when it comes to you, you can talk about yourself all day and they will listen quietly, but they'll likely not enjoy opening the topic of them, and the way they feel.

they will focus a lot on you, making sure you feel heard out, nurtured and taken care of at all times, but might not want you to do the same.

1. success stories.

THE CAR

This manifestation story happened to my mom. I'll give some context: she's 43, and before her 41, she never had a car, but this was her biggest dream. Sometime after discovering the law of attraction that time we didn't even know about the assumptions but anyway, she wanted to try to make this dream come true; she wrote letters to the universe, did methods, and all the stuff; at some point, she got tired of trying and never get a car, she got upset and gave up for a while.

A few times after all she decided she would get a car no matter what, she chose the car she wanted, got some pics on Pinterest to make a vision board, and decided the exact period she would get the car, she said:

— until July 13th I will have my car.

That's what she did, she had three months left to get the car, over this period we started to see a lot of the same kind of cars in the same color she wanted when I had never seen that kind of car before. It was crazy; she stopped with the methods and never did anything besides look at her car's pics sometimes and imagine; it was because she knew she would get the car no matter what. Time passed, and we didn't even notice when the right amount of money appeared in her bank account; it was simple there. The exact day she got the car was the exact day she supposed, the 13th of July. Of course, we were amazed and very happy.

THE PERFECT SCENARIO

When I was younger, I used to hate the place I lived; I hated that a lot because of a lot of things. Since I was a kid, I used to create fake scenarios in my head before sleep, and in all these scenarios I was living in an apartment in a better neighborhood. A time passed, and when I was 14, my mom and I got the habit of going to parks to spend the day; all the parks were a bit far from where we lived, but even so, It happened very often. When we were in the parks, we always said:

— Wouldn't be cool if we lived in one apartment close to a park? We could have a dog and have nice picnics.

We did it a lot of times, and we didn't know about the low of attraction or assumption at that time, but since I hated the place I lived, I always knew that one day in my life, I would live in an apartment. A year after we started to imagine, we moved to an apartment close to a park two days before I turned 15. Now we have a cute dog and nice picnics.

2. Turning your desire to fate

As you just read, in both of the stories, a wish was made to happen; in the end, just the knowing feeling was enough to make the dream come true. As you know the sense of knowing that you have your desire now is what leads us to manifest, but in both stories, we were aware we didn't have our desires in 3d, so, what to do when you persist in "I can't feel as if I have my desire right now"

I know some many people are still can't feel as if they have their desires in the present moment, and so you can find my post "🍊 imagining oranges" where i try to explain you it. But if you read it and yet can't feel your desire I wish you to stay here a while and listen to me.

¹ what you know: first of all I want you to remember one of the things you already know; when you have your manifestation in 4D, it will be in 3d; the fact is, you don't get your desires because you are focused on the lack of 3d, this happens because when you are focused in 3d you can't see, or touch your desire.

² how can you fulfill the lack if you can't feel or imagine your desires: change the way you talk about your desires. When you look to 3d and see the reflections of your old assumptions and react to it as if it will never gonna change, this is what you will receive, the same of your current 3d.

If you can't change "I don't have it" to "I have it" change "I don't have it" to "I'm gonna have it"

Imagine the word gonna as an arrival point, as fate where you, of course, will be enjoying your desire.

If you were a kid and your parents said:

— we are gonna go to Disneyland on vacation.

Disneyland is your fate; the day when you will be there will come one day or another, and you know that, so you don't need to worry about the time between you and Disneyland because it no longer exists when the arrival point is right in front of you. Now you know you will go to Disneyland you will not have to struggle to check all the time if your tickets are there or not, you know you will go to Disneyland, your parents told you that, they will care about the tickets, not you, the only thing you should do is to daydream about what kind of photos you will take there, what food you will eat there, what rides you will go, what gifts you will buy on Disney's stores. Imagine you are at the arrival point, which is now your fate because when you have tickets to Disneyland, there is no other place for you to go on vacation as long as you want.

³ if it's fate it's yours: now you know your desires are fate, it means in one time in the future you have it already, it can be one day, two months, or one year, and that is up to you, the important is to you to have the knowing feeling that this is your fate, it is going to happen of course and so you don't need to check up the 3d all the time when you know that when you desire come you will see it anyway. Take off the worrying about your shoulders.

This is what happened to my stories. My mom decided she wanted a car, and this was her fate, even if she couldn't see it in 3d. We moved to an apartment because we turned it our fate with the feeling that one day it would be true, and you who can't feel your desire as yours now, can do it too! Just decide your fate and chill.

ooooh this is a good question. there are a lot of amazing designs for him that call to me as shizuo on different levels and that’s the beauty of art! i could go on and on about each manga artist’s portrayals of him and fanartists’ unique art styles and how one captures the best warm smile or scowl or hair tufts or sad brown eyes to me. there’s just. so much to love.

but i'm too shy to tag my fave fanartists and the shizuo i see when i think about him has been yasuda for a long time.

i have beef with how he developed several of his other designs but to me he far and away does the best job at bringing narita’s description of shizuo to life. i've seen a lot argument over narita’s design choice (that i'm not sure how much is genuine?) but each passage written about his appearance is filled with intention and it shapes and means the world to me. :)

bc beyond his height everything about him screams and should scream Most Normal Guy Ever.

even how he presents himself is said to make him appear like he’s playing dress up as someone imposing than actually being imposing. and that’s the kicker. once he’s seen in action he goes from being an unassuming person that anyone with the slightest bit of fighting prowess believes they can take out to the most terrifying person in the room for the exact same reason.

suddenly those traits that make him no different than the next guy become the traits that place him Starkly Outside Normalcy. every part of his design is etched with purpose. he’s lanky without visible muscle bc his body and power and character brute force past logic, he wears sunglasses to hide how soft his eyes are remarked to be, his bleached hair and bartender getup come from those he respects and he uses them all to create an identity to warn others off bc nothing else about him does UNTIL he makes it known how out of the mold of conventionality a freak of nature like him is. then everything clicks into place.

unrelated but it’s not mentioned in the anime that shizuo’s anime-typical vein throbbing is an uncanny phenomenon remarked on by various characters with izaya even saying most would think it’s due to a medical condition which is such a hilarious creative choice that i love to bits.

narita put SO much thought into his character design to the point where every facet of it is tied into his narrative and even slight alterations can detract from that. it makes every one really resonate with me and you can feel that attention to detail that yasuda does with shizuo too. any artist that incorporates all those components into their design of him care for him and his character a great deal which has had the most impactful effect on me. and that amount of care is almost impossible to replicate beyond the artist who was first tasked with drawing him.

(satorigi akiyo is a very close second tho. yasuda is obviously more limited in the amount he draws but she gives shizuo a greater range of expressions even for the same emotion and honestly yasuda walked so she could run in every other capacity but i can not and will not forgive her for giving shizuo blue eyes.)

some of your posts actually got me thinking about these questions! i'm very curious how people feel about this sort of stuff, since my own fandom opinions are relatively mild and it got me wondering how other people's experiences compare...

2) What's your biggest stony pet peeve?

BIGGEST? Oh man, I'm not sure...Teenification of Tony Stark. He's written so...infantile and emotionally weak (I love vulnerability, but my word choice of him being written as weak is my gripe) in many Stony fics. It genuinely gets on my last nerve. He's damn near 40 in AV1. And he only gets older. And sure, maybe there's some arrested development there, but he isn't a damn child. He knows this. And actually conducts himself well enough in canon (in a way that matches his issues) but it's the fanon portrayal I don't like.

WAIT...I think I have something that's popular for the ship itself. Not very fan of the lengths that misunderstandings go for Steve and Tony...Like, I understand they aren't great at communication, but sometimes it gets to the point where I'm like, "It's passed dense and shot straight into pure asshole territory". I know a lot of people write like this because of CACW, but hot take, I don't think CW was so much of a communication or misunderstandings problem. I'll elaborate on this in a separate post, maybe. But the way misunderstandings are drawn out with seemingly no reason gets on my nerves, but it really depends. I can love misunderstandings, but it can't be something that's contrived for drama's sake.

Oh! Another one is in AUs where Steve was still Captain America, and Tony is still Iron Man, and Howard was still lovesick after Steve died and Tony knew all about Steve as a child....and then the AU has Steve undercover or something and Tony doesn't recognize Steve's face. LOL. This sounds specific, but this exact set up has happened enough to where it bothers me. Like, it's kind of funny though, how annoyed I get over it lmao.

9) What's something that bugs you in fanfiction that you encounter often but isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for you as a reader?

I have a lot of not-dealbreakers. Primarily because if I were to strictly stick to my vision of every possible portrayal, I'd have like 3 fics to read. I'm picky in theory, not so much in practice because I'm also extremely greedy. I'll give one each for Stucky and Stony.

Stucky: That Steve crashed the Valkyrie because he was so sad about Bucky dying. I talk a little about how much I generally dislike this trope here. I think it's a huge disservice to this character, I will never take it seriously, and I will never write it. But, it's not a dealbreaker as long as it's not repeatedly more than....let's say 3 times in a fic. Looking back, I already gave this answer, so an additional one - Bucky being community dick and then getting upset that Steve doesn't realize that Bucky wants him and the tone of the fic also supporting that Bucky has a right to be mad lol. It's a weirdly common narrative point in a lot of fics and I just don't care for it. It's actually one of the reasons I tend to stay away from pre-CATFA fics. This trope also happens in Stony too, now that I'm thinking about it. What's up with that?

Stony: I (unsurprisingly) have a few to choose from, but I'll say - when it's written like Steve was horrifically out of line or the aggressor in AV1. It's super common (from throwaway lines to paragraphs about how Steve was an asshole) and there is a fine line that this has to walk for me not to dip. Usually, it's a couple of line about it, which I can ignore.

27) What's something that you think [insert fandom/pairing] doesn't have nearly enough of that you're starving for?

I have an embarrassing amount of rare pairs that I ship and I've been itching for a chance to let them out (/ = romantic or sexual, & = platonic).

Steve & Wanda. Oh my goodness, I am absolutely starving for more fics that show their growing bond from AOU to CACW. I would eat it up. Even in AUs, honestly. I said in another ask that I dislike kidfics, but guess what I'm outlining right now involving kid!Wanda...I just think there is something to explore there with Steve's care towards Wanda in canon. I feel like he understands her, to an extent, and anything he doesn't understand, he tries to sympathize with. He reaches out to her and that's so, so important to me. Because I adore Wanda. So much.

Rumlow/Steve. I want to clarify, not so much as a romance pairing (though I have read a couple like that), but more so as a one-sided creepfest on Rumlow's end. Something about him feeling an erotized violence/hatred towards Steve is so delicious to me. In my mind, it's not even love/hate - it's obsession. Maybe even coupled with a childhood admiration morphing into a disturbed/twisted fixation on Steve. I think this Rumlow likes to see Steve hurt. I also think he hates to be kept away from him. He's not deluded enough to think that Steve loves him back, he in fact, probably loves how much Steve hates him after the Hydra reveal. Yum.

Carol & Steve. Nothing much to say here, but I'm sure it's not too surprising. Captain Marvel is my 2nd most-watched MCU movie after CATFA. And I think their stories and journeys and experiences are so, so amazingly similar that I cannot resist the temptation of wanting them to be in every scene together. The squeal I let out when she first met Steve probably broke a few records.

I don’t disagree with most of what you said in your last post, and for the most part blame Bang PD and Hybe for everything leading up to where we are now. The only thing I don’t really understand is that it’s been proven that MHJ was trying to make it so that they were more independent from Hybe and thus Hybe would not actually gain from New Jeans success. Ador/MHJ/NJ’s clearly were not on board for bringing in more for Hybe to ease BTS’s burden, so why give them that credit? From what I can tell, if they had it their way BTS would not benefit from them doing well at all. Thanks for your message and thanks for being respectful with your criticism of MHJ. As a woman, I've really struggled with the lazy ad-hominem attacks BTS fans have used against MHJ rather than focusing on actual potential wrong doing on her part. Enough with pedo this and shaman that.

Fundamentally, HYBE owns an 80% stake in Ador. Since Ador is not a publicly traded company, there is no mechanism for outside investors to buy stock/invest in the company. There is absolutely no way whatsoever for MHJ to remove Ador from underneath HYBE. And because HYBE owns 80% equity, they receive 80% of Ador's revenue. The only way MHJ/Ador could hurt HYBE would be to intentionally lose money, which they haven't done. What they have done is build a solid product and brand that continues to be noticed and lauded by the media (Forbes, Billboard, etc.), music critics, creatives, and of course, fans. Also, the ROI on NewJeans is really impressive (see my next post).

In terms of wanting to be independent from HYBE, I suspect Bang PD promised Min Hee Jin autonomy at her label. She probably assumed that she could use her creative vision to create her own group and likely didn't expect she would be plagiarized by other labels under the HYBE Labels umbrella. Complaining about your boss sabotaging your success seems pretty legit and normal to me. BTS fans are quick to say she's made these allegations up, but folks, we've already seen this exact playbook after Jimin's success. BigHit "borrowed" Jimin's visual concepts for Jungkook's Seven almost verbatim. But copying his clothes and photography style is nothing compared to the lengths they went to not only reproduce Jimin's #1 on the BB Hot 100, but also to surpass and devalue all of his accomplishments with that crappy song that wasn't even written in house. BigHit/HYBE damaged Jimin's artistry and his brand value. Sorry, but that's unforgiveable in my humble opinion.

I personally don't see how the conflict between MJH and BSH has hurt BTS. If anything, it's galvanized an increasingly fractured fandom around a common enemy. The conflict has benefited RM the most as the fandom sprung into action in order to "protect" BTS from the witch. Simply look at the lackluster response to Hobi's Neuron and Teahyung's Fri(end)s compared to the response to RM's new album and singles. The fandom has obviously been losing momentum the longer the boys are away and now they have a new reason to be reinvigorated.

These are all the references I know of. In summary, she can affect morale of living humans and has prophetic visions not only of herself but also of others.

I also like the idea that the reason Mikoto could act so oddly at times was because of her visions draining her. Orochi speaks of it a bit.

I do think some of this is simply her personality, that she tried to face life with a smile and making others happy, but the more absent-minded type moments I like to think were actually her recovering from having a vision and trying to not worry anyone.

The one thing they don't really touch on is how Mikoto holds that barrier. Azura uses her songs to do similar things to Mikoto's powers, but it takes a larger toll on her. To maintain a barrier around Hoshido and for 10 years or so is a wild amount of power. I assume it has something to do with Mikoto being raised in Valla and being older, so she's more practiced.

My best guess is that the barrier is something Mikoto needs to maintain by performing the rite pretty frequently and that she's also familiar with dance and singing the same way Arete and Azura are. We just see her for such a short pocket of time that it doesn't really come up, but Orochi does say that she has a lovely voice.

One way I expand her powers in TOA is that she can also see events leading up to this point if the person is from fateslandia (any route) because of her powers coming from the First Dragon (Anankos), who affected the land pretty deeply. Of course, I only do this if the other mun agrees. For people like the Awakening trio, it's more limited cause they're not from Fates but spent time there. Otherwise, she can see the future of anyone (again, barring the other mun's permission).

She can also use her song power to quell enemies or bolster allies, which can mean different things with out-of-combat flavor text depending on how we wanna write it (inspiring them to fight, to feel elated, or conversely to feel sedated or a kind of peaceful calm that saps the will to fight). When she's using this type of magic, her focus is solely on that, so she can't fight in those moments.

Her powers are actually something I'd love to explore much more, especially the implication of changing someone's emotions even if only temporarily.

Ughh be ready to read a lot i like to ramble about them. First, for the parents question : vampire and alchemist do not have parents in my verstion. They come from the oven and the witches. No, they were not raised by anyone, they came out almost adult with existing knowledge of the world they're in. Alchemist headcanons ----- 🍇 The grape siblings were made with ingredients similar to other cookies (sugar, flour, butter, moonlight) except there's two ingredients that differs from regular ones : alchemist is made with grape and witch blood ! the latest ingredient was an accident, and cookies with witch blood should not be able to survive (it's an unstable ingredient and there's way too much dark magic in it) but alchemist happened to receive the exact perfect amount of blood for it to mix with her dough.

She's half witch but most cookie call her a 'half-god' since witches are considered as god-like entities on Earthbread. Alchemist consider it as a curse more than a blessing.

Alchemist has obviously a very strong interest in alchemy but she also do reasearches on magic and astrology. She admires those who practices them but refuses to admit it, which is also one of the reason she's wizard cookie's rival and friend.

One of her passion is discovering the origins of certain magic, how to recreate it. She has contributed greatly to the advancement of magic and alchemy.  She even used to be a alchemy teacher at a magic academy a long time ago, but no one but vampire is still alive to remember that –(they are very old after all).

She has a collection of relics, forbidden books, and items that have been cursed...  Both she and her brother feels a connection to those items. (Perhaps because they are cursed as well ?)

Alchemist has photographic memories and retains every information that she sees! when she's bored she learns the ingredients and compositions of different types of food. Also she wears gloves all the time because she's very sensitive to textures

Due to the witch blood inside of her dough she is capable of getting glimpses into the future. This ability pretty much happens randomly or when she comes in contact with something important (much like dimensional screams from pokemon dungeon cough cough i love that game).

She has weird claws coming out of her hair sometimes- it's magic stuff. It may look menacing but she only uses them for holding objects. (*the claws are inspired by her ovenbreak costume) Actually, alchemist is very weak and even if she creates dangerous things she can't do much by herself. - While she creates dangerous potions and artifacts, she wishes to protect the lives of other cookies more than anything and she hates to see one of her creations used to hurt people

Her harsh personality and constant shouting can be a bit intimidating but she's very kind when you get to know her.

Since she's from the same batch of cookies as vampire she does have some vampiric features, but it's very limited. (Night vision, she has sharp ears and fangs..) she's not affected by any of the regular vampire weaknesses and doesn't require life energy either like her brother

Alchemist and vampire likes to annoy each other all of the time. He likes to break into her laboratory to drink her potions, and she likes to replace his grape juice and wine with inedible and failed potions. (Vampire's fine. don't worry about it.)

It happens quite often that she takes trips around the world in search for more knowledge, but she always returns home. She will never say it out loud but she misses vampire  a lot when she's away for too long !

Vampire headcanons ----- 🍷 He has the same ingredients as alchemist except instead of grapes he's made of wine. Like alchemist he also had witch blood inside of his dough but it didn't mix as well as for alchemist with his ingredients and he became a bit cursed, that's why he's a vampire !

He's obsessed with wine. He knows everything about it from it's history, how to identify it's flavors... Vampire never gets tired of drinking wine ! Even if his favorite will and has always been wine, he likes to try new drinks quite often ! Sparkling gets to try his new recipes on him and vampire gets to test them :) !

Even if he's incredibly lazy he occasional travels to other places with his sister, but its only if he finds something that catches his interest (most often a relic or a specific type of wine).

While his main hobby is drinking wine and sleeping, he also has a few other hobbies! he enjoys reading philosophy, collecting old relics, and he rarely practices alchemy when feeling a bit more motivated. He also has decent knowledge in mixology. People are always surprised when they see him make drinks, he thinks it's funny to see their surprised face • He's actually naturally talented and can do many things easily, but it's very often that he finds things boring and uninteresting... He actually puts efforts into the things he likes, but only the ones really close to him notices it.

He's generally a very positive and optimistic person ! he's chilling and nothing can bother him. Despite his constant laziness and him being a bit weird he  somehow gets along well with a lot of people and is friend with people who are way more famous than he is.

Because of his nature as a vampire his magic tends to lean more toward dark magic, being capable of absorbing other's life energy and manipulating shadows.

Being a vampire, he shares most of their weaknesses (can't get near garlic, silver burns, the blessed light and religious objects hurts him…) However he can get under the sun for quite a while even if it does make him feel sick eventually. He's mostly nocturnal anyway, so he doesn't see the sun often.

Vampire requires life energy to survive, he can absorb it from a distance (like the regular attack in cookie run where he regens his health) or bite them which gives a lot of energy but it’s much more painful. For that reason, he prefers to use the first option even if it gives less energy. -- You don't have to be scared about him biting you without permission anyway, if he did he would get in trouble, but he's been allowed to attack enemies if they invade the kingdom so you better behave ! • He can retract his wings. don't ask how, it's just magic. (Fun fact : One of his pair of wings is connected to his hair like alchemist's claws)

Due to the witch blood being not really compatible with his other ingredients, he gets really sick randomly during the year. This can also happen when he's out of life energy too, but these usually leave him feeling very unwell and weak.

Due to the mix of wine and his vampire curse, he's always very sleepy and his memory is terrible… He spends entire days sleeping and even take snaps during the night. It can be a bit dangerous when he gets too sleepy because he just sits down in the middle of the street and just… falls asleep. --- Vampire doesn't mind being that tired, According to him, the constant fuziness in his head is comfortable and he loves taking naps ! • Alchemist and his friends are very worried over his health, but he really doesn't care... as long as he's happy, nothing can bother him !
