She could admit that it was an impulsive decision, but her seven-bedroom and four-bathroom cottage was the best purchase that she’s made.

This was the first time she had purchased her own house. Not rent. Not a flat either, but a house. She loved staying in Brackley, if she was being honest, but there were times when she felt as if she needed a change in environment. Something more… like her. 

Sylvie could be considered a Wolff especially with the equally intimidating look that they would both give to people that wanted to speak business. Toto was a mentor to Sylvie and she’d often shadow him back when she wasn’t working at Red Bull. Over time, Toto had grown fond of her work ethics and enthusiasm. 

So to hear her say that she was buying a house halfway through Milton Keynes and Brackley (Buckinghamshire, if anyone asked) was kind of a disappointment for him. After all, she and her sisters had always been Mercedes girls. 

(Even if Tilly owned Red Bull, she too was a Mercedes girl.)

Regardless, he continued to express his admiration for her work ethics. Hell, he and Tilly had even bought her a Mercedes as a part of her new car collection. She never asked them for it— they didn’t understand that when she said “she was collecting them” as she meant that she had a wall of hot wheels displayed in her entertainment room. 

But regardless, her slate gray Mercedes G-Wagon — one that she called Whiskey — became her favourite car. She drove to the Red Bull headquarters every day using Whiskey. Everyone was rather appalled to see a Mercedes parked in the staff parking lot. 

By everyone, she meant everyone. 

The first time she parked it by Christian’s car, the first person who had greeted her was Daniel— who arrived with his Aston Martin.

“Holy shit,” Daniel wolf whistled as she stepped out of her car with a grin. “You’re planning to give the boss a heart attack, Blue.” 

“Do you like her?” Sylvie cheekily grinned as she patted the hood of her vehicle, “Her name’s Whiskey. She’s quite pretty and makes the greatest noise ever.”

“Oh yeah I bet,” Daniel snorted at the joke. “I don’t take you for a hard liquor type.”

“I’m not,” Sylvie beamed, “there’s just something about her that screams wild.”

“Like the 10 year old you were not?” Daniel raised a brow, amused smile written on his face. The Mustang donut had been discussed enough in the grid that everyone is permitted to make that joke.

Another Aston Martin pulled up to the parking lot before she could even respond, the sunglasses of the driver inside lowering down as his jaw dropped. Just as he parked, Max Verstappen stepped out of the car while gaping at the sight of her G-Wagon. He had just arrived from France and went directly to the office, bringing his Aston Martin along.

“I don’t recall you having that,” Max started. “I would have known.”

“Of course you would,” Daniel snickered, “you’d know when her cycle starts if I asked for it.” Sylvie stomped on Daniel’s foot before gesturing at her newest baby. 

“Toto said that I need some reminder of him whenever I enter the enemy realms,” Sylvie patted her vehicle once more, “enter Whiskey.”

“Whiskey?” Max’s brow raised at the response, “You should have called it Daiquiri. You’d throw your lungs up if you took a shot of whiskey without fruit on it.”

“No need to throw it out there, Maxie,” Sylvie rolled her eyes before walking off with her shoulder carrying her purse. “It’s not like you could shoot whiskey either.” 

Max peered at Daniel, who had a smile written on his face as he continued on.

“The girl isn’t wrong, Max,” Daniel shrugged before following the woman to the entrance. 

“I could tolerate it,” the Dutchman finally followed along as they all entered the facility. “But right now I’m just looking forward to seeing Christian’s reaction to your Whiskey.” 

“You fools aren’t renting a flat in London, are you?” 

“If we say no, will you go away?” Daniel started. It was one o’clock, and this was the first thing that Sylvie got for an answer on a genuine question. 

Sylvie looked at the Dutchman. Max shrugged, “You know I’m not.”

“What, are you two like— fucking mind readers or something?” Daniel joked, “You have some freaky shit going on with knowing each other.”

The younger ones glared at him.

“I know he isn’t renting,” Sylvie huffed out, rolling up the magazine on her hand and smacking Daniel with it. “He lives with me.” 

“What?” Daniel’s eyes widened, looking back and forth at the two. How easy was it for them to say that? How could they even say that aloud? 

The truth was that it wasn’t as easy. 

When Max told his family about living in England before the season started, his sister immediately rang Sylvie’s phone and giddily asked if Max and her were dating. Sophie was more than excited that she had flown in to give Sylvie a gift for her new home. Sylvie didn’t want to know how Jos reacted, and she and Max agreed that he wasn’t welcome in the cottage. The Hearth sister was pretty scared about the fact that they thought she and Max were dating— they were NOT. 

And when Sylvie and Max attended her family dinner and said that the Dutch were living in her home, Toto’s eyes told Max a lot about how he felt towards the news. Truthfully, Max wished that he could find a closet to hide in. Toto was going to kill him just by staring. Her sisters and mother were a different story; they knew Max well enough that they trusted him with Sylvie. Tilly had to nudge her beau just to get him to lay off the younger man. 

So yes, saying it aloud wasn’t easy for them. At first. But now it’s like a usual thing to say. 

“What?” Sylvie raised a brow at the Aussie. “You’ve never spent less than what you pay for before? We’re sharing the bills.”

She completely forgot to mention that she had already paid the estate fully. Max was only paying for the groceries. And they were barely at home.

Lando got lost for a moment inside the house, trying to find the sizzling and chopping sounds as he finally located his best friend. 

Lando was ready to give her a piece of his mind, if it hadn’t been for a small feisty figure that had him cowering a little. 

Sylvie didn’t even notice the smaller boy enter until a yapping echoed inside the already loud kitchen, looking up as she jumped at the sight of Lando. “What the hell— Lando!” 

“You’re telling me what the hell,” Lando argued back before pointing down to the tiny fighting figure in front of him, “you didn’t tell me you bought this house for yourself and now you’ve got a sewer rat for a pet?!” 

“Hey, don’t call the baby a rat,” Max called Lando out before walking past him, giving him a smack in the head before he knelt down and picked up the figure. 

“You have a puppy, Max! A puppy, Sylvie!” Lando was still shell shocked about this whole ordeal. There was too much to talk about. 

“Oh this little thing is my baby,” Sylvie told the boy, reaching out to pet the miniature schnauzer puppy. “Cute, no?”

“Can I pet him?”

“Yeah, you can pet her,” Max corrected Lando with a scowl. “Her name’s Marinara.” 

Lando paused in his tracks, baffled at the name as he looked at Sylvie, “You named her, didn’t you? Don’t tell me no because she’s got an obscure name— no one would name someone so stupid but you.”

“What do you mean— fine,” Sylvie replied dully, “I did. But that’s because Max wanted to name her something basic like he is. Cookie— seriously, Max.” 

