NGL, I've been having this thought in mind the past few days... and like? As much as I've invested time & love in this series, for all the fun potential & memories its given me...

I'm gonna be real with yall, I'm not... sure if I'll be actively watching Helluva Boss anymore, moving forward tbh? 😅 Don't get me wrong, I do still love Octavia & want the best for her, I still have my fave ships, and maybe I'll try to get around to finish/doodle some fanart ideas I've had for awhile (+possibly some redesign/OC concepts I had on the side). But in terms of me consistently sitting down to watch every new ep/short, buying merch, keeping up with the show's cast/etc etc.... ehhhh, dunno if thats the vibe for me anymore, chief 🤷‍♀️

Goooood morning everyone~ Randomly got hit with the urge for some fan-kid designing again, this time for the Hellaverse 'cause boiiii does this fandom produce some of the prettiest designs for OCs/fan-kids, how could I not jump on the train too?~ lol ;p I'm not planning to make a whole official Next Gen-verse or however, btw! These are generally all just done for the fun of it~ ^^ (…tho I miiiight try to design some more babies later for some other Hellaverse ships I'm into, if I'm up for it~👀).

Technically one of these babies yall have actually already seen before, my BlitzFizz girl Tillie; just thought it'd be fun to design her as an elementary-aged kiddo in this set (in which she grows to look more & more like Grandma Tilla as she ages, 'cause yes~ TwT ❤️).

Also for those curious about who Grazar is (who's paired w/ Via in my HCs); I actually posted him a loooong while back here (tho he iiis kinda due for a redesign ngl (I keep forgetting to tho TwT); in which I plan to make him more 'griffon'/cat-like, hence their kiddo Celes having the kitty ears + tail~ uwu).

Brandy (Husk x Angel Dust):

-Sinner Demon (mostly cat-ish in appearance, like Husk)

-The "freckles" on her face are actually mini-eyes, like Angel's

-A very 'lovey dovey' kinda kiddo; tends to get random innocent crushes every other week (on all genders). Likes to play pretend wedding/fairytale games, dollies, and dress-up with Angel~ 💗

-Would grow to be about Angel's height as an adult, all about the glitz, glamor & dramatics 'cause yes~ 💅✨

Elio (Charlie x Vaggie):

-Demon/Angel hybrid

-Has both wings & horns since birth, both being able to grow larger when in certain emotional moods (ex. anger)

-A soft & sensitive kinda boy; likes to hide behind his moms alot in public (even as Hell's "technical" future prince, he just doesn't like the spotlight TwT). Would grow to be a strong warrior someday though, courtesy of Mama Vaggie~

-Has a strong fascination with the skies + Heaven as a concept; hoping to learn more about it someday as a "middle-ground" figure between it & Hell's realm.

Tillie (Blitz x Fizzarolli):

-Imp Demon

-Heavily pampered on by her proud papas (+Ozzie as Blitz & Fizz are a poly trio with him together~ 💕), esp. with Fizz & Blitz wanting to give her the childhood they missed out on as kids 💔.

-A very silly kiddo, lover of all things colorful & cute (ex. ponies, rainbows, basically anything you'd find at the Claire's store lol). Sweet as she appears, can be surprisingly crafty & chaotic when you least expect it (ex. when its cookie jar season🍪)

-Would grow up to potentially join dad Blitz's I.M.P. business, using acrobatics & trickery to get through missions (think Harley Quinn's style of fighting, ye~)

Maisy (Sallie May x Mrs. Mayberry):

-Imp/Sinner Demon hybrid

-The proud apple of her mamas' eyes, especially with Maisy happy to defend mama Mayberry from anyone giving her trouble (esp when she becomes a school teacher for Imp children) ✊

-VERY loud, rough-n-tumble kinda kiddo (think Princess Daisy + Young Ellie from "Up" in terms of inspo lol); proud to join mama Sallie on any farm duties/adventuring outdoors.

