-XOXOX-
On Dragon’s Edge, there’s this cliff a little walk away from the base that the Riders go to hold bonfires. Tonight, they hold Hiccup’s first since his return.
There’s a pit dug into the ground for the wood and fire with sizable stones that circle the edge. Four thick logs, kept from rolling away by dirt and more rocks on both sides at each end, lie at each of the four directions of the wind. Every single Rider is here, Stoick and Gobber are out on patrol. They’re roasting pork on the fire and it’s close to done.
Hiccup can’t help the excitement he feels. He’s going to eat roasted pork! None of the tasteless gruel meant to keep him fed and healthy without putting much effort into his meals. The stench of it fills his currently overly sensitive nose and he can’t even hate it. Pregnancy makes his stomach churn and yet he feels his mouth watering all at once.
No attention is paid to Hiccup and he’s grateful for that, happy to just be sitting here between Toothless and Astrid and watch until dinner is ready.
They’re laughing. His friends are making jokes and laughing and it’s a relief to hear. There wasn’t much laughter on the ship, not a lot of light either down in his cell and certainly no warmth. The location of the dungeon was so close to the ocean that the dampness tended to seep up through the floor, taking with it the cold.
But there is none of that here, none at all.
And when… Since when did he have such soft clothes?
He can’t stop playing with them, pulling the sleeves over the palms of his hands and the collar over his chin, rubbing the fabric between his thumb and index finger. And if anybody notices him trying to cocoon himself inside his woolen tunic, they’re not commenting on it.
They’re warm around his body, even his undertunic glides across his fresh scars like water and he can’t remember his toes ever being this warm the last time he wore a boot. Even his woolen pants isn’t uncomfortable. Nothing itches the blemishes on his skin or the most sensitive and intimate parts of his body. Without his bindings, the beige linen had scratched and scratched in a way Ryker and other Hunters found amusing.
He got used to their snickers, to their comments. Why else would he just so casually expose himself to a platonic friend who had never seen him in even his undertunic before?
He almost didn’t wear his bindings, until Heather caught him leaving his hut without them and snuck him back inside to privately let him know he forgot to wear it. No judgment in her tone, not even any worry, not a hint of what she may be thinking of him. She simply told him, gave him the opportunity to correct himself and then they went on their merry way and forgot about it.
Astrid had noticed, however. Without trying to draw attention to him as he stood there, wondering what he’s meant to do now, she motioned over her own chest in a flattening motion and then gave him a thumbs up. And he had looked down at himself, realizing that this is the sight they’re used to. Completely flat.
Then, Astrid patted the dirt next to her with a sympethatic and small smile, noticing his apparent indecisiveness, and now, here he sits.
Wearing his bindings hasn’t been a bother, though he certainly expected it to be. Instead they almost feel like a shield around him and he isn’t sure how he could’ve spend a single day with the Hunters without them. His breasts feel a little sore, one more nail in his baby-shaped coffin, but he can’t even be annoyed.
His flat chest is right. It is right.
His warm, soft and comfortable layers wrap around him and they feel right.

ik you enjoy back to back pregnancies and multiples so what abt a mishap of science or magic or smth where a boy ends up able to get knocked up again when he’s Already swollen w a baby or three? thinking it’s just growth spurts for the babies already in his womb until he goes in for his next appointment and has at least doubled if not tripled how many he’s carrying
YES he was planning on having a lil average family, just one to three kids or so with a few years between each, some semblance of a quiet normal life, so he was definitely thrown for a loop when he found out he was having triplets. he tried not to let it bother him much - after all, three kids was within his ideal range, and getting all the births over with in one go wasn't necessarily a bad thing. he'd just have his hands a little full, that was all. the growth that came with carrying triplets was certainly a bit much for him too - the skin on his chest, hips, thighs, and especially his belly was smattered with stretch marks that only deepened and itched more as the weeks crawled on. and of course there was his chest, which had gone up several cup sizes and gained a sensitivity like nothing the boy had ever felt before. his new curves caught him off guard, but nothing was quite as cumbersome as that baby bump of his. he wasn't used to the space it took up, and always found himself bumping things and knocking them over with his belly, unable to move around in quite the same way he did before his stomach ballooned up. the changing center of gravity also proved burdensome, and he often had to cradle his hefty belly and shift his poses in all sorts of ways just to find some relief and acclimate himself to his considerable new weight. of course, his husband took good care of him through it all, but the couple would soon be thrown for yet another - and even bigger - loop.
both boys watched their doctor do a double take during the ultrasound, murmuring in confusion to herself and staring at the screen in disbelief. the boys hear her muttering something along the lines of 'that can't be right, i must have miscounted...' before nervously shuffling out of the room to convene with her colleagues while the boys looked on, oblivious.
they went home from their appointment with more questions than answers - the doctors told them there were more babies growing in the boy's womb than initially believed - but they hadn't been there from the beginning, and they weren't even quite sure how many in total the boy was gestating now.
the next appointment, much to the confusion and terror of both the doctor and the patient, was quite the same. more new little dots found on the ultrasound, more little ones seemingly added to the pregnant boy's already massive belly. the doctors had never seen anything like it, and all they could do was assume each additional batch of babies would be born in an additional nine months. realizing how long this meant he'd be staying pregnant, the boy cursed himself for all the sex he'd been having with his husband during the pregnancy - he figured there would be no risk since he was already pregnant, but it clearly added up.
by the time his first due date - the original one - came, the boy has utterly gargantuan. his womb was absolutely packed with several litters, all at different stages, and given what a poor job his husband had been doing of staying off him, there were likely still even more newly conceived babies growing undiscovered inside him. after he had birthed his triplets, his belly had barely gotten visibly smaller. he blushed in embarrassment as he remembered less than a year prior, when he had fantasized about a small, perfectly normal family.
that fantasy was gone now - the boy had enough litters inside him to stay consistently birthing every nine months for years to come, and despite the circumstances, he and his husband never quite seemed to learn their lesson - the doctors discovered new babies at every appointment, and the poor swollen boy's husband was fucking still even more into him on a near daily basis. doing the math and trying to figure out how many children the boy was growing in his obscenely enormous pregnant belly, or how long he'd be pregnant for, only made the couple's heads hurt, so they decided to throw caution to the wind and stop keeping track entirely. after all, he was already so pregnant, what difference would a few more make at this point?
only one thing was for sure - the boy would be spending the rest of his life unfathomably pregnant without a single break, his numerous brood constantly expanding - and he would only get bigger.
and as it turns out, he enjoys this far more than his initial plan.

Oh Endy. I missed you, friend ;)
I know your life has been all about babies these past few months, and since I want you to come back sharp, I have a special request.
All of Jojo's main characters reacting to learning that their S/O is pregnant with their child! (if it gets too big, you can exclude the antagonists from part 2, Kira, Diavolo, Doppio and Pucci if you want).
Good luck <3
— Sky
Oh fuck yes
The characters that were discarded may come to complement a part 2 later (although I think there are too few to make a second part)
Tumblr media
🪷 (Almost) all JOJO characters reacting to their pregnant S/O ···
Fluff · Pregnancy · marriage · Mentions of neglect and forced pregnancy · most are cute
Tumblr media
A lot of idiots trying to be responsible after the cut!
Tumblr media
Jonathan
He always wanted to be a father, always dreamed of having a family and that was a constant conversation between the couple. Which is why, when he found out that his S/O was pregnant with his baby, he felt as fulfilled as one can feel, as if the news had quelled an itch he didn't even know he had.
Dio
Being who Dio is, it's hard to know what he's thinking when he finds out he's going to be a father. He will be absent throughout the pregnancy and will hardly bring up the subject when he is private with his S/O: on the one hand, it can be a relief, as he is an unpredictable guy and there is no way to know if he will cope well with certain subjects, but his S/O will have to deal with painful loneliness and the feeling that she is being used as an adornment to maintain a good image for the patriarchal society of the time.
Joseph
He's excited about being called a dad, despite having a few insecurities snaking through his mind from time to time.
Caesar
As sweet and sweet as Jonathan, the only visible difference is that Caesar, in fact, never thought about becoming a father. This leads to several internal crises during the gestation period that make him more reclusive and distant from his S/O. If she can help him, even if he refuses to help, he might warm up to the idea faster.