“It’s rather fitting for her,” Max shrugged, bouncing the puppy in his arms. “She got some Oreo features.” 

“She’s a bit lighter than a cookie,” Sylvie protested, “besides even if she was an Oreo, I’d call her Oreo instead of Cookie. Basic bitch.” 

Lando stared at the two of them with an amused expression. There was so much that had changed in the span of a year, and Lando didn’t want to point that out— he didn’t want to jinx it. He was just glad that the two were playing house once more. Hopefully this time, it becomes a permanent fixture in his life. 

After all, he was the first to witness the building and destruction of their relationship. He was certain that there was love shared between the two of them. 

Peering down at the dog’s name tag, his eyes twinkled with joy as he scanned the engraved letters repeatedly.

And they said that they were just being practical with living together. They have a puppy and they live in the same house— as of this point they might as well share a bed and get married. Nobody would stop them seeing as the decision to move together and have a support pet were made without telling anyone.

If you were to ask anyone else, Sylvie wasn’t really impulsive. 

She hadn’t just purchased this house just because. Talking to a real estate agent about making a decision was rather difficult, so she phoned Max and asked if he preferred having two and a half bathrooms or something. Then, the next time they met she dragged him to the open house in Buckinghamshire.

She also had him picking out a puppy from the litter in their local pet shelter, which ended up being Marinara. 

They weren’t exactly impulses if she got a second opinion from him.

I feel like Shockwave and Soundwave are your usual enemies to lovers or like old divorced couples

I can see them in the first part of the relationship they just keep butting head and correct each other at the little things like— no matter how small it is they will correct it just to be petty.

Then the second part of their relationship where they become friends they start finding out that they’re interested in the same field or that their research lead to the same conclusion where they have to work together. Occasionally they gonna have those thought like “holy shit this finding is cool as hell but I can’t tell him that!”

The first person who fell was shockwave and it very much a “heh, I guess he’s not that bad…..maybe when he’s excited it’s admirable……….wait…..FUCK WHY—“ moment and he hate it but there’s no turning back now. So begrudgingly he just start doing subtle things in a way that would get Soundwave excited— maybe a research he know Soundwave would love to find first, or him winning an argument, anything really. he just never admit that he did it for that reasons “please it was just luck, I could’ve find those discoveries” “don’t get cocky just because you won one argument” etc

When Soundwave fell was when he was walking around and some other bot were gossiping like “man why can’t Shockwave go easy on me too?” And practically snitch on Shockwave. He was being like “haha what an idiot doing something so dumb….it’s…it’s kinda feel nice having someone do that for you……huh…..well fuck me”

When they finally get over their pride and get together they just keep that banter going. Just on and on. During work time they still try to out do each other and blow each other lab but when they’re off the clock they just— sit together and do science shit for their entertainment. Just cuddling yet denying that they’re cuddling

Part two of my Charlie Babbitt story🌝 I loved writing this part ngl I’m a sucker for enemies to lovers and forced proximity tropes😭 spoiler alert: there’s a one bed trope so prepare yourself for some hot arguing yet again🫵���

~Part two~

Charlie rushed towards the elevator, the whole time mumbling to himself whilst I rolled my eyes. I was still only wearing a towel but I was too annoyed to care as I joined Charlie and he pushed the button. Part of me still wondered if he was playing some elaborate joke but he seemed more pissed off than me - pacing the tiny area and cursing loudly.

“That’s not helping anybody.”

He threw his hands up, “What is with you constantly picking at everything I do?!”

Part of me found it entertaining but I was never going to admit that. A crease drew between my brow as the elevator pinged and the doors slowly parted. Charlie practically sprinted to the front desk and I awkwardly followed behind him.

“There seems to be a problem with our rooms,” Charlie cut in with a furrowed brow, “We were both placed in room 101?”

The old man behind the counter looked down at me in my towel and I shifted behind Charlie with narrowed eyes, “One of us will need another room.”

He cleared his throat, “I’m sorry but this hotel is fully booked. You were probably placed in the same room so that there was enough for every person on the plane.”

Charlie’s eyes widened, “There’s got to be one other room! Me and Ray will take anything, well…actually no, she should leave!”

“Me?!” My voice rose to match his level and I didn’t fail to notice the heads swinging our way, “It was mine first!”

“But there’s one of you, and two of us.”

“Excuse me,” the old man interrupted with a thin smile, “Due to the airlines emergency, there are simply no other rooms available. You’ll have to share or find another hotel.”

My heart thundered as Charlie leaned forward, “How far is the next hotel?”

“An hour away,” he stated simply.

“An hour,” Charlie scoffed, “It’s nearly midnight and my brother is already sleep. We can’t travel an hour in the car, a tired Ray will drive me insane.”

He looked at me expectantly and I frowned, “I don’t have a car either. I’m not going anywhere until tomorrow.”

“Well that’s just so amazingly helpful you see, as me and Ray are already leaving tomorrow as well!” I stepped back as he yelled, “You’re not solving anything!”

“It’s one fucking night,” I snapped and the old man paled, “Pull yourself together. We’ll sleep in separate rooms and after tomorrow you’ll never see me again. Okay?”

Charlie folded his lips together in a tight line, “Fine.” He glared at the man, “Thanks for your help I guess.”

Did he have to be rude to every other human being he came across? We trudged back into the elevator and stood in uncomfortable silence.

“Your towel isn’t on properly,” the corner of his lip lifted as the elevator doors pinged open.

“It’s-“ I looked back at the mirror and gasped at the sight of my entire back on display.

Hastily I wrapped the towel around myself though it wasn’t going to do anything now. Shoving past Charlie, I rushed into our room and headed for the second bedroom, “Fuck you Charlie! Could you not have said anything before now?!”

He shrugged lamely from the other side of the door, “Didn’t notice till then.”

“You dick!” I quickly got changed and stormed back out, “What is your problem?”

“My problem? My problem is that there’s one fucking bed which means you’re going to get a comfortable sleep whereas im going to lie on the stiff couch and have a sleepless night!” He blew it in a quick breath, “The whole world doesn’t revolve around you.”

“Stop thunking everyone is out to get you Babbitt, your complaining is going to drive me fucking insane,” I slumped down onto the bed, “Go to sleep on the couch. You seem like you need it.”

He mumbled something to himself as he flopped down onto the couch and punched his pillow. He was so aggressive all the time would it kill him to relax? He ran a hand through his unkept dark hair and turned off the lamplight.

“Me and Ray are up and out of here by 7am.”

“Fantastic,” I groaned and turned over. Part of me hated Charlie but the other half hated myself for still being attracted to him even after everything. There was no denying that he was good looking and don’t get me wrong, his personality was shit but his appearance almost balanced him out.

