it was a door to get away from him. You never had any particular feeling for the games, your morals were left behind long time ago. But him, you were tired of him. How could you tell you were being stalked when being on the same dan place ? And worse ? He was your superior.
And so both took the necesary training. And (saddly) both ended becoming Recruiters. The good thing was, Recruiters were not supossed to cross each other, at least their designated places were never mean to cross.
But He knew better. He had waited for too long for a chance like this one. He followed the rules and became the best Recruiter. Which gave him some favoritism among the rest. And he was able to get your route and even the names of the ones you were supossed to recruit.
He had watched you multiple times. And when someone did not take the money but slap you instead, well that same person found his end not too soon after it. He would never let anyone (but himself) lay a hand on you or make you cry.
Your tears were mean to be caused by him. From the intense pleasure he would push you throw, from the sadistic ways he would make you scream and beg on his bed, while you told him it was too much. But the feeling of your hands on his back as he pressed deeper letting his cum fill you up, his dick pulsating with each thrust. These were the only tears that were mean to come from you.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
"Whats on your mind?" Your voice made him came back from his little travel in memory.
He smiled taking your hand in his as he drank a bit of water. You two needed to work tomorrow and had a thight schendelure. He could invite you (or make you, it depended on you) to drink on saturday night.
"Nothing important, just...thinking on how long we have know each other" He said, his smile having a hint of possession and maybe something more, something soft.
"Im never getting rid of you, im wrong?"
"Oh Dear, no." He said his grip on your hand hardering "You wont ever ger rid of me. Not even for a second. Its best if you start to get used to it. We are in for a long ride together"