Kakyoin
The idea of having a child with someone he loves sounds as playful as a book of fairy tales to this man. It's something he never thought would happen, and yet here he was, dealing with all the weird feelings that came with the reality of now being a father.
Kakyoin will be haunted by the same conflicting thoughts as Caesar and, although to a lesser extent, they can make him feel insecure about being a good father. His S/O needs to have some patience with him during this time.
Polnareff
He dreamed of having a baby, that's obvious, just as he dreamed of living in a castle or having a pet unicorn: they were nothing but fanciful thoughts and, like those children created in the height of their innocence, it were far from becoming reality. Or at least he thought so.
Of all the previous ones, Polnareff seems the most euphoric about being a father. This is part of an almost romanticized idealization of caring for a baby. Laughter, toys, bottles, dirty diapers, completely ignoring the sleepless nights and suffocating worries while the child is drunk with a fever for no apparent reason. It's fine to let him live out his fantasy as long as he can keep it.
Avdol
Deep down, he always knew that he would be a good father: he is good with children and is usually able to gain their trust very easily, however, it is difficult to know how to act when the baby is yours, your responsibility and from nobody else. He'll do just fine, though.
Jotaro
He will be distant once he finds out about the pregnancy. It was to be expected, seeing as his S/O deals with him on a daily basis: she is expected to understand that he is not displeased with the news at all. It's just his way of handling this situation, just like he always has. She can, however, feel him rest his hand just below her navel during the night and he will be more attentive to any signs that his S/O is feeling unwell.
Josuke
There are many knots embedded in the back of this man's head. A confused bunch of knots that cause thoughts just as confusing, crowding more and more until it becomes a mess almost impossible to untie alone.
He feels desperate and confused and scared, like a child hearing a noise coming from inside a closet. There is uncertainty as to whether he will make the same mistakes his father made in the past, although both know that such a hypothesis is practically impossible. Nobody can blame him, after all, his history with "parents" is about as controversial as it gets.
The good thing about Josuke is that he simply refuses to step away from the situation to deal with his insecurities, as his S/O doesn't have the same privilege. This makes it easier to get inside his head to untangle the knots, calmly, line by line, until there are none left.
Koichi
Having the same reaction as Josuke, the only difference is that Koichi's insecurities are not as deep and difficult to deal with as his friend's, lasting only a few weeks and needing only a few positive words to completely subside.
Okuyasu
There are two alternatives for this guy: Either he becomes the happiest person in the world or he ends up panicking and hiding under the bed. One option can lead to another and vice versa, depending on the situation he finds himself in.
Overall, he's scared: babies are scary! With those soft little bodies and erratic movements, completely fragile and dependent on other people. He doesn't think he's ready to take care of a baby, especially when he knows he can't even take care of a flower without it dying in less than two days. There's a lot in his hands now.
Rohan
Family was never a recurring thought during Rohan's life. To be honest with himself, he never thought this was capable of happening until he started having a relationship with his S/O. In general, he welcomes the news: there is a certain apathy coming from the fear of leaving the peaceful life he has been leading in recent months. It's almost agonizing to let the tranquility of the house be replaced by the loud cries, the crash of toys falling to the floor, the thud of little feet on the carpet and the infernal sound of those repetitive children's programs. He'll have to get used to it eventually anyway.
Giorno
It's a strange feeling given that he feels he was aware of his S/O's pregnancy the whole time. It was like if, before the little fetus took human form, when they were barely the size of a cranberry. Or even longer, even before he met his S/O, when he was still a child, he already knew that the baby was there, quietly, just waiting for the right moment to be discovered. It's like a crack in the living room wallpaper: when you notice it for the first time, you realize it's always been there, like a stain, permeating even the smallest of memories. It's a confusing concept for him and especially for his S/O, but there's not much time to think about it when there's so much to plan and so little time to do.
Buccelati
So similar to Giorno, he feels he was super aware of the baby his entire life, making him realize what his S/O has been wanting to tell him before she gets the chance. He's actually sweet, even though he's spoiled any reveal idea she's had.
Abbacchio
He will be the first one who coldly rejects the child during the entire pregnancy. He could never, under any circumstances, become responsible for a life: he barely knows how to take care of himself, let alone take care of such a fragile and dependent creature, it's just reckless to think that he would be able to.
This tends to change when he comes into contact with the baby for the first time. The flushed face, the narrowed eyes full of life, the messy hair dirty with amniotic fluid, are just some of the excuses to say that he ended up falling in love with the existence of that baby. It's as if his world is protected by the child's little arms and the child is comfortably protected in his arms.
Narancia
Almost like Polnareff, the boy is taken by a naive happiness, taken by the idea of having a normal life with his S/O. Obviously, he is inexperienced with being responsible for someone else's life, but this is far from intimidating or fearful. His S/O is lucky to have him as a partner, he will be a good father.
Fugo
He will panic at first, and his thoughts don't stray too far from Abbacchio's, after all, Fugo doesn't have good influences when it comes to family. He forces himself to put his thoughts in order, however, and will focus on an alternative focused on the well-being of both of them. There is nothing to worry about, as the most serious thing that can come out of these daydreams is a marriage proposal and a genuinely frank conversation.
Mista
Impressively, Mista is calm about the news. This does not mean that he is unhappy or apathetic: On the contrary, he is radiant! There's just something inside him that advises him to take it easy, step by step. This could be the effect of the super consciousness that affected the others, but it's likely just Mista being a responsible adult. He needs this, after all, he's going to be a father soon.
Anasui
There are so many variables about Anasui that it becomes difficult to know how he would react to hearing the news: in the most extreme cases, it's safe to say that he planned to impregnate his S/O, which makes his reaction inexplicably morbid, yet genuinely happy. However, in more stable circumstances, he will act like a normal person, excited to know that he will start a family with the ones he loves: there are no insecurities of any kind that he has to deal with, much less ghosts from the past to expose so that things go well , just pure, suffocating happiness running through your blood.
Weather Report
There are so many things to sort out before even thinking about having a baby with this guy, yet there are so many of these conflicts that can be sealed with just the news of the pregnancy, like a double-edged sword.
There's not much reason for him to be upset about the baby: In the end, he's more likely to see the child as a sliver of hope that will allow him to be reborn, quite literally, to a more peaceful life. It's far from being that easy, he certainly knows that: it's not simple to overcome the events of a lifetime, although having the will to try is a big step that few would have the courage to take.
Johnny
The first sensation he can identify is relief. Not the usual relief you feel when you get something you wanted, but rather like the weight of the world has been lifted off his shoulders. It's a peaceful, calming feeling, and it gives you almost nothing to cry about.
This feeling comes, in parts, not from the emotion of becoming a father, but from the happiness of having his life, stagnant for years in a single event, back in his hands. It's like he's got a new chance to keep living, this time with the right people, the right way. He will definitely not waste this chance.
Gyro
Incredibly, the quietest of all. He's happy with the news, of course, and even a little scared (stepping out of his comfort zone scares him), but if he and his S/O are in a stable relationship, it was inevitable that a baby would come sooner or later. later. afternoon. Maybe he's just used to the idea, or maybe the penny hasn't dropped yet.
Diego
The situation is almost the same as his counterpart, except that there is still a certain humanity in his heart that makes him more sensitive to the idea of having a baby. He definitely won't put his concern into words, but the affectionate gestures in disguise are there to demonstrate that he's there all the time. He loves his S/O, and will most certainly learn to love his child, perhaps even more than his mother ever loved him.
Valentine
Definitely planned and there is no surprise to hear the news. Honestly, there's an emotional part buried deep within him that shows a certain glee, but his rational part acts like the baby is nothing but presidential business. That doesn't mean he won't be a good father, though.

Best Skincare Tips for Stretch Marks During Pregnancy
Understanding Stretch Marks During Pregnancy
Stretch marks, scientifically known as striae, occur when the skin stretches rapidly due to growth or weight changes. During pregnancy, the skin around the abdomen, thighs, hips, and breasts often stretches to accommodate the growing baby. This rapid stretching causes tiny tears in the skin's underlying layer, resulting in stretch marks.
While genetics play a significant role in whether or not you will develop stretch marks, taking proper care of your skin can minimize their appearance. Hydration, moisturization, and the use of specific products such as a Pregnancy Stretch Mark Cream can help maintain skin elasticity and reduce the severity of these marks.
