1. if you could switch bodies with anybody for only one hour who would it be and what would you do? I think I gotta say taylor swift OBVI. first off im gonna dropping ME! acoustic version. Then I’m gonna hope lover deluxe is already recorded, drop that. If not i will make sure to text Jack and tell him that we need to record it so that i get it either way 😼. Then I would find out the definite truth of what happened between her and Karlie Kloss. I’d wire myself (as in me- me) a few million dollars, pet the cats and then post something really random on her instagram story. Literally want to make the public go absolutely bananas trying to figure out why taylor posted a random twitter meme. I have a lot of faith to believe this could all happen in an hour but I would try. SO hard.

2. whats your most trivial / dumbest hot take?I don’t think we should still be discovering animals. like what do you mean in the year of our lord 2023 we are STILL finding animals?? no they should all be discovered and if they havent been then i think they should stay undiscovered.

3. if you had to teach a college course what would it be in? I feel like we’re all expecting me to say something Taylor related but honestly I could teach a masterclass on the psychology of Ryan Murphy. I hate that man and i have so much to say about him and his productions

4. season 12 of shameless is suddenly happen and youve been put in charge! what plot point(s) are you gonna make happen? I cant think of anything substantial to actually contribute but i want Carl Gallagher to have a fruity little vape. I also want to see him quit the force and flourish in a new job!

5. who would be your godly parent? (can be any mythology). I’m gonna go with greeks as a Percy Jackson stan. I asked my bsf who is an expert in greek mythology. She said: “you’re a Aphrodite child cuz you’re a hopeless romantic and you appreciate beauty. I cant- author how could you, I have to stop reading in between the chapters bc there’s just so much fluff mixed with steamy ness mixed with sadness mixed with wholesomeness. Every time I read a chapter I’m on a roller coaster and I don’t know how to handle everything sksjebrdisk. TEASE! They’re all teases and the fact that they all know what their doing like fr she’s not gonna make it to the end of the year, bet! No cause joon is literally jsut a big goof ball, menacing wolf my ass- deep inside he’s jsut a nerdy hunk of beef jerky. No ngl that hobi scene got me felling like DAMN, ouchie but also steamy oof oof oof. No like I felt that bite fr, him and jk fr. I thoguht jimin scent scene would be tamer and it was in a sense, but like you still feel the steamy ness when you read it like it’s so him soft and gentle manly omg your writing is jsut so good. Like all my friends are writers, I’m not really one but I showed them your fic and they were so impressed for realz, also many of them are all addicted to trouvallie and it’s characters now lol. Frankly I don’t understand all the work that goes into writing I don’t write that often unless it’s an assignment or smth but my friends love your writing, [they mainly read on ao3, not tumble tho so they don’t got accounts…. Yet ;)] Even tho I don’t understand what writers go thru, I truly apprêtâtes all the work you put into this series, you give us a heavy spicy chapter every month, I mean 20k is a lot so ty. Honestly personally believe you should have more likes. Also I know this is already really long, but I tend to smths forget their physical features, like eye color and stuff like I know Jin and joon have like amber ish and then jimin has yellow but do the rest have brown? I feel like yoongi had green but I may be mixing it up with another fic. Also, do their ages match this year or last year since you’ve been writing this since last year? Ugh Joonie... he really has that 'big bad wolf' vibe that masks a certain sweetness or innocence within him. Nerdy beef jerky that's SUCH a good way to describe him I'm crying!! And Hoseok PLS I just... needed his scenting scene to be as sexy as he is. As for Jimin, that's the exact vibe you described I was going for-- gentle, manly and steamy ahhh!! 🛐

Omg also... thank you so much for being so sweet about my writing! I'm blushing so hard 😭🥺... thank you for showing my story to your friends, that means so much to me, and please tell them thank you for their kind words as well for me! I'm planning on cross posting Trovaille on AO3 soon additionally, so I'll make sure to post an announcement for that if your friends are more comfortable reading on that platform! So for physical features of each hybrid! I think it'll be helpful for me to list them here for you and anyone else who has forgotten or didn't catch it before! Their ages match up to their ages as of August 2022- so Jeongguk will be turning 25 in the next chapter, and so forth. Here are their eye/hair colors:

Seokjin: Sunset-like orange eyes, blue black curly/wavy hair

Yoongi: Green/gold hazel eyes, black hair

Hoseok: Cocoa brown eyes with caramel/gold flecks, red/brown mahogany wavy hair

Namjoon: Amber (like orangey, dark honey) eyes, silver grey hair

Jimin: Yellow (like butterscotch) eyes, honey blonde hair

Taehyung: Red (carmine) brown eyes, curly black hair

Jeongguk: Black eyes, mixed chestnut brown hair

I tried my best to give each of the boys similar colored eyes to what kind of hybrid they are-- for example, black jaguars typically have those copper-penny eyes, and elks have deep black eyes. To give them all a bit of distinction, as well! 💜

couldnt sleep and began to read Adam and Eve story: the history of cataclysms.

I’ve never heard of it before this morning but I woke at 5:30 sharp and couldn’t fall back asleep, it came across me on a post. Personally, in reflection I’ve garnered the insight that I must really like Adam and Eve depictions since every time I’ve spiraled, it’s become a muse. Like rejoicing in heartbreak in 2022 or my godforsaken summer of 2024. Godforsaken summer of 2024 needs a tally list because I went crazy, and some things I went crazy over weren’t necessarily wrong. If I told you giving me the wrong medication made me believe trump became president and took over with China, aliens were invading, and the world was ending on a cycle… I’d also have to say I was deathly terrified every waking moment since it was entirely psychosis. But when that alien info came out and trump became president, I did have to laugh at my crazy ass subconscious brain and how it manifested. The poor man I knew who would probably love to read a book on what happened without any correlation to me, should know that Adam and Eve shit killed me when I went insane. Lil Kim Kanye Production… My diary entries… How I’ve always debated religion not with its people but how it’d cosmically make sense. So as I’m sleepless on my doom scroll, why would I not become interested in what Dr Chan Thomas had to say about religion and the earth’s kill switch which is due for a reset every 6,500 years. We’ve been watching our north pole magnetically shift for a few years now and Dr Chan retaliates when poles shift earths crust unprecedented and fast, the natural disasters that can lead range from 1,000mph winds to multiple violent volcanic eruptions. That’s if they shift abruptly. He also said we’re overdue and since this was partially declassified 12 years ago, I’m gonna assume scientists have tried to take control of it like the rest of the civilizations before us. I think it hones in on our cluelessness to if it was evolution or god that brought us here. Entirely both. I think research like this also tickles how we forgot how the pyramids were made and even admittedly lost the sauce centuries ago. We have killed our earth with battery and plastic tumors. I think it makes perfect sense that we’d never be able to redeem to any prolific status of staple on earth as what we’ve been able to keep from the destruction of history is way cooler than our last 2,000 years. Fuck do you mean there could’ve been chinese dragons and shit? Jk… I think I just love to think…

My favorite part was the mention of fossilized creatures still eating their food or being entirely unharmed. Yeah that’s a sudden apocalyptic pole shift for you…

Also those hurricane theories I keep seeing from readers due 2026… with how AI has fucked up our water I wouldn’t doubt something is about to shift in there. In disbelief I get to live with one of the last cycle of humans when I could’ve been considered a psychopathic messiah. Born 3000 years too late, on God I was born in the wrong generation…

Eager to say I am not a death pessimist or optimistic, maybe a firm believer in the cycle of life and harsh death to bring rebirth since we are energy that cant be created or destroyed? If there’s a word for that… If the bible talks about great floods I don’t see any harm in this point of view. Don’t be scared of what you preach, word is powerful.

It is now 7:22am. Maybe I should… hm.. Well….. …. mmm

edit: father’s input for my conversation was past civilizations could adapt from destruction but this time around we’d have nuclear power plants explode and be done for. rightt right… don’t say scarier shit than me. I am okay with earth’s apocalyptic shifting but man made terrors beyond my comprehension frighten me. I’m going to casually scream into the void, for old time’s sake.

