In case anyone missed this news story. Andrew Tate, known human trafficker, was wanted by Romanian authorities along with his brother, but they kept dodging arrest by always being out of the country. Until Tate suddenly decided, in all his misogyny, to target Greta Thunberg for some condescending comments. She replied with a clap back about how he was displaying small dick energy, and he tweeted back at her essentially saying "I know you are but what am I" but with a selfie attached.
Here's where it gets hilarious. He had pizza boxes from a Romanian pizza chain in the image, and it was recognised as the Tate brothers' villa. So authorities who were monitoring his social media realised they was there and hurried to arrest them.
He got taken down because he got so mad at a teenage girl insulting him, after he had gone out of his way to provoke her, that he accidentally doxxed himself and is now going to be prosecuted for his crimes.
What a lovely way to end the year.

Andrew Tate has some explaining to do! This is not the first time this has happened either, as one of the alleged victims was a US citizen!
The brothers, who run an adult entertainment camera service, will be detained for 24 hours alongside two Romanian suspects, prosecutors from the anti-organized crime unit said in a statement after raiding their properties in Bucharest, Reuters reports.
“The four suspects … appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost,” prosecutors stated. […]
The villa was first raided in April 2022, after Romanian police received a report of a woman being held against her will at the home, according to the Daily Beast. At the time no arrests were made, but authorities said the investigation was ongoing; police reported finding one American woman and one Romanian woman in the villa. At the time, a spokesperson for the U.S State Department said they were “aware of reports of a U.S. citizen held against their will in Romania, ”but had no further comment.” The brothers were not arrested during this incident.
Be sure to read the whole article upon Rolling Stone! I sense a pattern of kidnapping & abuse here, & if true I pray justice is service against these vile humans.
Also anyone associated with them would be wise to cut off contact, lest they lose their livelihood as women worldwide will not suffer this to pass without consequence.
Interesting Note: Ironically Andrew Tate was caught due to harassing another woman online.
Ironically police were able to catch Andrew Tate because of the Pizza he ordered which was revealed in a vulgar tweet.

