reminder to self! smoking does not solve your problems!! if anything it just gives you mouth ulcers!!! cigarettes are functionally useless!!!!
#i swear up and down that im not addicted but every time essays fuck me in the ass i think about having a cig#i haven't even smoked my way through a full pack. im pretty sure you need to smoke more than a full pack to be considered a smoker#i AM seduced by (false) promises of dopamine hits though. im just as unsettled after a cig than before i smoked it but#it gives me the illusion that im getting a dopamine hit which works well enough to tide me over#but im already getting stress mouth ulcers i don't need more of them from smoking#but smoking is probably easier than trying to get antidepressants from the nhs#given that i haven't even registered myself to the nhs#and i don't fancy the registration process