Why Moisturization is Key
One of the simplest yet most effective ways to prevent and reduce the appearance of stretch marks is by keeping the skin well-moisturized. Dry skin is more prone to damage and irritation, making it more likely to develop stretch marks. Moisturizing helps to improve skin elasticity, making it more resilient to the stretching forces during pregnancy.
A cream specifically designed for pregnancy-related stretch marks can help nourish the skin with ingredients like cocoa butter, shea butter, and vitamin E. These ingredients not only hydrate the skin but also provide essential nutrients that promote healing and skin regeneration. Using aPregnancy Stretch Mark Cream twice a day, especially on high-risk areas such as the abdomen and thighs, can make a big difference in how your skin reacts to the physical changes during pregnancy.
The Role of Calming Creams for Skin Comfort
In addition to stretch marks, many pregnant women experience other skin discomforts, such as itching, dryness, or sensitivity. Hormonal changes during pregnancy can make the skin more prone to irritation, and the stretching of the skin can lead to a sensation of tightness or itching. This is where products like Buds Calming Rub Cream come into play.
Calming rub creams are formulated to soothe irritated and inflamed skin. They often contain natural ingredients such as aloe vera, chamomile, and lavender, which have calming and anti-inflammatory properties. Using a calming rub can provide relief from itching and discomfort, making it easier for women to focus on the joys of pregnancy without being distracted by skin irritations.
Regular application ofBuds Calming Rub Cream can help reduce redness and swelling, creating a soothing barrier that protects the skin from external irritants. This cream can be particularly beneficial in the later stages of pregnancy when the skin is under the most stress due to rapid stretching.
How to Use a Stretch Mark Cream Effectively
To get the most out of your Pregnancy Stretch Mark Cream, it is important to apply it correctly. Here’s how you can incorporate it into your daily skincare routine:
Start Early: Begin using a stretch mark cream as soon as you find out you are pregnant, or even during the planning stages. The earlier you start, the better your chances of preventing the formation of stretch marks.
Apply on Damp Skin: After a bath or shower, when your skin is still slightly damp, apply the cream. Damp skin absorbs moisture more efficiently, allowing the ingredients to penetrate deeply into the skin layers.
Massage Gently: When applying the cream, use gentle circular motions to massage it into the skin. Massaging helps stimulate blood flow, which can enhance the skin’s ability to heal and regenerate. Focus on areas prone to stretch marks, such as your belly, hips, breasts, and thighs.
Use Regularly: Consistency is key. Apply the cream twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, to keep your skin well-hydrated and nourished throughout the day and night.
By following these steps, you will maximize the benefits of the cream and provide your skin with the nourishment it needs during pregnancy.
The Benefits of Calming Creams During Pregnancy
While stretch mark creams are focused on improving skin elasticity and preventing tears, Buds Calming Rub Cream is all about comfort. Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also bring physical discomfort. As the skin stretches, many women experience itchiness, tightness, and general discomfort in their skin.
Calming rub creams work by providing a cooling effect that instantly soothes irritation. When applied, the cream acts as a protective layer on the skin, reducing friction and preventing further irritation. This makes it ideal for areas where the skin is most sensitive, such as the belly and chest. In addition, the calming ingredients can also help reduce inflammation and redness, promoting a more even and healthy skin tone.
Incorporating a Buds Calming Rub Cream into your skincare routine can make a significant difference in how your skin feels during pregnancy. Not only does it help prevent discomfort, but it also contributes to your overall sense of well-being.
Post-Pregnancy Skin Care
After the baby arrives, many women wonder if their stretch marks will fade and how they can care for their skin during postpartum recovery. The good news is that stretch marks do tend to fade over time, changing from red or purple to a more subtle silver or white color. However, continuing to care for your skin with a Pregnancy Stretch Mark Cream can speed up the healing process and improve skin texture.
Moisturizing regularly and using creams rich in vitamins and antioxidants will help to promote skin regeneration and restore elasticity. Post-pregnancy, your skin will still need plenty of hydration as it recovers from the stretching it underwent. Don't abandon your skincare routine—by continuing to nourish your skin, you'll help it regain its firmness and smoothness faster.
Similarly, Buds Calming Rub Cream can still be beneficial after pregnancy, especially for sensitive skin that may be adjusting post-birth. It can help ease any irritation or itchiness as the skin returns to its pre-pregnancy state.

How to STOP Your Hemorrhoids from Growing
Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are swollen veins in the lower rectum and anus. They can cause discomfort, pain, and itching, and if left untreated, they may grow in size, leading to more severe symptoms. Fortunately, there are several methods you can implement to prevent your hemorrhoids from getting worse. In this blog, we’ll explore practical steps you can take to stop your hemorrhoids from growing, focusing on lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and available medical treatments.
If you’re looking for expert care, consulting a trusted proctologist like Dr. Raviram S. at Thrissur Piles Clinic, a leading piles specialist in Thrissur, can provide you with personalized treatment and advice tailored to your needs.
Understanding Hemorrhoids:
At first, a patient must comprehend the causes of hemorrhoids and the mechanism through which they arise before taking preventive measures. Arising from increased pressure on the veins around the anal region is the medical term for hemorrhoids. The pressure in question could be caused by several reasons such as:
Chronic Constipation: Straining during bowel movements can put extra pressure on the veins, leading to hemorrhoids.
Prolonged Sitting: Sitting for long periods, especially on the toilet, can increase pressure in the rectal area.
Obesity: Excess weight can put a strain on the veins in the lower rectum.
Pregnancy: The growing uterus can press on the rectal veins, causing hemorrhoids.
Heavy Lifting: Regularly lifting heavy objects can strain both the abdominal muscles and the veins in the rectum.
Understanding these factors is the first step in taking action to prevent your hemorrhoids from growing.
Lifestyle Changes to Prevent Hemorrhoid Growth:
Maintain Regular Bowel Habits:
Don’t delay bowel movements: Ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement can lead to harder stools, increasing the risk of straining.
Avoid straining: Straining puts pressure on the veins in your rectum, which can worsen hemorrhoids. Take your time during bowel movements and don’t force it.
Limit toilet time: Spending too much time on the toilet can cause blood to pool in the veins of the rectum, exacerbating hemorrhoids.
Stay Active:
Exercise regularly: Engaging in physical activities such as walking, swimming, or yoga can help stimulate bowel function and reduce pressure on the rectal veins.
Avoid prolonged sitting: If your job requires long periods of sitting, make sure to take regular breaks to stand and move around. This reduces the pressure on your hemorrhoidal veins.
Manage Your Weight:
Healthy diet and exercise: Maintaining a healthy weight through diet and exercise can reduce the pressure on your rectal veins, thus preventing hemorrhoid growth.
Dietary Adjustments to Stop Hemorrhoid Growth:
Increase Fiber Intake
Eat fiber-rich foods: Foods high in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, can soften stools and reduce straining during bowel movements.
Consider fiber supplements: If you’re not getting enough fiber from your diet, a fiber supplement like psyllium husk can help.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water: Staying hydrated keeps your stools soft, reducing the likelihood of constipation and straining.
Limit Processed Foods
Avoid low-fiber foods: Processed foods, red meat, and dairy products can contribute to constipation, leading to hemorrhoid growth.
Moderate Caffeine and Alcohol
Reduce intake: Both caffeine and alcohol can dehydrate your body, leading to harder stools and increased straining.
Medical Treatments for Hemorrhoids at Thrissur Piles Clinic:
At Thrissur Piles Clinic, Dr. Raviram S offers a range of advanced medical treatments for hemorrhoids tailored to individual needs, ensuring effective and lasting relief.
Rubber Band Ligation: This minimally invasive procedure is ideal for treating internal hemorrhoids, especially Grades 1, 2, and 3. A small rubber band is placed at the base of the hemorrhoid, cutting off blood supply, and causing it to shrink and fall off.
Sclerotherapy: The hemorrhoid is injected with a chemical solution, which causes it to contract. It is suitable for smaller internal hemorrhoids and offers a quick and practical solution with minimal discomfort.
Infrared Coagulation (IRC): This technique uses infrared light to coagulate the blood vessels supplying the hemorrhoid, leading to its reduction. It is a quick, in-office procedure for smaller internal hemorrhoids.