There has been a lot that has happened since I last journaled in here. I’ll try to do a quick summation over the past 5 years, to the best of my ability. Nobody fucking reads my posts, so this is mostly to have a place I can write about without worrying about it being lost because my computer crashed and so my hard drive has to be been wiped. I could post this on a google doc, but that feels weird for some reason. I guess I like the idea of potential comradely? I’m not entirely sure….

I remember being mostly active here during high school, so this is everything that happened since graduating.

I had a singular close friend, and ruined that relationship because of mental health issues I didn’t understand.

Turns out I have ADHD and Autism, and I struggle with mood regulation. I won’t start anti depressants until a year or two later, which help stabilize my mood IMMENSELY. Starting them made a lot of my anger slip away. However, it won’t be until around 2020-ish that I even find out about emotional dysregualtion or executive dysfunction. I won’t be able to get an ADHD assessment until 2022

Ahhhh. I deeply regret the way I acted. I think about it a lot. I hope she’s doing well in life

I was…. Very lonely, and angry for a while.

The timeline for this part is very foggy…. I know I was extremely depressed. I resented my friends for being more successful than me, and I also felt trapped. I didn’t have a driver’s license, or a parent who helped me at all. Everyone else was supported, and had a future. I felt so…. Trapped

I know I stayed with my mom in a little room above someone’s garage….. and I some point I was homeless and staying at a friends place…. But I cant recall where that lies chronologically

my mom started dating someone and basically abandoned me for him. She dumped me off at her uncle’s and aunt’s place.

BOY HOWDEY were they are SUPER toxic, and casually made jokes about how they emotionally abused their kids. They were also chain smokers, and being around them was hard on my health. There was never any food in the house because they lost their apatite from smoking. I lived entirely on a singular lunabar a day :) They also didn’t drive (much) because they were both disabled and retired. This was a problem all on its own because I still didn’t have a license, and they couldn’t teach me. For context: They live in a trailer in the middle of boonfuck nowhere. There weren’t even any buses in that area.

They also talked about sex a lot, which made me uncomfortable because they’re grandparents??? And hearing your granddad talk about “getting fucked in the ass” as a joke is really weird. It could just be compounded since I was also sex repulsed, so it made me extremely uncomfortable.

My mom was visiting them, when suddenly the new dog my gruncle took in attacks me.

The dog was apparently an abused rescue that my Gruncle wanted to rehabilitate. The dog had already bitten him twice at this point…. I still can’t believe that it took a large ass Saint Bernard ripping chunks from my arm before my mom did anything…..

I dressed up as John Egbert at a Halloween dance, and made a friend

I have since lost contact with them, because I am too socially inept to send a message 😭 Anyways, she invited me to go to an anime convention at that time, which I accepted because I had absolutely no friends around me. At the convention, I met some other people that I became friends with! I hit it off with two of them particularly well. I’ve loss contact with both at this point, for different reasons. One of them started dating an emotionally abusive bigot, and started changing for the worse ….I think about them a lot

At some point, I saved up enough money and bought myself my own god damn driver’s ed

I will never not be bitter that I had to do this. Family did provide a car…. Which was because mother’s husband had a great uncle who died, and so they gave me his old car.

My friend asked for my help to move into Austin

My mom’s boyfriend reaction to this was to have his own kid move into the room I was staying in :)

My friend let me co-sign, and we started dating…. This was the first person I ever dated seriously! And was it HELL. They turned out to be EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE AF. On the bright side, I was able to deal with a lot of body dysphoria I have, and also my sex repulsion. I still hate the sound of kissing, and anything like it, but that turns out to be a weird ADHD thing so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ what can you do

Also learned what an Empath is from him!

