basically ive been reading Way Too Many royalty / vague medieval fantasy webtoons and i need to write something in which they talk in that fancy, aristocratic convoluted way because. because i need it

so royalty au! or, vaguely - as far as ive gotten in these two days of daydream, it stands like this

L'manburg is a small coastal kingdom on the very edge of the Essempi's territory - it was once a military colony that very recently fought for independency. They have a costitution and as far as laws go they're a democracy, with an elected president (the very first country to have equal voting rites for men and women, even if it is census-based voting). BUT the last president schlatt, had a referendum to decide whether he would stay as a president or appointed as king - the vote was clearly falsified, reaching 85% of approval, but it was approved nonetheless. When he died it was without a heir, and the parliament (which schlatt kept, for some reason), decided to appoint young secretary of state tubbo as his successor.

tubbo doesnt particularly like being a king, si he immidiately orioises the same referendum, without any tricks or intimidation: to his surprise, the people of lmanburg still vote to keep him as king, as long as the original constitution is reinstated and they're able to vote for the parliament. Tubbo feels kinda forced to stay in his position as of now, even if he doesnt particularly like it.

(this is a beeduo focused idea but i cant Not put clingy in it so: when he became president, tommy was appointed as the head of the church. He has a spot in the parliament as representative of the religious class, and he can stay at tubbo's side lal the time)

This is were the vaguely comes in, because ranboo is very much not a king. In fact, he was born and raised in the "syndicated lands", the largest anarchist community known in the server, which has been living indipendently for like. 400 years or so.

they only come in contact because, when major diplimatic congresses happen to regulate things like exports and internationl communication and such, the anarchist land feel. a little bit left out, and theyre scared other countries will take advantage of their absence. So they get into massive groups and decide, by spontaneus vote, to send a couple of guy from each side of their lands into those congress, as representative. And they do it by show of hand, but it is clear that the five chosen (techno phil niki ranboo and connor) are simply the richest and most known land owners that agreed to do this.

(alas, i need both techno and ranboo to be rich as hell to stay in charachter, so this cannot be an anarcho communist society. Truly a tragedy for my political beliefs.)

anyway this is getting kind of long but ranboo and tubbo meet at one of these international galas, initially find the other kind of annoying, slowly warm up to each other, and then they make out.

And also the syndicate continues to commit multiple crimes in tubbo's land while ranboo "distracts" him . which tubbo is well aware of, he just doesnt care enough about petty minor crime he can blame on nobles he hates anyway.

it could apply that the "nameless prince" could refer to someone "unnamed" who holds power like that prince from edison kingdom or smth

it could also reference marshal jon, who's canon first name has been forgotten and canon last name is jon

unborn kings? honestly while i dont think chip's bit of mpreg is apart of this i think the lady inspiring it (aka aslana's mom) has some relations to this whole thing

hi sorry this is a genuine question, i dont mean to be offensive im just kind of confused! ive always been told labeling things that have mature content is good, so people can avoid it, even if theyre not following you they can avoid it in the tags or if someone they follow reblogs your stuff without warning. and that stuff thats about death, violence, and other horror content is mature since children shouldnt be exposed to that stuff and even adults might be uncomfortable with it since not everyone likes horror or death, so as a horror writer ive always made sure to label all my writing and posts accurately no matter what site im on so everyone can avoid it. i feel like im missing something pretty big bc i cant figure out how that stuff doesnt apply on tumblr but im seeing a lot of posts like yours really upset that your stuff is labeled accurately and i know everyones gotta have a good reason for being upset im just having a hard time figuring out what it is and if you could explain in more detail id really appreciate it! if not thats fine i hope youre having a good day anyway!

Reporting someone else’s content for mature themes is basically narcing on them. You as a user are responsible for your own media experience: if you don’t want to see horror themes, don’t (in this case) follow a blog (me) that posts horror themes or search through the tag of a band (INK) that posts horror themes. Because of tumblr’s fucked-up-ness when you click the links in my masterpost to the posts I’m making they take you off the app. That means that if you get re-routed you can’t have the option to see if the post without signing in which can sometimes loop between the app and the website causing your stuff to crash.

I tag my stuff appropriately. If I answer an ask about SA or CSA or whatever I will tag it. This is literally song lyrics. That’s it.

I’m also a horror writer and I tag and add labels to my horror stuff as well.

