Hit and Run Bluestem Outdoor Services LLC vs 2 Sisters

On Thursday, July 23, 2024, my sister Diane Vorhis was returning from Arch Point Dentistry in Dallas Texas.  Driving Southbound on Beltline in Irving, Tx. She took the exit to 183 West towards Hurst, around 5:30pm.  

Diane was in a center lane when a white 4 door Chevrolet, pickup truck, hauling a large trailer, with outdoor equipment, started drifting into her lane.  Due to traffic, Diane was unable to change lanes.  Diane honked as the truck and trailer came into her lane and hit the front passenger side of my Honda CRV.  

The truck then took the HWY 10 exit into Euless.  Diane continued to follow the truck.   For the next 3 miles, honking and flashing her headlights, trying to get him to pull over.  The truck finally came to a stop at the traffic light, at the intersection of Hwy 10 and Westpark Way.

Diane pulled into the left-hand turn lane next to the driver.  With her passenger side window down on the Honda, Diane motioned to the truck driver to roll his window down.  She yelled, YOU HIT MY CAR!.  The driver responded, I didn’t see you.  Diane motioned for him to pull over as she yelled, I KNOW, YOU HIT ME!  Pullover or I’m calling the company on your truck.

When the light turned green, the driver drove off.  Diane followed taking pictures of the truck and trailer, to get the information.  The driver did not pull over.  After a mile, Diane pulled over into the Exxon station to look at the damage.

Diane got to my house.  She was upset and told me about the accident,  We looked at the damage and called the police.  I called Irving, Euless, then Ft Worth Police since it was in the Ft. Worth jurisdiction.

I shared the information from Diane and the photos, when the officer called back…  Bluestem Outdoor Services LLC, white 4 door Chevrolet truck Lic. #RTN-7968.   Report # 23057605. Detective Matt Pearce was assigned to the case,

I looked up the company and sent a message via the company email system, letting them know about the accident.  I would hear back from Donnie Jacobs, the following day.

I spoke w Donnie Jacobs and confirmed the time line and lacation of accident. Text messages folloowed......

I would later hear from Donnie's partner Chad Salyer.

I met w Chad who was nice until I told him I want to keep my appointment w Caliber Collision, to hear what they have to say. He then raised his voice and said he knows what they'll say, you need a new bumper. I'll pay for this right here, I'm not paying for anything else. I Took that as a threat, which is exactly what he did.

I haven't mentioned the Detective who was assigned....oh boy, that a useless man. He was so bad I filed a complaint with the Ft. Worth Police. I knew nothing would come of it, they are busy shooting innocent people in their home.

Another reason I want more Addams Family with the 90s cast is I think it would be so nice to see Morticia uncorseted and aging gracefully. I don't think she'd go full Grandmama but do you really think an Addams is afraid of wrinkles and cellulite?

Look me in the eye and tell me Anjelica Huston doesn't still have it.