Stapler Hemorrhoidectomy: A specialized technique for more advanced hemorrhoids (Grade 3 or 4), this approach removes excess hemorrhoidal tissue and repositions the remaining tissue, lowering prolapse and discomfort.
Laser Treatment: Dr. Raviram S offers Laser Piles Treatment in Thrissur for both internal and external hemorrhoids. This precise, less painful method ensures a quicker recovery.
Open Hemorrhoidectomy: For severe cases, this surgical approach removes large, painful hemorrhoids instantly. It’s often recommended when additional therapies haven’t been effective, providing significant relief.
At Thrissur Piles Clinic, Dr. Raviram S. combines expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized hemorrhoid care, focusing on comfort, effectiveness, and long-term relief.
Conclusion:
Preventing the growth of hemorrhoids involves lifestyle changes, a balanced diet, and when required, medical treatments. Implementing these strategies can help manage symptoms and improve your quality of life. If your hemorrhoids persist or worsen, seek professional guidance from experts like Dr. Raviram S., a leading Proctologist in Thrissur, at Thrissur Piles Clinic. Causes of Piles in Females: Why They Happen & How to Stop Them
Tumblr media
Ever experienced pain, itching, or even bleeding around your bottom? These could be symptoms of piles, also known as hemorrhoids. Piles are swollen veins in the rectum or anus, and they're a surprisingly common condition, especially in women. While piles can be uncomfortable and embarrassing, understanding the causes of piles in females and how to prevent them can offer much-needed relief. What are Piles? Let's break down what piles (hemorrhoids) really are. Think of your lower rectum and anus like a tunnel with cushions of tissue that help with bowel movements. When there's too much pressure in those tissues, the veins inside can swell up. This forms those uncomfortable lumps we know as piles. Types of Piles in Females Piles aren't all the same. Here's a quick breakdown of the different types: - Internal piles: These happen inside your rectum and you usually can't see or feel them. But they can sometimes bleed, especially during bowel movements. - External piles: You'll find these under the skin around your anus. They can be itchy, painful, and sometimes even bleed a little. - Thrombosed piles: When blood clots inside an external pile, it becomes swollen, hard, and extremely painful. Causes of Piles in Females Now let's dive into why piles happen, especially for women. Here are some common culprits: - Constipation & Straining: Hard stools and straining on the toilet are big pile triggers. The pressure damages the delicate tissue in your rectum and anus. - Pregnancy: When you're expecting, increased pressure from your growing baby and changes in hormones can lead to piles. - Sitting for Long Periods: If your work or lifestyle involves long hours of sitting, your risk increases. - Aging: As we get older, tissues around the rectum and anus lose some of their support, making piles more likely. - Heavy Lifting: Regularly lifting heavy objects puts extra strain on your lower body. - Other Factors: Chronic diarrhea, obesity, and a low-fiber diet can also increase your chances of developing piles. bye bye baby
i think i've been afraid to write here, to make it feel real, but last thursday we had our u/s and discovered a 6+4 sac with a yolk sac (maybe an amniotic sac??? i think?) and - no baby. of course i feel grief & anger & numbness but also - the relief is unreal. it feels good to know.
so many thoughts.
i'll start with technical things... finally got an hcg done on sat and it was 15499 so more consistent with 6w. waiting on monday's value. had another ultrasound this morning and the sac shrank perhaps ever so slightly but otherwise same. they were (in my opinion) unreasonably concerned about ectopic b/c of a cyst on my right ovary but i always have a cyst on my right ovary and i'm not medical but .uh. isn't that the corpus luteum (also i happen to know that i ovulated from the right).
care-wise. i continue to be so grateful for LWC midwives, they have been absolutely lovely. both u/s techs have been ok. there is apparently a NP midwife at LWC who expressly does early pregnancy loss stuff (!) so i have felt medically taken care of.
i had an itch to want to see if i could do tissue testing on the miscarriage but am probably leaning away from it - too much trouble, worried about scarring, worried about billing (esp without good health insurance). i'll just never know.
i have a strong suspicion that an embryo did form this time, we just caught it too late and it had already stopped developing & had been reabsorbed. i was quite nauseous (still a bit nauseous) & we didn't get a yolk sac last time. and there looked to me like there was an amniotic sac, though it was empty. and it's just a hunch.
i've been so tired, both jetlagged but also just grief. at 5-6 pm i lose the ability to stay awake entirely. you couldn't pay me enough money to stay awake. i just lose consciousness wherever i am. and again after p "puts me to bed" at 8pm i cannot get myself out of bed and sleep for 15, 30, 45 minutes. And then when midnight rolls around i absolutely cannot sleep, i take melatonin, baths, etc. and p has been up at weird hours anyway, crying mama, mama, mama.
showing up to work has been ... well, it's been a miracle that i have been. i did cancel a thursday night appointment after the u/s but other than that i've been fudging my way through, trying not to let show how raw and bruised and completely depleted i am.
k has been wonderful. he is keeping me going. p somewhat understands what is happening. yesterday during bath she announced she had a baby in her belly, and then plucked it out and said she was putting it in mama's belly. she knows mama is going to the doctor a lot and always asks if i am still hurting. i told her the baby is gone. i don't know how to walk this line between being honest with her and protecting her. i kind of think that she must understanding the workings of embryonic life/nonlife better than me, being that much more proximate developmentally/spiritually. only a few years ago she was also in the womb! but she is generally still her happy, curious, thriving little self, and we keep thinking how depressed we would be without her.
sigh.
it was too good to be true.
i only asked the universe for one more baby.
i think, maybe even more than wanting to have this baby, i wanted to never ever ever have to fucking go through this again.
(but i did really want to have this baby)
i am back in the world of Not Knowing. i don't know how many more pregnancies i will have or how many tries it will take to have those pregnancies, or how many weeks each of the pregnancies will last. i still don't know! why! my! body! can't! carry most pregnancies to term!
k thinks maybe we were just too sick and stressed from all kinds of bugs (including covid) and from the 40 hours of travel and 13hr timezone changes and his loss of employment and loss of insurance. and that's why we miscarried. i don't think the line is so clear, but i think one big takeaway from this whole thing is: i need mothering. in my desire to mother another child (and in my struggle to mother the one i already have), i sorely need mothering. i need a warm, generous, wise, and proximate figure to be keeping tabs on me - i need to be on their radar - i need their hugs, hot drinks, meals, nurture, comfort, advice, solace, confidence, life experience.
so my body is still clinging to this pregnancy (coming up on 9 weeks), and i suspect it will be awhile before I start bleeding. maybe christmas.
and then?
and then we are definitely going to take a break. there is (just a bit) less hurry this time - we have our hands full - and i do want to develop some better habits re: nourishing myself, caring for myself. i've barely eaten in the past 5 weeks. and anyway we are going to wait for k to get a job and new health insurance, and we are focusing on some other dreams too.
and then i want to do a bit of testing, maybe a hysteroscopy/endometrial biopsy, a few clotting tests that we missed, re-check my thyroid, etc. have a WTF appointment w dr. kelly/make a plan.
and then we'll see. immediately after i got the news i felt strongly that i could never go through this again, or risk going through again. i felt that we would just have to walk the path of accepting that we were done growing our family. it felt good to be like, HELL yah we won't contribute to overpopulation or subject our unborn child to this mess. but that doesn't really resonate... i still really want to try. to have a child and to raise them so that it is worth it.
so many things hurt about this. hella everyone is pregnant or giving birth. i hate the dejavu with our first pregnancy, feels stuck/stagnant & like we are destined to be in and out of sad ultrasound appointments. feel like we wasted our trip.

When we Need to Go Best Gynecologist in Jaipur
Regular gynecological check-ups are essential for every woman in Jaipur. These check-ups allow gynecologists to monitor your reproductive health and detect any potential issues early on. During these visits, gynecologists can perform various tests and screenings to ensure that everything is functioning as it should be.
One of the most important aspects of regular gynecological check-ups is the Pap smear test. This test helps detect any abnormal cells in the cervix, which could be an early sign of cervical cancer. By getting regular Pap smears, you can catch any abnormalities before they develop into a more serious condition.
In addition to Pap smears, gynecologists also perform breast exams during check-ups. Breast exams are crucial for detecting any lumps or abnormalities that may indicate breast cancer. Early detection of breast cancer significantly increases the chances of successful treatment.