Love isn’t supposed to hurt like this.
That’s what you tell yourself as you stare at the ceiling, your body sinking into the mattress, numb. Your room is dark except for the faint glow of your phone screen, the only source of light illuminating the night.
Her last message still lingers on the screen.
"You’re overthinking."
You squeeze your eyes shut, but it doesn’t help. The images are still there. Her texts to someone else. The photo of them together. The way she denied it so easily, as if your feelings meant nothing.
Yeji.
The first girl you ever truly loved. The first girl who shattered you.
The first time you see her, she’s standing on a stage, dressed in a sharp black blazer and a white button-up shirt, her long, sleek hair tucked neatly behind her ears. She’s in the middle of a debate, her voice unwavering, her gaze sharp.
She’s stunning—not just in appearance, but in presence. She owns the room without even trying, commanding respect with every word she speaks.
You’re not supposed to be here. You only came because your friend begged you to watch their team compete, but now, all you can focus on is her.
When the debate ends, she wins—of course she does. You expect her to be cold and distant, but when she walks past you, she’s laughing with her teammates, her confidence melting into something warm and inviting.
And then, she notices you.
"Hey," she says, stopping in front of you. "Enjoy the debate?"
You blink. For a second, you think she’s talking to someone else. But no—her sharp brown eyes are locked onto yours, waiting.
"Uh, yeah," you stammer, caught off guard. "You were… really good."
She smirks, tilting her head slightly. "Thanks. I try."
And just like that, she walks away, leaving you standing there, completely entranced.
You don’t know it yet, but this is the beginning of something that will change you forever.
Getting to know Yeji is like getting close to a wildfire—intoxicating, thrilling, and impossible to control.
She’s not like anyone you’ve ever met before. She’s driven, passionate, and fiercely independent. She doesn’t need anyone, but somehow, she chooses you.
You start seeing her more often. First, it’s casual—study sessions, late-night talks about life and ambitions. Then, it becomes something more.
One night, after a long day of studying, you walk her home. It’s late, the streets nearly empty, and the cool night air makes your breath visible.
"You’re different," she says suddenly, breaking the silence.
You glance at her. "Different how?"
She shrugs, kicking a small pebble on the sidewalk. "Most guys I meet try too hard to impress me. But you… you’re just yourself."
Your heart skips a beat.
"Is that a good thing?" you ask, trying to keep your voice steady.
She stops walking and turns to face you, her eyes searching yours. Then, without warning, she steps closer, closing the distance between you.
"It is," she murmurs.
And before you can process what’s happening, she kisses you.
It’s soft, hesitant at first, but then it deepens, her fingers curling into your hoodie as if she doesn’t want to let go.
When she finally pulls away, she grins.
"Let’s do this," she says. "Let’s see where this goes."
And just like that, you’re hers.
Being with Yeji is exhilarating. She challenges you, pushes you to be better, makes you feel like you can conquer anything.
She takes you to places you’ve never been, introduces you to people who admire her just as much as you do. She’s everything you never knew you needed—strong, fearless, and completely captivating.
But then, the cracks start to show.
It begins with small things. She gets easily frustrated when you don’t immediately understand something. She makes little comments about how you could "try harder" or "be more ambitious."
"You should be more confident," she tells you one day when you hesitate to speak in a group setting. "I can’t keep carrying the conversation for you."
It stings, but you brush it off. Maybe she just wants you to improve. Maybe she’s right.
Then, she starts getting distant.
She cancels plans more often, says she’s busy, but you start noticing the way she’s always on her phone, texting someone. You tell yourself it’s nothing. She’s popular, she has a lot of friends.
But then, one night, everything changes.
You don’t mean to see it. You’re just grabbing her phone to check the time while she’s in the shower. But the moment you pick it up, a notification pops up.
A message from someone you don’t recognize.
"Last night was amazing. Can’t wait to see you again."
Your chest tightens.
You open the conversation. There are pictures—her with another guy, laughing, leaning into him the way she used to lean into you. The texts are flirty, intimate.
Your hands shake as you set the phone back down. Your mind races, trying to make sense of what you just saw.
When she comes out of the bathroom, towel wrapped around her head, she notices your expression immediately.
"What’s wrong?" she asks.
You swallow hard. "Who is he?"
She freezes for a split second—just a moment, but it’s enough.
"Who?" she asks, too casually.
"You know who," you say, voice barely above a whisper. "I saw the messages, Yeji."
Silence.
Then, she exhales, rolling her eyes. "You’re overthinking."
Your heart cracks.
"Yeji, I saw the photos," you say, your voice trembling. "Just… tell me the truth."
She stares at you, and for the first time, you see something cold in her eyes—something detached.
"There’s nothing to tell," she says simply.
No apology. No remorse. Just a flat-out denial, as if you’re the one being unreasonable.
That’s when you realize—you could argue, you could beg for the truth, but it wouldn’t matter. She’s already decided to pretend like nothing happened.
And suddenly, you feel exhausted.
You thought love was supposed to be about trust, about believing in each other. But standing here, looking at her, you realize—this isn’t love. This is a game you’re never going to win.
So you do the only thing you can.
You leave.
You don’t cry that night. You just lie in bed, staring at the ceiling, wondering where it all went wrong.
A part of you wants to believe she’ll call, that she’ll apologize, that she’ll tell you she made a mistake.
But deep down, you know she won’t.
Yeji never looks back.
And neither should you.
Moving on from Yeji isn’t easy.
Even after weeks pass, her absence lingers like a dull ache in your chest. You try distracting yourself—focusing on school, picking up new hobbies—but nothing fully silences the thoughts. The "what ifs" still creep in late at night, and the scars she left still sting when you least expect them.
But then, you meet Giselle.
And for the first time in a long while, you feel something different.
You don’t know much about her at first. You’ve seen her in passing, heard whispers of her name in hallways and classrooms. Giselle is popular—effortlessly so. She has that kind of energy that makes people gravitate toward her, a mix of confidence and playfulness that keeps her at the center of every social circle.
She’s the kind of girl you never thought you’d talk to, let alone date.
But fate has other plans.
It starts at a party—a rare event for you. Your friends practically drag you there, insisting you need to "get out more" after the whole Yeji situation. You don’t expect much. Just a few hours of music, drinks, and pretending to have fun.
But then, you see her.
Giselle is surrounded by people, laughing at something someone said, her presence magnetic. She’s wearing a sleek black dress, her long hair cascading over her shoulders. She looks… untouchable, like she exists in a different world.
And yet, somehow, her eyes find yours.
For a split second, your breath catches. You expect her to look away, to move on.
But she doesn’t.
Instead, she smirks. Then, before you can react, she makes her way through the crowd and stops right in front of you.
"You look bored," she says, tilting her head. "Not a fan of parties?"
You chuckle, rubbing the back of your neck. "Not really my scene."
She raises an eyebrow. "Then why are you here?"
"My friends dragged me."
Her lips curve into a smile. "Mine too."
And just like that, a conversation starts.
It’s easy with her. She’s witty, teasing, but not in a mean way. She asks questions that catch you off guard, making you laugh, making you forget—if only for a moment—about everything else.
By the end of the night, you’re surprised to find yourself enjoying her company. And when she casually hands you her phone, telling you to put your number in, You don’t hesitate.
For the first time in months, something stirs in your chest.
Maybe, just maybe, this could be different.
Dating Giselle is like stepping into a dream.
Everything moves fast. One moment, you’re just getting to know her, and the next, you’re in the whirlwind of her world—late-night drives, spontaneous trips to the beach, secret rendezvous between classes.
She makes you feel special in a way you never have before.
"You’re cute when you’re flustered," she says one evening, tapping your nose playfully.
You groan. "I’m not flustered."
She laughs, leaning closer. "You totally are."
She always knows how to make you smile, how to pull you out of your shell. And for a while, you think this might actually work.
But then, the cracks begin to show.
It starts with little things.
She gets irritated when you don’t answer her texts fast enough, even if you’re busy.
"Why are you ignoring me?" she asks one day, her tone light but her eyes sharp.
"I’m not," you reply, confused. "I was in class."
She pouts. "You could’ve at least texted me back during the break."
You brush it off, thinking she just likes attention. But then, it escalates.
She starts getting jealous—of your friends, of your time, of anything that isn’t her.
"Do you really have to hang out with them?" she asks one evening when you mention plans with an old friend.
"They’re my friends, Giselle."
She crosses her arms. "I just don’t get why you need to spend time with them when you have me."
It doesn’t seem like a big deal at first. Maybe she just really likes you, you tell yourself. Maybe she just wants to feel secure.
But then, one night, everything changes.
It happens after a small argument.
You don’t even remember how it starts—something about you not paying enough attention to her, about her feeling like you don’t care.
"You don’t put in enough effort," she snaps.
You blink. "Giselle, I do my best—"
"It’s not enough!" she interrupts, her voice rising.
You’re taken aback. "What do you want from me?"
She glares at you, her jaw clenched. Then, suddenly, she throws your phone across the room.
It crashes against the wall.
You freeze.
For a long moment, there’s only silence. Then, her expression shifts. The anger melts away, replaced by something else—something almost… remorseful.
"I…" She exhales sharply, running a hand through her hair. "I didn’t mean to do that."
But she did.
And you both know it.
Still, she steps forward, reaching for your hands. "I’m sorry," she murmurs. "I just… I love you so much, and I hate feeling like I’m not enough for you."
Her voice is soft, almost pleading. And for a second, your heart wavers.
But then you look at the broken phone on the floor.
And suddenly, you realize—you’ve been here before.
This isnt love. This is control.
And you can’t do this again.
Leaving Giselle is harder than leaving Yeji.
Because she doesn’t let you go easily.
She texts, she calls, she shows up unannounced. She cries, begs, says she’ll change.
But you know better now.
And so, no matter how much it hurts, you walk away.
You think you’re done with love.
You think you’ll never let yourself fall again.
But then, you meet Julie.
And this time, you believe—just for a moment—that things will be different.
You tell yourself you won’t fall for anyone again.
Not after Yeji’s betrayal. Not after Giselle’s suffocating love. You’re tired of love—tired of opening your heart just to watch it be torn apart.
But then, Julie enters your life.
And for the first time in a long while, you start to believe again.
It happens unexpectedly, on a cold evening in a quiet café.
You’re sitting alone, scrolling through your phone, when she approaches.
"Mind if I sit here?"
You glance up, surprised. Julie is beautiful in an effortless way—long, silky hair, sharp eyes that seem to read you instantly. There’s an air of elegance about her, from the way she carries herself to the designer coat draped over her shoulders.
You hesitate. The café isn’t full; there are plenty of empty tables.
But something in her gaze tells you she’s here for a reason.
"Sure," you say.
She sits across from you, her perfume light but intoxicating.
"I’ve seen you here before," she says casually, stirring her coffee. "You always sit by yourself."
You chuckle. "I like the quiet."
She tilts her head. "Or maybe you just don’t like people?"
You blink, caught off guard. Most girls would be shy or polite, but Julie? She’s bold. Direct.
You smirk. "Maybe a little of both."
She laughs, and just like that, a conversation begins.
It’s easy with her. Too easy
She’s different from Yeji, from Giselle. She doesn’t play games, doesn’t test you. She listens. Really listens.
And for the first time in a long while, you don’t feel like you have to prove yourself.
With Julie, you can just be.
Dating Julie feels like a dream.
She’s rich—not just well-off, but the kind of wealthy that makes life effortless. Expensive dinners, surprise gifts, spontaneous weekend getaways—she showers you with things you never thought you’d have.
At first, it feels strange.
"I don’t need all this," you tell her one day when she buys you an expensive watch.
She just smiles, pressing it into your palm. "I know. That’s why I like spoiling you."
And you believe her.
Because Julie isn’t just rich—she’s caring. Understanding. She never gets jealous when you hang out with friends, never accuses you of not loving her enough.
She trusts you.
She makes you feel safe.
And after everything you’ve been through, that’s all you’ve ever wanted.
So, for the first time in forever, you let your guard down.
You let yourself love again.
And that’s when everything falls apart.
It starts with whispers.
Little things you hear in passing.
"Julie’s always hanging out with that guy."
"Did you see her at the bar last night? She was all over him."
You brush it off. Gossip means nothing. You trust her.
But then, the doubts creep in.
She cancels dates last minute.
She starts texting less, calling less.
And then, one night, you see it with your own eyes.
Julie, standing too close to another guy. Laughing. Letting him touch her waist. Acting like you don’t exist.
Your heart clenches, but you tell yourself to stay calm.
Maybe it’s nothing. Maybe there’s an explanation.
So you wait until you’re alone with her.
And you ask.
"Who was he?"
She raises an eyebrow, sipping her wine. "Who?"
"At the bar. The guy you were with."
She sighs, setting her glass down. "Just a friend."
"A friend who touches your waist?"
Her expression hardens. "Are you seriously jealous right now?"
You hesitate. "Julie, I just—"
"God, I can’t believe this," she mutters, standing up. "You’re just like every other guy. So insecure."
Your stomach twists. "I’m not—"
"Yes, you are." Her voice is sharp, cold. "I give you everything, and this is how you repay me? By accusing me?"
You feel like you’ve been punched.
"Julie," you whisper. "I just wanted the truth."
She scoffs, grabbing her coat. "The truth? Fine. Maybe I like the attention. Maybe I like feeling wanted. But that doesn’t mean I don’t love you."
Her words hit harder than they should.
Because deep down, you know—love shouldn’t feel like this.
You take a shaky breath. "I can’t do this."
She stares at you. "What?"
"I can’t be with someone who makes me feel like I’m not enough."
For a moment, something flickers in her eyes. A flash of regret, maybe.
But it vanishes just as quickly.
She exhales, shaking her head. "Fine. Do whatever you want."
And just like that, she walks away.
No tears. No apologies.
Just… nothing.
Like you never meant anything at all.
You tell yourself you won’t cry.
But that night, as you lie in bed staring at the ceiling, the weight of everything crashes down on you.
Yeji. Giselle. Julie.
Three girls. Three heartbreaks.
You’ve given love everything you had. And every time, it’s been thrown back in your face.
So, you make a decision.
You’re done.
Done chasing love. Done trusting. Done believing in fairy tales.
From now on, you’ll be alone.
Because at least then, you won’t get hurt.
But then, you meet Yuna.
And suddenly, your heart isn’t so sure anymore.
You don’t believe in love anymore.
Not after Yeji, who shattered your trust.
Not after Giselle, who suffocated you with her possessiveness.
Not after Julie, who made you feel like you were nothing.
You’re tired. You’re exhausted. And most of all, you’re done.
You don’t chase love. You don’t wait for it.
Because you know, in the end, it always leaves you broken.
But then, you meet her.
And for the first time in a long while, something inside you stirs.
Something terrifying.
Something hopeful.
It happens on a rainy afternoon.
You’re in a bookstore, flipping through pages of a novel you don’t plan on buying. The rain outside taps against the windows, a soft rhythm that matches the quietness of the shop.
You like it here. It’s peaceful. A place where no one knows you.
Or so you think.
"You like that author?"
A soft voice interrupts your thoughts.
You glance up.
And that’s when you see her.
She stands a few feet away, holding a book against her chest. She’s dressed simply—sweater, jeans, sneakers—but there’s something effortlessly beautiful about her.
Her eyes, warm and curious, meet yours.
For a second, you forget how to breathe.
You clear your throat. "Uh… yeah. I guess."
She smiles. "You don’t sound so sure."
You chuckle, scratching the back of your neck. "I’ve never read their books before. Just browsing."
She nods, stepping closer. "It’s a good one. Kind of sad, though."
You raise an eyebrow. "You like sad books?"
She tilts her head. "I think sad stories are more honest."
You don’t know why, but that answer lingers in your mind.
She turns the book in her hands, then looks at you again.
"I’m Yuna, by the way."
You hesitate.
But then, for the first time in months, you say it.
You tell her your name.
And just like that, something begins.
Yuna is different.
She doesn’t demand your attention. She doesn’t try to change you.
She simply exists in your life, slowly weaving herself into the empty spaces you never realized were there.
You start seeing her more often—at the bookstore, at the café nearby, in the quiet corners of the world where you feel most at ease.
She never pushes. Never asks too many questions.
But she listens.
And somehow, that’s enough.
One evening, as you walk together under the glow of streetlights, she asks, "Have you ever been in love?"
You stiffen. The memories of Yeji, Giselle, Julie—all of them flood back at once.
You exhale. "I thought I was."
She doesn’t say anything right away. She just walks beside you, her presence steady, unshaken.
Then, after a moment, she murmurs, "It must’ve hurt a lot."
You stop in your tracks.
Because no one—not Yeji, not Giselle, not Julie—ever acknowledged your pain like that.
Your chest tightens. "Yeah," you admit quietly. "It did."
Yuna doesn’t pry. She doesn’t ask for details.
She simply reaches out, her fingers brushing against yours in the most delicate way.
You don’t pull away.
And maybe—just maybe—you start to wonder.
Could love be something else?
Could love, for once, not destroy you?
But love has never been kind to you.
And just when you think you’re ready to move on, the past comes knocking.
Because one day, you receive a message.
From Yeji.
From Giselle.
From Julie.
They miss you.
And suddenly, everything you’ve tried to bury comes rushing back.
Ghosts of the Past
You think you’ve finally moved on.
Yuna is here. She’s warm, kind, and unlike anyone you’ve ever been with.
She doesn’t lie to you like Yeji.
She doesn’t hurt you like Giselle.
She doesn’t betray you like Julie.
With Yuna, love feels different. Safer. Real.
But love has never been kind to you.
And the past refuses to stay buried.
It starts with a message.
"I miss you."
You stare at the screen, your heart tightening.
Yeji’s name glows on your phone, the same name that once made your chest ache with love.
Now, all it brings is pain.
You turn off your phone. You don’t respond.
But the past isn’t done with you yet.
Because the next day, Giselle calls.
You let it ring. You don’t pick up.
Then, Julie sends a message.
"Hey. Can we talk?"
You delete it without reading the rest.
But no matter how much you ignore them, they don’t stop.
The texts become more frequent.
The calls become more desperate.
And slowly, they start creeping back into your life.
At first, you think it’s just them trying to soothe their own regrets.
But then, they start interfering.
And that’s when everything starts to fall apart.
The first time it happens, you and Yuna are at a small café, sharing quiet laughter over coffee.
Then, your phone buzzes.
You glance down.
It’s Yeji.
Calling.
Again.
You let out a slow breath, ignoring it.
Yuna notices. "You okay?"
You force a smile. "Yeah. Just spam calls."
But your hands feel cold.
Because it’s not just one call.
It’s three.
One after another.
And the moment you step out of the café, Yeji’s voice fills the air.
"You’re ignoring me."
You freeze.
She’s here.
Standing across the street, arms crossed, staring at you like she has the right to be angry.
You don’t know what to say.
"You think you can just block me out?" she continues, stepping closer. "After everything we had?"
Yuna glances between you both, her brows furrowing. "Who is she?"
Yeji smirks, her eyes flickering toward Yuna. "So this is why you’ve been ignoring me."
Your stomach twists. "Yeji, don’t—"
"Did you tell her about us?" Yeji interrupts, her voice dripping with something dangerous. "Did you tell her how much you used to love me?"
You clench your jaw. "We’re done. You need to leave."
Yeji laughs—soft, bitter. "You say that, but I know you still think about me."
She takes another step forward, lowering her voice.
"You used to be mine," she whispers. "And you will be again."
Then, she turns and walks away.
Leaving you standing there, heart pounding.
Yuna touches your arm. "What was that about?"
You force yourself to breathe. "Nothing."
But it’s not nothing.
Because Yeji isn’t the only one who won’t let go.
And soon, things get worse.
It’s Giselle next.
She doesn’t just send messages.
She shows up.
At your work. At your apartment.
Always finding an excuse to see you, to talk to you.
And every time, she asks the same thing.
"Do you ever think about me?"
You want to say no.
You want to erase every painful memory of her.
But Giselle has always known how to push your buttons.
"You were my everything," she whispers one night, standing in front of your door. "I know I made mistakes. But you… you were different."
You grip the doorframe. "Giselle, go home."
She shakes her head, eyes glistening. "I don’t have a home without you."
You swallow hard.
And that’s when you realize—she doesn’t just want you back.
She wants to ruin you.
And the moment she realizes she can’t, she tries something worse.
She finds Yuna.
She talks to her.
She tells her things—half-truths, twisted stories.
And one day, Yuna asks, "Did she really hurt you that badly?"
Your stomach drops.
Because you know exactly where this is coming from.
You reach for her hand. "Yuna, don’t listen to them."
She bites her lip. "I trust you. But I don’t trust them."
And you know—Giselle won’t stop.
Because if she can’t have you, she’ll make sure no one else does.
But the worst is Julie.
Because Julie doesn’t just want to win.
She wants to make you suffer.
One night, she sends you a message.
"Come see me. Just once."
You don’t reply.
Then another text comes.
"I won’t stop until you do."
You sigh, running a hand through your hair.
Maybe if you go, she’ll stop. Maybe she’ll finally let go.
So, against your better judgment, you go.
You find her in a high-end bar, swirling a glass of wine in her hand.
She looks up, smiling like she’s already won.
"I knew you’d come," she murmurs.
You sit across from her, exhaling sharply. "What do you want?"
She leans forward, her perfume familiar and suffocating.
"Are you happy?" she asks.
You frown. "What?"
"With her," Julie says smoothly. "With Yuna."
You glare. "Yes."
She tilts her head. "That’s a shame."
Something about her tone makes your skin crawl.
Then, she smirks. "Because I don’t think she’ll be around for long."
A chill runs down your spine. "What did you do?"
Julie sips her wine. "Nothing. Yet."
You push your chair back, standing. "Stay away from her."
Julie just laughs. "You should know by now, baby. I don’t like losing."
You leave without another word.
But dread settles in your stomach.
Because you know this isn’t over.
Not even close.
And the worst part?
You don’t know if Yuna will stay by your side when the storm hits.
Trapped in the Past.
You’ve been trying to move on.
You tell yourself that Yuna is different. That she’s the one good thing in your life. That your past no longer has control over you.
But the past has other plans.
And today, it comes crashing back—harder than ever.
It’s just another day at work.
Your office is quiet, the usual hum of keyboards and murmured conversations filling the space. You’re buried in your work, trying to focus, when you hear it—
Gasps. Whispered voices. A sudden shift in the atmosphere.
You glance up, confused.
And then, you see them.
Yeji.
Giselle.
Julie.
Standing at the entrance of your office, looking like they walked straight out of a dream—or, in your case, a nightmare.
Your heart stops.
They shouldn’t be here. They can’t be here.
But they are.
And they look even more breathtaking than you remember.
Yeji stands tall, her confidence radiating through the room, a small smirk playing on her lips. She wears a fitted blazer over a sleek black dress, her hair pulled back in a way that makes her look both elegant and untouchable.
Giselle, on the other hand, is effortlessly stunning, dressed in a casual yet expensive-looking ensemble—like she just threw something on and still managed to turn heads. She’s scanning the room, her eyes sharp, predatory.
Julie, as expected, looks perfect. A designer outfit, flawless makeup, an aura of quiet dominance. She’s not here to plead. She’s here to claim.
The entire office is watching, mesmerized.
Because how often do three goddesses show up unannounced, asking for the same man?
And then it happens.
"Where’s Y/n?" Yeji asks, loud enough for everyone to hear.
You freeze.
Your coworkers look around, confused. Some exchange glances before one of them hesitantly points in your direction.
And just like that, the three of them turn to you.
And they grin.
Because Yuna isn’t here.
Because this is their chance.
Because they know—deep down, they still have power over you.
And they plan to use it.
Before you can react, they’re walking toward you.
Your heart pounds as they reach your desk, their presence overwhelming.
"Y/n," Yeji purrs, leaning against your desk like she belongs there. "You’ve been ignoring us."
Giselle tilts her head, feigning innocence. "That’s not very nice, you know. We just wanted to see you."
Julie sighs, a soft, disappointed sound. "You really thought we’d just let you go?"
You swallow hard. "You shouldn’t be here."
Yeji raises an eyebrow. "Oh? Why not?"
You glance around. Your coworkers are still watching, whispering amongst themselves.
You grit your teeth. "Because I don’t want to see you."
Giselle laughs. "Liar."
Julie smirks. "If that were true, why do you look so nervous?"
Because they know what they’re doing.
They know exactly how to push your buttons, how to make you uncomfortable.
And worst of all…
They’re winning.
Because a part of you—no matter how small—remembers.
Remembers Yeji’s strength. The way she used to make you feel safe, like nothing in the world could touch you.
Remembers Giselle’s charm. The way she made you feel special, like you were the only one who mattered.
Remembers Julie’s care. The way she spoiled you, made you feel like you were worth something.
And now, they’re standing in front of you, looking more beautiful than ever, acting like they still care.
And Yuna isn’t here.
Yeji leans in, her voice low. "Let’s go somewhere private."
Giselle rests a hand on your shoulder, her nails lightly scraping your skin. "Just for a little bit."
Julie exhales softly, her perfume intoxicating. "Come on, Y/n. Don’t make us beg."
Your hands tighten into fists.
Because this is exactly how it starts.
How you get pulled back in.
How you let yourself believe that maybe, just maybe, they’ve changed.
But you know better now.
You have to know better.
You step back. "No."
Yeji’s eyes darken. "Excuse me?"
You exhale sharply. "I said no."
Giselle blinks, her smile faltering. "You’re joking, right?"
Julie’s expression turns cold. "You’re really going to push us away like this?"
You nod. "I’ve moved on."
Yeji scoffs. "With that girl? Yuna?"
You clench your jaw. "Yes."
There’s a long pause.
And then, Giselle laughs.
A slow, mocking laugh.
"Oh, Y/n," she murmurs. "You really think she’s better than us?"
Julie tilts her head. "You think she can love you like we did?"
Yeji crosses her arms. "Do you really believe she’ll stay?"
Something in their words sends a chill down your spine.
Because you know what they’re implying.
Yuna doesn’t play games like they do.
Yuna isn’t manipulative.
Yuna isn’t them.
And that’s exactly why they want to destroy her.
Before you can respond, Yeji steps closer, her voice a whisper.
"If you’re not ours," she murmurs, "then you’re not hers either."
Your blood runs cold.
Because now, this isn’t just about you.
It’s about Yuna.
And you know—this war isn’t over.
It’s only just beginning.
The fluorescent lights of the office buzzed softly, a faint hum that matched the rhythm of my typing. My eyes flicked to the clock on the wall—5:47 PM. Just a little longer, and I could head home. Home, where Yuna would be waiting. The thought of her brought a small smile to my lips. Yuna, unlike the others, was different. She was kind, patient, and she listened. She didn’t play games, didn’t twist words, didn’t leave me second-guessing every interaction. She was… healing.
But that healing was fragile. Like a wound that had just begun to scab over, it could be ripped open with the slightest touch. And the last people I wanted touching it were them.
The soft ding of the elevator down the hall made my fingers pause mid-sentence. I glanced up, my heart skipping a beat as three familiar figures stepped out. Yeji, Giselle, and Julie.
Their heels clicked against the polished floor, a synchronized rhythm that felt like a drumroll before disaster. They were dressed to kill—Yeji in a form-fitting red blazer, Giselle in a sleek black dress, and Julie in a skirt that was far too short for the office setting. Each of them wore a smirk, their eyes locking onto me like predators circling prey.
“Well, well, look who’s still working late,” Yeji purred, her voice dripping with faux sweetness.
I swallowed hard, my throat suddenly dry. “What are you three doing here?”
“Can’t we visit an old friend?” Giselle chimed in, her lips curving into a sly smile. She leaned against my desk, her perfume—a mix of vanilla and something far too intoxicating—washing over me.
“Friend?” I muttered, my voice low. “Is that what we are now?”
Julie chuckled, the sound grating against my ears. “Come on, don’t be like that. We missed you.”
Missed me. The words hit like a punch to the gut. Not because they were true—I knew better than to believe that—but because they were a reminder of all the times I’d fallen for their lies. All the times I’d let them hurt me, let them twist me into something I barely recognized.
“You don’t get to just show up here,” I said, my voice firmer now. “Not after everything.”
Yeji tilted her head, her smirk never wavering. “Everything? Oh, sweetheart, you act like we ruined you. If anything, we made you stronger.”
“Stronger?” I echoed, my voice rising. “You manipulated me. Toyed with me. Made me feel like I was nothing. That’s not strength. That’s just… cruelty.”
Giselle clicked her tongue, shaking her head. “You always were so dramatic.”
“Seriously,” Julie added, her tone dripping with mockery. “We were just having fun. If you couldn’t handle it, that’s on you.”
My hands balled into fists at my sides, my nails digging into my palms. Fun. That’s what they called it. Playing with my emotions, stringing me along, making me feel like I was losing my mind. Fun.
“Get out,” I said through gritted teeth.
Yeji’s smirk widened, and she stepped closer, her heels clicking against the floor. “Make us.”
The air between us grew thick, heavy with tension. My chest tightened, my breath coming in shallow gasps. I could smell her perfume, a mix of roses and something darker, something that made my head spin.
“You’re not the same without us, you know,” Giselle murmured, her voice soft, almost… gentle. “You’re boring. Safe. Is that what she wants? Someone safe?”
Julie laughed, the sound sharp and cutting. “Please. He was never boring with us.”
I shook my head, trying to clear the fog that was settling over my thoughts. “You don’t get to do this. Not anymore.”
“Do what?” Yeji asked, her voice a low purr. “Remind you of what you’re missing?”
She was close now, so close I could feel the heat radiating off her body. Her hand reached up, her fingers brushing against my cheek. I flinched, but I didn’t pull away. Why didn’t I pull away?
“You remember, don’t you?” she whispered, her breath warm against my ear. “The way it felt when we were together.”
My heart raced, my mind a jumble of conflicting emotions. Yes, I remember. I remembered the highs, the moments of bliss that made everything else fade away. But I also remembered the lows, the crushing weight of their words, the way they tore me apart piece by piece.
“We could have that again,” Giselle said, her voice a sultry whisper. “All of us. Just like old times.”
Julie stepped forward, her hand resting on my chest. “You know you want it.”
I did. God, I did. But I also wanted to be free, to move on, to finally be happy. And yet… here they were, pulling me back into their orbit, their gravity impossible to resist.
“Just one more night,” Yeji murmured, her lips brushing against my neck. “One more chance to make it right.”
I closed my eyes, my body trembling. One more night. It would be so easy to give in, to let myself fall back into their arms, their beds. But at what cost?
“I…” I started, my voice trembling. “I can’t.”
Yeji pulled back, her eyes narrowing. “Can’t? Or won’t?”
“It’s not the same,” I said, my voice firmer now. “I’m not the same.”
For a moment, there was silence. Then Giselle laughed, the sound cold and dismissive. “You’re right. You’re not the same. You’re worse.”
Julie smirked, her hand trailing down my chest. “But maybe we can fix that.”
I shoved her hand away, my patience snapping. “I’m not something you can fix. I’m not a project, or a game, or… or…”
“A toy?” Yeji finished, her smirk returning. “Because that’s exactly what you were. And you loved it.”
“I didn’t,” I snapped, my voice rising. “I hated it. I hated you.”
“Liar,” Giselle said, her voice sharp. “You loved every second of it.”
“No,” I said, shaking my head. “I loved the idea of you. The fantasy. But the reality… the reality was hell.”
Yeji stepped back, her smirk fading. For a moment, she looked almost… hurt. “You’re really going to throw it all away? Everything we had?”
“We didn’t have anything,” I said, my voice steady now. “It was all in my head. And I’m done pretending otherwise.”
There was a long pause, the air heavy with unspoken words. Then Julie sighed, rolling her eyes. “Fine. Be a bore. But don’t come crawling back when you realize you’re not cut out for… normal.”
They turned, their heels clicking against the floor as they walked away. I watched them go, my heart pounding in my chest. It wasn’t until the elevator doors closed behind them that I finally let out the breath I’d been holding.
But even as the tension left my body, the ache in my chest remained. Just one more night. The words echoed in my mind, taunting me. Because as much as I hated to admit it, part of me still wanted them. Still needed them.
And that scared me more than anything.
The office was quiet, the hum of fluorescent lights the only sound as I tried to focus on the report in front of me. But my mind kept drifting back to the encounter earlier. Yeji, Giselle, Julie—their faces, their words, the way they’d looked at me like I was still theirs. I shook my head, trying to push the thoughts away. They’re gone. They’re not a part of your life anymore.
But just as I was about to dive back into work, my phone buzzed. A text from Yeji: “Come outside. We’re waiting.”
I froze, my heart skipping a beat. No. Not again. I ignored it, setting the phone face down on the desk. But then it buzzed again. And again. And again. Finally, I picked it up, my fingers trembling slightly as I read the next message: “Don’t make us come back up there. You know how much we love a scene.”
I cursed under my breath, dragging a hand over my face. Why can’t they just leave me alone? But deep down, I knew they wouldn’t. Not until they got what they wanted.
Reluctantly, I grabbed my coat and headed for the elevator. The ride down felt like an eternity, my stomach twisting into knots. When the doors slid open, I saw them—Yeji leaning casually against the wall, Giselle scrolling through her phone, Julie with her arms crossed, a smirk on her lips.
“There he is,” Yeji purred, pushing off the wall and walking toward me. “We were starting to think you’d forgotten about us.”
“I haven’t,” I said, my voice firm. “But I’m not doing this. Not again.”
Julie laughed, a sharp, mocking sound. “Oh, come on. You’re not fooling anyone. We know you still want us.” She stepped closer, her eyes glinting with mischief. “You always have.”
“I’ve moved on,” I said, though the words felt hollow even as I said them. “I’m with Yuna now.”
“Yuna,” Giselle scoffed, finally looking up from her phone. “She’s sweet, yeah, but let’s be real—she’s not us.”
“She’s better than you,” I shot back, my frustration boiling over. “She actually cares about me. She respects me.”
Yeji tilted her head, her lips curving into a sly smile. “Respect is overrated. What you need is someone who knows how to make you feel alive. And that’s us.”
Before I could respond, Julie grabbed my arm, her grip surprisingly strong. “Enough talking. Let’s go.”
I tried to pull away, but they were already surrounding me, their presence overwhelming. They led me to a car parked just outside the building, and before I knew it, I was in the backseat, the three of them closing in around me.
The drive to their apartment was a blur, my mind racing as I tried to figure out how to get out of this. But every time I thought about making a move, one of them would touch me—a hand on my thigh, fingers brushing against my neck—and I’d feel that familiar pull, that dangerous allure that I’d spent so long trying to escape.
When we arrived, they practically dragged me inside the apartment, the door slamming shut behind us. Yeji was the first to make her move, pressing me against the wall and kissing me hard, her lips demanding and possessive. I wanted to push her away, to tell her to stop, but my body betrayed me, responding to her touch before I could think.
Giselle was next, her hands sliding under my shirt as she undressed me with practiced ease. Julie watched from a distance, a wicked grin on her face as she pulled out her phone.
“What are you doing?” I asked, my voice strained as Yeji moved her lips to my neck.
Julie didn’t answer, instead holding up her phone to show me the screen. She was calling Yuna. Panic surged through me, and I tried to pull away, but Yeji and Giselle held me in place, their hands roaming over my body.
“You wouldn’t,” I said, my voice pleading.
“Oh, I would,” Julie said, her grin widening as the call connected. She put it on speaker, and I heard Yuna’s voice, soft and confused, on the other end.
“Hello?”
“Hey, Yuna,” Julie said, her tone sickly sweet. “Just wanted to let you know—your boyfriend’s here with us. And he’s very happy to see us.”
“No,” I said, my voice breaking. “Yuna, it’s not what you think—”
But Yeji cut me off, her lips crashing into mine again as Giselle pulled down my pants. I could hear Yuna on the other end of the line, her voice trembling as she asked, “What’s going on? What are you doing to him?”
“Oh, don’t worry,” Julie said, her voice dripping with mock sympathy. “We’re just giving him what he’s always wanted. What he’s always needed. Isn’t that right, baby?”
I wanted to deny it, to tell Yuna the truth, but the words caught in my throat as Giselle dropped to her knees, taking me into her mouth. I groaned, my body betraying me once again as pleasure surged through me.
Yeji pulled back, her lips curving into a wicked smile as she whispered in my ear, “He’s always wanted us. Not you.”
“Don’t listen to her, Yuna,” I managed to say, my voice strained. “Please—”
But Julie cut me off, holding the phone closer as Giselle worked her magic, driving me closer and closer to the edge. I could hear Yuna’s sobs on the other end of the line, and guilt crashed over me like a wave. But even as I tried to fight it, I knew I was losing.
“You’ll never be enough for him,” Yeji said, her voice cold and cruel. “Not like we are.”
And then, as Giselle brought me to the brink, I heard Yuna hang up, the line going dead. I wanted to scream, to break free, but my body was too far gone, too lost in the sensations they were pulling from me.
Yeji laughed, a low, wicked sound, as she undressed, her eyes locked on mine. “Face it, baby. You’re ours. You always have been.”
And as they took turns with me, their hands and mouths claiming me in ways I could never forget, I knew she was right. No matter how much I tried to convince myself I’d moved on, I was still theirs. And I always would be.
Julie’s phone buzzed again, and she picked it up, her grin widening as she read the message. “Looks like your little Yuna isn’t taking this well,” she said, holding it up for me to see. It was a text from Yuna: “I’m done. I can’t do this anymore.”
My heart sank, but before I could respond, Giselle was on me again, her lips trailing down my chest as Yeji whispered in my ear, “See? We told you. You’re ours.”
And as they took me again, their bodies moving in sync with mine, I knew there was no escaping them. Not now. Not ever.
The room was a blur of sweat, heat, and tangled limbs. Yeji’s nails dug into my shoulders as she rode me, her hips grinding in slow, deliberate circles that sent waves of pleasure coursing through me. Her breath was hot against my ear, her voice low and sultry. “You’re ours,” she whispered, her words dripping with possessiveness. “You always have been. You always will be.”
Giselle’s laughter rang out as she kissed me, her lips soft but demanding. Her hands roamed my chest, tracing lines of fire across my skin. She pulled back just enough to look me in the eyes, her gaze intense. “You thought you could escape us?” she taunted, her voice teasing. “You’re too weak, too addicted to the way we make you feel. Admit it... you’ve missed this.”
I wanted to deny it, to push them away and reclaim some shred of dignity, but my body betrayed me. My hips moved of their own accord, thrusting deeper into Yeji as she moaned in approval. My hands reached for Giselle, pulling her closer, my fingers tangling in her hair as our lips crashed together. And then there was Julie, her tongue tracing a wet path down my neck, her hands gripping my thighs as she positioned herself to take her turn.
“You’re pathetic,” Julie purred, her voice a mix of cruelty and seduction. “But we love you anyway. Isn’t that enough?” She didn’t wait for an answer, instead straddling me and sinking down onto me with a gasp. Her movements were frenzied, desperate, as if she couldn’t get enough. I couldn’t help but respond, my hands gripping her hips as I thrust up to meet her.
The room filled with the sound of their moans, their laughter, their whispers. It was intoxicating, overwhelming, and I felt myself slipping further and further into their web. “You’re ours,” Yeji repeated, her voice a sultry chant. “Say it. Say you’re ours.”
I tried to resist, to hold onto some fragment of myself, but the words tumbled out before I could stop them. “I’m yours,” I gasped, my voice choked with need. “I’m yours.”
The trio exchanged triumphant smiles, their eyes gleaming with satisfaction. “Good boy,” Giselle cooed, her fingers trailing down my chest. “Now let’s remind you why you belong to us.”
They took turns, their bodies moving over mine in a rhythm that felt both familiar and new. Yeji’s lips claimed mine, her kisses deep and hungry, while Giselle’s hands explored every inch of me, igniting fires wherever she touched. Julie’s voice whispered in my ear, her words a mix of encouragement and command, urging me to give in completely.
The air was thick with the scent of sweat and sex, the sound of our bodies slapping together echoing in the room. My mind was a haze of pleasure and pain, desire and despair. I wanted to hate them, to push them away and reclaim my life, but my body craved them in a way I couldn’t deny.
“You’re ours,” Yeji whispered again, her voice a soothing balm against the chaos. “And we’ll never let you go.”
As if to emphasize her words, she leaned down, her lips brushing against mine in a kiss that was both tender and possessive. Giselle’s hands tightened on my hips, guiding my movements as she took her turn, her body moving in perfect sync with mine. Julie’s teeth grazed my neck, her breath hot against my skin as she moaned in pleasure.
The room seemed to spin, the boundaries between us blurring as we became a tangled mess of limbs and desires. I couldn’t tell where one of them ended and the others began. It was as if we were one, connected by something deeper than just physical need.
“You’re ours,” Giselle whispered, her voice a sultry purr. “And you always will be.”
My hands roamed their bodies, my fingers memorizing every curve, every detail. I couldn’t stop myself, couldn’t resist the pull they had on me. It was as if they had cast a spell, one that I was powerless to break.
“You’re ours,” Julie repeated, her voice a tantalizing whisper. “Say it again.”
“I’m yours,” I gasped, my voice trembling with need. “I’m yours.”
The words seemed to ignite something in them, their movements becoming more frantic, more desperate. Yeji’s nails dug into my skin, leaving marks that would serve as a reminder of this moment. Giselle’s hips moved with a furious pace, her breath coming in ragged gasps. Julie’s lips claimed mine, her kiss fierce and demanding.
The pleasure built, a crescendo that threatened to consume me. I could feel myself teetering on the edge, my body trembling with the effort to hold on. And then, with a shuddering gasp, I let go, surrendering completely to the sensations that crashed over me.
They didn’t let up, didn’t give me a moment to catch my breath. Instead, they continued, their bodies moving over mine in a relentless rhythm that left me gasping for air. It was as if they were determined to claim every part of me, to leave no doubt in my mind that I belonged to them.
“You’re ours,” Yeji whispered, her voice a soothing balm against the chaos. “And we’ll never let you go.”
The words echoed in my mind, a mantra that I couldn’t escape. I wanted to believe them, to believe that this was where I belonged, but a small part of me still fought, still clung to the hope of something more.
But as their bodies moved over mine, their hands and mouths claiming me in ways I could never forget, that hope began to fade, replaced by the certainty that I would never escape them. Not now. Not ever.
“You’re ours,” Giselle whispered, her voice a sultry purr. “And you always will be.”

