happy 2025 i got my first ever speeding ticket
#ss original#😔#ive driven up and down that stretch of highway my whole life literally everyone goes like 80#for some reason theres been a lot more cops there recently#the hell are yall doin#the cop was like i was going 70 and you passed me. the speed limit is 60#and it took everything i had to stop myself from saying well if its 60 werent you speeding too#also i was in the left lane. passing is what its for#ive seen people on that highway going like 90 weaving in and out of traffic without getting pulled over#but i’m following the flow of traffic and suddenly im driving unsafely#bleh#i also didnt realize my registration isnt in my car but ik where it is#so he gave me a warning for that and a ticket for speeding#which i will have to wait until my next paycheck to pay otherwise i wont be able to buy food for the next two weeks#well i suppose it had to happen eventually#esp with the weird uptick in police presence in that area
