i do find it funny that when i first played Armored Core 6 i didn't quite get the like Rusty/Raven shipping or whatever and now like a year later when i'm entering dangerous levels of brainrot with this game and i first got to the Liberator ending again, i heard his "you're out of luck. there's only one person who can keep up with me" line and immediately went "oh he wants to fuck that weird little freak so bad it makes him look stupid"

I really think that when Jon realized he was starting to actually like Martin he treated it like a symptom of some horrible disease.