By scheduling regular gynecological check-ups, you can stay on top of your reproductive health and ensure that any potential issues are addressed promptly. Remember, prevention is always better than cure.
Common gynecological issues and when to seek professional help
As women, we may encounter various gynecological issues throughout our lives. While some of these issues may be considered normal, there are times when it's necessary to seek professional help from a gynecologist.
One common gynecological issue that many women face is menstrual irregularities. While occasional changes in menstrual patterns are normal, persistent irregularities such as missed periods, excessively heavy bleeding, or prolonged periods may require medical attention. A gynecologist can help identify the underlying cause of these irregularities and recommend appropriate treatment options.
Another common issue is vaginal infections. Symptoms such as unusual discharge, itching, or a foul odor may indicate an infection that requires medical treatment. A gynecologist can diagnose the type of infection and prescribe medication to resolve it.
Many women also experience issues related to contraception and family planning. If you are considering starting or changing your contraceptive method, it's important to consult a gynecologist. They can provide information about the available options, help you choose the most suitable one, and ensure that it is safely and effectively implemented.
Additionally, gynecologists are experts in managing conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and uterine fibroids. If you have been diagnosed with any of these conditions or suspect that you may have them, seeking professional help from a gynecologist is crucial for proper management and symptom relief.
Remember, it's always better to seek professional help when facing gynecological issues. A gynecologist can provide accurate diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing support to help you maintain your reproductive health.
How to choose the best gynecologist in Jaipur
Choosing the best gynecologist in Jaipur can be a daunting task, given the numerous options available. However, by considering certain factors and asking the right questions, you can make an informed decision and find a gynecologist who meets your specific needs. One of the first things to consider is the gynecologist's qualifications and experience. Look for a gynecologist who is board-certified, as this ensures that they have undergone the necessary training and have met the standards set by the medical board. Additionally, consider the number of years the gynecologist has been practicing and their experience in dealing with various gynecological issues. Another important factor to consider is the gynecologist's specialization. Some gynecologists specialize in specific areas such as infertility, menopause, or high-risk pregnancies. If you have a specific condition or concern, it's advisable to choose a gynecologist who has expertise in that area. It's also essential to consider the gynecologist's approach to patient care. Look for a gynecologist who values open communication, actively listens to your concerns, and involves you in the decision-making process. A gynecologist who takes the time to educate and empower their patients is more likely to provide exceptional care. Additionally, consider the gynecologist's availability and accessibility. Look for a gynecologist who has convenient office hours and is easily reachable in case of emergencies or urgent concerns. Accessibility is especially important during pregnancy and postpartum, as you may require immediate care or assistance. Lastly, consider the recommendations and reviews from other patients. Online platforms and forums can provide valuable insights into the experiences of other women who have visited the gynecologist. Pay attention to positive reviews that mention the gynecologist's professionalism, expertise, and patient-centered care. By taking these factors into account and conducting thorough research, you can find the Lady Gynecologist Doctor in Jaipur who will provide exceptional care for your reproductive health needs.

What is Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)?
Also known as Willis-Ekbom disease, RLS is a neurological condition that induces the intolerable urge to move one’s limbs to alleviate pain or uncomfortable sensations. Despite its name, RLS does not only occur in the legs and feet but its effects can also be felt in the arms, head, and torso. According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders, RLS is most prevalent at night when the body is at rest or late afternoon and evening. Sitting for extended periods can also trigger Restless Legs Syndrome.
Who is prone to restless legs?
RLS can manifest in all kinds of people; men, women, and children alike. It can also begin at any age.  However, statistics reveal that it is endemic in middle-aged or older individuals and women more than men.
What causes restless legs syndrome?
Before listing possible triggers for RLS, it is paramount to note that RLS has a genetic component which means the disorder can be passed from one generation to the next. This further leads us to establish the two types of RLS: Idiopathic RLS This kind has no known cause or cure. It is also referred to as primary RLS. Secondary RLS It is the kind that is triggered by the individual’s external environment. For instance, it may occur as a side effect of medications, or drug withdrawal, among others. Besides sitting for long hours, other proven scientific triggers for RLS include: Iron deficiency Low levels of iron in the blood and spinal fluid can induce RLS. Studies conducted on individuals suffering from RLS, through Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), reveal a lower iron content in the brain compared to healthy individuals without the disorder. This section of the brain is known as substantia nigra. Low levels of dopamine Dopamine is a neurotransmitter hormone used in the brain to control muscle activity and motor skills. When this chemical is deficient, RLS symptoms may manifest. Therefore, it is not uncommon for patients with Parkinson’s disease to experience symptoms of RLS Kidney disease Research shows that about 6 to 62% of individuals with chronic kidney disease also suffer from Willis-Ekbom disease. Although the trigger, in this case, is ambiguous, scientists have related this to anemia playing a major role. Pregnancy Restless legs during pregnancy may be triggered by hormonal imbalance. Studies show that there is a 10-30% chance of pregnant women experiencing restless legs episodes. Nevertheless, not all restless legs episodes develop into a disorder and such may fade 4 weeks after giving birth. Opiate withdrawal Opioids, such as oxycodone, methadone, fentanyl, and tramadol can be used as pain medication. However, when abused the body develops an opioid dependence which causes RLS if not fulfilled. Because these drugs relax the body, their withdrawal will induce an opposite effect; the same way an alcoholic would develop restlessness once their dependence is not fed. Read on to know what helps with restless legs from opiate withdrawal.
Opiate withdrawal
Withdrawal symptoms may vary depending on the level of dependence and duration of abuse, among other factors. Like any other drug addiction, it can be problematic for an avid opiate abuser to quit using, especially not the cold turkey way. Some common withdrawal symptoms an opiate abuser may experience include: - Restlessness - Anxiety - Insomnia - Dilated pupils - Irritability - Muscle aches - Agitation
Symptoms of restless legs from opiate withdrawal
RLS caused by opiate withdrawal may manifest in the following ways; - Weird sensations within the limbs that are sometimes difficult to explain. They may be related to aching, itching, creeping, crawling, throbbing, or pulling. - Twitching of the legs at night. This may get worse during rest or moments of inactivity. - Pleasurable relief with movement. - Irregular sleep patterns. Other times, individuals may complain of insomnia.
How to treat RLS from opiate withdrawal
Tumblr media
To treat opioid withdrawal-related RLS, one would need to treat opioid addiction. Like any other drug addiction treatment program, this one too takes time. However, the opiate abuser must first be willing to get treatment. Once this is determined, a doctor may prescribe the following medications to relieve RLS during opiate withdrawal: Take note that these drugs should not be self-prescribed at any point in time. Benzodiazepines Benzos such as Klonopin and valium are sedatives that work to reduce brain activity which will tone down feelings of anxiety, agitation, and irritability. Even so, benzo dosage for opiate withdrawal should not exceed 5 days. Dopaminergic medications Medicines such as Cabergoline, Pramipexole, Rotigotine, and Ropinirole increase the happy hormone in the brain which will alleviate RLS symptoms and help you rest. Clonidine This drug is commonly prescribed to hypertension patients to reduce anxiety, agitation, and muscle aches which makes it convenient for use in opiate withdrawal. It has been reported to help reduce the severity of RLS. Marijuana Although not much research has been provided to unfold how marijuana treats symptoms of RLS, it has been reported to provide positive outcomes when used but only in meager amounts. If the opiate addiction treatment program does not have immediate effects, some coping mechanisms could be incorporated to relieve pain from RLS. How to cope with restless legs syndrome from opiate withdrawal Regular exercise Studies reveal that regular low-intensity workouts reduce RLS symptoms significantly. You do not have to be a fitness maniac but cycling, swimming, stretching, or walking can go a long way toward recovery. Taking RLS supplements Natural herbs such as valerian roots have been reported to alleviate opiate withdrawal restless legs. Also known as “nature’s valium”, valerian herb has compounds that regulate nerve impulses and induce calming/ sedative effects in the body. Magnesium supplements also ease muscle and nervous tension in patients with restless legs syndrome. Epsom salt baths Epsom salt contains sulfates and magnesium which are easily absorbed through the skin to stop opiate withdrawal RLS. Epsom salt bathwater is known to help in exfoliation, improve nutrient absorption and removal of toxins in the body and, last but not least, relax the nervous system. Massage Religiously massaging your legs before bedtime can help stop RLS symptoms. This can be done using a leg massager or handheld massager, or just manually. Getaway message It is possible to treat and cure opiate withdrawal restless legs. Adapting the coping mechanisms and following the prescribed treatment plan will help ease the recovery process. If you or your loved one is struggling with opiate withdrawal-related RLS, seek out professional help as soon as you can. For more insight, here is our guide on how to help someone going through withdrawal. Read the full article

Common Skin Conditions That May Occur During Pregnancy - Mr Harish Jagtani
During pregnancy, a woman’s body goes through a lot of physical changes. Pregnant women may experience changes in their mental and emotional health as well. Amid this, their skin is also prone to undergo changes and develop some conditions. Remember, no matter how common a skin condition or any other body change may seem during pregnancy, it should not be ignored. Consult a doctor immediately so that they can rule out anything serious and find a treatment plan for your and your baby’s well-being. And if you are looking for a “dermatologist near me”, visit HJ Hospitals to access best-in-class healthcare services.
