Education
Like Walking Through a Hailstorm
Outside the home, schools are the primary vehicles for educating, socializing, and providing services to young people in our country.
Smoking school children at their very tender age, taking dopants such as whitner used for erasing on paper writing, consuming - alcohol, chemical sprits, cough syrabs and smoking, pre marriage pergnancy at school level, abortion, immature sex, lesbian, gay, homosexual partners and transgender.......all kinds of unwelcomed changes are taking place in our society specially in schools. Schools are paving a new way for this kind of activities because of getting immense opportunities from various cultural backgrounds.
Students of this kind may face bullying, exclusion, and discrimination in school, putting them at physical and psychological risk and limiting their education. This is true. At the same time we cannot support their practices and protect them from risks. In order to save them, can we support their habits inculcated. Never possible.
Think over it. How can we save these victims from their lifestyles and save our culture and heritage.
Only way is giving frequent awareness. Our awareness should not imbibe in them to get to know a new life style which they are not aware of.
¶ Leader. Leena Rai: We can save if we teachers are not socialising with them at Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp etc
I noted teachers are promoting them to be on to these platforms. They are sharing their personal data with them and engrossed in foolish chatting. The condition is too bleak in rural areas where the students teacher gap is diminished and Sorry to add parents over there considered their son to be the head of the family if he attains the age of 13 or 14 even Gadgets, motorbikes and SUV's they are providing only.
¶ Archana: Kids imitate the actions and behaviours, not by listening but by seeing.
We as parents need to do an introspection of what habits and behaviours we want to instill in our children and that's where the change begins.
Times are changing so the parenting and school education has to change accordingly.
The amount of information we have today wasn't there but how we look at various challenges are still from the same outlook.
As Teachers our responsibilities have increased multifold given the challenges in society.
How many colleges and schools are putting pressure on Government for changing policies because of Drugs issue?
Most schools are aware of wrong things but what is the action?
How many schools are sharing actual reports with parents in PTMs?
They showcase rosy pictures about child, do so much flattering, is this how we will initiate changes?
The root cause of problems should be understood by us all to get to a solution.
Without the change in society, how can we expect children to change in isolation?
¶ Dr. BALA SUBRAMANIAN: Parents should not wash their hands just by sending to school, tution Or home teacher and they may be in a right road and same way teachers also should do extra walk, not sleep just by sending diary comments. Teachers must ensure are the parerents aware exactly what's is going on in school campus.
Is really children attending school, or extra classes or evening tution regularly and are they collecting exact fees only or adding their own GST.
Be aware.
Be aware.
Be aware. Children if they deal parents only for ATM card purposes, it's clear home management or parents too need a schooling if not life teaches u(s) lot of unexplainable, unexpected learnings.
If parents don't spend quality time to monitor, give guidance than what is the use of keeping high bank balance, for whom parents are working and saving money.
Time to think the importance of children emotional care, emotional support.
¶ Priti Kaushik: We cannot blame the kids completely. Everyone is to be blamed, including the stakeholders.
When we scold the kids, the human rights group intervene that teachers are not allowed to scold them as it would harm their growth. I would like to ask, haven't we all grown with the scoldings etc.?
I think our all round growth and development is definitely better than the present kids. Then why this doubt?
Teachers are the ones who give their all selflessly for the future of the kids. Even parents have a hidden interest in raising and educating their children I.e. they should settle down and earn their livelihood so that the children are not dependent on them later.
Our children get inspired by the western world and crave for the freedom like them and they are further supported by so called Child Psychologists, Researchers, Human Activists etc. But all fail to realise that the Western Culture is very different from our culture. The parents and children donot share the same bond as we do here. Hence in our scenario if no one intervenes, I believe that this generation can be saved.
So much spoon feeding is being done to thus generation that they cannot cope up with failure, often they go into depression, they are not able to survive without gadgets, get bored easily, short tempered, no patience, selfish, no core values towards environment etc. Pic is pretty grim.
This will lead us to NOWHERE ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE.