-Would be loyal bffs with Tillie, often being the instigator behind their mischievous schemes together ;p

Ricochet (Striker x Verosika):

-Imp/Succubus Demon hybrid

-The spoiled lil prince of his parents' hearts; happy to learn the cowboy tricks of his dad Striker (ex. gun practice) while also keen to enjoy the "high life" from his mama Verosika (esp. spa days~)

-Most likely rivals with Tillie & Maisy, especially during their school days (+inevitable competitiveness between their parents don't help either lmao🍵)

-Would most likely grow up to become an actor/"dream boy" type of celebrity figure, traveling Hell & back to show off his pretty face (+combat skills)~

Celes (Octavia x Grazar OC):

-Goetia Demon

-Born verrrry far into the future of Via's life; created through-magic spell (both to avoid old Goetia traditions + symbolically break the toxic family cycle Via grew up in🙏)

-A quiet, inquisitive child with a love for silly riddles; is almost never seen without her beloved stuffed rabbit "Alice"

-While already showing potential for magical prowess someday (through a few levitation spells + star-reading abilities with Grandpa Stolas), Via & Gray are determined to give their girl a normal, loving childhood… away from any throne pressures, nosy nobility, and palace stresses 🥺💛.

Stolas/Fizzarolli

A ship I've lowkey only seen around a handful of times (mainly in a poly-ship sense with Blitz and/or Ozzie); and... ehhh, idk I kinda have a hard time imagining it working, myself? 🤷‍♀️

Sure, Fizz is alot more lenient on "rich" types compared to Blitz (even if arguably more out of bias from his own relationship-)... but even so, I feel like Stolas would be a bit too... mopey, for Fizz's tastes imho? Esp. since Fizz is such a jokester-type himself, and with how... well, tired Stolas has become of Blitz's jests as of the S2 finale, I feel like both dudes would ultimately clash too much, personality-wise imo (outside of perhaps a cordial friendship, for Blitz's sake).

Stolas/Asmodeus

Surprise-surprise, I do have a Stolas ship I enjoy... aaaaand its another rarepair, go figure lmao. But like, fr I really do think there's some fun potential to be had with Ozzie/Stolas (if given a chance);

No power imbalances from conflicting social statuses (since Stolas is a Goetia Prince + Ozzie is a Sin), both on seemingly-equal horny levels, and personality-wise they feel pretty balanced enough to keep the other in-line (ex. their B-plot in "Oops"). While a part of me does feel like the writers rushed them too much into being all "buddy-buddy" by S2 (like... why was Ozzie so eager to roast Stolas in the S1 finale, that Stolas just HAD to hide away pre-song? Did they have a "thing" before, akin to Blitz & his own exes? I need answers, damnit-😭😭)

**And before you ask no, I do NOT see this as a "pair-the-spares" situation if Blitz/Fizz were endgame instead; Moreso I see them genuinely connecting & matching eachother's freak on their own accord, depending on the writing. Whether or not they'd ever become something more, and/or just stay as friends... idk, I just think it'd be neat to imagine them together, either way~**

Stolas/Valentino

...welp, here's a pair that seems to have cropped up some fan debates, oop lmao. Now... okay, as much as I may not be the biggest Stolas fan around.... Iiiiii can't really imagine even he'd fit well with Valentino, of all people lol 🤷‍♀️

Sure, maybe if it was a case that Stolas was an actual villain (like around the pilot-era), I could see a chance for Val to push some sort of "business partnership" his way (like as a way to "liven" up Stolas' dreary life, in Val's words-). And since we don't know atm (or, at least I don't lol) if Hellborns can be held under power of Overlord "contracts", a Goetia like Stolas could be safe from any of Val's corruption tricks, should they interact one on one-

-though, with all that said... given Stolas' current writing of being very emotionally fragile (in more ways than one-), he would nooooot be able to handle Valentino, if you ask me >>. Especially with Val's penchant for going off the rails at random times, he needs someone who'd be "firm" enough to keep that side of him in-check (ex. Vox)... compared to Stolas who's more likely to try & ignore/bottle up the issue as much as possible (even at his own detriment). Buuut eh, that's just me tbh-

AppleSnake? (Pentious x Lucifer) For the ship bingo

Oooo, a Pentious ship!👀This'll be fun~

Now this is a ship I feel has plenty of potential to it; two dorky, snake-themed gentleman with a love for crafting and proving themselves to who they care about (Sir Pentious trying to be seen as a a "worthy" villain/later friend to the Hotel + Lucifer trying to make up for lost time with his daughter Charlie). And esp. with Pentious' sacrifice in the finale against Adam... I have no doubts Lucifer would've respected the hell out of Pentious for his heroic efforts🙏🥹

Soooo yee, all-in-all I think AppleSnake would be a lovely dynamic to explore (crafting buddies, adorkable snake dads, etc. etc.), however way you put 'em!~ 😊

Velvette x Charlie (or Vaggie) for the ship bingo?

