14 inch laptops are very nice okay. i love my lenovo ideapad l3 to bits but holy fuck lugging it around campus is an ordeal. i search 13 inch laptops. macbook air. i stoutly refuse to even consider switching to the mac os. asus proart px13. i do not need allat in terms of specs. dell xps 13. the keyboard is hideous i cannot let that be the instrument through which i create. i will never ever use an hp, my mother suffers the despair of Hinges every day. i am losing hope.

Did I drop like twenty dollars on an ancient ass e-ink ereader from goodwill, one that's so old the charger is circular and not a USB port and the software is unsupported now I'll have to rely on calibre? Look I was having the obsessive urge to spend money anyway so better a ten dollar (the rest was shipping) used device that still works fine and has free workarounds than like a hundred dollars on a new thing with only midling reviews like I almost did

However. Seeing Biden sending billions and billions of dollars to fund wars halfway across the globe while every single homeless shelter in my city is completely full and there's a 3+ year wait list for housing assistance is like... Well I wouldn't grieve him if he were assassinated is all

Ok so they still can't find any signs of injuries, but she does have a fever. So they're putting her on some meds stuff to hopefully help with that, and if she's not better by next Thursday, we're gonna do some blood tests for her. They think she has a virus, Could be the same one that gave June her cold earlier this month, but a different manifestation of it. So here's hoping the meds help her!!! It's the same stuff that the emergency vet gave me, except this time double checked to ensure that I don't get empty capsules (bc for some reason the packets come with half of them empty??? Weird af). And also a fluids thing that will help her in the short run with hydration and fever. She's a grumpy kitty for being manhandled so much (as much as Tally can get grumpy) but as soon as we got home, she jumped up to eat some dry food, which I think is a good sign!!! God Willing, she can beat this virus and get her health back up to what it should be. I miss my little chaos demon.

forgot to mention this when it happened but i ended up showing my mum The Gang Gives Frank An Intervention (she found it funny but was so disgusted by the scene where Mac and Frank are walking outside and Frank throws up on himself that she almost threw up and had to look away while still laughing), Charlie Work (got a few laughs as it is a very overall inoffensive episode and she was even engaged enough to ask questions), and Dee Day. she absolutely loved Dee Day to the point where it is probably her favorite. she was laughing hysterically thru it. she loved that Dee got the last laugh against the guys. she hates the show but she genuinely enjoyed that episode and would watch it again.