I started working at CVS, which was right down the road from where I lived

When the lease was up, I had no friends and nowhere to go. I had to resort to Craigslist. Oh! And my credit card info got stolen! The paycheck I had just gotten the day before was GONE. All I had to eat was a couple of saltine crackers to last me for two weeks until my next paycheck

My mom gets married (June 9th, 2016 at least according to the photos on my phone)

So, I found a place! And it was a hell all its own. He was/is a fucking NIGHtMARE to deal with. I’m pretty sure he has undiagnosed Autism, but he definitely has untreated depression and anxiety. To get a good idea of what he is like - when he was looking for a roommate, he wasn’t ACTUALLY looking for a roommate. He was looking for a manic pixie dream girl to fix him. He thought that would help, instead of actually taking medication.

Right off the bat, his apartment was infested with fleas. I diligently took care of it myself, and ended up investing a decent amount of money and a whole LOT of time. I had to shave my cat, Jada! He would go into these depressive states and wouldn’t clean…. Anything. The sink and counters would be overflowing with moldy pans and plates. There were soda cans everywhere, full of cigarettes. Absolute ton of laundry everywhere. The worst was actually his dog. His dog was greasy and PUNGENT. I fucking cleaned the SHIT out of that apartment, and even invested in an IQair purifier. That bitch EXPENSIVE, but BOY was it worth it! The smell was gone after a few days of it running. It also helped prevent my migraines from him smoking weed inside, despite him saying he wouldn’t. Asshole never even recognized my hard work. He insisted I did it for myself. Like, yeah, to a degree? But if it was for just me, I wouldn’t have deep cleaned and organized the whole apartment. I figured that a clean environment would help with his depression, if only a little. Ironically, I was trying to help him like he romanticized but he was to self sabotaging to see it

If it was just mess, I could deal with that no problem. I would help deep clean this semi-retired lady who would walk to my work. I also did this for a “friend” of mine (Tangent: That friend would FREQUENTLY bail on me while we were hanging out for Tinder dates. Then got pissy and avoided me for months when I stayed with a friend after I was in between places because my lease ended? ?? That still baffles me to this day) I’ve got depression, I get how it be sometimes. What bother’s me is his attitude. He would vacillate from putting me on a pedestal and go on about all that I do for him, to complaining about how I wasn’t doing enough.

He was very much a “Nice Guy” who thought that being someone’s friend meant that they were courting, and that by not dating I was leading him on. Things like going to the grocery store together were dates to him. He would give me things I didn’t even ask for, and expect shit from me afterwards. He even asked for Christmas gifts back after I moved out. He would manipulate what I said into his favor. He also kept making the ultimatum that if I didn’t date him, then “All this goes away” and we had to stop being friends. Which, considering that I am his roommate and he sleeps in the living room, it felt like blackmail!

Arguing with him was so frustrating. He would try to manipulate what I said into his favor, or made blanket statements to discount anything I said. He mocked my opinions, and disregarded my boundaries - which the arguments were usually about. His most common response for not stopping something after I say no, or more likely repeatedly saying no/stop, was because I was smiling…. Even though I worked retail, and I frequently smile when I am pissed because of this. He ignored my gender identity. He even used my it to try to make sexual advances? “Oh, you don’t believe in gender? That it’s fine if I come in there and change my clothes with you” Just because I recognize our gender biases based on our society, doesn’t mean that they’re no longer there. He made me so DEEPLY uncomfortable, that I would just crawl in through the window when I got home to avoid him. I have never hated going home as much as when I stayed with him. It wasn’t just me, either. Jada even tried running out the door when I came home once. She hid a lot while she was there. Unless I was around, then she would hide under the blanket, behind my legs.

It’s been 5 years, and he STILL stalks me on social media and harasses my mom to try to talk to me. I think he has messaged me on almost every platform at this point, including PINTEREST. FUCKING PINTEREST. He also will make new accounts just to message me, because I keep blocking him.

On the bright side, I got to see firsthand some of my own toxic traits reflected back at me. I have a feeling I acted a lot like Chanthony did towards my mom, and I can understand not wanting to sacrifice your own mental health for someone else. You are not a therapist, and no matter what you do, it won’t help. They have to recognize it, and want to change.