1. Hyperpigmentation
The formation of dark spots or patches on the skin is known as hyperpigmentation. The condition occurs when the naturally occurring pigment melanin increases in one’s body. Hyperpigmentation can occur due to several causes including pregnancy. Usually, it subsides after pregnancy but if the dark patches occur on the face, it may be due to melasma, also known as “the mask of pregnancy”. Therefore, consult a dermatologist to confirm if it is melasma and get the condition treated.
2. PUPPP
Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP) is a skin condition in which pregnant women experience pale red bumps on their skin. These bumps vary in size and cover different amounts of skin area in different women. Itching, burning or a stinging sensation may occur in the affected area. The condition typically resolves after delivery, however, your doctor may prescribe a topical corticosteroid and other self-care tips for relief from the discomfort caused by PUPPP.
3. Stretch Marks
It is a well-known case that pregnant women usually develop stretch marks across their abdomen, breasts, thighs and/or buttocks. Initially, the marks appear in reddish-purple colour but with time, mature to a silver or white appearance. Since stretch marks do not cause discomfort or any other type of health condition, their treatment is not essential. However, if you are concerned about the appearance of your skin, you may consult the doctors at HJ Hospitals to get the right and effective treatment.
4. Acne
A pregnant woman may develop acne or experience the worsening of her existing acne condition. Note that no medicine, ointment or over-the-counter product should be used without a doctor’s prescription during pregnancy. Even if you used a product before pregnancy, consult your doctor if it is safe to use now. This is because many otherwise safe products can lead to critical risks for the health of the mother and/or the child when used during pregnancy.
Besides the above-mentioned skin conditions, vein changes, skin tags, prurigo of pregnancy, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, pemphigoid gestationis, etc. are some other common conditions experienced by pregnant women. If you are pregnant and develop any of these conditions or experience abnormal changes in your physical, mental or emotional health, do not panic. Consult expert doctors at HJ Hospitals to ensure your and your baby’s wellbeing. Harish Jagtani Hospitals is working with an aim to support and enhance the Congo healthcare system by providing accessible, affordable and world-class medical services for the people of DRC. So, step towards a healthier life with HJ Hospitals!

Portgas D. Ace
🔥Pregnancy🔥
🔥{Name} usually only reserved those serious talks for matters of great importance, with the couple it was usual to approach everything with earnest and some light hearted behaviour to try alleviate tense atmospheres. She had mentioned wanting to discuss something really important with Ace, when she told him she was pregnant.
🔥He looked at her, processing the news as a smile broke out on his face. His arms encased her in a tight hug and he practically spun her around, stressing over being so boisterous he quickly put her down and apologised. {Name} was happy to see that Ace was excited, he was also itching to tell everyone the news. After all the Whitebeard pirates are family, and they need to know when a new member will be joining.
🔥 It was one of the weirdest things, {Name} was fortunate enough not to have morning sickness frequently, it somehow affected Ace more than anything. Ever since her pregnancy he started getting morning sickness on a few occasions and even sharing some of the same cravings. The two of them always seemed to be eating some very unusual combination of food.
🔥 While morning sickness was not a big concern, everytime she showed any sign of being sick, Ace was extremely stressed. It was not unusual for him to be banging down the doctors doors at some ungodly hour to come and check up on {Name} even if there was nothing wrong.
🔥Generally after {Name} was asleep Ace would go check in with Whitebeard and often they would talk, sometimes late into the night. Ace disclosed his worries and insecurities of being a father, and Whitebeard gave him advice "There's no perfect way to be a father Ace, you will.
make mistakes, you will fight and you will fail sometimes, but as long as you love them, protect them and are there for them no matter what. You will be alright and I'm sure they will see that. You will be a fine father."
🔥Parental🔥
🔥Ace was reassured enough when she went into labour, with some support from his crew and Whitebeard while they waited. Ace was shocked because one of the nurses came to call him, it was stressful because it was far too soon to be finished already. {Name} initially got so worried that she asked Ace be there, just to provide some security and comfort, Ace lovingly held her hand, smiling and speaking softly just trying to reassure her.
🔥 The sounds of crying filled the room and he looked at his child, {Name} smiled at seeing his expression and when they handed the baby to him, Ace for the first time held his baby and cried from sheer happiness and relief. From outside where all the faces were crowding trying to get a peak before official introductions the crew was all crying alongside him, even Whitebeard shed a tear.
🔥Honestly Ace acts like a constant bundle of neverending energy around the two, but he is also really nervous about things and tends to fumble a bit. Things like not understanding just how dextrous one must be to do up buttons that small on their clothes with a little wriggling baby that makes it seem like a daunting task. And to say that his child was energetic would be an understatement, they certainly inherited that from Ace. Although they would always fall asleep during and after meals.
🔥 He is a bit insecure in the beginning, especially since a lot of things were proving challenging like trying to calm them while crying at night, in that case his child did favour {Name} until Ace finally got the hang of it. And everyone reassured him that it was truly alright because it was an entire lifetime of learning, he shouldn't worry about the little things.
🔥Definitely the one who makes all the plane noises when trying to get his child to eat, not that they were fussy. (They just pretend to be so dad will make all the silly noises) They definitely inherited his appetite and to that end, it never really mattered what they were eating as long as it edible. Also they absolutely love spending time with grandpa Whitebeard (and secretive occasions some time with grandpa Garp as well)
🔥 Hates disciplining them, and constantly wants to let them off for everything. "Ace, I understand you don't like it. But if you don't do it they won't learn" {Name} tries to explain that sometimes it is neccessary even if he doesn't want to do it. Ace knows that it's not from a bad place and it is purely for their sake but still feels really guilty. (Honestly he sulks more afterwards because of feeling bad)
🔥 Encourages his child's curiosity and inquisitiveness to everything, of course while showing what is dangerous and what is not. Ace was there for everything, walking, first words, the only thing {Name} had to take over was teaching them how to swim, given they are in the ocean it's an important thing for them to learn. Ace sat on his little boat, watching as they paddled towards him eventually reaching the boat with a bit of help from {Name}

Rex + nsfw alphabet
Pairing: Rex x fem!Reader
Warnings: 18+, nsfw
Here’s a nsfw alphabet that nobody asked for xD
A = Aftercare (what they’re like after sex)
It depends on the night. Sometimes Rex is so messy that both of you end up in the refresher, the end up changing the sheets from all the sweat. On the more lazy-sex days, aftercare is simple and sweet. Rex will usually be the one to grab a towel and wipe you clean.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partner’s)
Rex’s favorite body part are your boobs. He loves massaging, sucking, biting, or simply fondling them when he’s taking your ass from behind. Those large, calloused fingers will play with your hardened nipples until you beg him to stop. The next morning, your swollen nips will itch from tenderness and be very sore underneath the fabric of your bra.
Aside from your boobs, Rex loves your pussy. Not the exterior (even though he loves the noises your make when he circles your clit) but inserting his fingers inside your slickness drives him nuts. He loves the feeling of your slippery walls against his fingers and how your juices make the lewdest slapping noises when you’re about to cum.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
He mostly loves it when he can cum inside you, then watch it spill from your entrance afterwards. The view of your eyes blissed out, body glazed over with afterglow, and his juices seeping from your core is a site to behold. Nothing can compare to how proud he is of being able to make you that beautifully relaxed.