Velvette/Charlie

As cute as I'll admit the fanart is (from the occasional times it'd pop up on my feed)... I haven't really had much into the Velvette/Charlie ship itself tbh? 🤷‍♀️ Outside of a possibly-entertaining enemy dynamic (since we've got a decent amount of focus for Alastor & Vox + Angel & Val)... idk, its just kind of "there" for me, I guess? Tho maybe that's moreso me being a lil burnt-out on Charlie focused ships lately lmao **no hate to Charlie ofc but... girl, let the others have some ship love too lol -3-**

Velvette/Vaggie

Sooo, out of all the Vee's/Hotel-member ships I've come across... I'll admit to this one'a kiiiiinda growing on me as a guilty-pleasure pair? lol 👉👈

Now, okay I definitely do not see this one working long-term canonically (nor Vaggie actually turning to the dark side lol); but like... idk, somehow its still oddly fascinating as a concept to me?🤔Both girls being fairly underrated (screentime/development-wise) in their respective groups, both having some sort of narrative-tie to angels (Vaggie being a former-Exterminator + Velvette's suspicions of Carmilla during the Overlord meeting), and with the way we see Vaggie lowkey not being as enthused about saving sinners (even with her loving Charlie)... I feel like that could be something to intrigue Velvette, villainy-wise?

Like by trying to "lure" Vaggie away from the Hotel, teasing her about her "slacking" on the job, offering temptations of a better life/riches/etc. if she went to the Vee's side... all the while Vaggie is NOT having it whenever they cross paths lol. Basically, I feel like this'd be a really fun enemy-dynamic to give Vaggie more to do plot-wise & such, y'know?

NGL, surprised to see this was somewhat trending a bit in terms of non-canon pairs... though, I'm a tad confused where it came from, exactly? .w.; Like, yeah they are the de-facto "leaders" of their respective groups, and maybe as a rival-ship to Char*lastor (if one prefers to go that route) I could see some appeal... though as someone who never was much of a Char*lastor fan to begin with, I can't say Vox/Charlie would grab me much in that light lol. But that's just me-

Angel Dust/Stolas

Admittedly cute as some of the fanart I've seen of 'em is... ehhhh, can't say I can picture this one working much tbh 🤷‍♀️. Sure, they're both horny twinks & all, and maybe I could imagine Stolas being a lowkey fan of Angel Dust's work (pre-Blitz). But as for Angel Dust's end... well, after all he had to endure with Valentino, I just don't think he'd want anything to do with posh/"higher-up" demons anymore (even if Stolas means well). Buuut again, that's just me-

Andrealphus/Vassago

Hoooo boi... here I go again not being hype for one of the fandom's popular faves, oops TwT;; I'm sorry, but for how well-done some of the fan content is... I still can't see this one working (even with the limited screentime Vassago's been given, so far-).

Sure, I love me a "blue & red" opposites themed pair as much as the next gal, and maybe I could imagine them being past exes of some kind (prior to their current animosity)... but with Vassago very clearly on Stolas' side all throughout the "Mastermind" trial, I can't picture him ever giving Andre a chance tbh (even if he did somehow redeem himself, down the line).

*Not to mention with how I've mostly ever seen people shipping this as a way to keep Vassago from Stolas (+me not being a big Andre fan)... iiiit doesn't really help appeal the ship to me either lol* 🤷‍♀️

bit random- but what do you think's gonna happen with the m&m pregnancy reveal in s2's finale? do you consider that 'canon' in any next-gen/oc ideas of yours?