But narcing on someone else’s post to a really sketchy corporation (aka Tumblr) is a huge breach of trust and is very scummy and boot-licky. ive scheduled the first 8 polls! they'll be released on sunday april 2nd at noon est. i did my best to work w criticism/suggestions ive received oe seen beong made to other poll runners:

- the post also says what the showdown is about, because apparently on desktop some ppl cant see op's url?

- ive seen many poll runners getting asks like "what parameters should we vote based on" so i added a short sentence just sayibg pick your favorite and read the descriptions

- added round specific tags to make it easier to find the polls per round

also, i didnt make headers this time, but i added images for each ship - tumblr crops images weird so you're gonna have to click most of them for a better look, not much i can do there

i unfortunately did not add image descriptions, ive seen ppl say tumblr's built in image description thing doesnt work, and the posts are already pretty long w the ship descriptions, so im sorry about that. I dont think the images add that much to the poll, since the ship description does a better job of introducing them?

i dont fully remember, i think a mix of just fandom stuff w/ friends & rp blogs. i do remember it was a hellacious journey until i could figure it out and since then i just have tried to keep improving or learning new things etc etc.

this is VERY dependent on the set im making at the time. i try to avoid like sets with a lot of images bc i get very tired with the task. but some stuff like i try to do between 2-5 so it looks nice in a post.

constantly. usually its my avan gifs or star trek gifs. which is like the major reason i dont do them anymore or do a lot of non-video game slash anime sets. i tend to confront the person or ask them to take it down & it goes as well as you expect half the time: not the best. the worst time was a rp blog stealing all my avan gifs, not aware i was in the same rp circles so like tons of mutuals( most shared between the two of us ) notified me & they blocked me on said blog so i had to message them from my personal + other blogs i had at the time as well as said mutuals spoke with them as well before they took them down. it was a very frustrating day.

20. Mac or PC

i have experience with both mac & pc, however my default is my pc which is built for gaming. i’ve had mac laptops in the past via my older sister who would give me her school handmedowns. as far as specifically creating art gifs what have you, i have no preference between the two.

sO I KNOW A LOT OF PPL DO THAT WHERE THEY MAKE STUFF AND SAVE IT IN DRAFTS BUT IM DKSJHA i just i dont have the like mental fortitude to make something and not post it soon after. back when i was doing rp stuff & writing i used my drafts very heavily for wips & i sorta do that w/ gifsets in a way. as i make them i have a opened draft to upload each one to see how they look on tumblr, if they upload correctly, & to check coloring between my main monitor secondary monitor & phone as well so i make sure colors are good theres no washes etc. so usually if there is something in the drafts im currently working on it or its about to be posted so there are zero things in my drafts other than this ask kfsha

i’ve had ppl disrespect me bc of a gifset but ive never gotten hate persay. i do get a lot of bitchy people upset about my “do not repost or remove caption.” that i add to my posts which like i tend to ignore. realistically i cant stop ppl from doing such but it has helped so i keep doing it. usually i get a comment on said set they reblogged that day or in the tag but ive gotten 1 ask once about it & it was p funny. but proper hate with a valid reason ? nah.

oH SO MUCH LOL. from coloring, to timing of the frames, to composition, to typography, to quality. the more i make the better i get. && there are things i want to redo to see how much i’ve improved. im not using the best tools to make these, but i’ve seen my improvement i’ve seen how much better i am & it’s rlly nice to be able to visually see your growth.

ohhhhhhhh i think this one cuz the moments were long i couldnt decide what do i want to include + it ts file so u kno,,, the speed,,, of processing,, + somehow decided to put them all together + fucked with colouring + had to get rid of the logo and as we know japan likes a lot of big braight text around haha and draw hair in moments where logo made it look blurry + had to adjust the order and all that stuff but getting rid of logo was the longest part

//I can understand sometimes its hard to come up with a response, its an off day, the reply doesnt give you much to work on, youre tired and cant think, it happens, I've been there. So to get the odd ball short one is ok, but when they start to string together then it gets a little frustrating. I would rather wait for months on end and get a fantastic reply than to get a quick one liner and it doesnt have anything for me to work with, I will never ask to match length because sometimes its just not possible, but I do ask that some effort gets put into the reply, that I have something to work with for my reply. //this used to be a thing before that I noticed and it would get me because it would bum me out, but idk if that went away or if I just dont notice anymore. For me the one thing to keep in mind is that there are going to be people that are better than you at something and people that are worse than you at some things, what matters is what you do and how you respond, to me its more of being comfortable in your skin to be able to look at it and go 'eh whatever, good for them' and just smile about it and go on your way you know.

