Healthy Eating: I’m often asked what I eat generally. This is usually what I take to the office for lunch. I don’t do McDonalds, KFC, Pizza or take-away food in general, as I want to have total control over what I put in my body. One of the reasons why it’s so difficult for me to get a girlfriend and find myself a life-partner, however I take great pride in living a healthy lifestyle. No oil, no fat, no butter. I start off with frozen Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts, all very nutritious and rich in food fibre. Accompanied with chicken fillets, which sometimes I change around and use turkey, beef or pork, it’s cooked in my air-fryer for about 20 minutes, sprinkled with some dried garlic and onion flakes, seasoned with “Masterfoods Season All” and a sprinkle of Maggi. Absolutely delicious. No fat. No butter. No oil. I have always been into fitness, I love it. But unfortunately when I was doing a Personal Training coarse years ago it was when I started to really struggle with my health. For anyone who has ever had candida/ gut health issues will know it comes with a heap of side effects like lack of energy and brain fog, and about a hundred other things that makes you feel like you are falling apart 😫 So I stopped working out and didn't finish the coarse, I lost interest in fitness and started to focus more on my diet instead, I became fully plant based. I still did fasted walks but I stopped Hiit workouts, resistance training and I stopped practicing Muay Thai 😫 I was a 100% focused on diet, I fixed all of my health problems but I still didn't feel at optimal health. But I realize now that you can't really have one without the other. Diet, exercise and rest and all important. Working out may feel like a task at the end of the day or waking up early before work but exercise actually increases your energy! And That's not all folks.... 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 Stress relief ✅ Digestion ✅ Helps aid depression and anxiety ✅ Boosts self confidence ✅ Injury prevention by strengthening muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments ✅ Metabolic Efficiency ✅ Better sleep ✅ Decreases risk of coronary disease ✅ Improves balance, Flexibility, mobility and stability ✅ Boosts chemicals in the brain that support and prevent degeneration. ✅ Increased happy feeling thanks to increase of endorphins ✅ So with all that being said, I hope everyone one is killing it with their diet and fitness goals! I know I am 🤗 and it's inspired me to enrolled back into @humanperformancecentre to finish my cert 3 & 4 in personal training. 🌱 💪🏽