oh, you were in for a fucking treat. you loved seeing matt like this; dominant, rough, and in full control of your body. you were all his and he could do whatever he wanted with you. that’s why you were now faced down onto the bed on all fours, your arms arms behind your back with a pretty pink ribbon tied securely onto your wrists so you couldn’t touch anything. it was torture, but you fucking loved it.
your clothes had been stripped, along with his clothes, your pussy already dripping with arousal once you were thrown onto the bed, your face immediately pressing into the pillow. when he began to tie your wrists behind your back, that’s when you knew matt was going to be in full control of you and not give you a moment to recover and you were totally okay with that.
“you want this cock, don’t you ma? let me hear you say it.” his words were full of dominance, lust, desire. he positioned himself behind you on his knees, his hand running against your ass cheek, his fingers digging into the flesh causing your body to jolt backwards, a soft whimper emitting from your lips.
your heart was beating rapidly in your chest, the anticipation rolling throughout your entire body for what was coming next. you turned your head to the side to look back at him, mustering up the most pouty expression you could possibly give just to prove to him how badly you needed this. how much you wanted him, desperately. “please, baby. i need you. need you so bad.” you whined out in desperation, another whine falling from your lips as he continued to dig his fingernails into your sensitive flesh.
he shook his head at your words, a darkened chuckle emitting from his lips. he clearly disapproved of your words. you watched as he spit into his hand to lather himself up even more, although the tip of his cock was already dark pink and glistening with pre-cum. a shaky breath escaped your lips at the image of his thickened, hard cock as he began to pump himself in his hand, the pad of his thumb running along some of the oozing pre-cum that had leaked at the tip. “you can do better than that, baby. you want it that bad? tell me.”
before you could even reply, he brings his thumb up to your lips and runs it along your bottom lip, his eyes staying locked onto yours the entire time with lust filling his gaze. “be a good girl and suck.” he demanded you, his lips curving up into a sly smirk as he stared down at you.
you immediately took his thumb in between your lips and began to run your tongue along it to gather the pre-cum against it. a soft moan escaped your lips at the salty taste of him coating your tongue, your eyes staying locked onto his the entire time. this wasn’t your first time witnessing matt like this, but it always felt like the first time ever single time you got to experience it.
you rolled your tongue along his thumb before taking it into your mouth and began sucking onto it nice and slowly, your eyes never leaving his.
a soft, satisfied groan left his lips as he watched you with admiration and pride, not being able to take his eyes off you. “that’s my good girl.” he cooed, his hand moving up to run his fingers through your hair. “you like having your mouth filled, don’t you, baby? bet you like your pussy filled with my cock even more.” he let out a low growl, eventually pulling his thumb out of your mouth, resulting in a low whine from you due to the loss of contact.
“daddy, please. i need you.” you breathed out, panting heavily already as you felt your pussy throbbing, desperate to be touched, fucked, or any kind of attention that matt was willing to give you.
he smirks at you, shaking his head once again as if he’s still not satisfied with your desperate pleading. he moved his hand to your face to grip it with a strong force causing a soft gasp to emit from your lips, your eyes locking together in an intense gaze. your eyes were beginning to water due to the desperation built up inside of you, your pussy clenching around literally nothing. you needed him, badly and he knew it.
“try one more time and daddy will take care of you. promise.” he released your face with one swift movement and used the same hand to push onto your lower back to allow your face to hit the pillow once again.
you turned back to look at him, your eyes officially watering with tears and you blink them away, allowing them to spill down your cheeks. they weren’t sad tears, they were from pure desperation. your wrists were tied tightly around your back, so it’s not like you could easily slide your hand down and satisfy yourself. not like it would feel any good. matt was the only one who truly made you feel good. not even your own hand felt as nice.
“please, daddy. i need you to fill me up nice and deep. need to feel you all around me, fucking into me until i’m dumb and can’t take it anymore. please, daddy. put that cock to use and just fuck me. use me as your own personal fuck toy, please.” you begged and pleaded out of desperation, your eyes never leaving his. he flashed you a satisfied smirk, finally pleased with your desperate pleading and was finally gonna give you what you’ve been so badly needing.
on his knees behind you, he used his hand to caress your ass cheek in a smooth, slow circles before raising his hand up and immediately smacking your ass to create a pinkish colored imprint on your delicate skin, causing your body to jolt forward and a whiny moan to leave your lips. matt spread your ass cheeks to get a good look at you, to make sure you were ready for him.
he licked over his lips hungrily the more he stared at your glistening folds, slick with your arousal. his cock was visibly twitching the more you stared at it. it made your mouth water and your pussy throb immensely.
“fuck, such a beautiful fuckin’ pussy, baby. too bad i’m gonna wreck her. at least i’ll get to paint her all pretty with my cum.” his words only turned you on even more and all you could do was push your hips back against him, desperately needing him to touch you exactly where you needed him most.
“please.” you heard yourself whine out, your head tilted back to continue staring at him as you await his next move. he smirked at you as he locked his eyes with yours, his ocean blue eyes turning dark with lust and desire.
suddenly, you felt the tip of his cock running along your glistening wet folds causing you to gasp out at the sensation. your arousal immediately coated the tip of his cock as you pushed your hips back into him to try and feel more, hoping he slides his cock inside of you before you fucking explode.
“can’t fuckin’ take it anymore. need you, baby.” he said between clenched teeth, desperation filling his own voice. he placed his one hand against your lower back where your arms were tied, his other hand on his own cock as he began to slide it deep inside of you inch by inch until suddenly he was buried deep inside of you.
your eyes widened in surprise at the sudden full feeling of his entire cock surrounding your tight walls, a loud moan emitting from your lips as you keep your eyes locked onto him. his face was full of concentration at first, making sure he was all the way inside of you before his face began to morph with absolute pure pleasure. “oh..fuck, baby. that’s such a nice pussy. so fuckin’ tight f’me.”
you felt so fucking warm and tight around his thickened cock, immediately squeezing his cock as he began to find a rhythm within his thrusts as he slid in and out of you repeatedly. you couldn’t stop the moans that fell out of your mouth as you allowed him to take full control, not that you had any choice with your arms tied behind your back. he thrusted his cock in and out of you at a steady pace as you allowed your pussy to clench around him with each and every thrust.
“fuck, daddy!” you yelled out in pure ecstasy, pushing your hips back to meet his thrusts only to feel him slide deeper inside of you.
he moved both of his hands to grab onto your hips to hold you in place as he thrust into you, going deeper and harder within each and every thrust . the sounds of your dripping arousal mixed with his cock now fully hitting your sweet spot caused your face to fall into the pillow and a string of now muffled moans fall from your lips.
your gummy walls clenched around his cock as he slid in and out of you as he moved one of his hands over to grab a fistful of your hair to pull your head backwards and away from the pillow and towards him causing you to gasp out softly in surprise, louder moans now falling from your lips. your back presses against his chest, your face now so close to his. your lips linger against his as he moves his hand to wrap around your neck to pull you even closer to him and giving it a gentle squeeze before crashing his lips down onto yours in a messy, passionate kiss.
you moaned against the kiss as he tightened his grip on your neck, thrusting into you relentlessly now. the sounds of your skin coming into contact with each other echoed throughout the walls mixed with the sounds of your breathy moans. he pulled away from your lips to let out a guttural groan, pushing you back down and allowing your head to hit the pillow once again. “fuck, baby. you love this don’t ya? you love when i fuck ya dumb, huh?”
all you could do was nod your head repeatedly at his words, your moans only getting louder and more frequent. your breath was starting to become labored and you felt electricity shooting throughout your veins. his cock slammed into you relentlessly, hitting your sweet spot over and over and causing your body to shake and push back into his cock to feel him slide even deeper into you.
his balls slapped against your clit, causing a louder moan to leave your lips. “daddy, daddy! i’m getting close!” you yelled out, the friction of his balls slapping against your clit causing your body to jolt at the sensation.
he groaned at the feeling of your gummy walls taking him in, swallowing every single inch as he continued to thrust deeper into you, hitting your sweet spot dead on. you so desperately wanted to use your hands to touch him or touch yourself, but you couldn’t and the sensation of your wrists being compressed from the tight ribbon against your skin. “yeah? you gonna cum all over this fuckin’ dick baby? such a little slut, aren’t you?” he grunted his words out, sweat dripping against his forehead and pooling into his hairline. he continued to thrust his cock deep into you, his own orgasm approaching as well.
matt slid out of you only to slide back into you even deeper, more rough causing you to scream out in pure ecstasy, your throat drying up and burning from the sounds you were making, but you didn’t care. this was worth it. matt’s cock was worth it. all you could do was nod your head, biting onto the fabric of the pillow as you push your hips back into his thrusts and just take it.
you felt yourself slipping over the edge, incoherent moans and sounds falling from your lips as your eyes squeeze shut, white stars dancing along your eyelids and fire coursing throughout your veins. “matt, fuck i’m cumming!” you scream out, followed by heavy, breathless pants. the feeling of his cock hitting your sweet spot dead on and his balls slapping against your clit causing you to come to your release, clenching and squeezing against his cock as you cum around him, gasping and crying out in pure pleasure as your body jolts from the intensity rolling through you.
he groans at the feeling of your pussy clenching tightly around him as you rock out your intense orgasm, your ass pushing back into him as you cry out into the pillow, your cries muffled against the fabric. “fuck, that’s my good girl. did so good for me. now you gotta take my load deep inside of you. can you do that, baby?” his words were dirty, filthy, and made you moan all over again.
you turned your head to look over at him, your face beet red and tears stained against your cheeks. you nodded your head eagerly at his words, whines falling from your lips. you looked at him through your hazy vision, the intensity inside of you from your orgasm still present. “please, daddy yes, i can take it.”
he smirked at you, using one of his hands to smack against your ass cheeks once again, causing you to yelp out in surprise, followed by a low moan. your body was shaking from the intense orgasm, your arms so desperately wanting to be set free, but matt had other plans. you can tell he was so close to his own orgasm, his cock twitching inside of you.
“that’s my girl.” he looked over at you with his smirk only widening, his head tilted onto his shoulder as he used both of his hands to grip onto your ass cheeks hard to hold himself up as he slammed into you repeatedly to chase his own orgasm. “fuck.” he grunted out, moving one of his hand up to push away strays of hair that have fallen from his face. “gonna cum inside this sweet pussy.”
you watched his face as his mouth opened, groans falling from his lips, his hips stilling as he emptied his entire load inside of you, his cock twitching in the process inside of you as your pussy continued to clench around him. your arousal mixed with his load was now buried deep inside of you and all you could do was lay there on all your knees and take it like a good girl.
he leaned forward, breathless and his heart beating rapidly in his chest as he pressed kisses against your shoulder blade. “such a good girl.” he murmured against your skin. “think it’s about time we take off the restraints, huh?”
“please.” you begged, eagerness filling your tone. he let out a soft chuckle before giving your shoulder one more small kiss and pulling away to begin untying the ribbon against your wrists. once they were untied and you were freed of them, you felt the aching sensation rising up your arms and down to your hands from being locked in the same position for so long.
“come on, baby. let’s get you cleaned up and taken care of. did so good for me.”
matt pulled out of you, causing you to whimper at the loss of contact. your body fell into his arms and he immediately wrapped them around you and helped your now sore and exhausted body off the bed to get you cleaned up and taken care of.
he was so good at aftercare; taking care of you and knowing exactly what to do to make sure you were okay. he was such the sweetest thing.
you didn’t mind being tied up at all.