Did that make me a bad person?

After a few minutes of tossing and turning, Charlie quietly mumbled, “Are you still awake?”

“Yeah,” I huffed and rubbed at my eyes, “I can’t sleep.”

“I thought you said you were exhausted?”

“I thought you said you didn’t want a sleepless night?”

“Touché,” he yawned, “I’ve just got too much on my mind.”

My pulse raced as I stared up at the ceiling. I truly didn’t know anything about Charlie except that he argued in public places. He had to have some good traits though I mean - he was looking after his brother and clearly cared for him in some weird way. No true dickhead would care for someone like that.

“Do you wanna play a game?” I asked quietly. Charlie was clearly stressed out about being late for LA and I hadn’t exactly made things easier for him. Maybe if we both relaxed we’d see that we were more alike than we realised and he wasn’t too bad.

Maybe.

“Sure,” he replied in uncertainty, “What did you have in mind?”

I thought about it for a moment, “Truth or dare?”

“That’s what you have in mind?”

“I haven’t got any other ideas! Plus it’ll help me get to know you better.”

There was a long moment of silence before he murmured, “Truth.”

I propped myself up with my elbow, “Do you…have any weird fantasies?”

Charlie choked on a chuckle and I couldn’t help but laugh quietly at his surprise. I could hear the smile in his voice as he replied,

“Of course you want to know about my sex fantasies.”

“I never mentioned sex!”

“What other fantasies are there?”

“I don’t know,” I sighed, “Romantic ones? Like carrying a lady off into the sunset or something?”

“Yeah no,” he cut in, “And even if I did have a sex fantasy id never tell you.”

“I’ll find out one way or another,” I smiled in the darkness though he couldn’t see me, “Truth or dare?”

“No it’s my turn to ask you. Now truth or dare.”

I rolled my eyes and he murmured, “If you keep doing that they’re going to get stuck facing your brain.”

I sat up, “How can you see me?”

“I can’t but I know you well.”

“After one day?”

“You’re surprisingly easy to read.”

Yeah right. Charlie knew nothing about me except what I’d allowed him to see.

“I pick truth.”

“Alright then…okay um what kind of man do you find attractive? You can be honest, it’s fine, I’m just curious,” he drew in a long breath.

“I’m not telling you, it’s private like your sex fantasies,” I quipped.

“Oh come on, just give me something.”

I sighed reluctantly at his pleas, “Fine…I Like my men with green or brown eyes, nice arms, a nice back-“

“Nice back?!” He exclaimed.

“Yes, I’d like him to have a nice back,” I explained, “What’s wrong with that?”

“It’s weird, why would their back matter-“

“I’m not getting into details with you.”

“Well then do another truth because your answer was awful.”

I scoffed, “You’re really sucking the fun out of this game, you know that?”

“Truth,” he ignored me, “What was the first thing you noticed about me at the airport?”

“You mean besides from your loud opinion and obnoxious look and unhelpful attitude-“

“Answer the question like a normal person,” he huffed quietly and feigned another yawn.

“Okay…,” I thought back to when I’d turned around at the airport to see Charlie behind me, “Your brow was furrowed and your eyes…your eyes were glaring at Ray and they were bright green. And with the sunlight slanting through the open window, they had specks of gold in them.”

He paused for a long moment and I worried if I’d said too much, “The first thing I noticed was your skin.”

My eyes widened, “My skin?!”

“It’s a nice shade of brown,” he defended, “Well I have to admit it was your body. You have a wonderful figure but then you started talking and ruined the whole package.”

He barely dodged the pillow I threw at him from across the room, “As if you’d ever get my package.”

“We’ll see about that,” he chuckled quietly, “I also liked your lips. They’re perfect hearts and a perfect natural shade.”

My heart pounded so loudly I wondered if he heard it, “Really?”

“I just don’t like the shit that comes out of them.”

I had no more pillows to throw at him and he knew it.

“I’m sorry I yelled at you,” he mumbled quietly.

“At which part?”

“All of it,” he admitted and for a moment he actually sounded guilty, “I’ve just been having a really crappy week and Ray makes things so difficult…it doesn’t excuse me getting mad at you though.”

The corner of my lip lifted, “I’m sorry for yelling as well. I was just worried for Ray.”

“I don’t blame you, I’m a shitty brother.”

“No shitty brother would care for Ray as much as you do,” my voice softened, “You love him, I’ve seen it.”

“I don’t know about that, I barely know the guy.”

I sat up, “What?”

“It’s…it’s complicated. Raymond inherited millions of dollars from our father and I was completely cut out of the picture so…”

“So…?”

“So we’re travelling to LA so I can get custody over him.”

“That’s…” my first thought was to say sweet but a sudden thought raced through my mind, “You only want custody so you can control the money. Don’t you?”

I took his silence as an answer. Anger simmered within me as I glanced at Raymond’s shut bedroom door, did he even know he was being dragged all the way to LA just to lose all his money? Did he even understand the concept of money?

“I don’t expect you to understand,” he shrugged, “Ray won’t know how to use all that money, I mean- he doesn’t even know what money is! I plan to use some of it for my business, and I know this isn’t morally right but…it’s what I need right now. I need this more than Ray.”

“But why would your father leave you with nothing?” I questioned, trying to understand the whole situation. To be honest, I sympathised with Charlie for being left with nothing whilst his brother inherited millions it- it wasn’t fair at all, his father sounded like a dick. But to travel so far just to gain custody…I understood why he was doing it but I’d never be able to go through with it myself.

“Again it’s…complicated,” he sighed, “We never had the best relationship.”

“I’m sorry to hear that,” and I really was. Charlie wasn’t as bad as I’d originally thought and he didn’t deserve such a tough time.

“It’s not your fault,” he gave me a small smile, “I really am sorry for being so hard on you.”

“I get it, I wasn’t exactly the sweetest either,” i laughed quietly, “So you’re heading to LA in a car?”

“Yep, gonna be the hardest three days of my life,” he chuckled humourlessly, “What about you? Why are you going to LA?”

“It’s my sisters wedding,” I clapped my hands together excitedly, “ive never actually met the husband to be, because we live so far but she says he’s wonderful.”

“ ive never been to a wedding,” he paused for a few seconds, “How are you going to get there?”

Embarrassment flared at my cheeks though he couldn’t see me in the dark room, “By car, just like you.”

“You have a car?”

“No, not at all but I’ll find one.”

“You’ll find a car by tomorrow?”

“What, is it hard?”

“For someone like you probably not,” he flashed a smile, “But it might take a while. I would offer you a ride with us to LA, but I think Ray might actually drive you insane.”