Three Democratic Presidential candidates we hope take home the presidential title for 2020
The race is on for the 2020 presidency seat and there are way too many democratic nominees to keep up with. We have rounded up our top three candidates favorite candidates for the role.
It’s a new age and it’s time for new change. It’s time to do away with the traditional presidential candidates, you know the one’s that are basically puppets, the one’s that don’t really push for real change but instead rather keep traditional boring democratic values, candidates such as Joe Biden. It’s time for candidates that will actually push for things that matter to everday working class americans, candates that want to help those that are working a 9 to 5 to have a better life, candidates that want to also move forward with legalizing marijuana.
Elizabeth Warren
Candidate Elizabeth warren is definitely one hopeful that we want to win the presidential candidacy. Warren served many years as a lwa professor and in 2012 became senator for the state of Massachusets. If Warren wins the 2020 election she will become the FIRST FEMALE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
Issues
Taxes - Warren vows to increase the tax rate on billionaires. Billionaires hardly pay enough in taxes, Warren created a billionaire tax calculator that shows how much billionaires will pay in taxes and to sum it up, it’s not that much and the billionaires are livid. Billionaire Bill Gates has $106 Billion dollars and with Warrens tax plan he’ll be paying $6.3 Billion in taxes, and to us that seems pretty fair, but Bill Gates seems to think that it’s insane. Imagine the infastructure, the education, the health benefits and more that we can provide to low income families and persons with Warren’s billionaire tax rate.
Marijuana Legalization - Warren is all for it, but it wasn’t until her recent run for presidency that she went for it. At first Warren only wanted to Legalize medical Marijuana that is up until her run for presidency, so we are a little unsure if she’s either saying this truthfully or for votes, but either way she’s still a great candidate for the seat
Ending the influence of money in government - Believe it or not, our govenrment isn’t as fair as it may seem, money plays a big part in who gets to choose what for the citizens of this country. There are politicians that will accept bribary for government favors such as passing laws, bills, and policies. Warren plans to end the greed of the government.
other issues include, lowering rent in the country by %10, student debt cancellation, providing grants to black entrepreneurs and other entrepreneurs of color, raising minimum wage to $15 an hour and more.

BERNIE SANDERS
Senator Bernie Sanders is no stranger to this race, Sanders ran against Hillary Clinton in the last Democratic Primaries but the DNC decided that Clinton was the best choice, which was strange due to the fact that Sanders polls were higher than Trump’s and Hillary’s, and Hillary’s was lower than Trumps. Sanders who is former Senator for the state of Vermont is throwin his hat in the ring once again. Sanders is also no stranger fighting for the lives of African Americans in this country, marching alongside African American Icon Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, and also getting arrested protesting alongside other Civil Rights protesters.
ISSUES
Marijuana - Sanders has a long history of standing alongside the issue of decriminalizing Marijuna as well as pardoning indivduals incarcerted for crimes involving the natural herb.
Medicare - Sanders wants to implement Medicare for all, a single payer healthcare plan in which the United States government pays for the helth needs of it’s citizens. People claim that this doesn’t work, but there is evidence that it does, just look at Switzerland and a host of other countries where it works. No wonder Tina Turner moved to Switzerland.
Free College - It’s just as simple as that no tution. The federal government would give states and tribes at least $48 billion per year, through a two-to-one federal dollar match program, if states commit to eliminating tuitions and fees at public universities and colleges.
Housing For All - End homelessnes and make rent affordable by making Section 8 vouchers available to all eligible families without a waitlist and strengthening the Fair Housing Act.Combat gentrification, exclusionary zoning, segregation, and speculation.

ANDREW YANG
New York born candidate Andrew Yang is throwing his hat into the race and with some ideas so great that many may seem to think it’s unbelievable, but in this life anything is possible.
Issues
Universal Based Income - Yang wants to create a policy were every American above the age of 18 recieves a $1,000 a month check from the U.S. Government, which he calls The Freedom Dividen. Imagine how many people this would help in this government. Many of the U.S. citizens are overworked and underpaid and barely make enough money to stay afloat. Most make only enough money to pay their bills and not enough for things they actually need such as food, or ways to get around and many other factors. This would also help Americans who strive to create thier own businesses. Many of us get stuck in 9 to 5 jobs and can barely make enough to create something of our own so that we to may enjoy life and live happily or comfortably.
Human Centerd Campitalism - Which is basically stating that humans are more important than money and that our economy should work to fit the needs of it’s citizens instead of it’s pockets.
Criminal Justice Reform - Legalizing Marijuna, ending Mass Incarceration, Decreasing pre-trial bail are just some of the things inder Yang’s Criminal Justice Reform.