— THREE
“What are you doing?”
You hear from behind you as you were frantically wiping down the stone top island in the kitchen, making sure it was squeaky clean for Vi’s arrival.
After attending Isha’s birthday party, another week had flown by before you were able to have everything prepared. Okay, you had most of the materials at home already.
You felt you needed to mentally prepare to have Vi here in your childhood home; a place you go to for comfort at the end of a restless day. You had sent her messages with your address and what time she should make her way over to yours.
You hold back the eye-roll threatening your eyes at Mila’s judgemental tone. You were as ready as you could be, wearing a simple pair of striped sleeping pants and a dark gray sweatshirt that hung slightly off your shoulder with a back tank underneath. You were home so you wanted to be cozy yet cute. Your hair was up in a simple ponytail, a few flyaways escaping from your vigorous cleaning.
“Cleaning. What does it look like I’m doing?” You sarcastically respond to your sister, sucking in a deep breath as you move to another spot.
“I can see that but I mean, why are you scrubbing so damn hard? You’re going to carve the stone, dude.”
You close your eyes as you try not to snap at your sister. Your grandma had given you the day off so that you could spend as much time with Vi as you could. Even after insisting to her that it wasn’t necessary, she made sure you weren’t on the schedule and to not leave the house unless it was with Vi.
‘I need a daughter-in-law,’ were her words as she left the house to go to the bakery. She was very hopeful for you.
“I’m… a little anxious, okay?” You admit, ready to hear your sisters mocking.
She snorts at your words as she rounds the island to look at you. “Yeah, no shit.”
“Okay can you keep that to yourself, please? I-I don’t need this right now,” you wipe back some of the flyaways as you put the rag in the sink.
You wash your hands in silence, hearing your sister shifting behind you.
“Look, what I was going to say was that you are going to be fine. Clearly, she already likes you or else she wouldn’t have agreed to come over to help you,” Mila quietly tells you, tilting her head to try and find your eyes. “I know this doesn’t happen often for you but I don’t want you to screw it up.”
You take that in, ignoring the dig at your antisocial skills and lack of dating experience. You knew this was your sister's way of trying to comfort your scattered mind.
“Thanks… I think,” you squint your eyes at her, drying off your hands.
You hear your phone ding on the countertop, leaning over to check to see who it was. To your demise, it was Vi telling you that she had arrived at your house. You mutter a curse as you turn to your sister getting ready to tell her to go somewhere that wasn’t here. You hadn’t even heard the car rolling up the dirt driveway.
“You’re welcome. Now, I’ll be doing you a favor and leaving so you can have the house to yourselves.”
Your brows furrow at her words, questioning your sister’s whereabouts.
“Wait, where are you going?”
Mila grins at you before shrugging one of her shoulders, seeming sheepish. “Hanging out with a friend. I’ll see you. Have fun with Violet.”
She drags out Vi’s full name to tease you as she throws her brown suede purse over her shoulder. You practically shove her out of the house as you peek out the window once she shuts the front door. You knew your sister didn’t have a car, and she was not using yours, so you wanted to see who the hell was picking her up. Your eyes squint to see a streak of light blue hair in the driver’s seat and Vi walking up to your front door.
Vi passes your sister and gives her a slight nod and wave, telling her something that you couldn’t quite hear due to the fact that she was outside still. It took you way too long to realize that the head in the driver's seat was Jinx. Mila and Jinx were friends? And she just forgot to tell you?
Absolutely shocked by this news, you tug open your front to reveal Vi with her hand raising to knock but eyes widening at your confused expression as you look behind her at the car reversing and leaving the dirt driveway.
“Hey, uh,” Vi shoved her hands into the pockets of her zip-up, tilting her head at you, “is everything okay?”
You blink as your attention switches to Vi’s awaiting expression. You shake your head, an embarrassed chuckle leaving your lips.
“I’m sorry. Hi, Vi,” you grin at her before opening the door wider for her to step in.
“You’re okay. It’s Jinx and Mila, right?” Vi questions, an amused smile forms on her lips.
You nod slowly as you allow her to step further in, asking her to take off her shoes before nodding with a shocked expression as you shut the door and lock it.
“Yeah. They’re… friends?” You press, wanting to know your sister's business.
Vi pries off her shoes near the door and places them next to the small line-up of you, your sisters and your grandmother’s shoes.
“Yeah, I guess Jinx went to the bakery on her own and your sister was there and they started talking after that,” she breathed out a laugh.
“That’s crazy. I love my sister but she is cranky as hell at work,” you chuckle.
Vi shrugs her shoulders, her laughter fading to a small grin. Vi’s bright eyes dart around the interior of your grandmother's home, curiously examining every inch of the house you grew up in. You linger behind her as you try to compose yourself over the fact that she was here. You fiddle with your rings in an attempt to ease your bouncing mind.
“It’s so… cozy here,” she voices her thoughts as she smiles at a photo of you, your sister and your grandma when you were younger that was sitting on a shelf underneath the living room TV.
Her light gray zip up was slightly falling off her shoulders to reveal the inch strap of her black wife pleaser underneath. The sight distracts you for a moment before you cringe at your younger portrait but Vi merely admires how much you’ve grown yet somehow look the same.
Beautiful, nonetheless.
“Everyone says that when they come over. My grandpa actually helped build this place with his friends when they were younger. He really loved my grandma.” You explain softly, looking at the back of Vi’s head.
Vi turned her head to look at you, nodding as she glanced around the room wondering how long it must’ve taken to do this.
“It’s really beautiful.”
“Thank you,” you accept the compliment on your grandmother and grandfather's behalf. “Oh, and I did make the dough last night because it needs to rise overnight so it can be all light and fluffy.”
Vi slowly nods at your words, furrowing her brows as she motioned towards the kitchen area that was adjacent to the living room.
“So what more do we have to do other than, you know, assembling them?” Vi questions as she waits for your response.
You hold your hands behind your back as you tilt your head towards the fridge, an eager smile spreading onto your face.
“Do you want to listen to music while we bake?” You question.
Vi’s eyes flicker to your elated gaze and she can’t help but smile at your question. When you look at her like that, she thinks she would do anything for you. She watches your movements as you scurry over to a side table that was next to the living room couch to undo the clasp of a vinyl player that was disguised as a leather brown suitcase.
You kneel down to tug out a crate that held around 50 records, humming to yourself as you pick up a record that satisfied you. Vi couldn’t see from where she was standing but was hesitant to move forward. You carefully remove the vinyl from its paper shell to place on the spindle, moving the tonearm to rest it on the song of your desire.
“This is just a bunch of different blues and R&B songs,” you inform Vi, your back still turned to her. “I thought it was fitting.”
Vi nods in understanding even though you weren’t able to see her. You stand back up to your feet once adjusting the volume, walking back over to Vi’s awaiting figure. You take her hand in yours and motion for her to follow you into the kitchen.
“Is this going to be messy?” Vi asks, distracting herself from how much she loved feeling your hand in hers.
“Mmm, I would be lying if I said no so you either roll up your sleeves or take off your jacket so you don’t get it covered in anything,” you suggest as you release her hand to tug open the fridge to retrieve what you needed for the filling.
Vi, to your wonderful surprise, zips down her jacket and lets the cotton roll over her toned shoulders. You stand frozen near the fridge for a moment at the sight of her back nearly covered in ink. You had to thank whatever or whoever sent her to your grandma’s shop because how the hell is she real?
Standing here in your kitchen looking like that?
Vi sets her jacket aside on one of the chairs that was pulled up to the island, her hands finding their place on her hips as she awaits further instruction.
“Okay so, what you’re going to do is sprinkle a bit of flour onto the island. Just all over it,” you motion to the bag of flour and use one of your to make a spreading motion to the lengthy surface.
Vi nods in understanding at your instruction, clearing her throat as she reaches carefully into the paper bag to grab a good handful as does exactly as instructed. You hold back your glee as you watch her lean over a bit to even out the flour. She glances at you through her peripheral to make sure you seemed satisfied with how that looks.
“How’s it look?” She hums, dusting off her hands over the spread.
“Perfect. Now, take the dough and just give it a few kneads to press out the air bubbles.” You point to the metal bowl full of dough, stepping to the side to move out of her way.
Following your words once again, Vi takes the malleable tan dough into her palms to plop it down onto the surface. You turn your head to cough at the gust of powdery air that blew upwards. She, too, waves a hand in front of her face to brush the puff away from her nostrils.
When Vi had said you only wanted her there so she could do all the kneading, you didn’t expect to actually be gawking over her doing it. She digs her palms and fingers into the dough, leaning her chest forward to press it into the flour. Her triceps tightened at the motion, readjusting the blob to spread the flour evenly throughout. You swore you heard a grunt of struggle leave her lips as the dough was a bit thicker than she was expecting.
You raise a hand to your mouth to push back the infatuated smile that was tickling your lips, just watching her knead the dough.
“Is this good?” Vi asks through another press into the surface, another light grunt leaving her mouth.
“Yeah,” you say without thinking, lost in your lust-driven daze.
Vi looks up at you from her kneading as she stops with her hands still buried into the dough, no longer sticking to it as it was covered in flour. You dart your gaze away from her as you shake your head, chuckling and muttering ‘right’ to yourself.
“I’ll get the, uh, rolling pin so you can flatten it out.”
You suck in a deep breath as you turn your back to her, shutting your eyes as you internally scold yourself to pull it together. Had she noticed your lingering almost creepy stare at her arms?
If she did, she hid it very well.
“Do I need to wash my hands?” Vi questions from behind your back as you kneel down to retrieve the rolling pin from the cabinet.
“No, not yet. After rolling them, you can. I’ll put the filling and roll them if you want,” you offer from over your shoulder as you grab the wooden object.
“Okay. You’re the boss,” Vi chuckles.
You stand back up on your feet, blinking harshly from the sudden rush to your head. Change the subject, you begged internally as you handed her the rolling pin. As you flicker on the stove and try to think of something else to talk about, you can hear Vi humming along to the song currently playing as she rolled the dough as instructed.
You smile to yourself as you begin to make the filling as quickly as possible.
“You know this song?” You question the red-haired woman, turning to her slightly as you watch the filling simmer in the small pot.
Vi seems to be caught off guard at the fact that you could hear her humming to herself along with the song's lyrics, pausing her movements for a second.
“Uh, yeah,” she clears her throat as she takes one glance at you before looking away flustered. “My… mom would sing it all the time. She was obsessed with it.”
“You know, you’ve never talked about your mom,” you state carefully. “Not that you have to. It just hit me.”
Vi shook her head, muttering a ‘no, it’s okay.’
“I guess I never really had a reason to but I don’t mind,” she reassures you to glance at you once again with a small smile.
You send her one back as you stir the filling slowly, watching the ingredients dissolve over the heat.
“What was she like?” You question.
“She was… loving. She, uh, passed when I was 11 and Jinx was 6. She gave us home hair cuts that were just so terrible,” Vi shook her head with a chuckle as she recollected on her childhood. “I mean, seriously. I mean, it looked like we had cut them ourselves but my dad claimed that we loved the look. I think it was because it was the fact that it was her cutting our hair instead of some stranger.”
You can’t help but smile at her words. Her voice had softened the second she had brought up her mom, signaling to you that her mom was a gentle soul. You could feel how much that transpired within Vi.
“Were her and your dad together for a while before they had you and Jinx?” You hum.
“They were never together. They were actually friends but my mom got knocked up by some random guy twice that they never knew about and my dad kind of took that position of being, well, a dad.”
Vi explains as she sucks in a deep breath, seeming as though she was composing herself. You furrow your brows as you are afraid that you’ve pushed it too far with the questions.
“Well, when did Isha come in?” You ask in hopes to distract her.
This Vi freezes at, releasing the rolling pin to turn to you with a soft sigh.
“She came out of nowhere. My dad told us one day coming home from school that someone had left a baby on our doorstep. We thought that kind of stuff only happened in the movies so we thought it was a joke,” she leaned her back up against the counter top, folding her muscular arms across her chest. “But then we came into the living room and there she was wrapped up in a little blanket in a bassinet. Jinx was more excited than I was because she got her own little sister.”
“You have a very loving family. It’s obvious, honestly. I can tell you have a good heart, Vi,” you tilt your head to make eye contact with her to show the sincerity behind your words.
Vi’s eyes hold contact with your own, pupils dilating to the point where the blue of her eyes was a mere ring. She exhales a soft breath as she just stares at you.
“What about your parents? Are they…?” Vi blinks and reroutes the attention to you now.
“Uh, no. My mom and dad died when I was 6 or 7 and Mila was just 1. They weren’t the best parents from what my grandma has told me. They tried but they were… angry and overworked,” you shook your head as you turn down the heat on the stove lower before looking at Vi with a shrug to your shoulders. “I guess they thought having kids would bring them closer but it only seemed to push them further apart. They had dropped Mila and I here one day and just never came back. My grandparents found out a week later that they had gotten into a car accident and died on the way to the hospital.”
You wince to yourself at the silence that had fallen over the two of you. The soft crackle of the record switching songs and the soft bubbling of the blueberry filling in the pot were the only sounds in the house.
“But I’m okay. My grandparents raised me and my sister and I can guarantee it was the better choice,” you attempt to make a joke but Vi simply looks at you with a genuine expression.
“I’m sorry,” she says softly.
“I’m sorry too.”
You clear your throat, a strained chuckle leaving your lips as you clasp your hands together.
“Sorry, the filling’s ready. I didn’t mean to get all– Well, to bring that subject up.”
Vi shakes her head to reassure your frantic mind, reaching for your hand. You allow her to do so, heart leaping into your throat when her thumb wipes over the back of your hand.
“I said it was okay. I meant that,” she persists.
You look at her with a hesitant expression, opening your mouth about to apologize but she gives you a pointed look as if she was testing you to try it.
“Okay, okay, let’s roll these.”
Vi seems content with that and releases your hand to let you bring over the pot to the counter of rolled out dough. You ignore the bothersome want to grab her hand right back as carry it over and rest it on a crocheted pot holder so it wouldn’t burn the surface. You two stay in a comfortable silence as you take a wooden baking spoon to scoop it and carefully spread the blueberry-cinnamon filling across the flat dough. Once everything was properly rolled up and placed onto the baking sheet, you popped it in the oven for its designated time period.
About 20 minutes passed of sharing soft words to one another in the kitchen, the timer on your phone went off. With the rolls fresh out of the oven, you started to make the cream cheese frosting to wrap it all together. You could see Vi lingering over the delectable smelling pastries out of the corner of your eye, seeming to be examining them.
“You really do have a knack for this, cupcake. These look incredible,” Vi praises you as you plop the ingredients into the bowl.
You tuck a flyway piece of hair behind your ear as you bashfully smile in her direction.
“Well, you did all the kneading. They wouldn’t been made without your help,” you switch it around to the pink-haired girl.
“I knew you were staring,” she teased as she took a few steps forward so her shoulders were a few inches apart from your own.
The close proximity made your stomach flip but you simply continued to whisk in the bowl. You gradually add the milk, careful not to add too much or else it wouldn’t be thick enough.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” you lie through your teeth. “I was making sure your technique was good. I’m the baker here.”
“If you say so,” Vi held her palms up in defense, that annoyingly attractive grin on her face.
You shake your head before vigorously whisking the frosting, watching it turn into the perfect texture. You sigh as you dip your finger into soft white glaze and hold it up to Vi’s mouth, wiping it on her bottom lip without thinking.
Your eyes widen as you realize what you’ve done, watching Vi’s eyes match yours. She licks her lips to taste the frosting regardless, raising her fingers to her lips when yours just was.
“I’m so sorry. I—When I bake at home with my grandma or my sister, we usually just do, well, that because we’re the only ones eating it,” you cover your mouth with both of your palms, shaking your head. “I’m sor-I’m so sorry.”
“No, no,” Vi raises her hand to wave you off, a weird chuckle leaving her lips. “I just wasn’t expecting it.”
You sigh, the embarrassment still clinging to your skin as you replayed in your mind how easily you did that.
“It’s good, though,” Vi adds through the silence.
You can’t help but let out an amused laugh at the way she immediately tries to assure you that what you did was in fact very normal. You knew it wasn’t… by any means but she attempts to make you feel better regardless.
“What?” Vi asks through her own soft laughter.
You shake your head as you motion to the fresh cinnamon rolls.
“Can we frost these, please? I’m trying to save myself from embarrassment.”
Vi simply grins at you as she reaches two fingers into the glaze to gather a bit on her pointer and middle before sticking it in her mouth. You stare at her, unable to utter a word. What the hell is wrong with her?
“See? It’s good.”
Instead of humiliating yourself further, you shove her back with one arm as you scold: “Did you even wash your hands?”
“I did, actually.”
“Then get to it,” you point to the cinnamon rolls and hand her a spatula.
Vi glances down at the bowl of frosting and the wooden spatula with a soft blue rubber before taking it from her hands to do as you had asked. You watch her step around you to take a good scoop of the glaze to spread it over the warm treats. You spoke quietly to one another, asking her random questions to pick at her mind a bit more; to get to know her better.
“You think you could teach me how to kick box?” You question as you are now sitting in your living room.
Two small ceramic plates that were in the style of pool balls on the coffee table in front of you; Vi’s being the 6 green ball and yours being the 8. Cinnamon rolls sat on either one; yours being less eaten than Vi’s. She had mere crumbs left as she nodded into her last bite.
“Oh yeah. You can let me know and I’ll clear out some space for you.” Vi grins as she licks her lips to be rid of the cinnamon from her lips.
“I will definitely,” you chuckle as you take another bite.
“Hey, uh, speaking of that, I have this kickboxing tournament coming up in a few days. I… want you to be there,” Vi looks at you with an awaiting expression; hope glimmering over her eyes.
Your eyes meet hers as you chew your food, a hand hovering over your mouth so you don’t drop crumbs. I want you to be there, her voice rang through your mind.
“You’ll be competing?” You wonder.
“Yeah and a few of my older students,” she confirms.
You’d be an idiot to say no. A stupidly giddy smile spreads onto your face as you set the last quarter of your cinnamon roll back on the plate.
“I’d love to be there. I’ll cheer you on from a distance.”
Vi tilts her head from next to you, bumping her shoulder with yours.
“Yeah?”
“Oh yeah. I’ll embarrass you with a huge sign that says ‘Go Vi’ in rainbow glitter,” you lean closer to her face as you tease her.
Vi eyes flicker down to your lips for a split-second as you lean in. You notice the action but brush it off as the closer proximity.
“You’ll be my cheerleader?” She questions, a smirk forming.
“Always,” you whisper, sucking in a deep breath as you shift yourself so that your body is facing hers.
Your answer sends a shiver down Vi’s spine, her heart leaping into her throat. She lifts her hand to take one of yours before she opens her mouth to say something. A loud knock fills the house causing the both of you to jump.
You mutter a curse to yourself as you excuse yourself to Vi to walk over to the door to unlock it to see your sister and Jinx standing on the welcome mat. They both held cheeky, suspicious grins.
“Hey guys,” you furrow your brows at the two. “Back so early?”
“Early? It’s been three hours,” Mila states with raised brows, stepping into the house.
Vi must’ve heard Mila’s voice and appeared behind you at the door, cursing to herself as she did not realize how much time had passed. She checked her own phone before looking at her sister.
“Shit, I gotta go. I promised I would take Isha to the park before it gets too dark,” Vi runs to grab her zip-up, sadly shielding her toned arms once again. When she walks back over to you, Mila and Jinx, she wraps her arms around you to give you a warm hug. “I’ll text you all the details, I promise. Thank you for letting me come over. I had a good time.”
You hold onto her tightly, discreetly inhaling the cinnamon-blueberry scent that was clinging to her skin.
“Yeah, me too. Let me know everything, Vi,” you pull away to see your sister and Jinx giving each other weird looks.
Okay, their friendship was going to drive you up the wall.
“See you, cupcake. Bye, Mila,” Vi grins at you and waves at your sister.
“Bye, Vi. Bye Jinx. Text me!” Mila calls after Jinx as they both walk away to the running car.
Jinx turns her head to send your sister a knowing smile, calling back: “I will, Mils!”
You and your sister watch the two open their designated sides of the car, leaning against the door with a long sigh.
“God, could you act like you’re not in love with her?” Mila teases before walking over to the kitchen to probably devour the pastries you had baked.
You shake your head to yourself as you think that no, you really can’t.