“I could never burden you like that,” I shook my head, “and for the record, Ray wouldn’t drive me insane, but it’d be entertaining to see you slowly go crazy in the span of three days.”

“Oh I don’t know about that, Ray can make anybody crazy.”

I stifled my laughter and glanced at Ray’s door, “I…I could pay you. To take me to LA.”

“You don’t-“

“I can’t just take the free ride when we started out so badly,” I argued, “It’s the least I could do. I’ll pay you £300.”

“£300?!” His voice rose.

“£100 everyday isn’t enough?”

“It’s more than enough,” he stilled to think about it for a long moment, “And I could use the money.”

“Then it’s settled.”

“I’m not sure about it though, I really don’t mind driving you for free.”

“With Ray in the back seat and us arguing, you’re going to need the money. Trust me,” I smiled, “You’ll mind when we get on the road.”

“You know me well.”

“We’re just getting along right now, but I’m sure tomorow will be a different story.”

“I hope not, I like you a lot more when you’re not screaming for me to shut my mouth and locking me out of the bathroom.”

I rolled my eyes, “And I like you a lot more when you’re not causing a scene in crowded areas and letting me embarrass myself half naked.”

He choked on his laughter, “Sorry about that one.”

“Total dick Move.”

“Well we’re officially starting a new chapter,” he shuffled towards the end of my bed and outstretched his hand, “I’m Charlie Babbitt.”

“Such a pleasure to meet you,” I shook his hand firmly and felt sparks shooting up my arm at his touch, “Now I dare you to go to sleep.”

A smile touched his lips as he settled back onto the couch. Closing my eyes, I pulled the covers back over my body and tried to fall asleep, though it was hard to when Charlie was so close.

And snoring loud enough to wake up the whole hotel.

Anyways, if I gave you the notion that I like old literature you are absolutely right I mean you're fucking incorrect. here are some kokudou headacanons to boot bc I'm working on a part two already (the brainrot is outrageous) it gets a little nsfw so minors might want to sit out on this one too.

Honestly, the relationship probably started with... Um..

Lmao nobody fucking knows how. But Doma definitely started it out of curiosity.

And at first, Kokushibo didn't really know why he was entertaining it. He wasn't fond of Doma at all. But the line began to blur when he was the one to initiate instead.

When he did that, Doma definitely stopped bothering Akaza as much. Which didn't go unnoticed, but the latter was definitely relieved enough to not say anything about it during meetings.

Eventually, Kokushibo mightve just come to the conclusion that he indulged for entertainment or as an outlet to release his emotions. But it was mostly for entertainment—if anything, he'd train when he got upset. That always worked.

In all honesty it was just because he was severely touch starved and ngl the sex itself was good but he's never admitting that lmao

Post-coitus, Doma always answers Kokushibo's inquiry regarding his needs with something related to affection. And without fail, he's always duly rewarded with a hard, cold "no."

He did hesitate once when Doma challenged him to a game of gō, though.

If only he had the time that day.

In regards to coitus...

Koku will always start with kisses. Anywhere but Doma's face or neck. For the record, the pectorals are his favorite.

He relishes how it makes Doma squirm.

*claps* Soooo, its been a hot second since I uploaded a Tier list here, and since we're most likely gonna be getting the next batch of Helluva Boss eps pretty soon (dunno if in this exact month or so, given Hazbin Hotel's focus in February .3.), I figure it'd be safe to still give my general opinion of all the HB eps we've gotten so far (from the initial pilot to the Mammon ep). -"Ozzie's" (S1 Ep. 7) By FAR the ep that truly captured all of the show's best qualities into one, and I still find myself going back to it more times than I could count!~ 🤩👏👏Everything from the gorgeously animated Lust ring visuals, the whole climax of the ep being carried out through-song, Fizzarolli & Asmodeus making their debuts as the wickedly fun power couple, and of course there's the major focus to Blitz and Stolas as a whole here :O What started as a faux-date in order for Blitz to sneak into Ozzie's club/spy on M&M, became something that truly tackled the inner flaws to both their characters; Blitz as the emotionally closed-off, insecure imp who finally told off Stolas when-alone ("-Stolas, DON'T act like what we have is anything more than You. Wanting Me. To F*** you. Okay?? You make that really clear, all the time..."), to Stolas's own transgressions being turned against him in-public ("You used to have a smoking wife! A kid! You had it ALL~! I hope you didn't give it up, so you and him could get it ooooon... you sold your life for a thruuuuuust~!")... all resulting in said prince silently reflecting on what he had done, all alone out on his front manor steps, now....💔 Just... daaaaang, now THAT was truly something I never expected to see in a silly, raunchy assassin-focused show like this... but man was I eager for more once the credits came to a close! 😭👏👏

-"Loo-Loo Land" (S1 Ep. 2) Definitely one of the more "classic" S1 eps for alot of people, and the one that most definitely got me into the show full-on~ 😊 While maaaaybe an odd choice to have the second-ever ep of a series focused on a side character (or, in this case a side character's child lol), I was very much invested in Octavia's story the more we got to know her~ 🥺✨ A lonely owl princess who used to be filled with wonder in her childhood years... torn apart by her parents' crumbling marriage (+Stolas' infidelity) as a teenager. And now with her dad trying to recapture old memories by taking her back to Loo-Loo Land, we got a new glimpse into Stolas' character as he does all he can to be a doting (if ignorant) dad, struggling to balance those attributes with his attraction to Blitz (+him & the other IMP antics at the park), only for everything to backfire at the Robo Fizz show in-question. Ultimately, all building up beautifully to Stolas being acknowledged as having acted selfishly ("I just wanna go home, but home doesn't feel like home anymore. You ruined it..."), but at the same time... also showing him capable of admitting when he's wrong, enough to make things right by his daughter 🥹Which just... d'awww, never fails to hit me in the heart ngl~ 🙏💜

~Amazing~

-"Mammon's Magnificent Musical I'm not typing the whole title lol" (S2 Ep. 7) P h e w, quite a mouthful of an ep this was... and yet one I gladly ate up in-full for how entertaining it was!~ 👏👏 Fizzarolli coming back to show more of his insecurities/fears of losing his status in-life, all the great songs and visual imagery to explain his plight, Mammon being a surprisingly fun villain who was both bombastic and threatening, Asmodeus & Blitz serving well as supports to Fizz, and I even loved the smug-but-determined bitch energy for the Glitz & Glam twins~ 👌 Even if part of me kiiiiiinda feels like we could've gotten a whole season's worth of story with Fizz's focus here (as is, we most likely won't get another one of these with him if he's not gonna become a main-stay lead :c), I still very much recommend this one for anyone up for a good bit of musicals, angst, feels and hope for a character like Fizzie~ 🥹💜