Notes from Tokyo Vice: An American Reporter on the Police Beat in Japan by Jake Adelstein
note: take book with grain of salt as author is greatly self-aggrandizing, but provides some nice color on yakuza
many yakuza prefer to be called 'gokudo' (the ultimate path)
shobadai - slang for protection money paid to the yakuza
"Santa Fe was a book of nude photos of the popular actress Rie Miyazawa" that showed her pubic hair. When authorities didn't pursue the book for breaking obscenity laws based on the photos' "artistic qualities" it opened the floodgates to the relaxing of those policies enjoyed to this day
typical divisions of a police station: violent crime, white-collar, fraud, , traffic, juvenile crime, prevention, lifestyle/vice, plus an organized crime control division, which would pursue drugs, credit card fraud, and human trafficking
kind of neat - the idea of exotic animals being sold to yakuza to scare people. who would have a leashed tiger?
When someone leaves the yakuza, a letter is circulated to all members, either a hamonjo - this person is no longer in the organization, don't do business or associate with them; or a zetsuenjo - betrayer hunt this person down.
if a murdered body is found with the head facing North, that may indicate a killer feeling remorse as that's how dead bodies are laid out.
suicides remove their socks and shoes as it's rude to wear into the afterlife
There are two major types of yakuza: tekiya, low-level con artists and bakuto, the big leagues, who engage in predatory lending, human trafficking, the racket, and blackmailing corporations. They are over half Korean-Japanese and the dowa, formerly untouchable caste of Japan.
The major yakuza have lots of sub-groups that pay monthly dues. The Yamaguchi-gumi (biggest) takes in about $50M in private equity monthly and this is considered a conservative estimate.
The police don’t have the authority to wiretap, offer plea bargains, or witness protection in yakuza investigations, which limited their ability to effectively prosecute them. It’s also not illegal to be in a criminal organization.
As of 2006, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police compiled a list of ~1k front companies in greater Tokyo, 20% real estate with significant investment in securities, auditing, consulting, and other financiers.
Police sometimes call the yakuza “Realtors” lol
In 2008, a major Corporation was found to be paying over $100M USD to yakuza to remove tenants from properties they wanted to purchase (this is called jiage or land-sharking and is big because tenant laws are so protective.)
The bosses of some yakuza groups are minor celebrities and will be photographed and reported on having meetings/dinners with politicians, or will grant TV interviews!!!
Marubo cops – organized crime detectives
One business model: landsharking, moving yakuza into buildings before they can be repossessed and then buying them themselves or getting money from the original owner for the service, protection money from the sex trade, and the cash cow, extortion (specifically, shaking down business people with embarrassing secrets). They would do the same with companies in financial trouble. They would take out loans from midsize banks using the company’s real estate as collateral, but then when the company would go bankrupt, those loans would go unpaid. The Sumiyoshi-kain also ran staffing companies, loansharking, and an insurance company specializing in false claims to rip off real insurance companies. A collection agency for recovering bad debts for real loan companies. Pawnshops for trafficked goods. A talent agency for porn (paid well not coerced). Transportation and security for large events. Take construction contracts and then subcontract out, pocketing the difference. Set up a fake political org for the tax break and a way to launder money. Have your extortees pay to receive your newsletter.
kabukicho was the undisputed red light district of tokyo before it got partially cleaned up following the 2001 fire of the Myojo 56 building where 40+ people died. It is speculated that the yakuza burnt it down after not being paid its protection money by the mahjong parlor inside.
At least in 1999 during the time of this book, a reporter tells him: "Nine times out of ten, no matter how much it looks like a murder, the Shinjuku police will write it up as a case of assault resulting in death - manslaughter? Why? So they don't have to launch a full investigation." Murders of 'low-lifes' not deemed newsworthy. What WAS newsworthy was anything involving someone famous, a civilian, or a teenager. Maybe a brewing gang war.
The reason the anti prostitution law is on the books is to protect girls who were being sold into sexual slavery after the war. That's why they only go after the pimps and owners, not the girls.
one thing to track is i keep writing big clubs, when i should go smaller, seedier, and more participatory. one stage, men using vibrators on the fully naked dancer. also kinkier: more costumes, piss play, the works.
downtown there are typical haunts where the yakuza hang out near their offices, where they get coffee and shoot the shit. and it's not one organization, but all of them.
lots of young girls (high school to college) get addicted to the host clubs and run up a big tab at which point they get redirected into becoming hostesses or joining the sex trade themselves. these are usually unlicensed clubs that have no police protection and are therefore easy marks for the yakuza. a good host club makes about $300k a year in 1999; the legit hosts can make big money too, think $6-10k a month not including gifts. hosts and hostesses often frequent each other's places when they get off work, so they're often busiest at like 4am/late late hours.
Roppongi is known for its foreigners. The place to go if Japanese people and foreigners are looking to connect (/connect!) Before the bubble burst, Roppongi was known for its highbrow establishments, but it's gone sleazy with big clubs, drugs, and all the typical sex trade establishments. It's nicknamed "High-Touch Town"
Because yakuza bosses can be held liable (and sued) for the crimes of their subordinates, when someone gets collared, it's typical to throw them out of the org (at least on the surface) claiming they were just a bad egg to limit liability. Yakuza will also sue newspapers and other organizations that call their businesses fronts or old members yakuza. Very good lawyers.
money laundering - hostess clubs and sex parlors (have your employees act as regulars and pay there); donations to religious organizations you run from the profits, own restaurants, r&r spots, and more and have your employees go there with the profits.
there are legal limits on interest rates for consumer loans, but yakuza loan sharks obviously go way above that. keep database of all customers at one establishment to see when the loan is falling behind, and then reach out from one of your other loan offices to offer a loan with even higher interest rates to double prey upon your victims.
more swords as weapons since gun use penalties are so high!
not uncommon for yakuza to own the movie studios making yakuza films which has promise as a funny detail; also more chopped fingers, toes transplanted as fake fingers, etc.
Tokarev - Russian guns popular in the 90s with yakuza
"that's why we farm out the dirty work to the Chinese and the Iranians. If they get caught, they don't talk and they just get deproted."
control the media by running the top talent agencies and denying them access to top entertainment talent if they publish unfavorable reporting

Anyone who's reading this post, please be careful on public transit. In this case the NYC subways, because nowadays that city is practically unlivable for decent hard working people because of the surging crime that no one is stopping. This is literally is trafficking like behavior. Unless they're vloggers or something it's pretty fishy these two guys are filming people in this subway cart.

