I've been holding it in but god I've decided to relisten to Taz: Suffering Game and Reunion tour after getting the graphic novel and god, the amount of titular moments they cut are just devastating, like some of them I get, but god, they should have just made them 2 seperate books, the fact they cut 2 of my absolute favorite scenes, scenes that still hit me today relistening the same way they did when I was 13, listening to this story for the first time, really hurts, they removed the whole argument in Fantasy Costco over Magnus returning to his body, the "those are the arms that have held my wife" that scene made me cry when I first heard it, and it makes me cry now, and I'm not sure if that's because it hurts, or because knowing the loss of such a beautiful story in adaptation, they should have made them 2 seperate books, I don't care if I have to pay extra for another book, I just wanted this story I love so much to feel right, and im terrified for the next book, what's the point of adapting this story if its at the cost of what makes it beautiful

((I thought about waiting closer to Sonic X Shadow Generations for this one since it would be timely. But I DO have other things planned for after that game is out that will still be pretty timely. Plus, it just seemed way too fun to have Cosmo see classic Tails not to do it soon. and relatively easy to make what with the lack of a background in the white zone

Oh and BTW although it seems Cosmo takes Cream's place in the game. I think it'd make just as much sense that she's simply rescued after Seaside Hill instead. That way there can also be a heartwarming Team Rose reunion. And then either one of the Chaotix is left out or saved at the exact time as another member))

Billy trust event Rank 3 spoilers!

So he asks you to help find out who the Crimson Rider is, after seeing a super fast motorbike passing by Sixth Street. Apparently it dredges up memories from Billy's past! Our little Starlight used to be a biker out in the Outer Ring :000 He doesn't say if he was ever involved in a gang though! Its is kinda mentioned so maybe 👀

After, he tells you hes gonna investigate and you have to go to bed and come back to him in the morning. He confronts Enzo about being the Crimson Rider, which is denied and redirected to instead imply that BILLY is the rider.

Billy is actually pretty sweet here and drops it, saying he actually has a lot of respect for Enzo "because I'm a robot, I really appreciate guys like you".

It was really sweet to see the Starlight Knight obsession crack a little and im excited for his Rank 4 trust!!! Also for whenever the next story patch drops, hopefully a little more is talked about 'the outer ring', since so far post chapter 3/ rank 3 trusts have mentioned it a LOT.
