Null Composure Tab Translation - Finished!!

This post is part of my ongoing project to create a language for the Eliksni! For more information check out my masterpost linked here.

THIS IS NOT A DRILL. With only a few days to spare, I have actually managed to fulfill my New Year's Resolution for 2024 and completed my translation of the Null Composure lore tab into my Eliksni conlang!!!! :D I'm very proud of my work on this project and hope you all enjoy reading it!

Here is the original tab! This post is gonna be pretty damn long, so I've put the translation below the cut. I've formatted it as best I can to match the formatting of the tab so you all can follow along and compare if you like.

Rambling:

Because this tab is an homage to the movie Hackers, which I love dearly (it's so campy and fun and it has great music okay!!), I chose to leave the character's names untranslated, as they are all references to the hacker aliases of the main characters in the movie!

For the same reason, I also translated the last two lines of dialogue based on the movie instead of the tab. In the tab they are written as "Provoke the eminendum, perish as the residuum", which is a reference to a line from Hackers, "Mess with the best, die like the rest." I just really wanted to have the original line be represented because I'm a huge dork (and also I already had most of the words to translate the original quote).

If you see any mistakes, no you didn't feel free to lmk but to be honest I probably won't make fixes for a while. If I have to look at this project any longer, I'm gonna throw myself into the sea.

If anyone has more lore tab translation suggestions feel free to drop them -- just maybe pick something a little shorter than this one xD

I’ve been good!!! I’ve finally moved into my own home and we’ve just been unpacking the past few weeks and you know, making the place our own. The family is good! I don’t know if I told you but my daughter has finally started school! I haven’t had the chance to do any writing — apart from some blogging here and there — but maybe soon. HOW ARE YOUUUUU?? blogging? 👀👀 where??? 😳😳 i myself am very busy with uni. these are my final 4 months and have to write a paper every other week basically for my bachelor thesis so i'm thinking of going on hiatus soon cuz i cannot afford to fuck this up 🤧🤧🤧 3 long years and now i'm finally here i kind of can't believe it. quit my job permanently now too instead of going back and forth like i always did last year lmao. on one hand it should feel like i have a lot of free time now, but i really don't to be honest but aghhhh just hold on until august and then i'll be FREEEEEEEE 😭😭😭😭😭 I'll be a woman with a degree in law if God wills it 🤲🤲

p.s. jfjdjfjsjdj i have not been keeping up with bnha at all considering there has been no dabi LMAO but im kinda didappointed it took 300 fucking chapters to finally get to this point 😑😑😑😑
