SCORBUS and STIMS

I Have many, many thoughts about all of my favourite characters and how they stim. Cursed Child, thank god, actually has representation of the way the two main leads stim. This post will be me discussing that and expanding upon it.

Scorpius Malfoy: Alot of depictions of the play portray him being a very avid stimmer. He jumps around and flaps his hands and, iirc, in one of the plays I watched, he rocked back and forward while sitting legs in a basket. He stims when he's excited, worked up, or getting really into something. I have this scenario in my head where Scorpius is complimented on his Potion in class, and begins flapping his hands because he happy. This boy hasn't masked a day in his life, he never needed to, I've mentioned before he grew up with nobody informing him on social cues because he stayed in the Manor with his parents all day. So he doesn't feel the need to try hide his stims despite it likely being a source of ridicule for some students to use against him. Anyway! I imagine he'd also stim by going on his tip toes. Anything that has him bouncing and not sitting still for too long. Also vocal stims, like squeaking and screeching and maybe even his little Wizzos.

Albus Severus Potter: In the play, majority of the adaptions I've seen atleast, Albus is very fidgety. He twiddles his fingers or scrunches the fabric of his robe in his hand, he does this when he's shy or nervous or feeling awkward. It's also been said that they designed Albus's wand to have Cherry blossom buds coming out the handle, which he uses to soothe himself likely by rubbing his thumb back and forward on the nub.... So I've always imagined him as a self soother/texture stimmer. He stims when he needs to calm down, he has textures that help him, such as wood, fabrics, and a personal headcanon is the feeling of a rock/crystal. Anything bumpy, he will stim with. However for happy stims, I think he'd be much calmer than Scorpius, and be more of a bouncing on your tiptoes stimmer or a shaking the person closest to you stimmer. Both are fairly common stims, so he doesn't stand out how Scorpius does when he's hopping in circles and "squeaking" with excitement.

Um yeah that's the post... I just wanted to talk about this because again, its something I always think about when I become attached to a character. Yep!

thinking about that theory where peter parker is the mcu's anchor being. and like. the possibilities of it. imagine learning your entire universe's anchor being, the person who pretty much controls the fate of the universe, is some guy who just doesn't exist??? not even dropped off the face of the earth, but there is no proof of this person even existing in the first place???? and maybe strange or the fantastic four or whoever feels responsible for/is tasked with finding and protecting this anchor being but that's kinda hard to do when you have Absolutely Nothing to go off of.

or alternatively, peter himself learning that the entire universe is basically relying on him staying alive, and he already has a lot on his shoulders but this??? having lost everything and everyone and now learning that the weight of the world is literally on his shoulders and fuck!!! he just wanted to be a friendly neighborhood spider-man but that's parker luck for you!!

and like. there's so many ways to take it and i haven't seen anyone considering this and guys. guys. consider it. take it and run with it or what have you. fuck it and throw doctor doom in the mix for the irondad girlies because surely that will be fun.

and i know i know the theory doesn't fully go hand in hand with the mcu cannon but. fuck the cannon. let me scream into the void about this. let me shove it in your faces and hope someone does something with it. let me have my silly where's waldo peter parker anchor being au.

I think it’s time I talk about an issue that’s been rlly bugging me lately. For a while I thought it was common sense but apparently not bc I keep seeing it??? So ig I’ll write a post abt it.

This? This isn’t okay.

To a casual pet owner this enclosure might seem fine. But what I see is a pair of suffocated tits :/ they don’t have enough room, they cant jiggle or bounce at all—they can hardly even breathe, as there’s hardly any ventilation. This is abuse! If you can’t give tiddies the space they need then u shouldn’t own them at all. It’s not about showing them off, it’s about giving them the right environment to thrive. These are barely even surviving; they’re probably listless and rarely eat. I wonder if the owner even lets them out to play often enough, if at all. It’s a truly miserable sight.

Here are some examples of enclosures where the tits have begun to burst out. Without enough space or ventilation, they will tend to rip apart the seams in an effort to gain more movement and air. I’m begging you all not to let it get this bad, and if it has, immediately replace the old enclosure with a new, larger one that has more ventilation.

Now these? These are proper enclosures. There’s plenty of space for movement, large holes for proper ventilation and enrichment. There’s even cleavage—cleavage is a clear sign that the tits are well taken care of. I’d wager these owners let them out often. 10/10, this is the kind of care and attention all pet owners should strive for. These tits are living the life.

Anyway. I hope you’ve learned something. Pls spread the word, bc I really have seen more and more examples of poor tit enclosures and it’s so sad to see 🥺

I worry that people are mad at me so often and the unfortunate part about that is even if I haven't done anything to make them mad ( but what if smthn I did was misinterpreted?? How would I even know??) my brain will manage to convince me that not only are they mad at me but I MUST have done SOMETHING.