I was only there for a few months. It smelled like cat piss. I cleaned it, and the original tenant I was leasing under apologized and sent a care basket :)

I didn’t have a car during this time, so i had to take the bus…. Which is all well and good, except that the closest stop was over an hour walk away

I got a girlfriend! (Dec-ish 2017 to ???)

It was…. Interesting! It was nice while it lasted… There was an age gap. I think I was 22, and she was 19. It was only a few years, but I could feel the age difference. If that makes sense? She just seemed young. Not in the youthful sense, but in the “ah, you still have some mental development to do :| “ She had a lot of trauma that she didn’t get into, and was very cryptic about. She also had an emotionally abusive mom that she idolized, which is very unfortunate. For many reasons. One of the things she imitated was from her mom was quick to cut you off, or ignore you at the least, when she was upset.

She caused a lot of damage to me emotionally, because she was my only friend at the time and she just…. dumped me, and completely cut off contact. It wasn’t even that long until she asked to date again. Maybe a month or so? but it wasn’t the same. Abandonment is a big issue of mine, so I was pretty broken after all was said an done. I couldn’t even get closure the first time. I tried asking, and got berated by her on-and-off again friend.

I think about her sometimes… mostly out of curiosity. Both because she was a great opera singer, and because I hope she realizes how toxic her mom is and grows to be her own person instead of what her mom wants her to be

Another new place

My roommates and I didn’t really get along….. Specifically the homeowner, who lived in one of the rooms. She was HELLA privileged. The house she lived in was a gift from her family, and she worked maybe 5 hours a day. That, alone, isn’t why I didn’t like her. Sure, I was envious, but I’m not gonna dislike someone because of that. She just was ignorant about anyone outside of herself. It was obvious she wanted to live alone. She was so bothered by everything everyone did, and was so blind to her own mess. She would get upset that I wouldn’t sweep, despite me cleaning her messy ass kitchen when I would get home from work. I doesn’t help that I also just… can’t see dirt on the floor very, thanks astigmatism. Though, the times I did, it turned out to mostly be her own dog’s hair, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Even so, I was struggling with taking care of myself at the time. I was suffering from SEVERE depression because I had been dumped, my godmother got diagnosed with cancer (and I got a vague message from her about giving up, and I thought she was going to kill herself, and freaked TF right on out), and I had lost my car. So cleaning the kitchen when I made meal prepped was the most I could do….

Even if that wasn’t the case, she was just hard me to be around. Very passive aggressive, and a lot anxiety.

On the bright side, this was the first time I could really decorate my own space. There were a lot of nice thrifstores around that I could get cheap decor. Despite everything, this was the first time I had ever felt “at home” in my space. I also got Tobi, my GIANT stuffed fox. I love him very much. I am so glad I got him ….sigh, I need to restuff him and throughly wash him. He’s gotten pretty grungy :(

Tangent: I never wanted to do physical harm to a pair of shoes as much as I did with hers. I wanted to burn her fucking crocks SO BAD. THEY WERE SO LOUD AS SHE CLOMPED UP THE STAIRS. She woke me up on more than one occasion, and I am not even a light sleeper

According to my phone, I got into my first major car accident on Feb 18th, 2018

I hydroplaned off an overpass onto another, DIFFERENT, overpass. Real GTA shit right there

At some point, I got a new car…..? It was a pain in the ass to get because I couldn’t get co-signer, even though I needed one because I don’t have credit . It was a ‘08 Toyota Prius that I named Eiffel. I also wrecked that car when a pickup took the front end off while I was turning on a protected left turn.