This is very rare though because y’all wrap it up to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self-explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
Occasionally, he’ll cum on your stomach in order to force you both into the refresher. There he will use the shower spray to stimulate another orgasm out of you.
Also, Rex hasn’t told you yet, but he really wants to make a holorecording of y’all having sex (not just holorecordings of your voice) for… personal reasons while he’s away on long missions~
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they’re doing?)
Rex had a few encounters at 79’s before meeting you, but he wasn’t really that great at love-making. He knew the basics of PIV sex, jerking off, and that’s about it. When you entered his life, however, you helped him learn how to actual enjoy himself during intimacy.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
Tbh, this clone is a basic bish. He likes missionary position because he can hug you tightly against his body while he rails your pussy. And it gives him the advantage of holding onto the headboard for support.
But Rex is not afraid to try new things though. When you introduced him to anal sex, he instantly labels it as a favorite. Why? Because he can either fondle your nipples more easily or play with your clit (or both at the same time).
Also, when you ride him, he is driven wild. Being able to watch his cock slowly disappear into your warmth, bouncing on his hips, squeezing your tits in his hands while you contort your face with pleasure… he just… explodes from arousal.
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
Sometimes if Rex is tipsy from drinking, he’ll be sloppier and throw a joke around here and there, but for the most part, the captain is more serious during intimate moments.
H = Hair (how well-groomed are they? does the carpet match the drapes? etc.)
You’d think for a clone with a shaved head that he’d be more groomed down yonder, but he’s actually kind of bushy. Not as in he could beat a Wookie in the bushiest crotch competition, but just sporting a naturally grown out bush for your average human male.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
One time you returned to a dimly lit apartment with candle leading to your bedroom. Rex was in his blacks waiting on the edge of the bed, condoms scatter over your nightstand.
Sadly, the romantic moment was cut short due to one of the curtains catching on fire. Your apartment was saved, but you ended up having to lecture the poor clone about not putting candles near flammable items.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
Rex often times jacks off in a refresher for easier clean up, but he must make sure it’s empty because it would ruin him if Cody or Kix stumbled upon him with an upright pecker in his hand.
Before meeting you, the captain would simple jack off for stress relief, but now Rex cannot see himself masturbating without the aid of a hologram on you naked or a holorecording of your moans.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
It’s not really much of a hardcore kink but going back to how Rex loves the feeling of your warm pussy, his ‘kink’ is fingering you until you’re a sweaty, panting mess beneath him.
One of his more serious kinks involves restraints. He love it when he can hold you legs down while he eat you out, not allowing you to squirm or clench your thighs around his head.
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
Honestly, anywhere. The bed is optimal, the refresher is relaxing, and the wall for when it’s a rough quickie… particularly the last one.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
When you’re wearing lacy lingerie and switch to a dominate role in the bedroom, that is when Rex get’s going. He loves it when you call all the shots.
N = No (something they wouldn’t do, turn offs)
           He won’t do degradation.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
Rex dies when you give him head. See here for proof.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
Depends on how long you and Rex have been separated. Sometimes when you two are on the same star destroyer, sex will be quick. When you two are planet-side on Coruscant, sex will be slower due to having more privacy.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
Rex is 100% up for quickies. Remember what I said about y’all being on the same star destroyer? Yeah, Rex will totally shove you into a supply closet or the empty barracks and just pound away until you come apart.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
In the empty barracks, Rex will clamp his palm over your mouth to keep it down, but the rush of y’all being found makes the sex more exciting for the both of you.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
As a clone trooper, Rex will obviously have more stamina, but that doesn’t mean he won’t be respectful of your limits.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
Unfortunately, Rex cannot keep any toys with him due to moving around too much, but when y’all have sex in your apartment, a vibrator sometimes makes its way into bed too~
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
Since you and Rex have to keep your relationship low-profile, teasing in public is not really an option.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
Rex grunt and curses at first, then he lets out quick huffs or gasps as his impending orgasm slowly erupts. These noises are usually accompanied by him quickening his thrusts against your hips.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
He secretly wants to make a baby with you… If you say yes, he’ll yeet that baby into your womb in seconds!
X = X-ray (let’s see what’s going on under those clothes)
Rex is not packing in regard to length, but in girth. It’s not much, but the slight difference in girth size will leave you moaning, mouth ajar, from the sheer fullness inside your pussy.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
His sex drive is pretty average, but when he has been without sex for longer than a couple of weeks to months, his yearning for you is through the roof.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
Y’all will both fall asleep relatively at the same time after sex, usually a few minutes after clean-up.

Months later...
It was a quiet day. Rose had decided to spend the day with her family. Minus her father as he was at work, and Charlie as he was busy with Willy for the day. That just left Rose with her mother and grandparents.
Mrs Bucket and Rose were doing the dishes. Grandpa Joe was sweeping up the floor. Grandma Josephine and Grandma Georgina were knitting sweaters and scarves. Grandpa George was fixing a broken clock.
Yep. It all seemed quiet. That is, until Rose found herself feeling nauseated. She didn't want to throw up in the sink, dirtying the dishes even more. So she grabbed the closest thing she could which was an empty mop bucket.
Rose crouched on the floor as puked into the bucket. All the other Buckets shared concerned glances with each other. Mrs Bucket crouched beside her daughter and rubbed her back. "You feeling alright, dear?"
Rose lifted her head up. "Yes, I think I'm—" She vomited again.
"Come on, darling" Mrs Bucket helped Rose to her feet. She guided her over to the couch and sat her down. She then put her hand over her daughter's forehead. "You don't feel feverish. Still, we should take you to the doctor. Just in case"
"Mum, I'm fine" Rose instantly regretting saying that as she puked in the bucket again. "Take me to the doctor, please"
Mrs Bucket grabbed Rose by the arm and helped her to her feet. She made sure to keep an arm around her, in case she was feeling faint and about to fall. "We shouldn't be too long, hopefully" Mrs Bucket addressed the grandparents. "If Nathan, Charlie or Willy show up, tell them we'll be back soon"
The Buckets bid their farewell to the two women. Though, something Grandma Georgina said was very interesting. "You'll be coming back with wonderful news! I know it!"
It was like she knew something.
******
It wasn't just a simple check up like Rose and Mrs Bucket thought it would be. The doctor suspected something, though he wouldn't say what, and wanted to do a few more tests.
"Mum, what if somethings wrong?" Rose began to panic. "What if I'm sick with something? What if I'm dying!? What would I tell Willy? I can't leave him, mum!"
"Calm down, dear" Mrs Bucket said in a calm tone. She put her hand over Rose's. "I'm sure it's nothing too serious. Probably just a stomach bug or something"
At that moment, the doctor, named Dr Potts, entered the room. He had his clipboard in hand. "We got all the test results back, Mrs Wonka"
Rose's eyes widened in worry. "I'm sick aren't I? I'm sick with something incurable!"
Dr Potts shook his head. " I assure you, you're not sick"
"Oh" Rose sighed with relief.
"But, that doesn't mean the tests didn't find anything"
Mrs Bucket blinked. "And what did my daughter's tests find?"
Dr Potts gave a great big smile. "Congratulations, Mrs Wonka. You're pregnant"
Rose and Mrs Bucket were left speechless. It took a few moments for the news to register with Rose, and when it finally did, her eyes began tearing up. "So... I'm going to be a mom...and Willy... he's going to be a dad"
"Darling," Mrs Bucket looked to her daughter. She smiled and touched her arm. "That's absolutely wonderful! Everyone is going to be so ecstatic"
Rose tried to say something, but she broke out into tears. Mrs Bucket looked to Dr Potts. "Do you mind?"
"Take your time" Dr Potts said before leaving the mother and daughter alone.
Mrs Bucket pulled her crying daughter into a hug. She rubbed her back as she cooed into her ear. "Rose, what's wrong? Aren't you happy?"
"That's why I'm crying!" Rose said. "I haven't cried happy tears like this since the wedding" She smiled the biggest smile she could. "I'm a mom! And Willy is a dad!"
Mrs Bucket smiled. "He's going to be so happy to hear that. I just know it"
******
When Rose and Mrs Bucket returned home, they shared the news with Grandpa Joe, Grandma Josephine, Grandpa George and Grandma Georgina. All of them were quite excited at the news.
"I knew it!" Grandma Georgina beamed.