-"Oops" (S2 Ep. 6) For the first ep that really dove into Fizzarolli in his own focus plot, this remains a pretty fun ep in alot of different ways! 😄 From Fizz being a chaotically goofy weirdo to root for, his adorable relationship with Asmodeus, the reunion with Blitz bringing back SO much angst and feels (esp as they both got kidnapped), it all really made you invested to see these two work through things once the plot got rolling~ 🥹🙏 Now, was it a "totally" perfect ep? ...Weeeeell, I'll admit I was a bit bummed that Asmodeus didn't get to do a whole lot than just sitting in a boring ol' office, Stolas (though he had some amusing lines) lowkey felt a bit pointless here as he just read a bunch of papers all day, and while I'm glad we got even more of Striker as a threat... idk, him randomly teaming up with Crimson just felt like an odd writing choice ngl .x. BUT hey, we got to see Blitz and Fizz finally making that move to amend things between them, some interesting plot potential with Stolas buying an Asmodean crystal (most likely to end his "deal" with Blitz), and the potential for Fizz to truly shine as a main lead really made it a worthwhile ep nonetheless~ :3

-"Truth Seekers" (S1 Ep. 6) The penultimate ep before the S1 finale, and boy was it a thrilling one!~ 👀 Even if the main human characters from the DHORK agency weren't too terribly interesting, the rest of the ep remained pretty solid in getting us invested to the action!👍From all the intense action of IMP racing to save one another from the human agents, the deep dives into Blitz & Moxxie's psyche as they reveal their genuine value to one another as friends (beyond just the snarky jests/insults), and even that end shot of the humans revealing they've captured everything on-camera really added to the stakes for what our protagonists could get into next~ :O Now, granted I can see why some could take issue with certain parts like the deus-ex-machina style ending (cool as it was seeing Stolas becoming an eldritch horror lol), along with some of the conflicting implications from Blitz's "trip" (like, are we meant to see Stolas in a good light with all that golden/“heavenly” imagery… or someone we’re meant to root against with Blitz being chained to him? .-.), but ultimately its not enough to take me out of the ep overall imo.

-"Harvest Moon Festival" (S1 Ep. 5) As the first-ever introduction to our fave cowboy Striker, I'd say I still find myself having fun going back to this ep here & there :). Seeing his sly charm & charisma with our main leads, his genuine strength during the competition/end fight with the IMP crew, and the way he was able to break through Blitz's own inner-struggles with Hell's hierarchy ("-You are SO above suckin' on a disgusting, rich, pompous Goetia, only to sneak topside for scraps and work for bitter sinners, who could care less who you are, when you could be slaying Overlords...")... was just peak character-building, right there~ 👌👌 With all that said... why is this ep not ranked higher with the others above? ...Well, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a lil salty that this turned out to NOT be a Millie-centered ep T-T. Like... come oooon, we're right here in her hometown, her whole family's here, AND there's a whole competition about Imp fighting & Wrathian strength... you're seriously gonna give most of the spotlight to Moxxie instead, and then leave poor Millie more to the sidelines (even during the big Striker battle)? Smhhhh... -n-

-"Queen Bee" (S1 Ep. 8) About time we finally got the "official" last ep of S1... and though not quiiiite as grandiose compared to "Ozzie's", I couldn't help having fun with it nonetheless ^^. The Gluttony ring visuals were pretty, Bee(zlebub) was a fun new character, we got to see Vortex back as a supportive bud to Loona's struggles at the party, and even Loona & Blitz's father & daughter-bond focus (esp during the ending) was honestly pretty touching 🥺 Though, sadly I can't quiiiite rank this one much higher, due to this more-or-less being on the "filler"-range of eps (and Loona's development here unfortunately not carried through to S2... which ironically aired before this one did, so... oof >>; ), its still nice seeing the final vision of it after so long of waiting for it way back then 😊

-"Spring Broken" (S1 Ep. 3) One of the more "low-stakes" eps of the series, but one I still find a nice bit of charm too on its own accord ^^. We got a fun mix of cattiness from Blitz and his popstar-ex Verosika, Loona showing more of a softer side through her crush on Vortex, and a fun change of scenery by having the main IMP gang go up to challenge the Succubi at the beach (-all over a petty disagreement about a parking space, of all things lol). Granted, I do wish we could've actually seen more of a proper resolution to Blitz & Loona's fight (rather than them abruptly dropping it for a monster fish threat (+Moxxie getting drunk)?), but nonetheless its a nice lil palette-cleanser for those who want a break from shipping drama & angst :>

-"Helluva Boss" (aka: The Pilot) While it may not be considered "canon" anymore in the grand scheme of things... I honestly can't help still having a soft spot for the original pilot that kicked off this whole series ^^. For the time, it was a nice mix of casting we got from Blitz introducing his classic "raunchy dumbass" self, Moxxie being more of a down-to-earth snarker to Blitz's antics than a punching bag, and even those like Loona & Millie had a nice bit of "bite" to their characterizations (that didn't just left them feeling like the token "girls" of the group). Heck, even Stolas seemed like he would've made for a fun villainous threat with the whole phone call scene with Blitz (pushy, threatening but still keeping his posh-rich guy schtick... think Brandon Rogers' British series in a way lol). As unpolished & awkwardly-paced the pilot was in hindsight (as even story-wise it lowkey felt more like a bunch of skits than a cohesive plot, I'll admit .w.; ), I think it could still use some fan-appreciation nonetheless 👍

-"Murder Family" (S1 Ep. 1) The more "official" first ep of the series... and, while admittedly not as memorable as the OG pilot, I think its still a fine ep on its own accord imo ^^. The main cast is still generally solid, I enjoyed Mrs. Mayberry & her story against Martha (+her secret killer family lol), and though a lil low-stakes in the long run, I think it sets up some interesting potential for characters like Stolas to become more relevant (-albeit his whole "deal" with Blitz not... exactly aging well, even for his previous-established creepiness .-.;; ) Still, for what it was I'd say it was a fine start to the series👍

-"C.H.E.R.U.B." (S1 Ep. 4) Seems to be considered the general least-favorite for alot of the fandom back when it aired... buuuuut tbh, I don't really think its that bad, looking back? ^^; Like, yeeaaaah its not a perfect ep; as the Cherubs (save for the purple one) were a bit forgettable in-hindsight, the old geezer duo weren't too interesting to get invested in, and I can see why some would take issue with the lowkey-unfair ending (I mean... really, kicking the Cherubs out of Heaven purely for an accidental death? Harsh :/). ...But other than that, I'd say this ep was honestly a bit refreshing to not be focused on melodrama or ship angst... as instead it kept its focus more on the IMP crew's assassin gig & their wacky shenanigans against their squeaky-clean rivals lol. With honestly a good handful of jokes I still find myself chuckling at today, I think if this ep just had a lil bit of polish/fine-tuning, I think this could've very well been a good pattern to have kept going for the rest of the show imo. 'Cause after all... wasn't that what the show was advertised as at the start, a series of goofy assassin-based adventures? lol