Ehhhhh, honestly I'm not really sure? 🤷‍♀️I'm imagining it's probably gonna go any direction with either M&M having a brand new baby next season (since alot of shows are known to do that to bring in more views, ex. Fairly Odd Parents), the "positive" test result turning out to be false (thus the I.M.P. status quo carries on as normal), or even the pair deciding not to go through with the pregnancy (for any number of reasons), which I've seen other shows like "Bojack Horseman" handling pretty well imo-

...Thouuuugh personally if you were to ask me? ...I lowkey don't think its the best idea for these two to be parents, right now? ^^; I know I know, bold of me to say (if yall've known me long & my love for next-gen content lol), but like... think about it; Moxxie & Millie aren't living in the best conditions rn, they both work labor-intensive/dangerous job, and with all the mess that's happened these past few episodes (aka. Blitz using up company funding for his mope-fest + refusing to do that one Karen sinner mission)... is this truly the best time for these two to bring a baby into the world?🤨

Like, I know every couple's different, and since this is Hell with a caste system problem... I can't guarantee any Imps are gonna have the best time family-planning (just look at Blitz's struggle getting in a single vaccine for Loona), no matter how "prepared" they are. Though, personally if it were up to me... Iiiii personally headcanon M&M to be the type of couple to wait in having a kid, at least until everything's better "stabilized" imho. Less enemies running around, better paying clients, (maybe) a bigger/safer home, all that jazz y'know?

-And yes, I would NOT have Millie give up her job whatsoever even if she does have a baby; 'cause poor girl sooooo doesn't deserve to be pushed away from the group into being "The Mom™" (-on top of the already-present criticism of her being "Moxxie's wife" & nothing else...) 😒. Rather, I'd rather have Moxxie being the stay-at-home parent if it had to come down to it; that way someone like Loona (since she's already shown interest in joining missions too) could cover him, Millie doesn't need to give up her adventurous spirit/"fighter" values, and then once the kid is old enough to be independent (like around school-aged or so)... that's when Moxxie can come back to work with his wifey as normal~👍

Rosie, Niffty, Mimzy, etc.), so I could definitely see him intrigued by Millie enough to ask her to join his side (even if she'd be naturally "on-guard" at first). Then overtime she'd be appreciative of his support over her skills (compared to how other higher demons treat imps-), the charm of his "old-timey" ways cheering her up on hard mission days, them wrecking shit up together when the tough gets going... dang, now you got me intrigued- lol

*rubs hands* Hmmmm, now this is an interesting one to ask (and ngl I forgot how I answered if I did awhile back LOL), for all three Vee's together, in-mind... 👀

Like, in-theory (esp. thanks to fan-depictions I've seen) this trio would make for an interesting poly ship ngl; all of them sharing a similar goal of wanting to be the "top" Overlords, take down the Hotel, and just vibe together in their own evil ways. If they just had a tad bit more screentime/plot-relevance together (outside of just the pilot, ep. 2, and the finale), I'd proooobably be more inclined to ship them more? But that's just me- lol

Now as far as the "individual" Vee pairings, I'll start with Vox/Valentino-

Probably the strongest in terms of chemistry/interactions so far imo; both giving the vibes of these proud, toxic bfs eager to wreck shit up together (+rile the other up when they're going mad lol). Could see it working either way as a couple, villainous allies, & so on... it all depends on the writing imo (fandom and/or canon-wise).

Next up for Vox/Velvette-

I do want to like this ship, given their amusing lil banter at the start of ep. 2 (+both handling Valentino's rage like any other day lol). Sadly, with how limited Velvette's screentime is (with or without the other two Vee's), I can't reaaally rank this super high on its own.... buuut idk, maybe S2 could change that if they appear together more?

Now lastly, as far as Valentino/Velvette goes-

The one that's probably got the least amount of screentime/interactions between the Vee's... soooo, yeah not much else I can really comment there, I guess? .w.; I mean, it is refreshing to see a lady like Velvette NOT take Val's crap/him seeming to respect her well in-return (+their lil smirks at Vox during the "Stayed Gone" song were funny lol). Again, fingers crossed S2 will deliver to giving more Velvette spotlight (both on her own + with her fellow Vee's).

Ooh, yknow I don't think I've heard of this ship before... but it sounds cute! :3 The hyper fangirls with a passion for "bad boys", I can see them totally gushing about their interests/enjoying eachother's kooky energy (more than their peers would lol)