I think I moved back with my mom for a while? I remember I took some time off of work as well. God, I was so burnout…

My best friend of 10 years at the time said she was looking into moving out of her parents house into an apartment, so I went out on a limb and moved states

Fall or maybe winter of 2018? I know I was there over Christmas. I spent it dressed up as an elf at work! Just cause it made me happy. I also got cheap decorations, and decorated the place. I was there by myself, so I didn’t have to worry abut anyone else

Since there wasn’t a place ready, I stayed with my Alcoholic brother and his Narcissist, alcoholic Dad. The Dad hated me because I was my mom’s kid, and flat out told me that. He said my mom was a filthy whore, and went into EXPLICIT DETAIL about supposed things she had done. At some point, I told him to please stop, and he got irrationally irate about that, which escalated to him wanting to kick me out….. even though I was paying for cable, cooking their meals, and cleaning their house. He was also pissed that I wasn’t psychically looking for apartments, even though they are online. And even if I did look at them, I needed the input from the person who I was gonna room with.

I got the best car I could with all the savings I had, which was only $1,000. Because of that, I had to work a few months before I could afford a down payment on an apartment. I thing I had it for 2 months before the timing belt went out, and destroyed the engine.

Also, during this time, I had gotten r*ped by my brother while he was shitfaced one night. So, even if it wasn’t for his dad, I would still have left

I got a new car from a very kind coworker

And I am so glad they did, because I lived in that car, quite literally. I had a queen mattress topper already that I folded and used as a bed in the back seat, so it wasn’t actually half bad! If I were to do it again, there are a few things I woulda done a few things differently. One would be purchasing those window insulated covers for cars. I would still have stayed in the Walmart parking lot at night, but I should have parked on the LEFT side because apparently there is an OUTDOOR OUTLET over there that I didn’t discover until LATER. And, finally, I should have caved and got the $20 gym membership

Also, my friend decided to stay with her grandparents. I haven’t talked to her since, and I am still very bitter

This gets me to about the Spring of 2019, when I move into an actual place

I will get into this in part II cause I am kinda tired of talking……

this is in no particular order ok (because I can't pick just one moment nor even rank them) but here it is:

I'm starting with this kind of dumb moment. this VIOS interview is just awful and awkward but this part right here always gets me!!!!!! the interviewer asks what makes them want to go to a talent show and louis being his incredible self whispers jokingly "the VIOS" and both harry and louis burst out laughing, it's so adorableeeee, I even looked for the video and exact minute so you can watch for yourself, and also have this gif:

there's also this small moment that I simply adore because it just screams intimacy - harry goes to grab the phone case in between louis' legs and louis doesn't even flinch!!!!!! seriously!!!!

this moment!!!!!! they! were! falling! in! love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *screams*

can't believe they were mortal enemies here, imagine being forced to laugh with your enemy because of an inside joke you both have (that you were also forced to create):

this embarassing moment. louis was having water fights with liam every show but when he was supposed to throw water at harry this is what he did instead. EMBARASSING:

i’m sorry but seeing that tiny pride flag in one of the boxes backstage regardless of who took it and knowing louis performs a song every night that resonates with his queer audience just makes me think about how much has changed since 2013. how unfathomable this would’ve been just two years ago actually. it’s really nice to take a step back and look at these things and notice the progression that’s been had in his image with something that has been isolated from him for so long. so so excited for him.

hiiiiiiii so i wanted to tell my closest friends before talking about it publicly but uh i won a radio contest yesterday. i’m meeting louis next week :( i’m eating lunch with louis next week :( it still doesn’t feel real, but i’ve been an emotional mess since i found out. i don’t know how to comprehend it honestly like!!!! i can’t believe it’s happening after all these years?? i’ve been thinking about 16 year old me and how much i gravitated towards him as i grew older. how much solace i found in him as i grew older. how out of touch the thought of meeting him even was back then and :( i really needed this news right now and i’m just really happy and grateful and yeah 🥺✨🕯 i cant even process it.

My #1 post of 2022

i’ll write a more in-depth post later but:

written all over your face: a mixture between grunge-rock and pop-punk. the guitars were absolutely insane. such a fast heat. you guys are not ready for this song in particular. she’s the main character of this era 1000% pop punk princess

face the music: think early 2000s pop punk. very similar to written all over your face, but much more condensed. the bridge was phenomenal. a chanting “WHOA WHOA WHOA” that is definitely a crowd moment. we were racing around each other during that part. reminiscent of reliant k, cartel, jimmy eat world.

