RIDING HIS THIGH WHILE HE’S WEARING HIS GREY SWEATPANTS. . .
Tumblr media
you really didn’t mean to, but with the way you were straddling one of his legs as you cuddled, you couldn’t help yourself to his meaty thigh.
he’s just leaned back on the couch, watching you, analyzing the roll of your hips—being under his piercing gaze made you feel even needier, and he knows it. his eyes notice how yours haze over just slightly as you briefly hit a sweet spot, eliciting such a sweet sound. now that brings a little smile to his face.
and you know you’re making a mess on his pant leg, bare cunt dragging along the fabric as you pant out his name in little whimpers. neither of you actually care that he’ll have to wash these after because you also catch the wet spot at the tip of his cockbulge, imagining a little pearl of arousal leaking out of the red, sensitive tip you adore.
you huff out in frustration, practically edging yourself at this point. opening your eyes, your gaze meets his as he stares with a ghost of a smirk. “you okay? need something?”
what a shithead—he’s really wanting you to say it out loud. he does this every damn time.
“please,” you murmur in an attempt to save face.
“please what? use your words, baby.”
you huff out once again, but it comes out as more of a whine. while your pride is on the line, so is your orgasm.
so you slow down, staying at a gentle rhythm as you whisper out, “please help me cum.”
“help you with what? a little louder.”
you were about to explode from his teasing—damn him. “please help me cum,” you repeat louder, maintaining eye contact.
his hands snake up your thighs to your hips as he purrs a soft, “good girl. was that so hard?”
guiding your movements, he flexes his thigh to perfectly bump against your clit. a little cry escapes you as your hips move faster, chasing your delicious high.
“pleasepleaseplease—” you’re panting against him, cresting that hill where you’re gushing all over his sweats. he pulls you into a hungry kiss as he groans into your mouth, releasing in his pants and helping you both ride out your highs.
“there we go, baby.”
later that night, you notice four pairs of grey sweatpants added to your shared amazon cart.
guess he enjoyed it too. ᢉ𐭩

// hello, neighbor
modern day arthur morgan x female reader. mdni. voyeurism (oops), masturbation (m & f). reader is in college. brought to you by: my phone! again!
“with the blinds open?”
“...with the blinds open.”
a two-way confessional on the campus plaza turns into a harsh spotlight the second the admission leaves your lips, though you suspect that the heat would have driven you down this road at some point.
the next page you turn in your textbook is a little harsher than necessary, and you take the slight tearing noise as a sign to shut it. you could hardly focus enough to digest it, anyway. you turn to your friend, their work long since abandoned next to the half-empty bottle of soda gone flat.
"i mean," and you pause, trying to build your next sentences with the utmost care. "it doesn't seem like he's got malicious intent. he's...he's a nice guy, you know?"
"did you come to that conclusion before or after you caught him jacking off with the blinds open?"
before, without a doubt. you're not sure you can bring yourself to dislike someone who'd helped muscle your furniture up four flights of narrow stairs.
running into arthur morgan on the street that day had been the closest you've come to justice in a while. he hadn’t made an offer to help—just pulled the cardboard boxes right from your arms and told you to point him in the direction of your apartment door, and you’d said yes, because the shame of knowing he’d seen you struggle for the last hour had been too much to bear.
after the first trip up, your reprieve turned to torture. not because of the tremor in your thighs, or the burn in your lungs, but something far more sinister: the trail of hair dipping into the waistband of his jeans. the rivulets of sweat dotting the back of his neck. the flex of his back each time his grip shifts to accommodate the weight of the boxes.
his cheeks, flushed with a pretty scarlet, had deteriorated any semblance of self-preservation you could ever buy off of amazon (pepper spray was getting rather expensive), and the lopsided smile he’d given you—a meek little thing—nearly sent the glass of lemonade you’d poured for him sliding to the floor.
it was embarrassing. and more importantly, pathetic. but the only feeling with the balls to surmount your shame is that eager throb of unadulterated lust.
it’d only grown worse once you’d started pestering him with questions. turns out, he lived in the apartment right across the street from yours.
“s’only temporary, though. just till an acquaintance of mine gets back from overseas.”
temporary. that was fine. though, you do feel a little uncomfortable at the thought of fucking him in someone else’s apartment. not that you were planning on it. but…his “acquaintance” would have to have some heavy pockets though, right? so you find out one relatively non-invasive question later that arthur actually worked as a security guard—because of course he does.
you think it might have to do with the way his fingers drum against the cold countertop as he speaks. the sag of his t-shirt collar doesn’t help much either. but some harebrained part of you convinces your synapses to fire just enough to ask for his number.
to help with…appliances.
it only hits you after he leaves that working in security didn’t mean shit when it came down to appliance repairs, but you thank your lucky stars arthur was nice enough to hand over his number anyways.
from there it’s straightforward.
or, it should have been.
flirting doesn’t exactly fall under your area of expertise, but you do know how to observe. not stalk—that would be weird.
observe and observe only. just until you can work up the nerve to talk to him again.
arthur couldn’t seem to close the blinds, which made it a little easier. he was a creature of habit: he’d leave in the early morning, returning just after the sun sends the last of its rays to cascade down the walls of the building. he always seemed to return more weary than the day before, which did at least put your envy of the condominium complex to rest.
but you weren’t quite sure just what you were getting into until around two weeks after your move in.
your apartment is submerged in darkness when you finally manage to jiggle the key into the lock. the only source of light comes from the warm glow of arthur’s apartment, the sun to the moon of your window, spilling out over your desk and onto the floor.
changing out of your clothes is a quick and efficient affair, as per usual; an oversized shirt and underwear are all you can manage with the faulty air conditioning. you’re about to shut your blinds when you catch familiar skin.
your pulse is tapping out a strange rhythm in your throat.
no. he couldn’t be, could he? but that definitely was—
you clap a hand over your mouth with a shiver. creep just close enough to the edge of your window to avoid being spotted without losing your vantage point.
arthur is splayed across the couch, one leg draped over the side while the other remains bent on the cushions. you can see how you’d nearly missed it—he looks strangely relaxed.
but you’ve committed that flush in his cheekbones to memory. the rapid rise and fall of his chest. his eyes are pinched shut, and you trace down the length of his body to where his hand works in languid strokes over his cock.
oh god.
this was wrong on so many levels. but you can’t help the way your thighs rub together, or the pulsating heat of your cunt.
you slide your hand away from your mouth, snaking it lower and lower till you’re pushing aside the gusset of your panties, paying no attention to the angle of your wrist. your fingers find you already wet, clit throbbing with assured interest.
a moan snakes its way out of you as you follow the pace of arthur’s hand. he’s still pumping lazily on the couch, but his hips have begun to undulate in slow circles, punctuated by the occasional jerk.
fuck, this was getting bad. but you follow his lead, stopping when he stops, exhaling when he exhales, and there comes a point when mirroring him is no longer a conscious effort. a lock of hair falls over his sweaty forehead and you nearly cry; you’d have been able to brush it aside in a heartbeat. it only reminds you of how long it’s been since you’ve been touched by someone else like this.
you reach a fever pitch when the two of you begin to increase the pace, and you have to brace a hand against your desk for support. your eyes haven’t left arthur once. wouldn’t leave even after you catch that scrunch of his crooked nose, the tightening of his fist. but your eyes flutter when his head tips back, and his mouth falls open (so wide you can almost hear him in your ears), and shit, you think you’ll be right there with him—
—until fingers snap in front of your face.
you open your eyes. turn your head.
