The 2025 Me

I'm what the numbers like to call "over weight" when I'm actually just a normal sized woman, and it's infuriating.

I've decided to take control of my life this year and become the most buff butch lesbian that's ever butch lesbianed.

How will I do this?

Hell if I know, but I think the first step is creating a place where I can work out at home since I literally would rather die than work out in a public place.

Now. How do I dress? How do I get pretty girls to notice me? How do I act?

at first i was like mmmmmmm idk about this new scrappy skinny scrawny Jim Kirk but as I think about it as resident JTK expert (Phd) I am coming around to the accuracy of post-Tarsus massacre Commander Kirk desperate to embrace the fleeting impermance of happiness by embodying compassion (towards Uhura and La'an) and appreciation for transient silly pleasures (like cookies or hotdogs) AS WELL AS being actively hypervigilant towards his own & other's safety (La'an, The Enterprise vs the Romulans, Uhura) as a trauma response towards the horrors of genocide he experienced first hand.

Also his devil-may-care mien & deep respect towards command in TOS is replaced by a somewhat less likeable ambition to succeed in SNW... another off-shoot to this trauma. We see he has a desire to climb towards rank (for control & protection) yet does not fully embody the ability to handle it with the grace needed to become the legend just yet.

also I've ended up liking the inversion of TOS physical physique that SNW gives us with a more muscular/appearance-oriented (anxious) Spock & a small scrappy (traumatized) Jim ... it appears to be well thought out & a stepping stone to their eventual comfortable self-actualizations in TOS.

Made some Duskmourn cards and also thought about the upcoming set currently known as "Death Race" and got in a vehicle mood

#asks #custom cards #custom magic card #just checked and saw that the comprehensive rules update for duskmourn released. toy is indeed a creature type. not an artifact type #however: wotc is wrong and i'm better than them #anyway i have NO idea how strong Elian Purr of Unity is #i've barely gotten to use enlist so idk #the buffing effect probably isn't TOO strong since it's weaker than those “power/toughness are equal to number of creatures you control”#but 1 mana to give everything enlist? that's. big. idk if it's good but it's big #i made Kitty Joyrider because red-white and white-blue have gotten vehicle themes so i gotta complete the jeskai vehicles trio #vehicles triggering prowess is a silly little synergy that helps it crew vehicles and passing the buff onto the vehicle is cool i think #granting haste ties the whole package together. no reason for the kitty itself to have haste but it felt obligatory #i modified it just now to make it properly grant prowess so that it synergizes with combat tricks. because of course #also i'm really satisfied with Elian Cozy Plushsuit #not much to say about it i just love everything about it #oh wait i do have a thing to say! rule 208.3a #if a power/toughness changing effect is applied to a noncreature permanent the effect still applies and will work if it becomes a creature #so Cozy Plushsuit gets the buff when you tap a creature to crew it even though the trigger resolves before it becomes a creature #technically Kitty Joyrider and Veteran Motorist also take advantage of this rule but “crews a vehicle” is a little vague on timing #so you might assume the ability triggers after the vehicle becomes a creature #Anyway! the plushsuit works exactly as intended and synergizes beautifully with other vehicles #i'm not sure whether it synergizes with enlist #you tap the creature “as” you attack. does it become tapped at the same time as the attackers?#wait! 508.1f and 508.1g! tapping attackers and paying “as you attack” costs are separate steps! it synergizes!#actually 508.1g is deciding whether to pay costs. 508.1j is when you pay the costs and it says you pay them in any order #that means that multiple enlists happen separately! perfect synergy!#i had to make it “one or more” because otherwise it would be really easy to get multiple triggers just by attacking with lots of creatures #so as a side effect i get to dig around in the rules to analyze the timing of exactly when things happen #okay i'm approaching the tag limit now so bye

#keese draws #oc art #oc #ocs #Ive been trying to draw even when I don't rly have ideas so that means bust city #but yeah say hi to hill and choice I havent posted them in a hot second #hill is the resident guy who has anger issues and choice is the resident guy who actually enjoys solving the dms puzzles #hill is one of two members of the party who doesnt use magic so she mostly just beats the shit out of things #and choice's bell is their magic source and they mostly use it to set up buffs for themself and the others #they fight with a sword mostly but they know how to use a couple other weapons too #choice was planning on joining the adventurers academy but their ride got attacked and destroyed leaving them kinda stranded #they ended up joining the others once they passed through the area #hill never planned on becoming an adventurer or anything but she Did hate her home and family and was desperate for an out #so she tagged along after helping them defeat a monster one time #anyways Im going to bed now gn gamers

Yo, I know I'm more of a metamy poster, but I just remember an old shadikal headcanon I had back when it seemed to be popular on twitter

Also, it kinda lines up with my personal headcanon that Tikal and chaos still live in the ME, just chiller this time

Basically, knuckles asks shadow if he could watch over the master emerald so he can see the world some (or maybe more accurately it'd probably be the other way around, cause I have a feeling you'd probably have to force knuckles to take a vacation because of how devoted to the emerald he is)

Anyways, shadows just chilling, when suddenly a ghost pops out of the emerald

And then they start flirting after a while or smth, I kinda forgor where it went after that

Working on a model of the actual historical building next to his shop before I do anything with the second story, because I need to determine where the prole woman lives. I’m leaning towards behind the shop, but I’d like to just have a layout of the street first.

#You can’t tell what it is yet… I’m going to build it as it looks in real life and then make it look blown up #And this particular building will be super interesting in this context from a historical POV #Because it technically should not be in England… but 1984 is an alternate universe #and its being in England when it shouldn’t be implies a very juicy fictional history with a certain real figure #Which I can then proceed to imply in Winston’s records work and the interior design of Minitru #So this building being in England half-demolished becomes a symbol of how the past is dead and gone #[vibrates excitedly]#It doesn’t make sense to you but it does to me AHAHAHAHAHAHA #I LOVE WORLDBUILDING #And the building has some piece of art attached to it #This feature being in ruins represents “god is dead; there is no one to save you” as well as the death of heritage #Holy shit I’m losing my mind (in a good way!)#Oh my god. The history buffs are gonna love this