"We're great grandparents!" Grandpa Joe exclaimed. "I honestly thought we'd never live to see the day"
"I can't wait until dad finds out! And Charlie! And Willy, of course! Oh, I must tell him right away!" Rose spoke excitedly. She was about to head out the door. "I don't even know what room he's in! Maybe the Oompa-Loompas know!"
"Rose, dear, calm down for a moment" Mrs Bucket said. She grabbed Rose's hand and lead her over to the table. "I understand you're excited, but if you're going to tell Willy, why not make the occasion special?"
"Alright" Rose nodded. She thought of an idea. "Oh! How about a picnic in the park?"
"Couldn't have thought of anything better myself" Grandpa George said.
"That's a wonderful idea, Rose" Grandma Josephine added. "Perhaps a sunset picnic? You could stay out late and watch the stars"
"Even better!"
"I'll get started on preparing a basket. I'll make some sandwiches. And I'm sure there's a spare blanket around here somewhere" Mrs Bucket said. She began looking around for the picnic basket and a spare blanket.
Mr Bucket, at that moment, walked through the door. "Hello Buckets!"
Everyone greeted him back. The grandparents waved. Mrs Bucket made sure to give him a kiss. And Rose made sure to hug him.
That's when she told him the news. "You're going to be a grandfather"
"Oh Rose! That's wonderful news!" Mr Bucket celebrated. He kissed her on the forehead. "Does Willy know yet?"
"I'm going to tell him during a special picnic tonight" Rose explained. "Oh, and please, don't tell Charlie. I want to be the one who tells him"
"Don't worry. We won't say a word" Mr Bucket promised.
******
Mrs Bucket had the basket all prepared. She made some sandwiches, cut up some fruit and added other snacks to it. She even put in a bottle of apple cider. The blanket was nicely folded on top of everything.
"Mum," Rose spoke up, approaching Mrs Bucket. "Can you add just one more thing to the basket?"
"Of course, dear. Whatever you'd like" Rose handed a note to Mrs Bucket. "What's this?" She opened up the note and read it. It was a beautifully written note that revealed Rose's pregnancy to Willy. Rose thought it was a special way to share the news, and so did Mrs Bucket as she smiled. "I'm telling you dear, he's going to cry when he reads this" She tucked the letter into the basket.
It was just a little before dinner time when Charlie and Willy came to the Bucket house. Willy smiled when he saw his wife. He couldn't help but notice this glow about her. He's actually noticed it for a few days now. Whatever it was, he liked it.
"Hello, my beautiful and most wonderful starshine" He said to her. Of course, he greeted her with a sweet kiss.
"And hello to you, my handsome and most amazing cocoa bean" Rose said. There was no hiding the smile on her face. She was itching to tell him, but it wasn't the right time yet. Not until their picnic. Next, Rose turned to greet Charlie. She crouched so she was level with him and gave him a great big and tight hug. "And of course, a hello to you Charlie. How was your day?"
"It was great" Charlie said. "How about yours?"
Rose just shrugged, acting as if it were like any other day. "Oh, nothing out of the ordinary" She caught eyes with Mrs Bucket, and they both smiled at each other.
Mrs Bucket walked up to Rose and gave her the basket. "Here you are, darling. I've put everything in there"
"Thank you, mum" Rose turned to Willy. "I was thinking we could go on a little picnic tonight. Just you and me. It's been awhile since we've had a proper date"
"I would like that very much, my starshine" Willy said. "We'll take the elevator and find a nice quiet spot. And we can stay out as long as you like"
Rose smiled, wrapping her arms around him, hugging him closely to her as she hummed in content. She couldn't wait to tell him.
******
The two of them had found the perfect spot on top of a high hill. It overlooked all the bright stars in the sky, and there wasn't another person in sight, meaning that no one would disturb them. On top of that hill, stood a lone cherry blossom tree. Rose and Willy decided to set up their picnic under the pink, beautiful tree.
"Look at all those stars" Rose said, admiring all the twinkling natural lights. "They're so beautiful, don't you think?"
There was only one star that Willy was staring at. And it wasn't any of the ones in the sky. "No star can ever shine as bright or as beautifully as you do" He reached over and pushed her hair behind her ear. "That's what makes you my starshine"
Rose smiled and bit her lip. "Such a romantic you are, Willy"
Willy cupped her face. "Only for you" He leaned in, pressing a soft and sweet kiss to Rose's lips. When the kiss ended, he admired her beautiful face. The glow from the moonlight accentuated the natural glow that she had developed. "I've noticed this recent glow about you. I really like it"
"Well, there might be a reason why I've been glowing recently"
Willy tilted his head and furrowed his eyebrows. "What do you mean?"
"Why don't you look in the basket?"
He opened up the basket and took a peek inside. "Hmm. I see some food, and there's a bottle of apple cider in here. Wait, what's this?" Willy noticed the letter and took it out of the basket. "Starshine, what's this?"
"Read it" Rose excitedly urged him.
Willy opened up the letter and he began reading it.
My love,
Words cannot express how much I love you. And words cannot express the happiness that I'm feeling on this very day. And I hope you will feel that same happiness when I tell you why.
Besides the Bucket family, we've been a family of two for quite some time now. Just you and me. But that's going to change. Because today, I found out that we're welcoming a new member into our family.
Willy, you're going to be a father.
When Willy reached the end of the letter, his heart swelled. He looked up at his wife. And the smile on her face made his heart swell up more. "I'm going to be a dad?"
"Yes" Rose whispered.
She hadn't ever seen Willy cry before. He hadn't even cried during their wedding. Rose did plenty of that for the both of them.
This was Rose's first time seeing Willy Wonka cry. But she knew they weren't sad tears. They were happy tears.
"Oh, cocoa bean" Rose cooed, cupping his face and wiping away his tears.
"I'm going to be a papa!" Willy exclaimed. His arms wrapped around Rose and he hugged her tightly. "We're having a little jellybean! Oh, Rose! I'm so happy!" He giggled out in pure joy.
"I knew you would be"The two of them kissed.
Then they ate the wonderful food that Mrs Bucket had prepared for them. They stayed very late into the night, finding themselves making love to each other.
******
It was very quiet and late when the Wonkas made their return to the factory. There was one more person Rose had to tell the news to, and she knew he'd be fast asleep right now. But Charlie wouldn't mind.
The two of them stopped in front of the Bucket house, and proceeded to speak in whispers as to not wake any of them up. "Will you be alright without me for tonight?" Rose asked Willy.
"I'll be fine, starshine. Don't worry" Willy assured her. He gave her a kiss. "I know that you're still in the factory at least"
Rose smiled and caressed his cheek. "Have sweet dreams of me"
Willy returned her smile. He placed his hand overtop of hers. "I'm already living the sweetest dream with you" He brought her hand to his lips and placed a gentle kiss to her knuckles. "Goodnight, starshine" He got down on his knees and grabbed Rose by the waist. "And goodnight to you, my precious jellybean" Willy cooed to his unborn child, and pressed another kiss to Rose's stomach.
Rose couldn't help but smile. Willy was already such a wonderful father. He stood back onto his feet. Rose grabbed the back of his head and pulled him into one more kiss. "Goodnight, cocoa bean" She whispered to him.
They finally parted ways. Willy made his way back to their home in the Garden Room, while Rose entered the Bucket house. She was careful not to make any noise. She didn't want to risk waking her family up, even though they wouldn't be furious if she did. There was just enough dim light coming from the Chocolate Room, peeking in through the cracks and windows that Rose could see where she was stepping.
She made it up to Charlie. She removed her boots and carefully crawled into bed with him. Charlie could feel his bed dipping, so he slowly opened his eyes to see what it was. He smiled when he saw his sister. "Rosie?" He said quietly. "What are you doing here?"
"I need to tell you something, Charlie" She said. "And I'm too excited to wait until morning"
"What is it?"
"You're going to be an uncle"
"Really?" Charlie's eyes sparkled with joy and wonder. "That's wonderful news, Rosie. What did Willy say when you told him?"
"He was so happy that he started to cry" Rose said. Her eyelids were becoming heavy. "I think it's time we both get to sleep, Charlie"
Charlie snuggled into Rose, and she wrapped her arms around him. "Goodnight, Rosie"
"Goodnight, Charlie"
The two siblings drifted off into a peaceful slumber.
