The past two weeks in South Korea have flown by! I can assure you they have been nothing short of amazing!

Something I am really looking forward to is going to the Namsan Tower, also known as N Seoul Tower. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g294197-d1169465-Reviews-N_Seoul_Tower-Seoul.html

This TripAdvisor page ranks the tower at #9 out of 753 things to do while in Seoul. The post also includes the address, phone number and website of the tower. One can see this as a public relations function because it is giving tourists, and maybe even locals, all the information they need when visiting the Namsan Tower. in addition, pictures and ratings have been uploaded by other visitors. The public can use the feedback as people's testimonial since we typically trust our peers more than businesses.

Another good example of public relations is a video I found on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oC6KDNozK90 This video was uploaded by JourneyKorea who shares other videos about exploring Korea. Scenes of the train and walking the streets at night are shown. A person heading to South Korea can watch this video to get an understanding of what to expect on their tripl. This video is a public relations function because it is showing publics what their city has to offer.

I previously uploaded a similar video of our hike to Hyangilam Temple. The video could be used as a public relations tactic to attract people to the spiritual and beautiful views. After watching the video, potential visitors may continue to do more research and eventually make the trip up the stairs.

In general, It seems that the internet is a great tool to use in public relations, not just when it comes to tourism. There are so many possibilities and so many publics that can be reached with a few simple clicks.