Saturday: A sadder track. it’s one of the best ballads he’s ever written. his vocals were incredible. the bridge of saturdays has such a soaring quality to it, and it builds to his high vocal moment.

all this time: very tame impala 2015 very fuzzy synths. very driving down the highway at night. it’s just a steady alt-club hit.

the departure of sound from walls when it comes to FITF is insane like i know he said it was different, but it truly feels like FITF is it’s own animal. it feels entirely louis. it just exudes such a punkier edge both in sound and in feel. this is his record

A/N: Inspired by the song I Lied by Lord Huron. I highly recommend you listen to it while reading this, but I cant tell you what to do, so you do what you want.

Pairing: Atsumu Miya X GN! Reader

Warnings: hurt no comfort, angst, no proof reading, it’s literally 2 am when I’m posting so IDK if this is actually good or not, and I rushed this.

The way you and Atsumu met was by complete chance. Fate. Meant to be. Your day hadn’t been going the way you expected, but it ultimately changed your life forever. Best friends. That’s how your relationship started.

When Atsumu told you he had made it onto the MSBY Black Jackals, you were so overwhelmed with emotion that you couldn’t help but to plant a kiss on his lips. His lips that you’ve been staring a little too much. Lips that you wondered how they would feel against yours. Lips that belonged to your best friend and ones you shouldn’t be thinking about in this way.

Little did you know he was thinking about yours too.

The first year of your relationship was utter bliss. A story taken out of an anthology of fairy tales. But not too long after that the first incident occurred. It was a nasty fight. In retrospect, you should’ve left him after that. He didn’t deserve your forgiveness. He swore it was a one time thing and you believed him.

Months later you looked down at him with tears in your eyes as he kneeled on one knee and a diamond ring held out to you.

On your wedding day the two of you said your vows in front of all your loved ones. Both of you claiming you would love each other until death.

You were there when his career with MSBY skyrocketed. Each time he had to leave you behind he promised he would return to you. And each time you told him that he better return soon seeing as you couldn’t live without his love.

Lies. All lies.

It happened again. His infidelity had become too much. The two of you fought again. He didn’t love you anymore. And you didn’t love him anymore either.

One morning while you were still asleep, and he was leaving for yet another game, he left a letter for you.

When you woke up and found it. You already had a feeling about its contents.

You drove around, not wanting to face it just yet.

You found yourself at a lake and made the decision to read it.

As you read his scrawl on the paper, you felt yourself begin to cry.

Only it’s not tears of sorrow that are racking your body, your soul.

They’re tears of joy.

You felt free. That haunting unknowing weight on your chest was gone. You had lost yourself in your marriage and you’re finally free from the chains.

Atsumu told you he’d love you and only you.

You told him you’d die without his love.

So I was thinking (as one does) and I just...

What if souyo were each others' romantic inverse? Like through how they love outwardly in platonic, familial and romantically compared to how they best receive or want to receive love

Yu, who never had even superficial friends, whose family abandonned him left right and center, and fears his ties are cut when he's no longer useful, feels like he's not worth anything inerently to those he holds dear.

Yosuke, who is essentially the back-up friend, who cant seem to get on the right foot with anybody, and up to this point hasnt been able to make anybody stay in touch, feels like he isnt going to be anybody's first choice, or their second, or even last.

But together, and for each other they give exactly what they need?

Sure, Yu may have fallen a little right at the start but their friendship and their relationship hold because he wakes up everyday and Chooses To Love Yosuke. Going out of his way to make sure he spends time with his best friend, that he notices when he needs a hand to hold. The way Yu loves everybody.