Keith would turn to hypnosis or brainwashing to make us love him if he’s fully snapped…?
Could I maybe please request a drabble about that por favor 🥹
Sweet Vacation
CW: kidnapping, brainwashing, fork harassment
Word count: 1345
You ignored the first signs that Keith wasn’t doing well mentally. When he’d turn his back to you at night and sob silently, you’d pretend not to hear it. When he’d spend his evenings staring out the window for hours on end, eyes glazed over, you’d find things to busy yourself with.
It did annoy you when he put a tracker on you. The fight that followed only made things worse. He became constantly paranoid, asking to hear your voice every hour you weren’t home, having breakdowns when you so much as left the room he was in.
There was no doubt that he wouldn’t accept it if you tried to break up with him. You never bothered to start the conversation. You simply packed your things one day, blocked his number and left.
Unfortunately, he’d used more than one tracker.
- - -
You awaken to an unfamiliar hardwood floor, head pounding and limbs stiff. So stiff, in fact, that you aren’t able to move them. Your eyes shoot open as you tug on the ropes tying your limbs to the chair you're sitting in.
The room you’re in is unfamiliar, a lavish living room with wooden walls and a large fireplace. A sweet, mind-numbing fragrance catches your attention. Possibly, the herbs burning in a bowl on the coffee table before you. All the curtains are drawn, so you fail to see anything outside. You can’t remember how or when you got here.
The sound of footsteps approaching brings your attention to the closed door. Keith appears from behind it, looking much more frazzled and unkept than usual. His hair is a bit messy, he’s not wearing the usual concealer under his eyes and his collar is askew.
“My love! You're awake!” He rushes over to you.
“Keith! What the hell did you do to me? Where am I?!”
He shushes you as he caresses your cheek. You want to scream at him, fight against your restraints, yank yourself away from his touch. But for some reason, as soon as those thoughts enter your mind, they fade away.
“Everything's alright, dear. You're safe now. I'm sorry about the ropes, but there was no other way. I'll take them off once they're not needed anymore.”
There is nothing sane in his gaze. His eyes are big and alert and his smile is too wide for comfort.
“Where are we?” you ask, much calmer than you'd like.
“Somewhere where nobody will bother us! Don't worry, it's just the two of us.”
You don't know what he's done to you, but your fear, anger and alarm are all much too mild.
“Oh! I've made you lunch! Let me grab it for you before it gets cold.”
He rushes off through the door, then returns with a plate of food and a fork. The sight and smell of it makes your stomach grumble. For how long were you out?
“I hope you like it! Open wide!” Keith holds some of it out in front of you.
Thoughts of turning away or refusing the food pass through your mind, then leave just as fast. You reluctantly open your mouth.
Even when he's crazy, he manages to make infuriatingly good food. You do not complain about being fed the entire plate. If you want to try to get out of this situation, you'll need the energy anyway.
“You ate everything! Good job!” he praises you cheerfully.
Then, he looks down at the fork in his hand. His eyes flicker between it and your mouth for a moment. Until they eventually settle on you as he brings the fork near his face and licks the part that's been in your mouth. Once his tongue reaches the tips of the tines, he sticks them entirely in his mouth.
You stare at him, dumbfounded. Before you can say anything about it, he sets the fork back on the plate and turns to leave.
“I'll bring you a glass of water! Can't let you get dehydrated!”
What the hell was that? How far gone is he?
You finally get your brain to cooperate and attempt to struggle against your bindings. Unfortunately, they're tight and secure. Looking around, you can't spot anything sharp enough to cut them.
When Keith returns, he's brought back not only your glass of water but also a small satchel. You eye it curiously as he helps you drink.
And once it's done, he sets down the glass and opens up the satchel. It's full of herbs, some of which he places in the bowl with the others. That mind number scent hits you again. Any thought you'd had of escaping is beginning to blur.
As if reading your thoughts, Keith answers. “Just a little something to help you relax! I know you're probably quite stressed.”
He puts the satchel away and picks up a book instead. “How about I read you something? That way you won't be bored!”
You want to say no, you want to reason with him, ask him to let you go, convince him none of this is necessary. But none of it leaves your lips.
“Okay,” you say instead.
- - -
It's been two days since Keith locked you up in this house. He's fed you and kept you hydrated. When he's not been taking care of you, he's been keeping you entertained or simply chatted with you.
Perhaps it's your fault you've ended up this way. You ignored the signs that he wasn't doing well. You weren't a very good partner overall.
This morning he made you heart shaped pancakes with strawberries. It was kind of cute.
Perhaps you don't need to escape, perhaps he will snap back to reality and release you himself. The two of you aren't good for each other.
- - -
Four days have passed since Keith brought you here. He untied you from the chair but kept your wrist handcuffed to his to make sure you don't run away.
It's a pretty nice vacation home. Apparently you're in the mountains. The view from the balcony is stunning. Although it gave you a bit of a fright when you woke up here four days ago, it isn't so bad.
Keith still insists that you let him prepare meals, despite you being able to help now. You can't believe you treated him so coldly before. When he discovered you had bruises on your wrists from the rope, he cried and kissed them better.
At night, when you get ready for bed, he asks if he can cuddle you. If you say no, he keeps his distance. When you do give him permission, he holds you tight and whispers that he loves you. He smells sweet, a bit like burnt herbs.
- - -
It's been a week since the start of your little vacation. You took a walk through the forest this morning, hand in hand with your beloved boyfriend. He told you about the plants that grow here and which ones are safe to eat. He's so smart!
When you got back, you made lunch together. He’s been a bit down and anxious the past few days, but today he was in good spirits. Though he still won't tell you where he got the new perfume he's been wearing. It's so sweet, it makes you want to hold him close constantly.
Now that it's evening, you're both sitting on the couch, cuddling as you watch TV. Keith holds you against his chest, his chin resting on the top of your head. You feel safe here.
“I love you,” you murmur.
He stiffens at once. Thinking there must be something wrong, you pull away to look at him. A mixture of shock and joy battles on his features.
“I love you too!” Tears are spilling from his eyes.
You laugh and cup his face, holding it still so you can kiss away his tears. Your boyfriend is so sentimental. His hand brushes over your chin, silently asking you to lean down. His lips quiver against yours, soft and uncertain. You press in lovingly.
Even the taste of his lips is sweet.

Second chance - L. HS
Tumblr media
Pairing: heeseung X reader
Warnings: smut, the usual.
Genre: ex’s to?
WC: almost 4k
-
“Didn’t expect to see you here.” You rolled your eyes the moment you heard your ex’s voice from over your shoulder.
It was a party your mutual friends were throwing, so you don’t know why he thought you wouldn’t be there, but something deep down is telling you he knows full well and just wanted an excuse to come up and talk to you.
“Surprise, surprise,” you mumbled in response, tapping the rim of your glass.
“You treat me like I’m a stranger.” he lowers his head with a soft chuckle and takes the vacant stool next to you to sit on.
“Not a stranger, but no need to be unnecessarily cordial,” you say, not sparing him a glance.
“Would it be unnecessary to at least treat me with some decency?” His question is almost laughable to you.
“The same way you treated me with decency back when we dated,” your reply is sarcastically, and he can’t help but chuckle.
“So you’re still not over it?” He says, referring to the breakup.
“No, I am. I just find it funny after how things ended. You expect me to just welcome you back into my good graces.” Picking up your cup, you take a small sip of liquor.
“The past is the past. We could always start anew, you know, maybe even be friends,” he shrugs.
“You can’t be serious.” Laughing incredulously, you roll your eyes once again, finding him to be amusing.
“Fine, maybe not friends, maybe we could be fuck buddies” his suggestion sounds even more humorous than his previous statement. This just kept getting better and better.
“So that’s why you’re bothering me? You don’t have any shame do you?” You finally look at him and he looks like the same old heeseung that broke your heart.
“No need to feel shame. I’m just a guy who misses his ex’s pussy” he smirks.
“You’re disgusting.” You scrunch your nose, making a face of disgust.
“Fair enough,” he annoyingly grabs your cup, purposely drinking from the spot that had your lip stain on it. “But don’t for a second act like you don’t miss the way I fuck you,” he says cockily. “Besides, if I recall correctly, the last time I had my dick in you, you said it was the best ever.”
You cringe at the thought. “That was then, this is now.” You keep a straight face.
“Okay, will let me give you a refresher.” he places his hand over yours. “Let me remind you what it’s like to have me inside you.” he looks at your lips, then your eyes, his tongue licking the remains of your liquor off his plump lips.
A shaky sigh escapes your lips, and you close your eyes, exhaling deeply, hating that he still had this effect on you. “I think I should get going.” Attempting to leave proves useless as he grabs your wrist, keeping you there.
“I think you should come back to my place with me. Come on, no strings attached, just me and you for one night.”
It’s hard to say no, it’s hard to think straight after five months, you’re still not over him. He pops up in your dreams. Sometimes, you swear you still smell his cologne on your pillow or the soft melody of him humming in your silent apartment.
Obviously, one of you was more affected by the split, that being you, and right now, instead of keeping your ground, you felt yourself slipping.
“This isn’t the best idea,” you mutter to him.
“So? Who cares, baby? Let me fuck you” his words sound gross in your ears but still give you a chill in your spine. His request is so nasty yet irresistible.
“I- I have too much respect for myself to allow this now if you’ll excuse me I’m heading home” you stood up and he quickly follows you not ready to take no for an answer you both weave through the crowd him hot on your trail.
“Respect? Is that what you call it when you were sucking me off in the public bathroom stall? Or when you let me bend you over the balcony? And don’t forget that time we spent Christmas at your families. You were so fucking needy for it you could barely keep your hands off my cock at the dinner table” You’re both at the exit now, making your way outside. The fresh air feels chilly on your skin, but it does little to nothing to quell the heat between your legs, his words going straight to your core, and you hate to admit how much just the memory was turning you on. “Had to cup your mouth the whole time while I fucked you 'cause you couldn’t keep those slutty little moans to yourself” he presses himself against your back, his hot breath fanning your ear.
“S-stop it.” You squeeze your eyes shut, trying to ground yourself.
“Why?” He places his hands on your waist, and you don’t push him away.
“Cause-“
He cuts through your words. “Cause it’s turning you on, isn’t it? Bet that pussy is already getting sticky for me.”