theres been 2 posts on how felipe wasnt the culprit (heres one by wrinklemcdinkle) (heres another by ralexsol) ive seen, so im throwing my own theory into the mix: the demon is kuba kenta and kk (or mr. kenta) has relations to both niklaus hendrix AND the compass. lets get into it!

lets start with the tags i wanted to use (i found they werent actually on the felipe is nk post, but rather on the second felipe is being framed post i linked)! theres a couple details here i mention but why do i say kuba in particular?

the only person who could actually have something against gillion straight up is jayson ferin, mainly cause he got stabbed by him twice, but jayson isnt a demon! you know who is a demon though? kuba kenta. so for jayson, mr kenta was the perfect way.

as for felipe's escape, the rope was burnt, correct? who has fire powers again? mr ferin. when felipe was being investigated or whatever, kuba contacted jayson and he got him out of there, leaving there be reason to assume felipe was dragged to hell.

yes i do think felipe was controlled by kuba to hurt gillion, it plugs up some plot holes thats for sure. so how would felipe been target if he only pulled the card the next day? because felipe probably was a target since he was born.

its important to point out the compass not only having effects like kk's scratches do (give nightmares, cause physical reactions/changes, etc), but a similar color pattern to both niklaus and felipe. (pointed out by several people before me, like aethlingg in his actual essay about evil felipe working with niklaus shown above) another interesting detail is the nk tattoo is used with a moon attached, felipe's choice of goddess to worship. he immediately finds a friendship with chip when about 4 eps ago, niklaus had been given a stick by chip (important cause of how it was harder to spy on niklaus since the stick was in his room and stuff before, i think itd also add in an idea of "greater connection with the person" and stuff). i could go on and on abotu their connections.

lets get back to the connection of niklaus and kuba. how would they even have met? probably something like chip did for his deal. as the quote above shows (found from the post by redcloverf3y, heres another link to it), people who have that desire for their goals will find him, not those who look for it. why would kuba need to strike a deal with desire daddy? because how else would he be able to use felipe. theres no way the curse would change the free will of felipe (it didnt do that for chip or gillion), so if he wants felipe to be a better puppet, he needs something to interfer with that. niklaus and kuba cut that deal, and felipe doesnt lose that curse on him, well to the others. kuba wouldnt have been able to give felipe the nightmares, anytime we see him hes with the three, so someone would have seen him get scratched! even if he got scratched in the couple months before they met him (cause felipe was six months old, not a couple days), the scars dont fade, rather theres the black ooze to them that burns, making it not a forgetable thing.

speaking of that, lets move onto the daggers situation. why the fuck would a tour guide have such dangerous daggers, poisonous ones to be exact (i heard it had poison effects somewhere, but sadly cannot find any info about that)? felipe has no need for poison daggers! he literally can spit acid! that means its only being used for its forgetfulness, which doesnt make too much sense to me since its not like being stabbed isnt just something you remember but theres the fucking pain of it too (example being, when i was younger and we were in the car getting ready to leave some place, there was this like tightness on my foot and i look at the door and [because it was one of those automatic doors and shit] it was closing on my foot. i didnt remember getting my foot in there and i still dont know how it happened, i do remember though how much of a bitch the pain was. not close to the pain of stabbing im sure, but you still remember the pain even without the memory of how it got there). that leaves one last usage: actually stabbing. again, hes a tour guide, he has no reason to need to stab people, no reason he should have a dagger that damaging, let along access to one like it. you know what has good weapons, ones with magic and shit? the navy. hell, theyre building a mechicanical leviathin! they of course have magic weapons for combat and such. and being a vice admiral, kk would have access to all of them. he gets a dagger for felipe, uses his deal to make sure felipe does whats needed, there.

so why would pulling the card get kuba as his enemy? its the magic of the cards! why would felipe hate gill? why would gillion dissappear only able to be brought back by powerful magic (whole can of worms for niklaus's abilities btw, needed to point that out)? the cards! theres also how felipe did reveal what his plans with gill were gonna be, but its probably just the cards.

i do also think the compass is related to kenta cause of their abilities being matched and it kinda fits him, a man driven even beyond the grave to reach a goal, even if that goal is only known by him...but this is long enough!

i hope i fed someones wants and if theres any contradiciting (or even more proving) evidence, lmk and ill try to counter it, bye and ill see you probably in a writing thing ive been putting off since this morning to write this