Coming of Age Issues Among The Digital Generation
SON, You Millennials have it too easy, you are ungrateful for having it all and still not being satisfied with what you have.
Dont you look at how easily accessible is the sea of knowledge to you in form Youtube and Google.
You should be obliged because son, what you get with just a click, we had to search the whole library logs for it.
You have pool of jobs and vast career options but it was only a matter of pride if you had a degree in medicine and engineering.
Oh and the females in this generation are just being too whiny in the name of feminism. You have got much more than what our generation could only imagine.
You talk about food and hygeine like you are the ones suffering, we had it worse by growing our own food and making sure of its cleanliness.
You have your personal records saved even to the precision of hours n minutes, in form of google drives and facebook memories. We never had this opportunity to lock those memories to revisit them.
Your friends are just one call/text message/email and even picture and video away from you but we had to travel through time and distance to reunite with ours.
You have all the more technological stuff that just have made life easier and lazier for you but when we were young we were made to fight wars for our countries.
But wait did I hear it right the other night you were screaming and crying of depression and anxiety.
YES grandpa, if you really want to talk about the psychological shit we are going through then be all ears because the reality of our loneliness may even put you in to tears.
We do have most of the things that come easy to us; we may even were born with silver spoons in our mouths. That is exactly why we are finding hard to be satisfied with the little joys of life
The wealth of knowledge exactly only comes from Youtube and Google then why the hell are we suffering from the student loans and being crushed by tye tution fees ?
Oh and listen old man we are too much grateful for these clickbaits and the newsfeed shit we feed are empty souls with because thats what how lives should be spent!?!?!?
The jobs and careers we have has made us even more robotic and lonely. We are filling in the voids in our lives by additional work and jobs in hopes that we will devour them to satisfy our starved selves.
The females do have it worse because they are being faced by the constant psychological, emotional , verbal and physical trauma. The media you so fancy is making its turn for the worst, they tell you what to wear how to wear, what to look like and the critiques go so judgmental that some of us end up locked in our rooms.
You think instagram and facebook likes and memories makes us some superior creatures? But in fact, they are the cause of our anxieties.
Seeing oour companions doing better, having better and having more luxuries than us make the unintentional envious environment.
So you see old man we are not in touch with our friends through social media but in a constant reality game show where you have to keep doing and showing better than your rivals.
Wanna hear more of our psychological distress??.
You are definitely right. We should be satisfied with all the advancements around us but to tell you the truth grandma these technologies highlight our loneliness more and more.
The emptiness is gnawing us from the inside. We are desperately trying to reach for our companions and friends and then stop in the tracks with the realization that they may have their own worries.
The hurt, the emptiness, the helplessness, and the disparity is all keeping us hostage in our own bodies.
We have the digital world to show case our best fronts but sadly the reality behind the screens of our devices show us the horrendous side of our world.
I dont know how to make you understand pa but if you see through our eyes you may see that yours was a satisfied generation but ours is just too confused, lost and depressed to appreciate and enjoy what we have.

This podcast introduced us to the lying issues within education such as finanial issues.
It got me thinking when one of the participants mention that although we are taught to follow are passion etc sometimes are passions can become burdens especially if the income isn’t there and people stuggle finanically. People should ask themselves there goals from education and is it fanically stable - this is were things like the ux school app will fill in a missing space in education, I believe anyways.
Something else that is quite relevant and relatable to me and lots of other students today tend to be the amount of money we pay for years of education. Some student also tend to have part time - full time jobs to help pay for schooling. This can be a hard thing for people to juggle at times and I think there is a lot of pressure, particularly if you arn’t putting 100% into your education because jobs take up whatever time you have outside of university/college hours.
When the students go into work, do you think employers should provide some kind of extra help? - again this is why something like the ux school would be evidently useful for many people, as for me building the UX hub its free and wouldnt cost businesses money or time. Rather employees and students would invest their own time into learning whenever it suits them best. This emphasises on the point that at the start of this project i was thinking a lot about students in university around the age of 18-25 but there is much more users that could benefit from such a tool and this podcast has opened my eyes to this. Particularly to possible users that are already in a job, perhaps there company is working on a project that a particular individual(s) has never been taught or worked in before, this is were a platform such as UX hub would be beneficial.
In this podcast there was a short clip about donalnd trump talking about how there are kids coming out of some of best universities and not getting employed cause they dont have practial experience. They emphasises that the best way to learn is by doing and this is something I have certainly realised throughout my years of education.
Touching on the university side of things a lot of students tend to not know what they want to do as a career - some may have ideas but what happends when they pay there tution fees and realise its not for them? Its a waste of valuable time and energy and they discuss throughout how people should be able to test out different areas people would particularly be interested in taking a career in, this way people have an idea of what they want to do. Yet again another point as to why more education platforms are needed so that this problem can be solved.
Lastly another topic discussed was how teachers need to be given different ways to teach rather than the traditional classroom - different ways of learning through doing and allowing students to have personised education weither it be specific learning preferences, flexibility and time. This was really good to hear because thats excactly what i UX hub is going to be about - personalised education.

How Getting Laid Off Launched My Career
My journey took me from having $7 in my pocket to making 6 figures.
April 1, 2020 8 min read
Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.
Before I get started with my story, I want to talk about yours. Many of you reading this may have recently been laid off, or you’re concerned it may happen soon. It’s a scary experience, for sure, but when I was laid off, it ended up having an incredibly positive impact it had on my career. My intention here is to provide you with a combination of inspiration and tactic-level advice on how you can come out better on the other side.
That said, if you’re currently going through it, I encourage you to acknowledge and experience every stage of this transition. These are real feelings that need to be processed; we all have our own system and timeline for dealing with these emotions. My approach and mindset might not be applicable to your specific situation, but I hope you can learn something from my own lessons, and feel free to leave the rest behind.

Getting laid off
On May 13th, 2009, I was laid off from my job as a marketing agency Manager at a SaaS startup in the Financial District of Manhattan. The HR manager told me my role was being revised because the company was reducing its focus on digital marketing agency, my specialty. (Hard to believe, but digital marketing agency wasn’t really seriously back then.)
I called up my good friend, Lorie Alter, to tell her what had happened. In an attempt to cheer me up, she responded: “It could be worse, it could be raining”. The joke fell flat. It was, in fact, raining.
My subway ride home to Brooklyn was emptier than usual, since I left the office before rush hour. I had plenty of space for my rain-soaked cardboard box, containing everything from my desk. I sat there, processing my thoughts in relative peace, taking stock of my own preparedness. I’d been given two weeks’ severance and had about $1,000 saved up. In the midst of the Great Recession, I knew I had some challenging times ahead. I had to figure out how I could quickly come up with more cash.
At the time, I was about a week into a search-engine marketing course at New York University. (I signed up at the suggestion of my manager that had just fired me.) I knew I could still withdraw and get $800 in tution back. But instead, I figured the best way to get myself out of this situation was to continue building valuable skills.
Going to class twice a week gave me purpose, and reinforced the fact that I wasn’t going to be a victim or give up. I continued to take the next best action, and I encourage you to do the same if you’re ever in this position. Years later as an instructor at General Assembly, a school that focuses on the job skills of today and tomorrow, I was able to teach several people who were in almost identical situations. You can do the same. Use this as an opportunity to determine and develop the skills needed to land your next job.

The Job Search
When I completed my search-engine marketing agency class, I was officially Google AdWords Certified. This was, and is, the gold standard any paid search marketer is held to. Passing this exam was a huge win for me (even though it cost me another $150) because I could now shop myself around as a recognized expert.
I signed up with a few employment agencies to help with my job search, and my first big interview was with a company that provided chat support for websites. I grossly exaggerated what I was capable of doing in regard to statistical analysis, and when the woman interviewing me handed me her laptop and said, “Ok, show me how you would analyze this data,” I just fumbled around afor a few minutes before we both knew I didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t get the job, and the agency wasn’t too happy about the feedback they received. Lesson learned.
After three months of searching, I was behind on rent and my electricity was turned off. I had to run an extension cord to an outlet in the hallway of my building so I could keep my computer and refrigerator on. I tried my hand at independent consulting since I needed an immediate cash injection. My first client was a restaurant in Manhattan that paid me $500, though I probably should have bartered for food as well. But the gig, small as it was, gave me a much needed confidence boost.
A few days later I was chatting with another prospect, a dentist based in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood. He’d been burned by a digital marketer in the past, and was directing all his leftover frustration at me, questioning my skills rather than telling me about his goals and hearing how I may be able to help. As much as I needed the job, I told him I wasn’t a good fit — I’d rather be broke than deal with a jerk for the next few months. Remember not to lose sight of your own self worth. The situation, no matter how grim, doesn’t define who you are. Your reaction does.