Tumblr media
“How are you doing?”
You snuggle further into the pillows on the bed, popping another strawberry in your mouth to avoid the question.
“Lucky.”
“Hmm?”
“I asked how you are.”
“M’fine,” you answer as you chew, praying the subject gets changed. She clearly doesn’t believe you, so you sigh and look at her pointedly. “I’m being serious. I’m fine.”
“Liar.”
“Taggie.”
“Do you think I’m stupid?”
“What? No! I’d never think that.”
“Then why are you treating me like I’m oblivious? I can see that you’re not fine, but you keep lying to my face.”
Taking a deep breath, you exhale in resignation.
“I don’t want you to feel like you’re caught in the middle of all of this, Tag.”
“I’m not-”
“You are. He’s your dad, I’m your friend. You are quite literally the middle man here.”
“That’s not necessarily a bad thing,” she counters, perching on the edge of her bed. “If I have to be the peacekeeper, I will be.”
“You shouldn’t have to be.”
“I know, but these things happen. I just… if I knew what had happened, I could try and fix it.”
“You can’t fix this, Tag. I promise you, you can’t.”
She’s quiet for a moment, tracing the patterns on your socks as she thinks.
“What happened, Lucky? I swear that whatever it is, I won’t judge you. I just want to know how it all went so… wrong. One minute the two of you were the best of friends, and the next minute you’re packing up your office and leaving without so much as an explanation.”
“It’s complicated,” you murmur.
“So complicated that you had to quit your job?”
“Yes.”
“He’s never going to find a better assistant than you, you know. Never. He doesn’t even want to look for one, says he’d rather do all the work himself.”
“Well that’s stupid of him. He can’t do all that stuff himself.”
“Exactly. He’s willing to put himself through all of that stress so as not to replace you.”
“That’s his foolish choice, Tag.”
She sighs in frustration, leaning back against the footboard of the bed.
“Did he upset you? Did he say something stupid? You know what he’s like, he often doesn’t think before he speaks. I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation here.”
“It wasn’t him, it was me. I quit by my own volition. He didn’t upset me, he didn’t offend me… I just had to do the right thing, which was to leave. I know you’re trying to help, Tag, but you can’t. Not with this.”
Taggie finally realises that she’s fighting a losing battle, choosing instead to shuffle over so she’s all cosy in the pillows next to you.
“I won’t tell him you were here,” she whispers, bumping your shoulder with hers.
“Thank you. I’m sorry you’re caught up in the middle of all of this.”
“I don’t mind, honestly. I just wish there was something I could do.”
“Give it some time. It’s meant to heal all wounds, after all.”
She chuckles, resting her head against yours affectionately.
“Will you help me make some raspberry tarts? I need at least forty of them, and I could do with an extra pair of hands.”
“Of course I will. But if your dad comes home, I’m sprinting out the back door.”
“Alright,” she laughs, shaking her head. “I’ll help with your escape, if need be.”
✵  ✵    · ✵    *  · ✵
You’re tempted to smash your head into the bar top.
You’ve been debating the pros and cons of it for the last forty five minutes, actually.
The gala is bustling, bodies packed into the beautiful ballroom with barely an inch between them. Everyone has a drink in hand, the light from the chandelier glinting off of the champagne and whiskey poured into crystal glasses.
You’d said yes to the event when you were still Declan’s assistant - assuming that you’d go together, just like always. And now, here you are, standing on opposite ends of the room and avoiding each other like your lives depend on it.
A cool hand finds your waist, spiced aftershave hitting your senses and letting you know who it is before they even have to speak.
“Hello, darling.”
“Hi, Rupert.”
He spins you around gracefully, smiling at you with a twinkle in his eye.
“You look ravishing, as always.”
“You don’t look half bad yourself, you know. You scrub up quite nicely.”
“Oh stop, I’ll start blushing.”
You can’t help but laugh, accepting his arm as he offers it out to you.
“Come on darling, let’s socialise a bit. You can’t stand in the corner forever.”
“I can.”
“Not on my watch.”
He’s dragging you across the floor before you can process what’s happening, people passing by you in blurs of colour and sparkles.
“Dance with me.”
“Is this fun for you? Torturing me?”
“Oh, immensely,” he grins, hands finding your hips.
You reluctantly wrap your arms around his neck, looking at him with a quirked brow.
“Don’t you have a thousand other women you could be dancing with, Rupert?”
He spins you playfully, laughing as you shriek.
“I do, but none of them are nearly as beautiful as you.”
“Oh god,” you groan, rolling your eyes. “Does that line usually work?”
“Never on women as smart as you,” he chuckles, swaying you gently.
You stare at him carefully for a moment, realising you know him too well when you instantly see through his carefree facade.
“Ask it, then.”
“Hmm?”
“I know that’s what this is. You’re going to get me all soft and relaxed and tipsy, and then you’ll ask me about Declan. You might as well just cut to the chase, Rupert.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“You’re much too intelligent to think that I believe that.”
His eyes don’t leave yours as he tilts his head, getting a good look at you and your unwavering expression.
“Fine, you stubborn woman. Fine. I wanted to ask you about Declan at some point tonight. But only from a place of care and concern, not because I’m going to try to wrangle the two you of back together or anything.”
“Subtlety has never been your strong suit.”
“Forgive me for being confused, alright? You were joined at the hip, and all of a sudden you can’t stand the sight of each other. It’s just so unlike the two of you.”
You sigh deeply, dropping your head forward so it rests on his chest. Rupert’s arms tighten around you, silently letting you know he’s got your back.
“It’s complicated,” you explain, muffled by the material of the man’s shirt. “Stupidly complicated.”
“So complicated that it can never, ever be repaired? I don’t think so.”
“Maybe you’re right.”
“Blimey,” he half gasps, the sound vibrating through the both of you. “How much have you had to drink?”
“Even a broken clock is right twice a day, you bastard.”
Rupert laughs so loudly that people turn their heads to see why, the cadence of it completely infectious. Declan watches from across the room, unable to help himself from at least glancing at the two of you together so cosily.
“He’s currently watching you like some sort of bird of prey,” he informs, tilting your chin up so you’re looking into his eyes. “Whatever it was that happened, it hasn’t erased the fact that he cares about you. A lot. And I know for a fact you care about him.”
“Of course I do.”
“There we go then. Surely it’s nothing that can’t be solved with a bit of good old fashioned communication.”
“You’re a terrible communicator,” you argue.
“Do as I say, not as I do.”
Now it’s your turn to laugh, shaking your head as you both sway to the music once again.
“If I had a pound for every time that applied to you, Rupert, I’d be a fucking millionaire.”
He twirls you outwards quickly, watching as the skirt of your dress billows with the breeze of the action.
“And if I had a pound for every time Declan has pretended to stare interestedly around the room this evening just so he has an excuse to look at you, I’d be a millionaire too.”
You ignore the way your heartbeat picks up at his words, choosing instead to focus on the steady rhythm of the music from the piano that fills the space.
“Maybe he’s looking at you.”
“No, Lucky. He’s always looking at you.”
You sigh in resignation, fingers fiddling with Rupert’s collar as you straighten out his tie.
“I don’t know what I’m supposed to respond to that.”
“You’re practically his right arm. This separation, whatever its cause, is doing both of you more harm than good. I don’t want to push you darling, because that isn’t fair - but just think about everything I’ve said, alright?”
He stares at you expectantly, brows raised in questioning.
“Alright.”
The grin on his face is almost blinding, beaming out in all directions.
“Now, you look too beautiful to stand on the fringes. I will dance with you all night if I have to, if it means showing off this stunning dress of yours.”
“So charming,” you smile, shaking your head. “That’s an offer I can’t refuse, isn’t it?”
“You’d be stupid to,” he winks, still grinning like the devil.
You let him lead you further into the middle of the dance floor, chuckling as he spins you as you go. Your hand has just slipped into Rupert’s once more when you’re both startled by a crash coming from the other side of the room.
The two of you whip your heads around towards the source of the commotion, to see two men in undoubtedly expensive suits brawling with each other. One of them is throwing punches while the other can do nothing but take them, merciless at his opponents hands. Some people are shouting and screaming, trying to physically separate them, while others turn a complete blind eye to the ruckus.
“Fuck,” Rupert mutters, grabbing your hand and dragging you towards the scene.
You’re about to ask what the hell he’s doing when you’re pushed forwards and given a clearer view of what’s in front of you, understanding Rupert’s panic immediately.
Ginger is on the floor. Declan is standing above him with bloody knuckles.
“Fuck,” you repeat.
You want to run in the other direction, desperate to not be involved with the drama. And then you look at Declan - the way he’s falling apart at the seams, nerves ruined and adrenaline rushing through his veins, clearly on the edge of something awful… and all of a sudden you’re walking towards the brawl, logic be damned.
There’s so much noise surrounding you that you can’t hear yourself think. All you can hear is the blood rushing in your ears and your heart pounding against your ribcage in your sudden determination to get to the Irishman.
You’re yelling his name without even realising you’re doing it, shouting at the top of your lungs to fight over the commotion.
“Declan! Oh for fuck sake… Declan!”
Your voice somehow breaks through the noise like a sirens call, the familiar melody of it finding his ears like his favourite song. His eyes finally meet yours, and the rest of the room melts away.
You have a conversation without saying anything, so many words exchanged in such a short amount of time. The two of you have always been good at this - communicating in your own language, silently and easily.
You grab his injured hand and intertwine your fingers with his, pulling him away from the scene of the crime with determination. You cast a look back to Ginger, who remains on the floor with blood dripping from his nose, before dragging Declan through the crowd and towards the front door of the huge Manor House. You can hear Rupert trying to mitigate the situation as you leave, using his charm as he does best.
You make your way outside, yanking the man behind you in your path without so much of a glance backwards. You trudge through the gardens in your heels, ignoring the way the dewy grass brushes across the tops of your feet occasionally. Finally, after walking for what feels like hours but was actually mere minutes, you come across a bench, sheltered by an old stone wall and neatly trimmed hedges.
You shove him to sit down, still refusing to look him in the eye. Neither of you say anything, the evening breeze and two sets of lungs heaving all that can be heard.
“What happened?” you whisper eventually, reluctant to disturb the peace. “Who started it?”
Declan looks surprised that you’re speaking to him, failing to hide the shock on his face.
“Will ya sit down? You’re making me nervous.”
“You’re not the boss of me anymore, remember?” you half joke, sitting down anyway.
“Funny,” he says, completely deadpan. He looks at you carefully for a long moment, before continuing. “It was Ginger, obviously. I wouldn’t waste my time with him otherwise.”
“What did he say?”
“Doesn’t matter.”
“Matters to me.”
“Well it shouldn’t.”
“Right.”
You stare at your shoes, wondering why you even bothered to rescue him back in the ballroom.
“Fuck this, then,” you mutter as you stand up to leave.
A hand wraps around your wrist as quick as a flash, pulling you back to sit down where you were.
“No. You don’t get to just walk away from me, not again.”
“Tell me what Ginger said.”
“Tell me why you quit workin’ for me.”
“I already did.”
“Liar. You gave me a poor excuse that’s absolute bollocks. I don’t believe it for a second.”
“That’s your problem, then.”
“Yes, it is.”
You stare at him, completely exasperated by the events of the last hour.
“You can’t just punch people at galas, Declan. It’s a bad look for you, for Venturer, and for every member of staff that relies on you.”
“I know.”
“Then why’d you do it?”
He scrubs his hand over his face, clearly frustrated with both you and the situation at hand.
“He made some horrible comment about you. I fell right into his trap too, like a bull and a fuckin’ red scarf.”
“What did he say?”
He hesitates for a moment.
“Just… something crude about you sleepin’ with me to get to where you are. Called me a cradle snatcher, too.”
“You can’t be a cradle snatcher if I’m a grown woman.”
“Exactly. And it’s not true, anyway. We all know that.”
“So why did you hit him, then? If we all know it’s not true?”
Declan sighs, fatigue painting the sound.
“Because no one gets to speak about you like that with no consequence. And because I was angry.”
“At me.”
“At you. Yes.”
You fiddle with your fingers, entirely unprepared for the fact that you’re about to have the one conversation you’ve been completely avoiding.
“I never meant for any of this to happen,” you begin. “I’m sorry that it’s come to this.”
“Then what did you mean to happen, Lucky? Did you think that you could just up and quit with absolutely no warning, without a problem? That I’d just let you walk out? Did ya think I’d help you pack your things?”
“Obviously not,” you whisper. “I’m not stupid.”
“No, you’re not. Which is why I know that you thought about that decision long and hard. And that’s what I can’t seem to wrap my head around.”
“It wasn’t easy.”
He looks at you with pleading eyes, clearly desperate to resolve the issues between you.
“Please, Lucky.”
His voice is cracking just like his heart, breaking down the middle to allow all of his emotions to spill out onto the grass. You’ve never heard him sound like this. You hate it.
“I had to, Declan. For both of our sakes.”
“For fuck sake, can you cut it out?” he snaps, volume raising.
“Cut what out?”
“Speaking in these fucking riddles! I can’t even pretend that I have any idea what you’re talkin’ about. Please, whatever it is, however terrible you think it is… I just need you to say it. We’ll deal with the consequences. But I can’t keep goin’ around in circles, dancing around the subject constantly.”
You take a deep breath, bottom lip wobbling as you will yourself not to cry. You’re well and truly at the end of your tether, unsure of how much more you can take - or how much you want to. Deciding to throw caution into the wind, you exhale carefully before turning to face the man next to you.
“You’ll hate me. When I tell you.”
“I could never hate you. Never, Lucky.”
You get lost in your own head for a moment, staring off into space as you debate the best way to go about this. A large hand finds its way into your knee, comforting and grounding. His thumb rubs patterns into your skin where the slit of your dress is, warming you up from the outside in.
“I thought about it for a long time,” you begin. “A long time. Because being your assistant is the best job I have ever had, or will ever have. It was a dream, Declan. Even when we had a tough day, or week, or month, I always knew we’d be okay.”
He nods, his full attention on you.
“We were comfortable, me and you. Maybe a little too comfortable for a boss and his assistant, but in a good way, I think. I was settled, with you.”
He squeezes your thigh, urging you to continue.
“But then, I think we got too settled. People started to notice - which doesn’t matter, but they did nonetheless. I was sleeping over at your house, staying awake with you until the early hours, attending galas and events as your date. And I wasn’t sure what it was - the thing that was bothering me - until one day, it clicked.”
“Lucky…” he whispers, desperate for you to spit it out.
“I’m in love with you.”
The two of you sit the silence for a moment, listening to the breeze softly whip around you.
“That’s what clicked. And that’s why I quit. Because it felt like a conflict of interest, like a… betrayal.”
“A betrayal?”
“Yes. Like I was taking advantage, or something. And I didn’t think it was fair, for you, having me pining over you at work. I didn’t want you to feel pity for me, if you noticed eventually - I hated the idea of being treated differently by you, all through fault of my own. So I quit to get ahead of it.”
“Are ya done?”
“I, uh… yes?”
“Great.”
Declan surges forward, smashing his lips to yours with the most passion than you’ve ever experienced in your life. One of his hands tangles in your hair as the other cradles your face, pulling you as close as he physically can. His tongue slips into your mouth cheekily, allowing you to taste whiskey, cigarettes and the cool night air. Eventually, when you both need to breathe, he pulls away reluctantly, resting his forehead on yours.
“Did you do that to make me shut up?” you murmur, fighting to keep the smile off your face.
“Yes and no.”
He’s grinning like the devil, chuckling as the palms of his hands find your cheeks.
“Yes and no?”
“Yes and no. I took the action needed to stop you rambling. But I’ve been thinking about doing that for a long time.”
“… What?”
“Why do you think we got so comfortable, Lucky? It works two ways. You were just the only one brave enough to make a change - even if it was the completely wrong thing to do.”
“So you don’t hate me?”
“The opposite,” he laughs. “I can’t remember when it happened. I woke up one day and I just knew. And I knew that you’d never feel the same way, but I love being around you so much that I was willing to make that sacrifice. So I was a coward, and I stayed silent.”
“We’ve made this complicated. Too complicated.”
“Much too complicated.”
“But… it is. You were my boss, and you’re older than me, and I’m good friends with Taggie now, and-”
Declan kisses you again, sweeter this time.
“We can figure it out, Lucky. You know we can.”
“Maybe,” you whisper.
“And I want you to come back to work.”
“Declan-”
“I’m serious. I cannot cope without you. I will never find an assistant as good as you, and quite frankly, I don’t want to. I want you. No one else.”
“I don’t think it’s a good idea.”
“Why not?”
“Because it’s a conflict of interest, like I said earlier.”
“But it isn’t. Not anymore. Before all of this, we were two people in love working together. And when you come back, we’ll be two people in love working together.”
You can’t find it in you to argue, realising that he’s actually making a good point. If anything, it should be easier now that you’ve both communicated your feelings - no more skeletons in the closet.
“Tell me you don’t miss it,” he provokes. “Tell me you’re not even remotely tempted to come back.”
“I can’t.”
“Exactly.”
You take a deep breath, moving the hair away from his eyes tenderly.
“I’ll think about it, alright? I’ll have a think when I go home.”
“Promise me.”
“I promise.”
He smiles like the cat that’s got the cream, entirely too satisfied with the outcome of this conversation.
“I know we’re in uncharted territory here, Lucky. But we can figure it out. You know we can.”
“I know. It’ll be hard, but… I know.”
You lean up to kiss him softly, sighing as your eyes drift closed. He winds a hand around the back of your neck, deepening the kiss as he pulls you closer, trying to plaster every inch of his body to yours.
You lose yourself in everything Declan - the way he tastes, the way he smells, the way he feels underneath your fingertips. You want to strip him bare right here and memorise every curve of his muscles, every line in his skin, every mark on his face.
His hand slips further and further up the slit of your dress, gripping at your thigh as if he’s worried you’ll slip away. You’re half in his lap, draped over him on the bench as he still pulls you impossibly closer.
“I’ve dreamt of this,” he whispers against your throat. “Every. Single. Night.”
He kisses his way along your neck, revelling in the way you squirm at the feeling of his moustache on your skin. You grab fistfuls of his white shirt, crumpling it in your hands to try and give yourself some sort of anchor.
When Declan’s fingertips slip into your underwear, all you can do is sigh, resigned to the fact that you’d let him do absolutely anything he wanted in this current moment.
“We’re in public,” you protest weakly, both of you knowing you don’t want him to stop.
“We’re at the bottom of the garden, surrounded by three hedges and a wall. If anyone sees, that’s their fault.”
You drop your head forward onto his shoulder, parting your legs to give him a better angle. He sucks in a sharp breath when he feels just how aroused you are, practically vibrating with want.
“Are ya this wet f’me?”
You nod against his shirt, not trusting your voice.
“Oh, sweetheart. Well I can’t leave you like this, can I? That’d be cruel.”
He pulls your underwear to the side fully so he can slip a finger into you with ease, both of you groaning at the sensation. Sliding a second one in, you hold onto him for dear life, panting like you’ve run a marathon.
“Please,” you whisper. “Declan, please.”
“I’ll do anything to hear you say my name like that again, Lucky. Anything in the world.”
“Declan.”
He sets a steady pace, crooking his fingers as he goes to make sure you see stars. Your eyes are rolling back, lip caught between your teeth to stifle any sounds that threaten to escape.
“God, I wish I could hear how pretty you sound,” he groans, looking at you intently. “You can make as much noise as you want when I take you home. Promise.”
You whimper softly, bucking your hips up to meet his rhythm. The bench is cold underneath you, the air turning chilly, but neither of you pay any mind to it. You’re too far gone to care.
You grab Declan’s other hand and stick two of his fingers in your mouth, laving your tongue around them to keep you quiet. He moans at the sight, all deep and rumbled, the sound reverberating through both of you.
“You’re gonna be the death of me.”
All you can do is look at him with big, bright eyes, pleading with him silently to finish the job at hand.
“You want me to make you come, sweetheart? That it?”
When you nod, he picks up the pace of his fingers, thumb pressing circles into your clit.
“Have ya thought about this? In bed, alone, getting yourself off in the dark?”
You whine at his words, nodding your head in answer.
“That’s a good girl. Come for me, sweetheart. Come for me and I’ll take you home and fuck you properly, yeah?”
You see stars as you climax, gripping onto his shirt and his hand for dear life. He works you through it, murmuring filthy promises into your ear as he does it.
Lifting his fingers from between your thighs, he pops them straight into his mouth, both of you groaning in unison.
“Fuck, you taste good,” he murmurs against your lips, leaning in to kiss you softly. “Perfect girl.”
You shuffle sideways so you’re pressed into Declan’s side, two strong arms encircling you immediately.
“Thank you.”
“For the orgasm?”
“Yes and no,” you laugh. “For listening to me. I’ve been going insane trying to think about what I’d say to you if I got the chance to explain myself, but no words seemed to suffice.”
“I just wish you’d talked to me sooner, sweetheart. I’ve been going insane trying to get through life without you. Not to mention that office is chaos.”
You laugh gently, cuddling into him and his warmth.
“I’ll fix it on Monday.”
“Yeah? For definite?” he asks, hope colouring his voice.
“Yeah. Like I said - best job I’ve ever had.”
“You’ve just made me the happiest man alive, sweetheart.”
You grin as you lean in to press a kiss to his lips, all soft and sugary sweet.
“Besides. Someone’s going to have to sort out the inevitable mess that’ll follow you hitting Ginger at a charity gala.”
“Ah, I forgot about that,” he laughs, planting a kiss into your hair. “What would I do without ya, hmm?”
“You’ll never have to find out,” you smile, resting your head onto his shoulder. “Never again.”
“Promise?”
“Promise.”
You sit on the bench for a little while longer, both of you looking up at the stars that paint the sky in a canopy above your heads. You’re quite convinced you could stay like this forever, just the two of you in your own little universe.
There’s paperwork to be done, meetings to be had, deals to be made. But all of that can wait.
Right now, it’s just you and Declan.
The way it should be.