-"Western Energy" (S2 Ep. 4) For the time, I'll admit to finding this among the more "okay" S2 episodes... and, I guess I still think thats the case (albeit a lil less now)? Like, yeah its not exactly the most special looking back given its... kinda clunky-handling of the "Stolas gets kidnapped" A-plot, Striker (tho fun as it is seeing him return) coming off a bit watered down character-wise, Stella becoming more & more like a one-note joke that I don't see why she's even a "threat" anymore, her brother Andrealphus (admittedly cool design aesthetic-aside) being randomly-thrown in to the villain brigade outta nowhere, and... yeaaaaah I still don't get why they only NOW decided to address the "Ozzie's" drama (...through a blink-and-you'll-miss-it text message instead of an actual conversation, wow 🤦‍♀️). ...Buuuut, at the same time, I did find myself enjoying some of the B-story with Blitz & Loona (namely through him showcasing his dad priorities of keeping her comfy at the doctor's, aww ^^), M&M getting the chance to fight Striker on their own was refreshing, and I'll admit some of the humor gave me a chuckle here & there (like Striker's annoyed rant at the singing band xD). Could the overall-writing & pacing been handled better? Oh most certainly... but for what it was, I don't mind going back to this ep for at least those lil highlights lol .3.

-"Exes and Oohs" (S2 Ep. 3) Now, admittedly I didn't mind this ep too much back when it originally aired... buuuut the more I think on it nowadays, I'm just... not sure if its "aged" the best tbh. Even with the unique premise of focusing more on Moxxie's side of things, from his family upbringing to his devotion to Millie... it ultimately fell kinda flat since Crimson (admittedly entertaining as he was at times) overall felt like your average mob boss-type villain, Moxxie's ex-bf Chaz being a painfully unfunny presence with all his "hurrhurr I'm sexyyy~" humor, and even as I wanted to enjoy Millie taking a stand for her husband's defense... idk, it just kinda felt like the same "Millie gets to be kickass while Moxxie watches" song & dance we've been used to, already 🤷‍♀️ Not to say the ep's "completely" without its merits, as I did enjoy Blitz's addition as more of a chaotic doof than his usual asshole schtick here, the murkier green atmosphere a nice change of pace setting-wise, and the childhood Moxxie flashback being chillingly sad to watch... buuuuut if yall are gonna immediately backpeddle from such intensity through a literal d***-on-the-wall gag, then like... whats the point, man? :/

-"The Circus" (S2 Ep. 1) Definitely seems to be the most... "base-breaking" ep of the series, as you've got half the fans who do love it for exploring more of Stolas' backstory... to those who can't stand it for the inevitable continuity errors, melodrama & fanfic-y writing throughout most of it. For me... while I don't outright hate it, personally (as I do still enjoy some of the pretty visuals, Paimon (voiced by Jafar lol) being an entertaining asshole-type character, and some of the flashback scenes with the kid-aged cast were cute), I just... have the hardest time fully-enjoying the ep whenever I look back on it :( Namely for this... sadly being the point to where Stolas went from such a well-balanced, complicated character w/ gray morality... to just your average "uwu poor bean who did nothing wrong & only wanted true looooove~ 🥺🥺" protagonist from literally any cheap Y/A romance story 🤷‍♀️. Nothing really seeming to be his fault anymore as we've got Stella being confirmed a heartless shrew their whole marriage, Paimon having been the catalyst that instilled the Goetia's toxic views into Stolas from childhood, and now Blitz having been shown as the one who "lead on" Stolas since the get-co (even as kids as he basically stole all his stuff under the guise of being his playmate + seduced Stolas (while drunk) as reunited adults). And like... if the show needs to bend over backwards THIS much to make you root for a character... then I just ain't interested in 'em anymore. Sorry :/

-"Unhappy Campers" (S2 Ep. 5) Y'know, it says alot about an episode when it becomes the universal least favorite for alot of the fandom overnight (so much that even the hardcore M&M stans prefer to pretend it doesn't exist)... myself included -_-. Like... really? This has to be the point in finally giving M&M the major-A plot together? One where they're basically both at their absolute worst (from Moxxie being a whiny drama queen, to the writer's attempt at "Millie depth" feeling more like a half-assed ploy to ward off her critics), the humor being an absolute cringe-fest all the way through (like... whyyyy oh why did they had to make the setting at a kid's camp, of all things? 🤢), and as much as I wanted to enjoy the B-story with Blitz finding his sister Barbie (even more for her not immediately forgiving him right away since he kept stalking her all day)... the fact that it was ultimately just too rushed in and forgotten about by the end doesn't do the ep any favors for me :/...

-"Seeing Stars" (S2 Ep. 2) Ughhhh... while I guess not technically the worst HB episode given the previous one I mentioned... this one just, never fails to bug me for how filled to the brim it was of missed opportunities🤦‍♀️. What should've been a wholesome & touching ep focusing on Octavia's struggles with her parents' impending-divorce, getting to bond with Loona, and allowing them space to just hangout & have fun outside of their respective homes... was instead just a pointless venture into a bland af Hollywood setting, cheesy Stol*itz fanservice at some sitcom-set eating up the runtime (-all the while not addressing any of the drama from the prior "Ozzie's" ep), Loona being WAY too violent to her dad for no reason (even beyond her usual grumpiness) that it felt OOC, M&M adding nothing but fluff for the upteenth time in yet another side-plot... ...and the worst part of it for me, was just how backwards in logic it was to paint Octavia as "wrong" for being upset at her dad... WHEN SHE HAD EVERY FREAKIN' RIGHT TO BE??😑Yes, I know Stolas loves her, and that he IS trying his best after the shitty cards he's been dealt with in-life... but jfc Stolas, did you need to stay on the phone arguing with Stella all-morning? Did you need to act so helpless and distracted at the studio with Blitz (-when you're literally the same dude who went hellish-giant bird mode to save IMP in "Truth Seekers"...WITHOUT the grimoire on top of that)?? *sighs* And like... as much as I want to give Stolas kudos for (kinda?) apologizing & making amends at the end with Via... idk, I feel like that ultimately further-added to me growing disinterested in his overall character 😔. I could go on but... yeah. Even as a Via fan, this ain't an ep I'd watch again anytime soon...