"hey, you good? you're drooling."

More Things You Can Do
aside from protesting
There are a lot of boycotts going on right now. I have seen calls for an official day (February 28) of no shopping and others that are extended avoidance or limitation of using: Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Amazon, Airbnb, Tesla, Meta, CNN, Fox News.
I've also seen boycotts, individual and collective, of businesses like Sephora or CVS, which voluntarily rolled back their DEI. (So did Disney, btw) But while boycott is a power you can flex (and save yourself money in the process), I think it's easier to list some places that have NOT caved on their DEI and/or who are even actively supporting it: Costco, Walgreens, Ulta, Lush, Penzey's, King Arthur Flour, Bob's Red Mill, Albertson's grocery stores (includes Safeway), Apple and more
Delete any Meta apps you aren't using/don't need. This includes Threads, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and whatever stupid VR thing they try next that will fail. If you do need to keep using them (small businesses, unfortunately, still often do), you can still keep Meta from profiting from you by going into your Privacy Settings and turning off any function that allows them to collect your information for ads. Meta does not make this easy to find, btw. And you are going to end up with weird ads, but just ignore them.
Go into all of the Meta apps you use, find the Privacy Center, under Settings, I think, find Ad Preferences or Common Privacy Settings. It's then going to make you click on more things, like Manage Settings. And then you can turn off settings like "Use your information to show our ad partners"
Then you have to find the other settings to turn off other companies sharing your information with Meta jfc
Here, John Oliver explains it better
Switch from Chrome. (I have to use Chrome to pay my electric bill, they won't let me use another browser. Dicks. But for everything else, I use Firefox or Ecosia) Firefox isn't Google but also Firefox lets you add extensions to block tracking or ads and I have one up to help limit Meta's information scraping anyway. And it's free! Switching only takes minutes!
Use Mapquest --Mapquest is not referring to the Gulf of Mexico as anything but the Gulf of Mexico.
If you are into these sort of podcasts, The Meidas Touch is openly critical of Trump and Musk, and just ousted Joe Rogan from Spotify's top spot.
This one is difficult for trans people right now but everyone, yes everyone in America, get your IDs in order and up to date. They are going to try to push some Voter ID shit too (where they haven't already) so take the time NOW to get your paperwork in order. Go request (or order through the mail) a certified copy of your birth certificates from the county where you were born. Going in means you only pay the County Clerk fees. Through the mail usually means you will have to have something notarized as well. (Hell, anyone who changed your surnames when you got married, maybe get a certified copy of your marriage license too.) Get a Real ID. Get a passport if you can afford it. Passports also require a certified copy of a birth certificate. If you have a valid passport, it will work in place of a Real ID but get both if you can. American passports are good for ten years (for adults).
Also, and this sucks, get your affairs in order. You could get hit by a bus or something, and you want to make sure your death is handled *how you want* and your loved ones get what you feel they should, regardless of your gender and how many roadblocks the govt is going to try to throw up in your way. Protecting Trans Bodies in Death and Making Your Death Plan (videos from Caitlin Doughty). Also and I know I keep harping on this, MAKE A WILL. MAKE IT LEGALLY. Look up your state's requirements for such a document or hire someone to do it for you. (Sometimes credit unions or regular unions will offer this as a service. LegalZoom also exists if that is more your jam.)
Fun stuff (cuz sorry about the death stuff!)
Got Spotify or Tidal or even Youtube? Start making playlists of POC and queer artists, and make them public. Search for BIPOC and/or queer podcasts and video essayists.
Personally, I've been putting on all the booktuber videos about ditching Kindle and just letting them play in the background while I do tasks. Someone is out there on Youtube speaking the truth? Like and Subscribe! (It helps them get visibility and shows Youtube there is an audience, and if it worries you... it's not permanent. You can unsubscribe later if you want.)
Like books by BIPOC and/or queer people?? Recommend that shit. Check it out from libraries even if you've read it before!
Be Kind. Be kind to people and to yourselves. Participate in boycotts and remember they can mean *totally avoiding* a store, or, if there is no alternative for what you need, then *spending far less* there than you normally would. Shop local. Shop small. Spread correct information as best as you can. Remember that Black lives matter, that trans lives matter, and that way more people on our side than they want us to realize.

## What’s a Cyber Forensic Investigator?
Master post - part 1 • part 2
You must have heard bout forensics yk investigating bout dead people who might have been killed and all
You must have seen shows on those topics too.Cyber forensic investigator is just of same kind but investigating through all types of modern gadgets.
Catching hackers and all but cooler
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
### The Money Talk: How Much Do They Make?
- **Cash Money**: Expect to rake in about $60k to $120k a year. If you are very much experienced and skilled then you can expect about 150k+ a year.(obv different countries and companies may have different wages)
### Companies That Want You
- **Tech Titans**: Google, Amazon, Facebook—they all have requirement for such heroes
- **Gov Jobs**: FBI, CIA—basically every spy agency wants you.
- **Cybersecurity Firms**: CrowdStrike, McAfee—so every gateway you go you gonna have opportunities everywhere.
### What Other Forensic Investigators Are There?
- **Forensic Pathologists**: Real-life detectives who figure out how someone died. Less tech, more science.
- **DNA Analysts**: The ones matching DNA samples
- **Forensic Accountants**: Following the money to catch fraudsters and scammers
- **Toxicologists**: Poison experts, figuring out if someone’s been covertly poisoned. (Yeaa yk snow white story)
### What’s the Work Environment Like?
- **The Lab**: Imagine a room filled with more screens than your gaming setup. Gadgets galore, maybe even a Red Bull or two
- **On the Move**: Sometimes you’re out in the field, collecting evidence. Think of it like collecting rare items in a game.
- **Remote Vibes**: You could be solving cybercrimes from your bed in your PJs .
### How Long Does It Take to Become One?
- **Time Investment**: About 4 years for a bachelor’s, and then 1-2 more years for a master’s if you’re going all-in. So, 5-6 years total. But hey, good things take time, right?
### What Do You Study?
- **Cybersecurity/Computer Science**: Your main jams. Think of them as the ultimate cheat codes for this career.
- **Digital Forensics**: Specialized courses where you learn to be a digital ninja.
- **Law and Ethics**: Learning how to catch the bad guys without breaking the law yourself. (You yourself don't want to be troubled obviously)
### Subjects You Need to Get Into It
- **Math**: Yep, but not the boring kind—more like coding and algorithms.