Restless Nights.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Short Summary: Tom finds the perfect way to get you to relax after a long study day.
Warnings: 18+ only! clit play, fingering, edging, begging, praise
A/N: In case you were wondering where I have been, here is your answer. (Except the Tom part, ugh.)
wordcount: 1,2k
Tumblr media
You sigh as you turn the page of your textbook. It’s been hours since you started studying for your final exams, hours since you last gave your body a break. You know you should call it a day—but there is so much left to do and so little time, you simply can’t afford to stop. Lost in the lines of your book, eyebrows drawn together as you try to concentrate, try to make sense of the written content, you don’t notice Tom shutting his newspaper and getting up from his seat. Only when he stands behind you, resting his hands on your shoulders, do your eyes glance at the empty spot opposite of you. “Let’s go to bed. You have done enough today,” he says, and though his voice is softer than usual, you know he means it. Tom doesn’t like when you overwork yourself—which is blatant hypocrisy in your eyes. “It’s only ten more pages, I- oh—“ his thumbs sink into the aching muscles of your shoulders, massaging with precise ease. “So tense,” he mutters, encouraging you to lean back against the wooden chair. You rest your head against him, humming softly as your eyes slowly flutter closed in exhaustion. His hands work magic on your sore muscles, and for the first time in hours your worries fade, fully focused on your boyfriend’s fingers sinking into your skin so perfectly. “I have been so busy, Tom. I am sorry for neglecting you.” He huffs. “Don’t worry about me. But I do need you to take a break. Now.” Of course, he manages to convince you to go to bed. You could never say no to him—not when he sweet-talks you, not when you are on the brink of exhaustion anyway. So you let him lead you up the stairs, let him kiss you softly as you reach your bedroom, his hands wandering to your waist, pulling you closer to him. You protest weakly as his warm hands slip under the fabric of your shirt, slowly pulling it over your head. “Shhh. Let that pretty head of yours rest.” He mutters, and you close your eyes as his lips trail kisses down your neck, tilting your head to give him better access. His fingers work the zipper of your jeans, the rough material soon dropping to pool at your feet, leaving you in your underwear.  You step out of your trousers as he leads you towards the bed, and before you know it, your head is resting on his chest, one leg draped over his as his hands trail over the bare skin of your tummy. Tom halts as he reaches the waistband of your burgundy lace panties.
“Okay?” he whispers, his breath ghosting over your cheek as he leans in, pressing a soft kiss to the shell of your ear. Only when you nod does he slip under the thin material, brushing over your clit as he slides between your folds. Tom teasingly moves up and down, humming as he feels your arousal coating his finger.
“So wet for me. You needed this, didn’t you?” “Yes, oh God—“ You nod, your hips bucking into his hands as you search for the friction you so desperately crave. His other hand finds your breast, fingers teasing your hardened peak through the fabric of your matching lace bra. “Go on, tell me what you need, darling.” “Need you to— oh—“ “This?” He drawls, his thumb finally finding your puffy clit, teasingly swiping over the sensitive bud. It isn’t enough—it’s too light, too slow, your body writhing for more. Your skin burns with need, the continuous teasing having you on the edge of sanity, body aching for release of the pent-up frustration inside of you. “Please, Tom, please make me come, I need you.” He groans in approval, and like on command, he presses down, the pad of his thumb rubbing tight circles on your swollen clit. Your hand closes around his wrist as your back arches into the pleasure, soft moans escaping your parted lips. “Why do you have to be so— oh—“ you gasp as one of his fingers pushes into your soaked entrance, easily slipping past the resistance. “—so good at this.” His lips curl into a smile as he places a soft kiss on the top of your head, easing a second finger into you. “I know what my girl needs.”  With his thumb on your swollen bud and his fingertips repeatedly brushing over your most sensitive spot inside your soaked cunt, your mind soon grows hazy with need, hot pleasure rushing through your veins. He’s praising you for how good you are doing for him, how much you deserve to feel this good. Tom knows you are nearing your high—the way you squeeze him even tighter, walls fluttering around his digits as he thrusts harder inside of you. His fingers then curl, stars clouding your vision as you are on the brink of reaching your climax. “Tom— I am going to—“ But before you are able to tip over the edge, he stills.
“Don’t forget your manners. Be a good girl and ask, darling.”
You whine in frustration, but you know it is no use to protest now.
“God, please— I need to come. Please, Tom, please make me come.” You know he enjoys this, being in power over your pleasure. And even after an exhausting day—he won’t let you have it that easily. His thumb is now circling around your clit, but never quite touching you where you need him most—it’s driving you close to insanity. “Oh God- Please—“ you whine, desperately bucking your hips against his touch. He knows how much you despise his teasing—but that’s exactly why he loves it so much.
"That's it. So good for me. Let go, sweetheart. Take what you need," he murmurs, his voice low as he sinks back into you, thumb pressing down on your needy clit again. Your pleasure builds rapidly, and before you know it, it overtakes you, crushing you like a tidal wave. Your body convulses around him, thighs trembling, eyes rolling back as you tumble over the edge. Tom works you through your orgasm expertly, only when you whimper in overstimulation does he slowly withdraw his soaked digits from your cunt, accompanied by a low groan. He lets you rest then, fingers softly stroking your hair, lips placing lazy kisses on your bare shoulder. You are more asleep than awake when you remember the ten pages you had left to study, eyes shooting open at the realisation. Slowly, you lift yourself off him, reaching for your sweater on the ground. “I am going back to study,” you say, and he sighs, reaching for your wrist. “No chance. You have barely gotten any sleep these past few days.” Tom reminds you, pulling you back onto the bed. You giggle softly as his arms circle your waist, pressing you snugly against him. “Going to make you come until you can’t even think about leaving me anymore, sweetheart.”

୨ৎ genre: angst. major angst that’s slightly emotional.

୨ৎ from myeong: hello!! here we are! my first ever angst fic and I hope you can enjoy it!! I feel as if I’m the best at this (since I’ve practiced writing angst so much in my notes app lol) let’s see how it turns out! x
Tumblr media
staring at the ticking clock for what had seemed like hours now eyes burning from how long you went without blinking, a sigh left your glossed over lips holding onto the small pair of shoes you came across after leaving work one night. passing by a cute baby shop that held just about everything from clothing items to toys and strollers, your body filled up with this excitement that couldn’t be explained. it had finally been time to talk about a family with junho and the nerves only worsened as each minute went by. of course he wasn’t home yet junho was late almost every night. work was slowly getting to him turning him into a man that you weren’t too familiar with which only hurt more. he’d come home and rant about needing to find something that he just wouldn’t tell you and you never asked him what it was. were you scared to ask him?
“junho..” his name slipped from your lips the second the door opened and you stood from your seat on the couch. his eyes that you adored so much widened seeing the small pair of shoes that you held onto getting all the wrong ideas. awkwardly laughing and shaking your head, “oh.. these? no not at all. I picked them up at the baby shop nearby after work and.. well, just thought they were the cutest little things I’ve ever seen. I thought that maybe one day our little one could wear them.. what do you think?” all the fears that flooded your mind came back that moment seeing the look on his face it almost made you sick to your stomach. “my love, you already know what my answers going to be, hm? work is just too much for me right now. I think we’ll have to wait just a bit longer.” the large and warm hands that made you feel the safest and most comfortable gently grabbed ahold of your own and pulled you closer to him but you didn’t budge. feet staying in place and eyes staring at the floor beneath you it was hard to form words after hearing such an excuse. forcing him would make you feel like the most piece of shit wife in the universe but the both of you weren’t getting any younger and it had always been a dream of yours to have a child early so you could slowly grow with the child and be close with them but junho was stopping you and it was only making things worse in the marriage. many would say to enjoy marriage and wait for kids but you knew that junho would be the most loving, caring, and supportive father in the world. did you sound selfish for wanting to see it so badly? “how long do we have to wait..?”
it was his turn to sigh especially since he pulled you towards him again and you stayed put in the same place you were in when he walked through the door. “just a few more months, yeah? maybe one more year. give me another year and I can finally give you what you want.” a year..? did this man really just say give him a year? slowly looking up from the floor to look at him, a tear rolled down your cheek. why weren’t you able to understand this? it wasn’t rocket science junho was so involved in his work and you had knew that from the beginning but what you weren’t expecting is it to get in the way of the marriage and the topic of wanting kids with him. “don’t you want a family with me?” what a dumb question to ask but it was still asked as a few more tears rolled down your wet and warm cheeks.
“what? of course I want a family with you. why would you ask such a thing? I married you for a reason didn’t I? I love you. I love you so much and you’re so precious to me that’s why I need you to wait just a bit longer.” junho watched the tears roll down your cheeks in pure agony. not being able to communicate with you about his job killed him every day in ways that he didn’t want. as he met up with gihun and spoke about plans he would find himself zoning out thinking about you and how happy he was now being married to you. how much he wanted a child with you and who would that child look more like? his thoughts were clear from the start that he wanted, needed, and adored you. having a family is at the top of his list and he just doesn’t understand why his life had to turn out this way. hiding so many secrets from his precious wife and not knowing if you were safe or not with him during these months of needing to find his brother and the island.
allowing him to pull you into his broad chest a few sobs left you while his arms wrapped around your waist keeping you close to him even when you your best to pull away from him. “let me go junho.” voice stern even if it was weak from the crying you’d done. junho shook his head his grip around you only tightening feeling like the worst husband in the world watching you suffer. “I can make this better. please trust me? we can have a baby soon, alright? I just need a month—maybe two. I hate seeing you like this. you know how important my work is sweetheart.” work. it never failed for him to bring up work even after seeing you cry and feel so worthless like this. using the last bit of strength you had left and pushing away from him reaching to pick up the small pair of shoes and walk past him into your shared bedroom. “if work is that important then you should’ve never married me junho and I mean it! all you do is talk about work and how much it stresses you out but you won’t quit! I’ve told you countless times before to quit and find something more family oriented but you won’t. you’re home late every single night. I hear the phone calls you pick up during the early hours of the morning when you’re supposed to be sleeping. junho I can’t take any more of this. I love you because you’re my husband but I absolutely despise your work.”
junho was left alone in front of the bedroom door after hearing everything you had to say about how you truly felt about him and his work. he moved towards the wall and slid down it letting his hands run through his styled hair messing it up and rubbing the gel off. he had to make things right somehow and someway with you while still trying to find his brother. how? how was he going to do such a thing because at the end of the day he was keeping the most secrets from you, his innocent and loving wife that he absolutely adored. it felt so wrong but not at all wrong at the same time which had been the weirdest feeling for him. you or his job and brother? what kind of question was that? there was no way he could decide so easily without sounding like a heartless prick but.. it was time for him to decide.

“What’s up with you and Aaric?” Sloane whispers to me as Devera asks Violet about her trip.
“Nothing. Why’s that?” I ask as I look up at her.
“Because he’s been staring at you since he sat down. It’s like he’s trying to read your mind.” She informs me.
I turn my head and meet Aaric’s piercing green eyes. And Sloane is right. The way he’s looking at me is like he’s trying to figure something out. And it’s like me looking at him confirms what ever it is he needs, quickly turning his attention back to the front of the room. What was that about?
“Maybe he was trying to see if we were ok? He’s been gone a while.” I whisper back with a shrug.
She shakes her head. “No. This is something else.”
Devera turns her attention back to the rest of us, putting an end to our conversation. It doesn’t take long for me to feel Aaric’s eyes on me, but I don’t turn to meet them this time.
Something had clearly happened while he was away with Violet and the squad she had put together. But I had no way of telling what it was.
Throughout the rest of our classes I feel Aaric’s eyes on me every now and then. But I couldn’t pin point why. And it honestly had me on edge. I’d never seen Aaric like that towards anyone since our time here. I had planned to ask him what his problem was, but his seat at our table remains empty during dinner.
“We’re going to go train, want to come with?” Sloane asks me as we stand up from our table.
I shake my head. “I’m going to have an early one tonight. I’ll see you tomorrow.” I tell her as I back away towards the dorms.
She just nods and lets me go, knowing Aaric’s weird mood towards me had put me on edge. I was glad she’d opted for the let me be approach rather than distract me with training or plotting how we could find out what was going on.
As I push through the door to the dorms, someone grabs me from behind, causing me to yelp which echoes in the empty hall. I turn around to fight back, grasping a dagger in my hand which hangs in the air once I see the familiar green eyes I’d felt on me all day. Green eyes that feel like they’re staring into my soul.
I open my mouth to ask him what the hell is going on, but he just drags me up the stairs to the first year floor and down to his room. He shoves me inside before closing the door behind us, leaning back against it to block any attempt I might make to leave.
“What the hell is going on?” I demand, wanting to know why his behaviour towards me had changed so much since his trip.
“Seems you’ve been keeping secrets. Princess.”
My eyes go wide at his words, my dinner threatening to make an appearance. Shit. How the hell did he know? No one knew where I was from. Nowhere in Navarre knew who I was. Unless… shit.
“Everyone has secrets.” I say with a shrug, trying to play it off.
“Oh trust me, I know.” He replies cockily, causing me to narrow my eyes at him. What the hell did that mean. “And you probably would have gotten away with yours if I hadn’t gone with Violet.”
“What are you going on about?”
He pushes off the door and walks over to his desk. Going through the bag he was yet to unpack from his trip. He pulls out a frame, holding it out to me. I grasp it in my hands, turning it over as dread washes over me. Staring back at me is a painting of me with my parents done not long before I’d left. The family Id left behind to come and do something. To protect them from a war that would more than likely come our way one day. There was no way I could deny what Aaric had figured out.
“I always thought your eye colour was unique. Such an interesting shade of blue. Sometimes looking purple when the light hit it them right.” He tells me as he leans up against the desk, watching me take in the photo. “So you can probably guess the shock I got when we land in Hedotis, and we’re greeted by people with the same coloured eyes. The same ones I’ve been looking at since July. And then when I go looking around, I find this sitting on a desk.”
I look up at him, not sure what to say or do. I had thought my secret would be safe forever. No one here had ever been to Hedotis, and I honestly thought no one would ever go there. But now Aaric stood in front of me, waiting for answers.
“What are you going to do? Force me to go back? Go get whatever reward they want for my return?” I snap at him, shoving the painting back at him.
He shakes his head as he places the painting next to him on the desk. “Fuck no. I want to know why though. I have my reasons, but what are yours? Why make that big of a journey to come here of all places?”
His reasons? What the hell did that mean? Pretty sure it was going to be my turn to interrogate him after this at this rate.
“Because I didn’t want to sit back and do nothing.” I tell him as I walk over to his window, looking out over the forest below. “I was sick of us turning a blind eye to what could potentially come our way. Pretending that everything was fine and blissful. When over the ocean, people were dying. I needed to make a difference, even if my parents wouldn’t. All they cared about was marrying me off to make alliances. Give another province an heir that would make them allied to us. Even though we would never back them up if they needed help. I needed to do something.”
Aaric doesn’t say a word. Silence falling over us. I turn around to see him looking at me, a smile pulling at the edges of his mouth.
“Good. Because honestly your people are kinda shit.” He jokes as he steps away from the desk to walk over to the door.
“Not so fast Aaric.” I say, causing him to turn and look at me with a cocked eyebrow. “Now it’s your turn. Why do you have your reasons?”

