Life Update

Ophelia is currently resting on twelve eggs that belong not only to her, but her three flockmates too. We have been keeping an eye on her, and she is doing a good job keeping the babies warm.

In a couple of days, we'll candle them when she goes out to get herself some food, and see if any of them are viable. But judging by how broody she's been, there's definately potential for some chicks in the Snail House soon!

there's a deep reservation on their face , looks conflicted - yet , they're silent . the conversation about beliefs , it sets something in them off , however , they don't know what . was it the side of them that went to church but was shoved away later on in their life ? there's no need to debate , especially with someone that seems like he's a nonbeliever .

choked out laugh leaves their lips , nose crinkling at the thought of church members getting themselves off - makes billie laugh , of all things . " giving away money , yes . i used to do that before i stopped going . as for the circle jerking .. i'm not too sure if they do that . " a small grin forms , loosening up in conversation . " it's more like a devotion , i think . or that's what they kept telling me as a kid . "

billie doesn't think that it's getting deep , no . it feels like they've barely scratched the surface of this interesting conversation . " have you ever been to a service before ? "

                   ⊱ a nod of confirmation, then another to show that he's listening to them. jasim isn't foolish enough to expect an easy answer—beliefs, especially ones as profound as the religious type, could never be whittled down to a simple yes or no.

i rewatched the spider-verse movies so im thinking about miles atm but you have a couple posts about him and LoF so i was just wondering what would the bats opinions be on him ??

oh, they're gonna love him. peter has quite a few pupils in the future, but miles is his legacy. carrying on that spider-man name and making it his own? miles is practically his little brother in the future, his pride and joy. the Bats are older too around this time so they each have different dynamics with miles. bruce is leaning towards fully retired by the time peter is in his mid twenties (i think bruce is like 53 when peter is 25?). by the time miles comes around they're used to having students and a bunch of family so he is welcomed with open arms

Wanted to draw some moments from the first chapter and it's been forever since I drew these characters, so it was nice to be inspired to do so again