Well, speaking of bad movies, I watched this recently. lol Only out of pure curiosity. That, and I do like Bill Skarsgård so I did wanna see what he was able to bring to this iconic role. I feel like he did the best he could for the most part. The thing about it is, for many, The Crow will always be Brandon Lee, not just because of what happened to him so, no matter what, he was always gonna get haters regardless if he did a good job or not. It did kinda feel like he was phoning it in the first half ngl but I think it's because they wanted him to act that way. So, that when Shelly died and he came back, he would would appear more dynamic as The Crow with the action scenes. He did feel a lot more present in those moments tbh. Now, FKA Twigs... I will admit I was apprehensive about her casting before going in so when I found out I had a good reason to be, I couldn't be too shocked. It's mostly the beginning when she's supposed to be panicked unbelievably and the acting was beyond cringe that it really bothered me cuz I was like, "Oh no, Idk about this lol". Otherwise, it was just subpar to me for the rest of it. I barely was able to buy the love story though. It both got too much focus & yet was also severely undercooked as well. Why they needed to add the details they did I'll never know (unless that was from the comic books I guess) but definitely not needed. Danny Huston does what he can as the seasoned veteran of the cast but otherwise they mostly waste a villain with a kinda cool power trick that eventually feels repetitive the more we see it. The most exciting part of the movie is the big action sequence at the opera house, which was kinda cool (but also kinda still fell a little flat for me) I just wish I could say I had been more entertained by this movie than I actually was. Also, what was that last act??? Again, total waste of Danny Huston's villain. Very underwhelming confrontation that was not satisfying payoff at all. I truly get why Bill had been distancing himself from the movie cuz it's pretty obvious why this reboot has been in production hell for all these years now. They should have never done if we're being real here. Oh well, at least I did try to give it a chance but I think we all knew this was quite possibly gonna be a miss. If nothing else, Bill was nice eye candy??? LOL

(Btw this is getting count as a horror movie since on IMDB that's one of its labels. Just clarifying since the original is not considered to be one by many as far as I can tell, which I get since I'd say more edgy superhero movie)

Don't have any screenshots, but the main one coming to me right now is the take I've seen before about how Casca's long hair during her time as 'Elaine' was a good thing because she was 'getting in touch with her feminine side', and her cutting off her hair after regaining her mind was bad actually. Rather than acknowledging that her hair had grown long because she literally wasn't capable of maintaining her own appearnace?? It's just. Such a baffling ass take lol, where to even begin.

Oh damn, lemme think. I have a few characters where I started to like them MORE because of how shitty fandom is towards them for no reason, but not many the other way around... Ok so this isn't a character but g*tsca lol. I never really shipped it, but I understand it's place in the story and there are even elements about it I find intriguing, and occassionally, sweet. But the fandom is so gd annoying about it lol that it's genuinely soured me on the ship.

I feel like Griffith is too obvious, and so is Jin Guangyao lol. Hmmm I guess I'll write about Agon because why not!

Ok so. Agon is different from the other two in the sense that both Griffith and Jin Guangyao are characters that are morally grey that I feel are often deeply misunderstood by a lot of audiences. Or audiences just like, miss the point of their characters lol. Agon, on the other hand, is a grade A asshole and he was intedended to be a grade A asshole lol. He is a total douchebag genius who was made to be an Ultimate Bad Guy™ (within the context of a sports manga lmfao).

That being said. I JUST THINK HE'S FUN OK. He's such an over the top douchebag that his shittiness comes back around to being entertaining, and then it's extra satisfying when he eats shit. Plus there's enough in canon regarding his relationship with Hiruma (and also to Unsui in different ways tbh) to imply that there's a lot more going on beneath the surface that he's too pigheaded to admit, and that's just plain fun to explore in a fandom context. ALSO he's just fun to bully! I love a character who is presented as extremely powerful in most ways where I can gleefully take them down several pegs lol. He's like a beloved chew toy <3

21. part of canon you think is overhyped

Hmmmm... For Berserk, I guess...? The rpg-group onwards? I mean idk, I feel like the GA gets the most hype in Berserk, but for good reason imo, it's easily my favorite bit too. I guess I could say the fights, but ngl I love a lot of the fights (though some of them drag on too long imo). But I've also seen a decent number of people saying that they love the rpg group, and I. Disagree. Lmfao. Well like, I don't hate the general premise, but I don't love the shift to more stereotypical high-fantasy vibes during the fantasia arc, and I find a lot of the characters in the rpg group are either totally extraneous at worst (Isma, Ivalera, Magnifico, Azan), or like, have a lot of wasted potential (Schierke, Isidro, even Farnese and Serpico to an extent).

None of us really know either way, but I do remember speculation in the mid-late 2010s re: whether or not the TF2 comics were leading into something space-related (between what happened to Sniper's mom, the spaceships located in several in-game maps, and the perpetually-unfinished valve map rd_asteroid that used to be in the game's playable map rotation). Entirely guesswork, plus a dash of hope that Valve would continue the storyline post-comics.

:\ yeah, though, ultimately… the comics really shook up the status quo of the game and the established setting, but it's hard to see what conclusion they could've been barrelling toward. Real intrigued by that comics/Helen infographic you posted a few days ago -- I've likewise been puzzling over what Helen's debt could be (for all of the comics' hiatus and then some, lmao). Either way, I don't believe there's enough foreshadowing for us to have figured out whatever-it-is, and then there's the eternal question of "What Comes After?" (both in-universe and regarding Valve's seemingly-dwindling interest in the IP) looming over it all.

(like tumblr user milfy, I'm not really sure what comic 7 could've done to conclude things in a satisfactory way. ngl, sometimes I wish we'd gotten something set during gravel war or mvm -- at the risk of sounding overly critical, I'll admit I personally feel like the fandom missed out on getting some more gravel war era/group-focused content.

though with the then-ongoing [and, hell, somehow-currently-ongoing] status of the game itself, I also feel like the comics ending on too Final a conclusion would've soured some folks' milk. perhaps this is why I continue to entertain the "it was leading into another update" train of thought -- the idea of the comics smacking a big old super-conclusive "The End" onto everything seems unlikely to me, but I cannot fathom what would have come afterwards. or how any currently-raised plot threads would be resolved, if at all.)

there's part of me that wants to hope they had some idea of what they were doing but the more I look at it, the more the plot feels like it dissolved more into "stuff that feels really big and important happening" rather than one coherent mystery to unravel, which... the journey should also be important. This is the stuff people criticize Marvel movies for, the twist becomes more important than the actual story. Putting all the eggs in that basket.

I definitely agree... idk like. I think they even could've gotten away with having different canons and not feeling like they had to pin the ultimate resolution of the entire game to the comic, either. Comics can be like that! Different iterations and interpretations of the same universe, that's cool too! IPs get revised and retconned and improved all the time, tbh I think like... the current obsession people have with canonicity can be grating at times.