Human Trafficking is an extremely prevalent issue that is happening in the United States. Human Trafficking affects almost every aspect of life. It is definitely the “issue” that affects our country the most and affects everyone in the United States and around the globe. Despite the fact that Human Trafficking has a tremendously huge impact on our country. There are very little laws that protect victims, and information on this subject is almost nonexistent. This needs to change. Information on this subject is critical to the United States and so is more research on all the different aspects of our lives that this prevalent issue affects. Laws need to be clear, specific, and well defined. There needs to be more laws created to protect victims of human trafficking so that people can lead safe healthy lifestyles without the burden of modern day slavery. Information needs to be readily available to the public so that society can be more educated on why this issue affects our country in so many ways. It doesn’t only affect victims, but it also affects the rest of our nation. This is affecting our quality of life and our economy and there is no accurate information available anywhere to be educated on the issue. I encourage people that read this to look up this information, but also to pay attention to your cities and take note on how Human Trafficking could be impacting the economy. The amount of people suffering in the United States and all around the globe because of this issue and the lack of attention is an extremely large number and that needs to change.

Be careful out there! Don't click sketchy links. Don't go to remote places alone. Be careful going out after dark alone (it's better to go with other people). Be careful who you trust, even if you're dating or you think you know them well. Be careful going to someone else's house, especially alone. Make sure someone gets inside their house when you drop them off before you leave. Keep your doors AND WINDOWS locked, even on upper stories and including car doors (Doesn't hurt to check the back seat before you get into the front either). NEVER LET SOMEONE SHAME YOU INTO NOT LOCKING YOUR DOORS!
Make sure someone you trust, ie a roommate, family member, etc, knows where you are going and about when you should be getting back. Check in with people regularly, and have them check in with you. Let them know asap if there's a change in plans or location. Get addresses and license plate numbers and car descriptions to your safety person. Don't get into the car with someone unless you are 100% sure it will be a safe situation.
Carry with you a means of self defense even if you don't think you'll need it or you think you can trust the person you're with. And learn some self defense moves, even if they're just really basic. Keep your phone charged and keep relevant antivirus software.
Be careful posting on social media--don't post while you're at a place, post after, or people will know where they can find you. And don't post places you go regularly or on a schedule because then people will know where to find you. You don't always know who might be following you on social media. If you get a friend request from a friend who you already have, it's probably a scam account, let your friend know.
Stay informed. Be careful. Will it sometimes be overkill? Probably. Probably most the time, even. But it's the time that it isn't that will get you and you'll wish you had take precautions.
If it happens to someone, it can happen to you. Never let anyone shame you into not keeping yourself safe. The cautious bird doesn't get kidnapped by sex traffickers (or at least decreases the likelihood by a lot).
WARNING!!!!
People, please be careful. There are also people tracking children and people and putting bids on them based on their profile pictures on whatsapp, tracking and kidnapping them. Especially young children, so please be cautious, especially parents who have their children as their profile pictures.
Please pass this on to everyone so that they are aware of the danger. I don’t how it is all around the world but I know it can’t just be here so please please spread the word. Thank you.

Will Priti Patel’s Rwanda plan stop human trafficking?
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) issued an urgent order on Tuesday, preventing the removal of an Iraqi asylum seeker hours before his scheduled deportation from the UK to Rwanda.
The individual, who is reportedly a victim of torture, had claimed his life was in danger in Iraq and had left the country for Türkiye, from where he reached the UK after crossing the English Channel by boat.
On May 24th, British authorities rejected his asylum claim as “inadmissible” and served a “notice of intent” to relocate him to Rwanda. The Court noted the risk to the human rights of the Iraqi national in Rwanda, a country outside the jurisdiction of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Just last month, fighting erupted at the Grande Synthe camp in Dunkirk, after gangs quarreled over territory for launching their small boats into the English Channel. A witness told Le Parisien that they “heard gunshots,” which sounded like “bursts of Kalashnikovs.” Adding: “Everyone got down on the ground.”
The camp, the largest in France, is reportedly controlled by gangs, who organize territory and allocate migrants spaces on small boats. UK Border Force officials told The Times that migrants were regularly facing threats of violence, often at gun or knifepoint, if they questioned the seafaring quality of the small boats.
Richard Lederle, from the crime and financial investigations unit at the UK's Home Office, said: “It often isn’t an option of choosing to get into the boats. It will affect profit margins and business models as gangs are competing with each other.”

Ohio is a huge hotspot for trafficking. Both cities I’ve lived in, one being one of the biggest trafficking hot spots in the entire country and the other being a small, rural-suburban city on the opposite side of the state.
Knowing how bad Ohio is, especially compared to everywhere else means two things.
1.) We have a lot of trafficking and a severe trafficking issue when compared to the rest of the country.
2.) Trafficking here is being reported. Reports mean our stats will be high, but it also means people are catching it and exposing it.
I don’t think people realize how ideal such a weird state is for trafficking. Remember how I said I live in two cities that have a lot of trafficking? Well I literally live next to I-80 in both cities. No joke. I live directly next to it in on place, but less than a mine from it at the other and can hear it at all times. Yep. And I-80 I’d the longest interstate I believe. It starts well before Ohio and ends in San Francisco. Sounds pretty ideal, doesn’t? You can hit it up multiple large cities along the way in just Ohio alone. Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, Sandusky… all not too far from I-80.
And let’s not forget how relatively short of a drive it is to get from Ohio to other major cities. Toledo is less than two hours from Detroit. It’s six from Chicago. Two to Cleveland and about the same to Akron. Two to three to Columbus and those middle-of-the-state cities. We also aren’t too far from the Canadian border either.
I-80 also isn’t the only interstate. It’s just one of a few major ones that go through the state.
Between the interstates and the proximity to other large cities, it’s just sadly an ideal place for people to be trafficked. I know of a few stories from my old town even after talking to a police officer on the subject.
It’s just heartbreaking. I don’t know much, but this is what I know.
The numbers are scary, but I don’t know if they are entirely accurate. The numbers do mean that it is being reported at least. If it isn’t being reported, then we wouldn’t have so many dots. That still doesn’t take away from the issue my state does have with trafficking though.

Sharing this in hopes of raising awareness. Hoping that it will help, even if it's just a little.
Can we talk about how big a problem porn is in general for this? That a lot of people are promised xyz when going into filming porn, but when it comes down to it, barely get paid anything and can't get out, getting caught in contracts forcing them to do sexual things they don't want to? Besides, there is no way to tell if porn is done by consenting adults of their own free will, by coercion, or by sex traffickers who kidnapped and groomed/abused them into participating or film rape to advertise their victims or make money twice on a rape. That porn is used to groom victims of sex trafficking who are often minors.
Even popular porn sites don't differentiate between consensual and non consensual porn. The porn stars don't get paid hardly anything. Often even normally willing actors get coerced and pressures into doing things and with people they do not want to and are on their no list. And once they get out it is hard for them to find work. Nothing to say of all the people who feel like it's the only way they can make money to survive.
Watching porn will help the sex trafficking business. It creates demand, both for porn which has dubious or no consent and, for people who get so addicted to porn that they want more and more exciting things, prostitution, which 99/100 times is not consensual and is sex trafficking.
Can we talk about this? About what we can do to decrease sex trafficking?
Consumers are the reason any business is a business, including sex trafficking and porn. Not participating or consuming is the easiest way to help stop exploitation and human sex trafficking.
For those who want my sources:
idk maybe we should have a conversation about the difference between the very small number of women who get to do "sex work" online and by "free will" (though under leftist theory all work is coerced for survival, and thus yall should understand that sex work is coerced sex for survival) and the reality of prostitution in the entire world. which is poor women from disadvantaged classes forced to become prostitutes due to poverty, lack of edication, grooming since a young age, the worth of female-people seen historically as sex toys for men. maybe we should talk about how statistically many women who are into sex work were molested as children. maybe we should talk about how the reality of prostitution is incredibly grim - with prostitutes being raped, assaulted, murdered on a daily basis and it being one of the most dangerous jobs even in places where it is legalized. about the high rates of STDs ans also how its v hard and basically impossible to implment workplace saftey regulations. how statistically most of them have severe PTSD from their years of work and statistically between 80-90% of them wish to leave prostitution. how being offered money for sex is an incredibly degrading feeling (i would know) and how no amount of money will ever be okay to buy a women. how because germany legalized sex work now romania and bulgaria have incredibly high rates of sex trafficking (of mainly underage poor girls tho women are also just stolen off of streets) because its legalization has created more demand. maybe we should talk about how the term sex work was a propaganda campaign by pimps and the term includes them. maybe we should talk about how the vast vast majority of prostitutes are female and trans women. but yall arent ready for that conversation