Yosuke has to of course go through his whole bit about learning to love himself enough to love outwardly and vice versa. But once he comes to terms with deserving friends (and also unlearning that homophobia/misogyny ofc) he finds that his friendship to lovers relationship with Yu is super easy. Because of course he can love his best friend in every way under the sun, he feels heart first and acts on it. There's no need to even think or choose. The same way Yosuke loves everyone

omg hi you dont have to do that! you’re too nice to me rosey. besides i turned into a little autistic creature last night lolol, sorry y’all had to witness that. but im so glad you saw that card! it was INSANE!! i was so prepared for it to be not that great because 2022 has kinda sucked in terms of fights yknow? just lots of dubious, weird moments with injuries and strange decisions within the organization and ofc its not the fighters’ faults but still i was so ready for this to be bad

luckily it was actually amazing all the way from the start of prelims to the end of the main event!! it was incredible!! they said it broke the record for first round finishes! i just cant believe the show they all put on… they have so much heart and courage, every single one of them

i was actually considering not buying the ppv this time because 280 was so bad LOL could you imagine if i didnt buy it? i would have missed possibly the best card this entire year

first of all i was so overcome with joy when dan got the win over puelles, i was damn near crying hahah. i mean a win over costco ryan hall is not SUPER impressive but who cares?? THAT’S MY BOY!! HE’S SO CUTE!! and i want him in perth dammit. give him his flowers dana. (fun fact: i started watching mma mainly because i watched the conor vs. urijah season of tuf and i thought ryan hall was so cool LMAO)

poirier vs. chandler… im not even exaggerating when i say that fight made me nearly puke and pass out bro. i got fucked up sweat glands so your girl can’t sweat but if she could she woulda been DRIPPING from head to toe last night LOL. guys i think the reason i went so crazy was because i actually mentally prepared myself for the fight to be bad, for real. that’s genuinely what i did. i went into the fight telling myself that there was a well and good possibility that michael might actually just wrassle him into a decision and i was all good with it because i was still gonna like them no matter what. but HOLY CRAP i need to remind myself to never doubt them ever again because that was AMAZING!!!! start to finish was just an absolute dog fight. they looked so exhausted and broken and blood was pouring everywhere and michael was tossing dustin like a bag of flour only for said bag of flour to start raining punches on him (a la justin gaethje lol) and it was fucking incredible and i cant believe it really happened. not to mention the alvarez-chandler-gaethje-poirier circle of violence is finally complete hahah omg it feels unreal. and i can't believe dustin finished ALL of them.. he's so classy and talented and handsome lul he's really the perfect fighter

but hol on i wanna mention michael cheating because i’m not gonna lie that really made me question him?? not that iron michael chandler cares about what some delusional mma fan in canada thinks about him LMAO but still he always carries himself like a professional athlete everywhere he goes and he seems to pride himself on his ability to stand out among the fighters who don’t have the speaking style or the business etiquette that he does, so when he went into the fight and started pounding on the back of his head and actually HOOKING HIS FINGERS on the inside of dustin’s mouth trying to make him show his neck, it made me scratch my head because why are you behaving like an olympic athlete in front of the press only to go in the cage and treat your opponent like an abused farm animal lmao?

though im ngl… the idea of this polite, charismatic, american psycho type dude entering the cage and turning on mean ape mode is actually fucking hilarious? and he’s kind of more interesting to me now?? so i guess it doesn’t really matter that my opinion of him went down a little hahah silly observation but there’s my two cents. i’m still super impressed by both of them and they both have my heart at the end of the day

during weili vs carla i was playing runescape. i’m so sorry. i was just tryna level up my fishing i really have no clue what happened other than that weili finished carla because she’s really awesome and she kicks ass and i feel really bad that i wasn't paying attention IM SORRY LMAO!! my social credit score is in massive danger rn

izzy vs pereira had me biting my nails into little shreds because i could feel exactly what they were feeling. alex is just one of those “one clean hit and you’re out” fighters but izzy is obviously still a master of striking so watching those exchanges was like watching two people balancing on a plank over shark-infested waters lolol it was crazy nerve wracking. however y’all know that i was rooting for alex so i am super duper happy and i can’t wait to see who challenges him next!! tbh i’d prefer anybody but khamzat because if he really does move up to middleweight and becomes alex’s first challenger he’s fucked lmao cries… please start training in dagestan alex thank u <3
