Mind Chatters
Well, its pretty normal and we all have experienced that our mind never stops. It thinks about certain and uncertain things, assumes, judges, motivates, feels embarrassed and what not. There are lot of emotions that are triggered as per the content of mind. It chatters all the time. Many a times, I have experienced myself lost in thoughts. Coming out of one thought and indulging in another. Planning about career, health, financial status, and then fears about what if it would not go as I think and then what I'll be doing afterwards. I have been through these kind of thoughts on loops(repeated pattern). Sometimes I even felt depressed thinking about my past and then comparing those days with the present. O man!! it never stops and suddenly I find myself low on energy and tired. Apart from that it sounds so weird that at times I worry about my worries. I am worried that why am I worrying so much? So this is how mind chatters as per my experiences. I believe this is the reason why is it called monkey mind. So all I wanna say here is that we all must accept a fact mind chatters all the time, though one can control it through meditation and other techniques.

To know how to control your mind, you first need to alter your thought patterns. To put it in another way, your mind has been working along with the mind programming you have already created, and so, as you change your pattern, your new pattern will also be created. In other words, you have been programmed by what you have already created.
