At the moment there is no known way for me to get back to my universe/home. At least Danny has been helping me get used to this place at the time being.

Best of Marvel: Week of January 30th, 2019
Best of this Week: Black Panther Vs. Deadpool #4
This crossover is breaking me.
In wrestling, there is a term for a perpetual perpetual loser called a jobber. There are also wrestlers who parody other wrestlers, but still remain jobbers, one such being Gillberg, parody of Goldberg. There are also babyface superstars like John Cena; widely recognized heroes that can overcome all odds and are respected and protected by their company.
This mini-series and this issue specifically, can directly be compared to John Cena losing to Gillberg, clean, at Wrestlemania. That's how badly Black Panther is being embarrassed here. It's really mesmerizing.
And some might say, “Deadpool's not a jobber, he's main event material!” I disagree when it comes to zanypool.
For the last three issues, Black Panther had been getting the best of Deadpool, kicking him out of Wakanda after nullifying his healing factor in the stump where his arm used to be, but giving him a chance after Jack O'lantern attacks a Wakandan citizen and they team up to stop him. Deadpool shoots Jack square in the face, killing him. Black Panther loses it, decapitating Deadpool and leaving him as only a head so that he doesn't mess anything up.
Deadpool annoys the hell out of Panther as he prepares to have Deadpool stand trial for murder on Wakandan soil and DP SOMEHOW manages to sneak a deadman switch bomb into one of his belt pockets. T'Challa, frantically searching for it, gets blown away by it and Deadpool escapes, finding The Wrecker’s crowbar in the room coincidentally.
He teleports to a room with another Black Panther armor that bonds to him and teleports again to fight T'Challa only to escape to the Great Mound of Vibranium. He intended to only take an inch of it to save his friend, but plays around with the Magical Crowbar and the teleportation belt…
He steals The Mound and takes it to New Jersey.
I don't quite have the words to describe how bad this makes Black Panther look. He's fought and beaten Deadpool with ease once before and here… he just… he looks like the BIGGEST fool, especially in his crisis-of-faith subplot, where he doesn't know if he's truly fit to rule Wakanda. Maybe it's because I like to see T'Challa lose his cool against the horrendously annoying Deadpool, but to see him become progressively angrier and angrier is a breath of fresh air from the bastard.
Maybe this will actually be canon and he can shake some of the chip on his shoulder off, knowing that Deadpool outsmarted (really out-stupid-ed) him. Maybe he'll swallow his pride and share the secret to eternal life that he found because of Deadpool (he won't) or maybe the next issue will just be T'Challa, red-eyed with rage at how much of an idiot Deadpool made him appear to be.

There are vast differences between Earth 616 and the Old Man Logan-Verse at this point in time or at the very least by the time Old Man Logan appeared in it.
Runner Up: Dead Man Logan #3 - Ed Brisson, Mike Henderson and Nolan Woodard
There was an entire arc where he tried his best to prevent hs timeline from happening, but Bruce Banner was no longer Hulk, I think Mysterio was lost in 2099 at that point before returning later, Steve Rogers was Captain America again, there was another Hawkeye and most importantly, young Logan was dead. He believed the world was safe after much convincing and had  heroic and brutal adventures in this timeline that didn’t have the horrible destruction of his world, but it always remained in the back of his mind. After his last horrific fight with the Maestro, Old Man Logan was ready to kick the bucket and at the same time, Miss Sinister began scheming to make the Logan-verse the new reality.
She managed to convince Mysterio out of retirement after he’d come back to Earth 616 a while back and plotted with the last remnants of Hydra, including Sin and Crossbones, to use Old Man Logan to kill the superheroes on this Earth.
Unfortunately, Sin played her hand far too early by testing the mind control on Logan, making him think that a random citizen was Mysterio and having him take on The Avengers. Logan held his own for a little while against them, but loses after the X-Men make the save with a fail safe that he’d given them just n case this were to happen.
Hat makes this so good is that Logan is so fearful of his timeline, that he’s prepared the X-Men on what to do in case things go horribly wrong again and he can’t stop himself. Not only that, but he only JUST held his own against the Avengers. She Hulk had him down for a bit and with the way that his healing factor had been failing him, he likely would have gotten tuckered out at some point during the fight anyway. At the same time though, Sin sees this as a great success and muses that it doesn’t have to be Logan that they use, it could be Thor or Captain Marvel or any other heavy hitter that could do even more damage and that’s truly what we should be afraid of.
This is only the third issue of this maxi-series and I can’t wait for it to continue down this path and see how much Logan will fight to protect this world until his last breath. High recommend.

To Danny, how did you feel when you first met John?
Pretty confused!!! I, uh, wasn't really expecting to walk back out of the portal, and then he was just there with me! Not really sure how it works yet... I love like having him around though!! :D

for the DP crossover: what happened to everyone who was in your old timeline John?
Last I saw, they all died. Well I like to think at least one survived, after the "game" got scratched up. Since I am somehow alive. If at least one survived then I hope they are doing as well as they can there. I very much miss them...