Landing a Job
I continued interviewing and consulting over the next couple of months. My fees were low, and I continued to be behind on rent — but I was gaining so much in hands-on experience. Being able to speak to the real world application of my skills proved extremely valuable during interviews. If someone ever handed me their laptop again, I could prove my value this time.
Eventually, I landed a job at a company called Omniture. (I almost didn’t pick up the phone when they called, assuming it would be a bill collector.) I was expected to report to three weeks of training in Utah, and I was expected to cover my travel costs and be reimbursed in the future. I swallowed the pride I had left and admitted that I couldn’t pay out of pocket; my new manager put the costs on his credit card and I was on my way.
I landed in Utah with just $7 in my pocket. I made it last by eating dinner at the free happy hour my hotel hosted every other night. I’d take extra food back to my room and eat it for lunch the next day. It was a tough week, but the clouds were parting: The job offer was $35k more than what I had asked for, and included stock options. Omniture was acquired by Adobe about a month later, leaving me with a decent amount of Adobe stock. In the course of five months, I went from being unemployed to making six figures at an industry-leading company. My electricity was turned back on.
I didn’t realize it at the moment, but getting fired was the best thing that could have happened to my career. I was suddenly unleashed and free to pursue what I wanted.
Related: 10 Things You Should Never Do In A Job Interview
The experience taught me three valuable things that I hope you’ll remember if you find yourself in a similar situation. First, enhance relevant skills. I know the world is telling you how much time you have to learn this or read that right now, and if you have kids or other responsibilities, that doesn’t always feel true. But prioritize your own growth, and find the time — if you have a gap in your resume, being able to explain how you used those months productively help you stand out from the crowd.
Second, don’t compare yourself to other people. Comparison is the thief of all joy, and you should let yourself celebrate all the small wins that will come along the way. Karen may be bragging about the third interview she has coming up, but that’s her journey, not yours.
Lastly, don’t forget who you are. Your employment or the number of interviews you get doesn’t define who you are as a person. Rejection is part of the process; don’t let it break you. There’s a great opportunity out there, waiting for you. Make sure you show up as the best version of yourself.

How Getting Laid Off Launched My Career
My journey took me from having $7 in my pocket to making 6 figures.

Avdo Hadziavdic – MarketSharks Forex Training
Avdo Hadziavdic – MarketSharks Forex Training
MarketSharks Forex Trading course is based on 2 strategies:
1. one of them is MM (Market Makers) strategy
2. HFT Scalping strategy
Okay, you are probably thinking right now: damn, I know nothing about forex, even if I want this, this will be too complicated for me.
Well, you are are wrong my friend!
To be totaly honest with you, the fact that you don’t know anything about markets and forex, doesn’t effect at all your possible future successful trading.
In fact, maybe it’s even better that you are not experienced forext trader, it’s easier to teach novice to trade properly from the start, then to make experienced trader to forget everything he knew about forex before.
Truth to be told, classic forex traders are trapped even they think they know everything about forex, and they are not nearly as profitable as they should be according to experience, and that is something you will see by your self if you decide to join us. At MarketSharks we know better, and I’m not telling that to brag or something, we don’t need that.
Our students testimonails speaks instead of us, you can go and personaly ask every one of them to tell you what they think honestly.
So our main goal here at MarketSharks is to create profitable forex traders from very begining, because we know how, and nothing makes us more happy then to see our students making hundreds with a few hours of trading daily.
You could see that by your self on facebook, numerous testimonials from our students are being shared every day.
Search hashtag #marketsharks
So, if you have interest in joining us at MarketSharks, don’t let your 0 experience stop you, because if you are able to use computer and have internet connection, you could be profitable forex traders in matter of week or two..
Yes, that’s how simple yet powerfuly is our course, it could be definitely your way out of 9 to 5 life.
I also must mention that we don’t have any hidden fees or monthly membership fees, we offer our complete course and tution for one time fee for life time membership.
I personaly know many other Forex mentors that are charging thousands for a few videos with some strategies(that you can find on youtube for free btw),
not nearly as profitable as strategies that we teach,
and that is also one of the reasons I started promoting here MarketSharks, to help regular people to start being profiable traders, and not to charge fortune for that.
Keep in mind one very important thing, MarketSharks don’t have affiliate program like some other Forex companies, and probabyl will never have, because Damon & Derek don’t want their students to be distracted from trading..
They could have affiliate program easily and let their students promote this and make them ton of money easily, but they simply don’t want them do that, they are focus on trading 100%, and that is only what matters to them.
Main goal of this is to help as many people as they can to improve their finacial situation by trading forex successfuly.
I know you like what you see above,
so whether you are experienced forex trader, or you have 0 experience and you hear about forex for the first time,
but you want to start making money as soon as this week,
let us teach you.
I can Guarantee that you will be blown away with what we have to offer when you get into the course.
Let me re-cap one more time what everything you will be getting with MarketSharks:
1. our MarketMakers method – this will alowe you know exactly how market moves, and this will make you feel like you are cheating this billion dollar industry, trust me, not many people knows this
2. HFT scalping strategy – responsible for making $3k in less then 4 hours with not losing one single trade
3. 24/7 support group, we are global, so at every moment you have support guys to help you with what ever you need, this support chat group worth the price alone.. Golden nuggets droped on hourly basis there
4. 1 on 1 tution with Derek and Damon, personal session when ever you need it, if you need it.. Remember, their main goal is to create profitable forex trader out of you
Actualy there is much more, but those 4 things above is enough to tell you for now, but once inside, you will be blown away with what you are getting.
MarketSharks course could easily be charged $3k or more.. and those experienced forex traders who are reading this right now knows how much Forex mentoring is being charged from some pro claimed forex gurus, and to get nothing in return.
Once you’re in, you will be telling the same to others I’m 100% sure of that

What comes next?
I remember the first day I saw a computer. It was in the first floor of my newly joined school. It was a small room with red carpet and A.C. and we have to leave our shoes outside the room as there should not be any dust coming.
I was fascinated that I can type my name on the black screen one character at a time. At that time the fees to learn computer was 25 Rs. a month on top of the regular tution fees. We were taught BASIC language and from that moment I loved programming.
Nothing much happened for next 6 years as we were only taught BASIC and the coursework was repeated every year. In the mean time I had learned about Internet, Modem and HTML. After 6 years we were taught C++ and that too of the Borland’s era in the blue screen and we made star-pattern printing programs and to calculate simple interest, compound interest and other simple programs.
My final project in school was an elevator simulator. This may feel big but it was not much. It maintained the state of the elevator and you can type to summon it and when it reached it prints - “ elevator open - please enter 1 person” and it had support for 2 persons and all the things happened as they happen with an elevator. This was my first big project.
Then during my engineering, life happened and didn’t touched programming till my mid-3rd year when I started to learn Java. We made fun things with Swing like clock, DB manager, Roommates Account Tracker and a simple website.
This was left behind with my job as an Image processing research job at CDAC. Played around with Matlab, OpenCV, Camera SDKs and Visual Studio. My big project here was creating a program to do thousands of matches per second for iris databases and writing to a file which was then analysed by another script to give us the accuracy of our Iris recognition systems. There were a few other but this was what I was most proud of. During the last part of my job at CDAC I had started working with Deep Learning and enjoyed that but no project was done in there.
Now 1 year after I left the job another thing has caught my eye. Creating a Self Driving Tractor which can plough/do whatever a tractor does in the fields. I have chosen a tractor because that will be easy at the moment ( I don’t have to look for lane lines and pedestrians or other tractors in field). The truth is I don’t know anything about how a tractor operates. I don’t know how I will control it’s speed or steering or the lever which puts the plougher in the field.
But it will be a fun thing. I am again excited like the first time a saw a computer.
Let’s see what happens.