- **Computer Science**: Your go-to for everything techy.
- **Optional Nerd Points**: Chemistry/Physics if you’re into hardware forensics or just want to flex those brain muscles.
### Work Hours: What to Expect?
- **9 to 5-ish**: Standard hours if you’re working for a company, but expect some late nights or weekend shifts when big cases pop up.
- **On-Call Madness**: Sometimes you’re on-call like a digital firefighter. Cyber-attack at 3 AM? Time to suit up (or log in) and handle it.
- **Flexible/Remote**: If you’re lucky, you can work from home. Just remember, no solving crimes in your underwear during Zoom meetings!
### Interview with a Cyber Forensic Investigator
**Interviewer**: What’s a day in the life of a cyber forensic investigator?
**Cyber Sleuth**: Imagine rolling out of bed, grabbing your coffee, and diving into cases. I’m talking analyzing hard drives, sifting through emails, or tracking down cyberattack origins. Some days it’s all data, other days I’m working with law enforcement or testifying in court. Never a dull moment!
**Interviewer**: What’s the coolest case you’ve worked on?
**Cyber Sleuth**: Helping bust a phishing ring that was scamming millions. Tracked their digital footprints, caught the culprits, and recovered their loot. Felt like a total legend.
**Interviewer**: Ever seen some dark stuff, like murders?
*Cyber Sleuth**: Yeah, I’ve stumbled across some pretty grim stuff. It’s not all memes and malware—sometimes it’s serious business. But catching those bad guys makes it all worth it.
**Interviewer**: Have you ever been on the dark web?
**Cyber Sleuth**: Oh, for sure. It’s like the sketchy underbelly of the internet. Lots of shady deals. I go there when I need to, but it’s not a fun hangout spot.
**Interviewer**: How dark can a case get?
**Cyber Sleuth**: It can get really intense. I’ve worked on cases involving human trafficking and other serious crimes. It’s tough, but making a difference makes it worth it.
**Interviewer**: Any advice for someone who wants to get into this field?
**Cyber Sleuth**: Stay curious and keep learning. Tech evolves fast, so you’ve gotta keep up. And don’t be afraid to dig deep—sometimes the answers are buried in tons of data, but finding them is like hitting gold.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So if you’re into tech and have subjects like mathematics , chemistry and physics then you are all set to start your journey.i have seen ppl running for a common a job and all and they are not even specified about what they want. So just research and find out what you want.

🤣🤣🤣 I have never laughed so hard in my life, whoever wrote this is a mindless "journalist".
Danneel is no longer recognizable as Rachel Gatina and people bafely recognize Jensen's wife when he is out with her. Also, mentioning work she did decades ago is not the flex they think it is. There is a reason actors keep their resume update and always remove old roles. Danneel has aged out of the highschool bracket aaaages ago and no longer matches that type. She already looked 40 compared to the rest of her cast mates even back then. "Iconic role"? 🤣 No one remembers stripper girl, which, let's face it was her main role in just about every movie or series. Rachel does not have a fanbase because she was not a beloved character and her acting was horrible. There are just a few Jensen obsessed stans who push Rachel still because they worship Jensen. She is not known on her own, she is known for sleeping with Jensen.
What "paved the way" for her appearances in Harold & Kumar were her scantilly clad photoshoots and easy behavior. They needed a woman that was believable as weed smoking, slutty counterpart. Again, same role she plays over and over again and that she has aged out of so, if you are branding smart, stop mentioning her trashy past.
When her roles dried up( there's only so many times you can play "stripper girl" and "the other woman" when you have zero talent and presence), Jensen proceeded to ensure she was cast by nepotism in SPN. Where her role was clearly written to try to rebrand her image. Epic fail, Sister Jo was the lamest, most useless, senseless character on SPN and her acting was not even remotely credible and all she was playing was a ditzy goldigger who preyed on people just like in real life.
She did not form anything with her huband. He was offered Chaos Productions and negotiated her into the deal (nepotism again). After epic failing with their TW they betrayed the studio who had given them that production company and moved on with Amazon. Danneel proved she has no production knowledge whatsoever and did not deserve her title even remotely. She also wasted seed money on book rights for projects that were rejected by the previous studio
She did not executive produce anything, she had a VANITY title, just like her husband. Meaning her name was used to promote the project and her title was just a publicity stunt. No one, I repeat, no one in the industry will ever take her seriously as a producer and Jensen lost major credibility by putting a woman with Danneel's image (see above paragraphs about her roles) at the "forefront" of his project.
Danneel never was nor ever will be at the helm to develop television and future projects. That is not how Amazon works and, aside from this, Danneel has zero skill and talent.
She is trying really hard to rebrand her image by selling herself as a successful well known producer now. 🤣🤣🤣 What success? The movie rights of projects that were all rejected? the Winchesters which as an embarassing flop that ruined the SPN legacy? Her stripper roles who required no acting skill whatsoever? Her shady modeling gigs? What are we even talking about? That bio wants to make her seem like a woman she will never, ever be. You are trying to sell her as a "leader" when she can barely spell on her social media 🤣 As a producer when the only thing she "produces"( Jensen's words not mine I could never speak so creeepily about a woman) is children. We all know why too. 🤣 There are so many actual rolemodels, actually authentic women to support and yet stick is being put on an "actress" who made her way thanks to the casting couch and then continued to make her way thanks to who she is sleeping with. Danneel Ackles is merely a gold digger, that is her main career. Outside of that she just puts on smokes and mirrors and only people who don't do their research fall for such antics. Whoever wrote that bio was clearly trying to shift her image through full on lies. This might anger Amazon who might pull the plug on their collaboration.

OMG THANK YOU SOOO MUCH AND HERE ARE MY HEADCANONS IF THEY WERE IN OUR PRESENT TIME:3
GYARU!READER
They would definitely do and film grwm routines but some of them being “grwm to go fight someone”
And also “GRWM about talking about stuff I hate”
Used to work at Sephora cause they argued and fought one of the customers
Now miserably works at Waffle House and hates how the stuff gets under their acrylic nails
Has had a fight with someone over the cloths they were gonna buy and yandere romantic Gary ended up being their getaway driver or him helping gyaru!reader while acting like he hates them
Only uses emoticons when insulting someone
Has Ratio many people on twitter
Goes live while doing their hair and user12638627 joining in, definitely not yandere romantic Gary(or Gary would use his account while typing in Hate, but has a whole collection of gyaru!readers vids saved on tiktok secretly)
A lot of pics of them and their clothing check are on Pinterest and the gyarus Pinterest users loves them
Cries like Trisha paytas
SCENE!READER
Is very popular on MySpace
Does tutorials on how to do kandi like different types of bracelets, purses, keychains, ect
Also does grwm on tiktok but on YouTube it’s kinda long(example:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-MToB72v6_0&list=LL&index=1&t=61s&pp=gAQBiAQB)
Did a tiktok of them and Jimmy and Pete, all together, dancing to nightcore version of be my bad boy or everytime we touch(which got like 1 million likes)
Ether ignores a hate comment or just reply’s to them with ”:3” or any emoticon
But yandere platonic Gary goes after those who types hate comments and stuff like “wrist reveal” and makes a lot of accounts terrorizing them and manages to find their bloodline on Facebook until they blocked him
Is followed by yandere platonic Gary, Jimmy, pete, the nerds, and Johnny on tiktok
Yandere platonic gary films a vid of him and his sibling(scene!reader) while it read “when you and your sibling has a different clothing style”
Does outfit checks
LOLITA!READER
Yandere platonic Jimmy does vids of him helping his younger sibling(Lolita!reader) with their hair
Their mom bought lolita!reader that lolita dress from Amazon and yandere platonic Jimmy had to explain to his mom the reason why it was wrong and that other people like Lolita!reader avoids that mistake and he ended up buying a different dress from bodyline, lace market, Taobao or any Lolita website cause their mom didn’t understand
Plays on roblox and the game being the most played by them would be royale high and them having a lot of expensive clothing sets on the game and playing with Jimmy along with Pete and surprisingly gary would play with them(but Gary would only play to ether troll or with the others because of boredom)
Roblox username is unicorngirl something
Ratios everybody who hates on their older sibling vids
Has told a kid(who they were arguing with)on roblox that they should shut up cause they are probably like 5 and should give their mom the phone back and that it’s bedtime
Has almost gotten lost by a crowd of people when them and Jimmy tried to go to their class cause a Tardy sweep was happening(and Jimmy had to hold on to their hand)
Argues with grown ass adults(only when they are being disrespectful to them or Jimmy)
Has an amazing reading level and is very smart for their age(Gary or the jocks definitely didn’t commented an 🤓 under a post of Lolita!reader and the schools post being about their intelligence while being young from the schools page)
Jimmys and Lolita!readers mom flexes about how Lolita!reader is the only gen alpha that knows how to read and spell and isn’t disrespectful (Lolita!reader birthdate is ether 2012, 2013 or 2014)
Thinks kids who goes to Sephora are dumb
Offoptic: right now I can imagine gyaru!reader doing their work on Waffle House while miserably trying to get the stuff out under from the acrylics and saying some storylines while getting ready, scene!reader giving yandere platonic gary, Jimmy, pete, the nerds some of the kandi they made, and the trio(Yandere platonic Jimmy, gary, and pete) playing fashion famous with Lolita!reader, and Gary being pissed that someone is copying him, and on shark attack, Lolita!reader and jimmy trying to kill the shark while one of them were yelling to drive faster to Gary and Gary being pissed and blaming it on Pete(at the end, the shark ends up catching them and killing yandere platonic jimmy and Gary while pete and Lolita!reader manages to get away by jumping off the moment the shark was about to eat them but they end up dying at the end when the shark finds them)
Omfg I love this so much but I do love the idea that Gyaru!reader warms up to it because of their coworkers but also the fact, they get free drama that finally doesn’t involve them

The Essex Serpent
I finally managed to rewatch the show. The first time I watched it, was a week by week and I think this one was made to be bingewatched.
Spoilers will follow for the show AND the book. Also, please forgive errors, English is not my first language but I just wanted to share some of my thoughts and it is easier to write it in English :)
I read the book before it was announced that they are making it into the show and before Tom was even cast. I just like reading, basically everything and when Victorian era is involved, with mystery elements, I am all in. I did not read it in English but in my language so I may have missed some nuances but I think the translation was spot on.
I don´t think it was Tom´s best work, in the sense that the show did not make waves but was not bad at all. But it seems to be the case with many Apple+ shows. They invest money, give the directors and writers freedom, don´t care much about ratings and produce a lots of quality content but somehow, they still shake a bit behind Netflix, D+ or Amazon as far as the audience appreciation goes (with noteble exceptions like Ted Lasso, I guess)
And I think the way they streamlined the story for the miniseries worked, tbh. The book is OK but it had a lot going on, with an uneven ending and with most characters unlikeable to the point that I felt was not too realistic. It also dealt with too many romantic angles (how many love triangles can one story get, especially with a few characters like these?), had too much going on without solving it and the ending was open ended.
However, one may argue that the book is basically - or from how I understand it - just a window into a life of a few people. You go into their lives, follow them for a while, and then just leave them and go on. As if you were a part of some group or was in a job for two years and then left, went on with your life, without knowing how they are doing.
I have to also appreciate how they turned letters into scenes. A big chunk of the book happens in letters and it must have been tough to adapt it.
Let me start with characters. Cora is obviously the main character but I have to say, they made a remarkable progress with her on the show. The book made her look immature, never growing up, hurting people around her. it was briefly explained that she married young and never had a chance to grow up emotionally but the thing was, she never learnt. She is the same person and still thinks she has it the worst in life. On the show, Cora knows this, she changes and settles her relationships with others, apologizes to Martha, knows she hurt Luke and gets to be with Will in the end. The story with her son, however, is well done in the book and on the show, despite this being mostly described through her inner thoughts in the book.
Will is not that well flexed in the book and however you can read about his emotions and confusion that he can love *two* women at the same time, the show works a bit better here. I am glad they left the scene where he gets angry with the sculpture of the serpent in the church, or his despair after he cheats on his wife. Him sitting at his wife´s dying is strong and sad. But there is just too much going on the show and Will is not that well fleshed out as he should be, I tink. But Tom does a remarkable job and his way to find anything in any character he plays, is just a proof that he *gets* it. Plus, let´s be honest here, camera loves him (again) because he just looks fantastic. I love how Tom works with women directors a lot and they can use his presence :) i am also glad they made Will a bit more likeable on the show as well. I disliked the angle in the book, where he sent his kids to town to friends to take care of them, while he could be with his sick wife. I mean, it would be understandable for first few days but in the book, it seemed like a permanent thing and made Will look not only as a cheating husband but also a bad father.
His chemistry with Clare Danes is there, it is slowly building and the dance scene is kind of a peak of that. But Tom can have a chemistry with a plank of wood. And Clare does a great job here as well. She must work real hard to make Cora likeable and get her through all the emotions that were described in the book so we can understand why she behaves the way she does. To add some scenes with her dead, abusive husband definitely helped.
I am glad they got rid of the bit out of nowhere romance between Martha and Nev (that is the one love triangle part I mentioned above) and they let her only working for Spencer, not marry Nev with Spencer left hanging...the way they hint Cora and Martha relationship on the show is also interesting and works better than in the book. Also, as someone who despises communism (as post communistic country, we know well what it does to the country), I am glad they tuned her down a bit into just a socialist with some sensible demands.
As opposite to book, I would probably drop the story of Naomi entirely. It is not properly explained why she did what she did til the very end and the best part in the book is her friendship with Jo, which is not really discovered here and her actions are briefly explained only in a "blink and miss it" moment. What I was sorry they dropped for the show, was Jo herself. She was described as a mini version of Will, with the same calming and strong presence as her father and it was not properly done. Except maybe the scene at the funeral where she was singing (a beautiful scene, btw.)
I know I am in the minority with this, but I disliked Luke actively in the book and on the show. i feel like Frank Dillane was honestly a bit creepy and maybe he nailed it because Luke was, kind of, exactly that. Stalkerish, a bit patronistic over Cora, because as much as he respected her, she was "still only a woman", misguided and emotional in his eyes and needed a protection from him (which she did not need or want). I did like how his friendship with Spencer was done in the book and on the show.
Both, Spencer and Stella, were the unsung heroes, btw. Both pure souls, maybe too pure for this world (and theirs). What I find interesting about Stella is, that in both cases (book and show), it is hinted she knows about Will and Cora and on the show, seems to be supportive because she knows she is dying and Will and her kids will need someone. It is a nice sentiment but not sure a realistic one. Especially when he has these feelings for another woman now, when she is alive and here.
The main difference is the ending. In the book, it is hinted that Stella recovered, Will had no intention to go to seek Cora, however he remained in contact with her via letters. On the show, Stella dies, and they give Will an "acceptable" time for mourning before he is reunited with Cora. I am not sure which ending works better but I think the show worked better for all characters, notebly Cora, Will, Martha and Luke, who all found purposes in their lives.
Of course, the production design of the show was beautiful. It helped the atmosphere, it looked fantastic, sounded fantastic and as someone who loves long, wide shots, I had no problem with it even slowing down a pace a bit.
I do recommend the book AND the show, both for different reasons. i don´t believe The Essex Serpent is the best book ever and as I said, the show is not the best thing Tom did but it is definitely in his better work and I will happily come back to it. It just went a bit unnoticed because it is still a stream and Apple+ was just starting its streak of good and successful shows. He definitely does not need to be ashamed he did it, on the contrary and as it is his most recent work (Loki excluded), it is a joy to see him more recent. Now when covid and strikes are over, let´s hope he will do more. I am already excited for The Life of Chuck (as Stephen King´s fan, I knew the story...it is kind of an odd choice, he does have more interesting stories but I get what Tom or Mike Flanagan mean by "there is warmth to it" or that it is "celebrating life")
One last remark from my side - Tom seems to love doing book or play adaptations (probably because he can get a "source material" for the character and can dive into it), I just recently read two books where I think he would be perfect and it somehow follows the pattern he likes in his characters.
One of them is a book by Darcy Coates (who I love and read everything she does). Her haunted houses books are amazing, some better, some worse, but thrilling and atmospheric. And however her main characters are in 80% women, with men being a bit of a "type", when she has a man as a main character, they are very interesting.
"The Haunting of Rookward House" is one I would love to see and I can perfectly picture Tom doing it. Guy, the main character, is an example of a man who was unlucky in his life, just went through some tough times and now he gets to be stuck in this haunted house. Also, spoiler...there is some (however scary) dancing involved :)
The second one is "The People next door" by Tony Parsons. The main characters are Lana and Roman Wades, each chapter is written from a perspective of either Lana or Roman, and however the ending is a bit far-fetched (it can be always amended for a movie), Roman is an interesting character who has an unusual trauma behind him (unusual for a man, you get the hint...) and it is interesting to see the life he lives in denial for the most part of the book because of it.
But I am sure Tom does not need any suggestions from me :) These are more of my "fancasting" for books I like. Also, to get adaptations right is hard so, if it never gets made into a movie, maybe it is better. As a big reader, I prefer for a lots of stuff to stay in the books because it does not work every time (Ender´s Game, I am looking at you)
If you managed to read this far, thank you and forgive my grammar.

'I didn't expect to laugh this hard at a girl dodging marriage in the 13th century… but here we are.
Let's be honest—when you hear “medieval teen comedy,” your brain might short-circuit. Chainmail plus teenage angst? That's either Monty Python meets Mean Girls or a Renaissance fair gone very, very wrong. And yet, Catherine Called Birdy lands smack dab in the sweet spot between hilarious and heartfelt, like someone dropped Fleabag into a dusty manuscript and shouted, “Live a little!”
Directed by Lena Dunham and based on Karen Cushman's beloved YA novel, this Amazon Prime gem from 2022 does something most period pieces forget to do: have fun. Real, belly-laugh, snort-chuckle, pause-the-movie-to-catch-your-breath fun. It's “Bridgerton” with less bodice-ripping and more mud fights.
Why it works when it shouldn't
Everything about this film screams contradiction—and that's why it works.
You've got a 14-year-old girl named Birdy (played with fiery delight by Bella Ramsey) who's determined not to be married off like a particularly moody goat. Her dad (a scene-stealing Andrew Scott, aka Hot Priest from Fleabag) is broke, boozy, and hilariously desperate to trade his daughter for cash and clout. The result? A film that weaponizes teenage rebellion like a trebuchet loaded with sarcasm.
But here's the kicker: the comedy isn't modernized in a cringey, “Did they just dab in the 1200s?” way. The jokes land because they don't try too hard. It's observational humor laced with absurdity—think “She's the Man,” but with leeches and arranged marriages.
A Scene That'll Break You (In a Good Way)
One unforgettable scene? Birdy fakes a demonic possession to scare off an older suitor. Eyes rolled back, arms flailing, she bellows in faux-Latin gibberish while smearing goose fat across her cheeks. It's the kind of comedic gold that makes you spit out your mead—or oat milk, if you're watching in 2025.
Deep Dive: Why it's more than a laugh-fest
Look past the humor, and you'll see Catherine Called Birdy is stealthily profound.
It's about autonomy. Girlhood. How society tries (and fails) to tame women through tradition. It's Little Women if Jo March had to dodge Lord Muckface of Blech-on-Stench.
Lena Dunham brings a modern feminist lens without shoving it down your throat. You don't need TikTok lingo or iPhones in the background to know that Birdy's fight feels eerily current. Bella Ramsey doesn't just play Birdy—she is Birdy: witty, raw, and radiating not today, Satan” energy.
Did an actor shine? Oh absolutely—several did.
Bella Ramsey is incandescent. You might know her as Lyanna Mormont in Game of Thrones or Ellie in The Last of Us, but here she flexes her comedy chops with such effortless charm that it's almost criminal.
Andrew Scott deserves his own knighthood for comedic timing. His character, Lord Rollo, is ridiculous and relatable, which is no small feat. Also? Billie Piper plays Birdy's mother with such maternal frustration and warmth, you'll want her to tuck you in and also slap you upside the head.
Fast Facts from the Medieval Mayhem
Q: Was Birdy a real person? A: Nope! But she might as well have been. Karen Cushman's novel (1994 Newbery Honor Book!) was praised for historical accuracy blended with rebellious flair.
Q: Did they use actual medieval lingo? A: Surprisingly, yes—and hilariously no. The dialogue feels just archaic enough to sound “ye olde” but smooth enough for a TikTok crowd to get it.
Q: Is it kid-friendly? A: Mostly. There's bloodletting, fart jokes, and awkward puberty bits—but it's PG-13, and your 14-year-old will love it.
Q: Who else appears in the film? A: Joe Alwyn (yes, that Joe—Swifties, take note) plays a knightly love interest. Don't blink or you'll miss Russell Brand. Seriously.
If this movie doesn't convince you, check your pulse.
Here's the deal: Catherine Called Birdy is clever, chaotic, and downright cathartic. It turns history class into a playground, serves girl power without the Pinterest quotes, and reminds us that even in the Middle Ages, teenagers were weird, wonderful rebels just trying to find their voice.
If that doesn't deserve your watchlist, maybe you're already dead inside.
So—would you trade your cow for Birdy's hand? Or just watch her throw dung at Lord Muckface and live vicariously? Either way, hit play. And then tell your friends. Loudly. With a goose on your head.'

The Science of Incentives: Structuring Rewards in Your Affiliate Program
People don’t work for free. Whether it’s a job, a side hustle, or an affiliate program, everyone wants to know, what’s in it for me?
Incentives aren’t just about the money; they’re about psychology. Research shows that the right reward structure can increase performance by up to 44%. But the wrong incentives? They can kill motivation faster than a Netflix series cancellation.
So, how do you build an affiliate program that keeps people engaged and selling? Let’s break down five incentive structures that actually work, backed by science.
How to Create Rewards for Your Affiliate Program
Tumblr media
1. Performance-Based Tiers:
A basic flat commission might seem fair, but it’s not motivating. Why? Because it doesn’t reward growth.
If you working a job where no matter how hard you worked, you made the same paycheck as someone barely trying. You’d lose interest, right? That’s exactly why performance-based tiers work in affiliate marketing.
How It Works:
Affiliates start at a base commission rate (e.g., 20%).
As they hit certain milestones, they move up in commission percentage.
Example:
1-10 sales: 20% commission
11-30 sales: 25% commission
30+ sales: 30% commission
Amazon Associates does this with their tiered commission system. Their affiliates earn more for selling more, keeping them engaged long-term.
The Science Behind It: This taps into what psychologists call the Goal Gradient Effect, people work harder as they get closer to a reward.
Pro Tip: If you’re using an affiliate platform like AffiliatePress, you can easily set up dynamic commission rates based on performance.
2. The Power of Cash + Non-Cash Rewards
Money is great, but it’s not the only motivator. Studies show that non-cash incentives can be 24% more effective than cash alone.
Why? Because cash is forgettable. A $500 bonus might go straight into rent, but an all-expenses-paid trip? That’s a flex people won’t stop talking about.
How to Structure It:
Offer cash rewards for steady performance (e.g., $50 for every 10 sales).
Include non-cash incentives for special achievements (e.g., “Sell 50 units and get the latest iPhone”).
Run seasonal prize promotions (e.g., “Top seller in December wins a MacBook”).
This mix keeps everyone engaged, some chase money, others chase experiences.
3. Referral Multipliers
Most programs focus only on sales, but what if affiliates could also earn from recruiting new affiliates?
This is where Referral Multipliers come in. Instead of a flat bonus for referrals, affiliates get a percentage of their recruit’s commissions.
How It Works:
Affiliate A recruits Affiliate B.
Every time B makes a sale, A gets 5% of B’s commission passive income.
The more affiliates A brings in, the more compound earnings they make.
This taps into network effects, just like Uber’s driver referral program, which paid top referrers six-figure bonuses.
Psychology Behind It: People are more motivated when rewards don’t require constant effort, this is known as passive reward theory.
4. Scarcity & Time-Limited Bonuses
Affiliate programs that run the same reward system year-round become boring. But add a limited-time offer, and suddenly, engagement spikes.
Scarcity increases perceived value, a concept proven by Nobel Prize-winning economist Daniel Kahneman.
How to Implement It:
Offer double commissions for 48 hours during product launches.
Create a “Weekend Hustle Challenge” with extra payouts.
Give early-bird bonuses for affiliates who hit a goal before a deadline.
Time limits force people to act fast, which means higher conversions for your affiliate program.
5. Gamification
Selling shouldn’t feel like a chore. Gamification taps into our natural love for competition and rewards, which is why companies using gamification see a 47% higher engagement rate.
Ways to Gamify Your Affiliate Program:
Leaderboards: Show top affiliates weekly, no one wants to be at the bottom.
Achievement Badges: Reward milestones (e.g., “First 10 sales” badge).
Mystery Bonuses: Randomly drop bonus commissions to keep people checking in.
Real-Life Example: Nike’s Run Club app uses badges, streaks, and competition to keep users hooked, same strategy applies to affiliate programs.
Final Thoughts
Your affiliate program is only as good as its rewards. If you want affiliates to stay engaged, you need a strategy.
To recap, the best incentives are:
The more you sell, the more you earn.
Money is great, but experiences drive loyalty.
Get paid for recruiting affiliates.
FOMO boosts engagement.
Make selling fun, not boring.
Affiliate marketing is a game and the right incentives decide who wins.

How Does Amazon Last Mile Delivery Work?
Tumblr media
Amazon has revolutionized e-commerce through its seamless and efficient delivery system. A critical aspect of this logistical network is the "last mile delivery," which ensures that packages reach customers quickly and reliably. But what does Amazon last mile delivery mean? This article looks into the subtle details behind Amazon's final leg of package delivery and its promise to fulfil fast and convenient shipping.
Understanding Last Mile Delivery
"Last mile delivery" refers to the last leg in the logistics chain, in which a package moves directly from the distribution center or local hub to its end destination – the customer porch. It is often considered indeed the most complicated and therefore expensive portion of the shipping process, owing to traffic congestion, delivery density, and operational costs.
How Does Amazon Last Mile Delivery Work?
Amazon has developed a very complex and efficient last-mile logistics network that offers reliability, speed, and cost efficiencies in the process. Here's a rough breakdown of how this process works:
1. Sorting at Fulfillment Centers
The journey from Amazon to the doorstep begins with sorting of the order after it is picked and packed in a fulfillment center. The packages are sorted to be sent to the nearest delivery station with respect to the address of the customer.
2. Transportation to Delivery Stations
The sorted packages are then transported to Amazon's delivery stations through Amazon's fulfillment centers or third-party carriers. These delivery stations serve as local hubs to prepare orders for dispatching.
3. Use of Amazon Logistics and Delivery Partners
Amazon turns to several practices to complete delivery at the last mile:
Amazon Flex: A gig-economy scheme where self-employed drivers use their own vehicles and deliver packages for Amazon.
Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs): Independent contractors hired by Amazon to deliver packages with vans bearing the Amazon brand.
Third-party carriers: There are some parts of the world where Amazon still works with logistics companies like UPS or Australia Post.
4. Route Optimization and AI Integration
Through application of artificial intelligence and machine learning, Amazon continuously maximizes its delivery routes. Such applications consider real-time traffic data, weather as well as density of deliveries within an area to calculate the most efficient route among its drivers.
5. Use of Amazon Lockers and Hubs
To make things easier and encourage flexibility, Amazon has set up alternatives like Amazon Lockers and Hub Counters to reduce failed deliveries. Customers will be able to pick up their packages in secure locations instead of waiting for deliveries at their doors.
6. Contactless and Smart Deliveries
Keyless delivery via Amazon Key is one such innovative solution, allowing couriers to securely deliver packages either inside the home or garage, using smart lock technology, thus minimizing package theft and enhancing customer convenience.
7. Delivery Tracking and Notifications
Customers can enjoy the real-time tracking of their packages using Amazon's tracking system. Updates can be sent through SMS, email, or Amazon app to keep them informed of their delivery status.
Challenges in Amazon Last Mile Delivery
While Amazon’s last mile delivery system is highly efficient, it faces several challenges:
1. High Costs
Last-mile delivery is an expensive phase of shipping, demanding high transportation costs, labor, and logistical difficulties.
2. Traffic and Delivery Density
Congested cities and remote areas can be a barrier to timely and efficient deliveries.
3. Customer Expectations
With fast services such as Amazon Prime, customers expect deliveries to arrive on the same day or the next day-all of which put an enormous strain on the logistics network of Amazon.
4. Package Theft and Security Issues
Porch piracy is a leading concern, referred to as package theft, thus pushing big companies like Amazon to develop a system of secure package distribution through Amazon Lockers and Amazon Key.
The Future of Amazon Last Mile Delivery
As always, Amazon has been innovating to improve mile delivery. Here are a few future advancements:
- Autonomous Delivery Vehicles: To cut down costs and increase efficiency in delivery, Amazon has entered into a partnership to invest in self-driving delivery vans.
- Amazon Scout: This is a small and autonomous robotic delivery system being tested in certain locations.
- Drone Delivery through Amazon Prime Air: The drone technology under development by Amazon is capable of ultra-fast aerial delivery through the Amazon Prime network.
- Sustainability Initiatives: These include other activities of the company focused on its shift to electric delivery vehicles and reduction of carbon footprint using eco-friendly packaging.
Conclusion
And how does the last mile delivery at Amazon function? It is basically a process of order fulfillment that orchestrates the sorting at fulfillment centers at once, swift transportation, and AI usage for route optimization, and the process embraces Amazon Flex, delivery service providers, and third-party carriers. Even with challenges that include high costs and traffic congestion, their constant innovation with robotics, drones, and sustainability will ensure quick and reliable deliveries. These innovations, the future of last mile delivery, thus become tremendously efficient and more consumer-friendly than ever.

1. Why Expensive Products Rule the Amazon Game
Yo, listen up! So, there is a method to the madness when it comes to selling expensive products on Amazon and conquering the game - "Why expensive products rule the Amazon Game!" Let me make it simple and easy, with no technical gibberish!
Credibility is Key: See, folks tend to trust expensive products more. If something's pricier, they believe it's gotta be top-notch quality, legit, and worth the extra bucks. So, as a seller, you wanna focus on higher-priced items 'cause they automatically build trust with potential buyers.
More Moolah, More Marketing: Selling expensive products means more profit per sale. And that means you can invest more in marketing and advertising. You can flex your marketing muscles, reach more customers, and create a buzz about your products. The more people know about it, the more they wanna buy it!
Less Competition, More Control: Not every seller is gonna deal with expensive items. So, you face less competition in that league. And that's a big win 'cause you can own the spotlight, set your prices, and control the game without getting drowned in a sea of rivals.
Attract Big Spenders: Hey, big spenders! Some Amazon shoppers are ready to drop serious cash for quality stuff. By offering pricey products, you attract those high rollers, who don't mind splurging on top-tier goods. More cha-ching for you, my friend!
Premium Brand Image: Selling expensive products can level up your brand's image. People see you as a high-end player in the game, which boosts your brand reputation. It's like you're in the VIP section, and everyone wants to be a part of the exclusive club!
Better Margins, Happy Sellers: Look, selling expensive stuff means you'll have better profit margins. And trust me, as a seller, that's the sweet spot you wanna be in. Higher margins mean you're happier 'cause you're making more money with every sale.
So, there you have it, Amazon Sellers in the US! Selling pricey products ain't just about jacking up the prices randomly. It's a smart move to build trust, stand out from the crowd, and make that cash flow like a boss! Get in the game, hustle hard, and let those expensive products rule the Amazon playground! You got this!
2. Unleash the Power of Online Arbitrage
Picture this: Online arbitrage is like being a smart shopper on steroids! It's all about finding awesome deals and hidden gems on the internet, and then reselling them on Amazon for a sweet profit.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Hunt for Deals - Scour the web for awesome discounts, clearance sales, and special offers on high-demand products. Look for items that you know people will love and are willing to pay a premium for.
Step 2: List on Amazon - Once you find those hidden treasures, create listings for them on Amazon's marketplace. Showcase the products with attractive photos and catchy descriptions to grab customers' attention.
Step 3: Price for Profit - Now comes the fun part! Set your selling price a bit higher than what you paid for the product during your bargain hunt. Remember, people are willing to pay more for convenience, and you're offering them that by making the product easily available on Amazon.
Step 4: Cash in - As customers start to discover your listings and realize what a great deal they're getting, they'll be more inclined to hit that "Add to Cart" button, and ka-ching! You make a tidy profit on each sale.
But why does this work like magic?
Well, think about it. People LOVE a good deal, and they trust Amazon to deliver quality products. When they find something they want on Amazon at a fair price, they're likely to click "Buy Now" without hesitation. That's where you come in, as a savvy seller, bringing them the products they desire at a price they're happy to pay.
So, get out there and work your magic! Find those unbeatable deals, list them on Amazon, and let the customers flock to your virtual store, thrilled to snatch up your amazing offers. Unleash the power of online arbitrage, and watch your profits soar like a skyrocket!

"Sniffing out the deals like a bloodhound" means being really good at hunting down the best bargains and discounts on expensive products. So, imagine you're like a detective, but instead of chasing criminals, you're chasing killer deals!

Here's how you can become a deal-sniffing pro:
Research: Dig deep, just like a bloodhound following a scent trail. Use tools and techniques to scout for the best deals on Amazon. Look for products that are in high demand but are currently offered at lower prices.
Price Comparison: Compare prices like a champ! Customers love a good deal, so make sure your prices stand out from the competition. But also, remember to keep a healthy profit margin for yourself.
Timing is Key: Just like a bloodhound waits for the right moment to pounce, keep an eye on seasonal trends, special events, and holidays. These are prime times to offer your products with tempting discounts!
Lightning Deals: Amazon has this cool feature called "Lightning Deals," where products are offered at huge discounts for a limited time. Get in on the action and attract customers with those irresistible deals!
Reviews Matter: Bloodhounds follow the trail, and customers follow reviews. Positive reviews can make or break a sale. So, ensure your products have excellent reviews to gain the trust and confidence of potential buyers.
So there you have it, partner! Being a deal-sniffing bloodhound will set you apart from the pack on Amazon. You'll attract those customers and sell those expensive products like hotcakes! Now go out there and make some sweet deals happen! Yeehaw! 🤠

So, picture this: You got a fancy, high-ticket product you wanna sell on Amazon, but there are others out there selling similar stuff. No worries, we got a game plan to win!
Step one: Do some killer research! That means digging deep, doing your homework, and finding out everything you can about your rivals. Check out their prices, their reviews, and see what customers love or hate about their stuff.
Step two: Find the gaps! Once you've done your research, look for areas where your rivals are slacking. Maybe their products have some flaws or their customer service ain't top-notch. That's where you swoop in and be the hero!
Step three: Stand out like a boss! Now, it's time to shine brighter than ever like a diamond! Don't let your product blend in with the crowd. Improve the things your rivals are missing and make your listing pop with killer photos and descriptions that scream, "Buy me, I'm the best!"
Step four: Price it like a boss! Yeah, it's expensive, but that's the key to success! Show customers that your product is worth every penny by emphasizing its top-notch quality and unique features.
Step five: Build your tribe! Get those customers singing your praises. Offer excellent customer service, engage with your buyers, and ask for reviews. Positive word of mouth is like gold on Amazon!
So, there you have it, amigos! "Beat Your Rivals with Killer Research" means doing your homework, filling in the gaps, and making your pricey product stand out like a boss. Crush that competition, and the customers will be knocking down your virtual doors to buy from you! Good luck, and happy selling! 🤘🤑
5. Jazz Up Your Product Listings
When we say "Jazz Up," we mean making your product listings look super awesome and eye-catching. You want them to stand out like a rock star in a sea of products on Amazon.
Here's the deal: Selling expensive stuff can be tough, but with the right moves, you can make customers go crazy over your products, like fans at a concert.
First things first, let's spruce up those product images. Get some high-quality, professional photos that make your product look like a superstar. Show it from different angles and use some cool filters or effects to make it pop!
Next, you gotta nail that product description. Don't just stick to the basic stuff – tell a story! Imagine you're chatting with a buddy, and you're sharing the awesomeness of your product over a couple of beers. Make it fun, engaging, and super relatable!
Oh, and let's not forget about those keywords! Use phrases that folks are searching for when they want something like your product. You want to be the top hit when someone looks for what you're offering, like being the headliner on a playlist.
Now, about those customer reviews – they're like applause after a fantastic performance. Encourage happy customers to leave their thoughts, and if someone's not satisfied, reach out and make it right. Remember, a satisfied customer can be your biggest fan!
Lastly, sweeten the deal with some promotions and discounts – everybody loves a good deal! It's like offering free merch to your audience. People will rush to buy your product, just like fans scrambling for concert tickets.
So, Amazon Sellers, when you jazz up your product listings, you're turning your ordinary listing into a rocking showstopper. Customers will be drawn in like a moth to a flame, and those expensive products of yours will be flying off the virtual shelves!
Now go out there and make your products shine like the brightest stars in the Amazon galaxy! You got this! 🌟🚀
6. Rack Up Those Rave Reviews
Racking Up those reviews is like hitting the jackpot when it comes to selling pricey stuff on Amazon and convincing customers to buy 'em! It's all about getting those awesome, crazy good reviews from happy customers who love your product.
We're talking about getting those 5-star shoutouts, glowing praise, and high-fives from folks who've already bought your pricey product and are head over heels for it. When people see tons of positive reviews, they feel more confident and pumped up to give your product a shot.
Think of it like this: it's like having a bunch of friends cheering you on at a big game or a wild party. The more cheers you get, the more people want to join the fun. And in this case, the fun is your expensive product!
Those rave reviews tell potential buyers, "Hey, this product is the real deal! It's worth every penny!" It's more likely that folks will treat themselves by clicking "Buy Now" if they feel they are getting something great.
So, if you're an Amazon seller in the US, make it a priority to get those rave reviews. How? Make sure your product is top-notch, do right by your customers, and encourage them to share their excitement by leaving a positive review. The more love you get, the more customers will be drawn to your product like a moth to a flame. That's how you skyrocket your sales and have your pricey product flying off the virtual shelves!
7. Flex Those Amazon Ads
It means you need to show off your products like a boss! Amazon Ads are like virtual billboards or ads that you can put up on Amazon's website to grab people's attention. Just like a rapper flexing their bling or a sports star showing off their skills, you need to showcase your products in a way that makes them stand out from the crowd.
Here's how you can do it:
Pimp Your Product Page: Make your product page look super cool and attractive. Use high-quality pictures, write catchy product descriptions, and get those positive customer reviews flowing. People are more likely to buy if your page looks legit and trustworthy.
Get Featured: Like getting your song on the top charts, you want your products to be featured on Amazon's search results and product pages. You can achieve this by running Amazon Ads, which will put your products in front of more potential customers.
Target the Right Audience: It's like knowing your fans and what they love. Use Amazon Ads to target specific groups of customers who are most likely to be interested in your products. This way, you'll reach the right people with your ads and increase the chances of making sales.
Set the Budget: Just like managing your cash flow, you gotta set a budget for your Amazon Ads. Decide how much you're willing to spend on advertising and monitor the results. You can always adjust your spending based on how well your ads are performing.
Keep Hustlin': In the world of Amazon, things change fast, just like in the music industry. Keep monitoring your ads' performance and make improvements where needed. Don't be afraid to experiment and try new things to see what works best for your products.
Remember, "Flexing Those Amazon Ads" is all about showing off your products to the right people in the slickest way possible. So, get out there and make your products shine like a star! Happy selling! 🚀🤑
8. Create a Brand That Wows
Creating a brand that wows means you gotta make a super awesome and unforgettable image for your products. You know, like when you see a famous celebrity or a cool superhero, you can't help but notice them and want to know more!
To attract Amazon sellers and customers, you need to make your brand stand out from the crowd, like being the coolest kid at a party. This means having a catchy name, a striking logo, and some killer packaging that gets people excited just by looking at it.
Imagine your brand as a rock star – it needs to be unique and have its own style that people will remember. When you have a brand that wows, people will think, "Wow, this is something special!"
By doing this, you're creating a reputation for your products, like having the reputation of being the best skateboarder in town. When people trust your brand, they're more likely to buy your expensive stuff because they know it's worth the money.
So, get creative, be different, and show off your brand like a flashy sports car on the street. That's how you can attract Amazon sellers and customers in the US and get them to buy your fantastic products! Good luck! 🤘😎🚀
Now go out there and slay the Amazon beast like a true boss! May the sales be with you! 🚀💸