I think in some ways it's even harder to get past that with an inconclusive work like this because yeah, it does end up being that everyone hopes whatever the conclusion is will be worth the wait, that it'll scratch that itch, and the longer folks go imagining some grand conclusion the higher expectations end up being. You can't really blame them either, at a point, because that's all they really have to go off.

So I’m absolute shit at guessing actual weights/heights, etc. (+ I don’t really wanna calculate what the exact loss of one leg would be for total body weight), so I’m just gonna go with approximate descriptions if that’s alright!

I imagine Tim to, at the point of his recovery in TEC, be around 50 years old! I’m sure there’s an actual age to be found in the series somewhere, but that’s what I’ve got. Build-wise, it really depends on which point in the series one is looking at, but given that most of my content is in a nebulous ‘just past TLG’ period, that’s what I’ll go with.

Tim in my mind is of slightly-above-average height, but he appears tall due to being long in the waist + his habit of looming over people (most of the time unintentionally). Over time, however, his near-perfect posture has loosened a bit, which means people are more often able to look him in the eye.

In terms of weight, Tim is pretty slim and built like a runner. He was a bit ‘stronger’ looking in his youth, but after his time in captivity, he thinned a lot and has struggled with building muscle back on.

I’d have to say the moment when he outsmarts Artemis at the vault. Not only was it a total surprise to me as a kid, but it hammered home that, unlike many AF villains to start, Spiro wasn’t going to allow himself to be outsmarted by Artemis simply by underestimating him. He made a bet with Arno about it- Spiro knew that Artemis would most likely make it to the vault, even if he didn’t know how, and that’s more credit than most of Artemis’s foes give him.

Also- this line from his introduction is just 10/10 description-wise. I think of it every time my bracelets clatter.

(Is is cheating to also list a part of a fic? Does that count as cheating? Ngl while I liked Spiro a lot initially, his journey to being one of my favorites was 100% the fault of @orangerosebush ‘s fic Kunegetikos- two scenes in particular: His flashback to being told mythology as a child/packing after his grandmother’s funeral, and his conversation with Artemis towards the end in which he admits that he wants to believe magic exists, not for profit, but because it might offer him a sense of purpose. It was a really nice look what his history might be and ultimately inspired me to start fleshing him out a bit as well!)

Ohh, there’s a lot of stupid things Valentine does, but in terms of consequences? He rarely faces them. But he has absolutely, 100% shown up to at least one performance or interview completely wasted, lost his cool, made a spectacle of himself and promptly fallen off the stage, there is a video of it somewhere. Would he and his brand smooth things over quickly? Yes. Would he be reminded of if any time he happens to search himself on YouTube? Absolutely.

The obvious answer is survival stuff cause c’mon, it’s Butler, but given that he would also not really need any of that stuff since he can clearly survive with just his own two hands and the clothes on his back, I would say-

- His gun. He cleans it when he’s stressed I’m 90% sure that thing is basically a fidget for him at this point.

- One trashy romance novel. Might as well have some form of entertainment if you’re roughing it out in the wild.

- Some form of communication with Artemis. Butler… he cannot seem to function well when he’s not sure that Artemis is okay or alive. At least give him a handheld radio.

Been rewatching ‘12 Turtles, finished S1. I had a thought re:LeoxKarai

The attraction definitely feels one sided on Leo’s part. Karai’s just bored and wants to make a good guy bad so they can have fun together, until they attack Shredder at the docks

When Raph meets her, there’s ofc antagonism, and ofc Karai is having fun with it. And I thougt “What if Karai had developed a thing for Raph in addition to Leo having a thing for her? That would’ve been hilarious.”

It wouldn't be farfetched to believe there was something on Karai's side, but Leo's the one who definitely had an obvious crush on her (something she on occasion abused to get her way with Leo), and Karai is shown to be the type who craves the weirdness and action New York can provide her with, and the turtles just so happen to be one of those things. For a while there, she's hardly antagonistic against the turtles, she makes light banter and jokes around with them despite being their sworn enemy. She enjoys messing with them, with Leo and Raph in particular being her favorite targets.

It would've been pretty funny for Karai to become interested in Raph, ngl. She openly admits that she finds him entertaining and has a time using his distrust for her to her advantage. It would've been just a bit interesting too since it creates an opportunity for a rift to form between Leo and Raph.

We all know it'd end the same way tho💀

Ok, I was worried this route would focus too much on Vriska because you can't really have a Tavros route without Vriska, but given how much spotlight she's taken I was worried it would be focused on her.

Well I was wrong, we tell her off at least and instead we get a lovely insight into Tavros' living situation and us (with the help of Kanaya) renovating his house. It's nice to see him mention his other friends. I feel bad for him considering he can't really meet them. Kinda wished we did a thing where we teleported to them but oh well. Adorable ending.

Also the Prospit bad ending... Kinda sad

Aradia

Kinda anti climatic tbh

It felt short??? But I'll admit the whole rewinding part was really cool!! Not my favorite route though because it just felt too meta for my liking. Sure we kinda learnt about her hobbies but it just felt like a plot related route rather than an Aradia route. Which, I don't really like because I like routes where we at least hang out with the character more and learn more about them.

It was funny making her mad when I kept choosing "Wait, did she just say "gh0sts?" again and going to the main menu lol

Nepeta

Really enjoyed her route ngl

It's not anything special but its pretty heartwarming, kinda gives the same vibes as the kid's routes or jade's route. Honestly I might have missed the part where she ran away from home and shit

Sollux

Again, really liked this route. It gives me more insight into a character I really do not like in canon as much. Also why on earth is Kanaya better written here than her own fricking route?

Also that bulge joke...its cursed but its funny I guess

Ok so far I like these routes and I don't hate Sollux anymore after this lol

I love how we went from his gender thing to fucking GENOCIDE even though Sollux said he doesn't even believe it. A bit lacking but I liked it. Worth seeing Shrek 2 with him despite him being an asshole.

Feferi

Ok I'm prob one of the few people who like her but I liked her route a lot!! I didn't expect a friendsim character to appear. The route was kinda short to be though...

Rip that one ending where we meditate for a long long time

Ok its time for the Alpha kids route. I was ok with the trolls one so far but I'm kinda concerned for the Alpha kids

Because well, to be fair in the comic they weren't really handled as well as the beta kids. Dirk was ok UNTIL THE EPILOGUES where we see his character regress

This one was...surprisingly ok? It's a breather from the troll routes for sure

We see a lot of stuff about Jane that isn't her whining about Jake and shit (which is surprising in this route that she never mentioned him ONCE)

Jake

This route is really long so im just gonna dump all my thoughts as I'm playing it instead:
