I know it's technically not all that much, but ykw the idea that 1,000 people have seen my writing and gone this is neat is pretty exciting.

Over two years ago I made my Ao3 account, and over a year ago I posted my first ACOTAR fanfiction.

Since then I have grown so much in my writing, and I have learned a lot. Thank you to all who have read my fics, thank you for all your kind words and beautiful comments. I LOVE YALL

I saw a baby moose today! I've never seen one in nature before! Let alone a baby!

My Dad and I were just driving back from the boat yard when we passed it. I couldn't see it's Mum anywhere, but we were going pretty quick. She might have been down in the gully or somewhere else close by.

And now (finally) I'm not the only one in my family to have never seen a moose in nature!

So! I’ve got some news! I’ve just finished up an (overarching) concept for a story that this blog will start to follow. In other words, this is gonna change to a story / AU ask blog instead of a general ask blog! Due to this, I’m gonna be making a few changes to the blog: probably changing the URL, adding more to the rules, adding a brief about section, etc!

It’s going to start with the next ask I answer! Strap in your seatbelts folks because I think I’ve got a wild ride for ya /lh

i'm back to working on my horror movie special interest project and i realized 4 pages in that i wanted to add another column to the charts, but i'm not even halfway done the columns i HAVE... so i have to finish the other 6 pages before i get to add another column. mainly because i do not want to have to go back through 200+ pages again to find runtimes. like i can just add those when i watch the movies. but we've reached the point where the movies not on rotten tomatoes are starting to outnumber the ones that ARE....

huhuhu i finally figured out the EXACT formula to tint my hair with semi permanent dye to the exact shade of ginger i had as a baby before it dulled <3

and because it's semi permanent it's soooo low maitenence because i only have to do it every 3 months cause there's no real root line cause it fades and my hair is ....sorta ginger at this age, like it's not brown but it's not ginger ginger any more (i know this is common most gingers dull out instead of go grey)

but it's half deep conditioner, mixed with a quarter of venita henna dye #9 bright red, and quarter adore #39 orange blaze

and i figured it out by....making a concoction of leftover semi permanents =_=

but it's PERFECT!!!

Been thinking about Ford watching the 70s Animated Lord of the Rings Movies... (companion comic to this post!)

delighted to listen to a nine year old discussing his thoughts on star wars. his dad’s been introducing him to the movies in release-date order, and they’re now halfway through The Force Awakens. here are his hot takes:

- best movie: phantom menace. qui gon and obi wan and yoda and anakin are all really cool.

- worst movie: return of the jedi. it took too long to save han solo; jabba is gross to look at and slave leia was weird to watch, ‘and they call it PG!’

- best characters: luke skywalker. anakin skywalker is second-best because he becomes darth vader. (this was very disappointing to discover)

- best villain: darth vader (even if he’s anakin). but dooku was also very good. palpatine is ugly.

- favorite jedi: yoda.

- biggest complaint: it would be better if anakin wasn’t darth vader. and, why did they kill padme? she would be a better vader. they should bring back anakin for the new movies. no, not as a ghost, just bring him back.