i would get stockholm syndrome with Q so easily he’s just so softie🥺🥺🥺the first time he Really gets upset with you and yells is so scary (he’s always so controlled!) you never go against anything he says again
Seeing Quinnifer angry in any setting would be shocking. I'm fiddling with this slightly, sorry if it changes too much for you nonnie. . ݁₊ ⊹.ᐟ Warnings: Q slightly losing his shit, sort of unintentional rough treatment, use of the word idiot, implying that non-con touching is your fault (slightly), creep behaviour.
Also putting this under a break. There's only slight touching but be safe.
You've gone out for drinks together as a sort of casual date. You don't get to spend too much time just together with your work and his hockey. You'd been having a nice time - he's had a few to drink, you've had a little more.
He'd gone to get you another one after making you promise that you'll keep your cute little ass exactly where he's leaving you. He can still watch you from the bar and you're in a restricted area - he shouldn't have to worry about anybody approaching you or causing problems.
He doesn't fully realise how off your head you are though, not thinking twice as he turns around to grab your drinks, getting stuck in conversation as the bartender recognises who he is.
He's been so absorbed with spending time with you that he hasn't realised that he's not been the only one watching you.
You're so drunk you don't even realise it isn't Quinn approaching you at first, until the creep asks you to come with you, letting you know that your 'boyfriend' wants you to come to the bar - apparently he's 'forgotten' what you've been drinking all night.
You'd have needed about 4 less drinks to realise that he clearly wasn't leading you to the bar. Holding you up against the wall, claiming that you're looking a little wobbly on your feet and he just wants to help.
His hands slipping under your shirt as he 'needs a better grip'.
Quinn's fucking pissed the minute he gets back to the table and clocks you aren't there. He told you to stay here. He told you not to move. Why the fuck are you not here?
It doesn't take him long in his anger to find you, seeing red as he sees you against the wall with another guy. The rage he feels as he watches his hands slide up your skin - who the fuck does this guy think he is, putting his hands on you?
He's storming over. He has enough sense left to not push you as he forces the guy off you, slamming him against the wall beside you, pushing his forearm against his throat. How fucking dare he. Firing off every threat under the sun. Even in your dazed, drunken state you can tell that he looks manic.
Whatever he said makes the man run off the minute the grip on his neck relaxes. You barely have time to process anything else as you're suddenly throw over Quinn's shoulder.
"What the fuck were you thinking? Huh? I tell you to do one fucking thing. Stay there. Are you a fucking idiot? Going with him!? Letting him touch you? Do you know how fucking worried I was? Turning around and not seeing you?"
He's not letting you get a word in, even if you could with how drunk you are.
Forcing you back into the car, half throwing you down into the passenger seat. Pausing as he walks around to the drivers side, breathing deeply, trying to control his anger. Trying not to have you bent over his lap, teaching your ass a lesson. He knows you're drunk, but he's so far past furious. He can barely look at you.
Silent treatment for the car ride. If he opens his mouth, he's going to yell at you again. Even thinking about it is raising his temper.
He doesn't care that you're crying. He gave you one fucking instruction.
You're back over his shoulder when you reach his apartment. Doesn't say a word as he dumps you on the bed, stripping himself of his shirt to help him calm down. Turns off the lights, still not talking to you.
He'll spend the night downstairs. Maybe you'll actually understand and get the memo. He'll worry about you tomorrow. After practice. Apologise for the bruises he probably left on your skin throwing you around.

Touch starved/cuddle curse for landoscar please!!! I love your writing so much, thank you for sharing 💕
hi anon! i went for cuddle curse because i always love an excuse to write magical realism - i hope you enjoy and thank you for the prompt!!!
“So. How much longer are we trapped like this?” Lando asks
Jon checks his watch and glances at the ceiling as he does some quick mental maths. “About seven more hours? Give or take.”
Lando groans and tries to tilt his head back dramatically only to be stopped abruptly when the back of his neck hits Oscar’s arm where it's curled around his shoulders. “Sorry, mate,” he grimaces.
“It’s ok,” Oscar says quietly, “Sorry for getting us in this mess.”
“It’s not your fault. Alright, well it’s not entirely your fault anyway,” Lando amends after Oscar gives him a look.
Jon clears his throat and Lando and Oscar both turn to look. “You boys all good here for the next few hours then? I'll be right next door if you need anything – you need anything before I go?” Oscar shakes his head and mutters a small thanks, but Lando stops to think about it for a second. He opens his mouth but Jon cuts him off. “Lando, no matter how many times you ask me, I’m not letting you have a cheat meal the night before a race just because your teammate got you cursed.”
Lando huffs. Oscar winces. Jon sighs.
“Fuck off then, if you’re not even gonna let me eat anything fun,” Lando grumbles.
Jon rolls his eyes and leaves the room. With him gone, Lando and Oscar fade into an awkward silence. Or as close to silence as you can get when you’re tangled so tightly with your teammate that you can hear every breath, every sniffle, every fidget. When the curse first pulled them together they'd experimented with lying further away from each other, but it resulted in so much pain for them both that they decided it would be better to just cling to each other instead.
For the record, Lando wasn’t kidding when he said this whole thing wasn’t entirely Oscar’s fault. Yes, Oscar’s the one who impeded Charles in quali today and yes, technically, Charles is the one whose magic accidentally manifested a curse on Oscar, but it’s not Oscar’s fault that Charles has never been able to control his magic.
“Why do you think Charles’ magic wound up casting a cuddle curse of all things?” Lando asks eventually, sick of the somewhat tense silence.
Oscar mumbles something but Lando can’t quite make it out.
“Hmm?”
“I said, I think the curse is having fun with the fact that Charles was pissed off that I was so close to him on track.”
“Huh?”
Oscar huffs. “I was too close to Charles on track so now the magic says I’ve gotta be too close to you instead.”
“Oh.”
“Sorry,” Oscar mumbles after a few more moments.
“I’ve told you you don’t need to apologise. It’s fine.”
“Oh, what, because you’re having such a wonderful time right now? Being forcibly stuck to your teammate when you could be in your own bed with as much space as you want?”
“I mean it’s not…like, I mean I know I said we were ‘trapped’ when Jon was here but like, it’s not…not nice.” Lando tries not to pull a face at the trainwreck of a sentence he just came out with.
He's not lying though. There is something not not nice about being cuddled up so close to Oscar. It’s warm for one thing, comforting for another. He’s always enjoyed the rare occasions he and Oscar have hugged for longer than your typical bro hug.
It’s not not nice.
It’s, well.
It's nice.
Like. Really nice.
Oscar makes a soft noise. “You, um, this is, uh…”
“Osc?”
Oscar takes a deep breath and then somehow manages to pull the two of them closer together, nuzzling his face into the side of Lando’s neck. “This ok?” he whispers. Lando can feel his lips move against his neck as he speaks.
“Yeah,” he replies as quietly as Oscar spoke. Tentatively, prepared to pull back at any moment, he takes the hand currently plastered to the back of Oscar’s shirt and dips it underneath, resting his palm there, skin against skin. “This oka–”
“Yes,” Oscar breathes, barely letting Lando finish the question, already leaning into the touch.
Lando swallows and does his best to tug Oscar in tighter.
Maybe being stuck like this for seven hours isn’t such a bad thing.

To me Azula is a tragic character specifically because while she was failed by everyone around her, it also would’ve been unreasonable to expect any of them to save her. Among those who wanted to help her, practically no one had the understanding or power to change her. They couldn’t get Azula to stop being cruel, in large part because they couldn’t change the circumstances that nurtured her worst traits.
Except Ozai obviously. Fuck him. He’s why Azula is like that to begin with. But the power and sway he has over her also made it borderline impossible for anyone else to make her change.
(MUCH more to say about this here:)
People tend to blame Ursa for Azula’s behavior first and foremost. And…yes, Ursa was pretty clearly closer with Zuko than Azula. But of course she was! Ursa’s son was constantly abused and degraded by his father — as per the comics, Ozai outright told Ursa he would do this for all of Zuko’s life in order to hurt his wife. Zuko needed Ursa’s support to have any sense of self-esteem and frankly, for his own safety.
Zuko needed his mother just to be safe and not be alone, while Azula needed her mother for moral education. Even if you don’t think Ursa’s priorities were the right ones…choosing her daughter over her son might not have been enough to change Azula anyway. It would’ve been devastating for Zuko without necessarily improving Azula in any meaningful way, because Ursa didn’t actually have the authority to meaningfully oppose her husband.
By the time it would’ve been evident that Azula had a super skewed moral compass as a result of being around Ozai so much…she still would’ve been like, eight years old max, for one thing. Little kids say and do a lot of fucked up shit, because they don’t understand morals or the world by and by large. For another, once it was obvious she was parroting horrible stuff from her father, Azula also would’ve had no respect for her mother. So what could Ursa do, by the time she realized she needed to do something?
We see in flashbacks that Ursa tried, even when her child didn’t respect her and she couldn’t enforce meaningful consequences for the bad behavior Ozai rewarded. Ursa scolded Azula for saying cruel things. She made Zuko spend time with his sister, rewarding Azula for any moments of kindness or cooperation (even when Azula was just faking it to get an opportunity to bully Zuko and Mai). She tried.
As for Ursa leaving…uh, if she hadn’t, Zuko would have died. He absolutely, 100% would have died if his mother hadn’t cut a deal with Ozai to put him on the throne in exchange for disappearing. She made Azulon and his ultimatum go away because that was necessary to protect Zuko.
Ursa did fail to morally guide her daughter. But to do otherwise would’ve been to neglect her son, then to sign Zuko’s death warrant. I’m not gonna pretend she didn’t choose one kid over the other — I just also think choosing to support the kid whom she knew her husband was mistreating wasn’t necessarily the wrong call.
And even if it was…choosing differently might not have done anything. Because Ursa could only offer affection, while Ozai wielded both the carrot and a stick. Azula would’ve likely still fawned to the more powerful abuser, still learned harmful behavior, and still internalized that her cruelty was not just necessary but acceptable. Rewarded, even.
There’s Iroh to mention as well. He admittedly had a lot more influence and ability to stand up to Ozai than Ursa did, but in fairness…that wasn’t his kid. He had his own son to worry about, and then he was grieving, and then…he chose Zuko too.
For the same reason as Ursa, I don’t quite blame him for it — Zuko needed help much more immediately. When Zuko was banished, Iroh did the right thing by going with. But I do think those in-between years in the palace were a time Iroh (still mourning, but still) had the chance to influence Azula a little. But…
…I’ve seen a post theorizing that Iroh dislikes his niece because she reminds him of who he used to be, and…I think that’s very likely. They’re the golden children of their fathers, the firebending prodigies, the conquerors of Ba Sing Se.
I also think it’s because he and Azula are so alike that he has no idea how to help her.
Iroh didn’t have a moral revelation about the Fire Nation’s conquest, not until it cost him his son’s life. His realization about war being wrong, subsequently becoming more worldly and gaining respect for other cultures, it happened only when the Fire Nation’s system stopped working for him personally. So he wouldn’t know how to make Azula see that system as wrong, to make her change for the better as he did. He can’t recreate his own reasons for changing.
Also, quite frankly — Iroh barely to not at all managed to turn Zuko off the Fire Nation’s propaganda. Zuko always had morals, sure, but he did not have any semblance of the idea that “war (of conquest) is wrong” or even “wow my father is abusive and terrible to me personally” after three years of travel with Iroh. Being an Earth Kingdom refugee and meeting the Gaang was when Zuko really changed. And I think Zuko (who got his face burned off at 13) would probably be a much easier egg to crack on the redemption front than Azula (for whom the cruel and abusive system has always worked, she’s fine with it as long as she’s the one on top).
I also am briefly going off topic here to say…I like the idea of Azula redemption. I agree that she is sometimes condemned too strongly, to harshly, given that she is just a teenage girl. But her youth doesn’t take away from her cruelty. She is someone who knowingly does wrong, because she sees it as a way to protect herself. A meaningful redemption arc for her has to acknowledge that, not just sweep it under the rug by claiming she always loved her victims.
Because yes, Azula’s loved ones who are of a similar age to her but have less power are in fact her victims. They love her, she loves them, but she does hurt them all the same. That also has to be acknowledged in the quest to redeem her.
Zuko and Mai and Ty Lee all flatly have no power over Azula — she has power over them, in fact, thanks to her status as Ozai’s favored child and just as a princess, respectively. Ursa and Iroh were adults who at least wouldn’t be hurt by trying to help Azula, but for her brother and friends? Changing her could be dangerous.
Zuko is nominally safer as the Crown Prince, but…he’s awful at politics and their infinitely more powerful Dad blatantly favors Azula. He can’t stand up to her. And the one time were shown that Ursa, trying to correct Azula’s cruelty, made her son play nice, feels cruel to Zuko. He gets hurt and humiliated for no reason but for his sister’s sake entertainment and (failed) moral education. It’s not his job to redeem his sister.
And then there’s Mai and Ty Lee, who may be nobles, but still can’t do anything to Princess Azula. In fact, even before Mai or Ty Lee have done anything, Azula is threatening their family and bodily safety, respectively, as a loyalty test. They cannot challenge Azula in any meaningful way without endangering their lives and safety. It’s not fair to expect them to fix her.
Who does that leave that Azula is even close to? The Gaang literally know nothing of her but “Zuko’s sister who keeps trying to kill us.” None of the Fire Nation Generals or Nobles will want her to change. Azulon rewarded her bad behavior almost as hard as Ozai. Lo and Li, maybe, but for all they’re the wise old ladies Azula takes advice from, Azula doesn’t actually interact with them very often.
Azula is a tragic character because, while she was a child who should have been redeemed and had better, it makes perfect sense she didn’t. No one could change her. No one could offer a sweeter carrot or bigger stick than Ozai. And by the time he was out of the picture, the story was over.

if you fall, i will catch you

Prom is stupid.
Steve didn’t even want to come. He didn’t have a date and nothing is more embarrassing than showing up to prom alone. Even the nerds come as a group, dancing and laughing together.
His mom made an appointment for his suit fitting and he couldn’t really explain to her that there was no need. She still thinks he and Nancy are on track to be married when Nancy graduates high school. He doesn’t know how to tell her that he’ll probably die alone.
Okay, that’s a little dramatic. He’s probably not gonna die alone.
But he may die unhappy, and that’s worse.
Most of the music hasn’t been terrible so far, at least. Only one slow song played and no one seemed interested in dancing to it.
Steve’s a fucking wallflower at his own prom. He never saw this coming.
He figures he could probably escape within the next few songs, no one would even notice his absence. He makes a mental plan to wait until one of the parent chaperones walks back to the other side of the room.
Then he’s off.
He manages to escape to the hall behind the gym, the one that leads to the auditorium and drama class, not the main building of the school. No one should be back here. It’s the perfect escape route.
“Never thought I’d see the day when King Steve is trying to escape prom,” a voice says from the end of the hall. The music from the gym is echoing in here, but the voice is much louder. It’s familiar, too. “Miss Wheeler too busy with Byers to dance?”
It’s Munson. Steve sighs.
“Why are you even here?”
“It’s my senior prom, too! Or should those of us not graduating not be allowed?” Eddie walks closer and Steve sees that he’s actually dressed up. It’s not a designer suit like he’s been forced into, but it’s nice. Eddie looks…nice.
“Wait,” Steve registers what he actually said. “Not graduating?”
“Yep. Apparently quadratic formulas are crucial to my development and I cannot enter society until I understand them.” Eddie kicks his foot across the tile, leaving a scuff mark from shoes that have probably been waxed beyond necessity. “And I guess dissecting a frog and turning in homework may have helped.”
“But aren’t you pretty smart?” Steve thought he was one of those dungeon dweebs like Dustin. Dustin’s the smartest person he knows, without a doubt, kid or not. He thought all the nerds who play that game were like that.
“Sure, I’m smart enough,” Eddie scoffs. “But I don’t play by their rules. I forget to do homework. I argue.”
“But if you know the stuff, they can’t fail you.”
“Ah, but they can. I don’t have the Harrington name to convince them to change a D to a C. It’s all good. Everyone expected it.”
Steve’s brows furrow, forehead creasing as he thinks about how many things people expected of him that won’t happen.
“Just because people expect it doesn’t mean you have to give it to them,” he says.
Eddie’s eyes widen and he seems shocked by Steve’s words. But the shock wears off quickly. Steve wonders if he imagined it.
“Right you are! Very wise words from the king,” Eddie bows dramatically.
Steve laughs.
Eddie glances up, tense until he realizes Steve’s not laughing at him, just at the entertainment. He stands straight and holds out his hand.
“I do believe such wise words should be repaid with a dance,” Eddie puts on a fake British accent, nose pointed to the sky, smirk playing on his lips.
Steve thinks this must be what it’s like to be charmed by someone.
“A dance?” Steve asks. “Here? With me?”
“It would be my honor,” Eddie loses the accent and turns his head back down so he’s looking right at Steve’s eyes. “Miss Lauper wrote this song just for us, after all.”
Steve’s confusion grows until he hears the song coming from the gym. He can only imagine how awkward it must be in the gym while some couples slow dance with chaperones watching their every breath. He reaches out and takes Eddie’s hand.
“The honor is mine, sir Munson,” Steve tries for an accent like Eddie had previously, but it falls flat.
Eddie pulls him close, but hesitates before he puts an arm around his waist. Steve feels breathless all of a sudden, like they’ve rocketed into space and he forgot one of those astronaut suits. He nods, giving permission for Eddie to take the lead.
When Eddie pulls him closer, they’re almost flush against each other.
Steve’s heart is racing.
“I didn’t know you were weird,” Eddie admits quietly. It sounds a lot like admiration. He’s swaying them back and forth gently, and Steve finds it’s easy to lose track of everything but the way Eddie’s hands rest on his body. “It’s nice to see you, Steve.”
It’s a lot more than what it sounds like.
As Cyndi Lauper plays, Steve wonders if this is how his prom was always meant to be spent: in Eddie Munson’s arms, falling.
