Here, every character is sorted into one of 9 age-related categories to expediate appropriate shipping. No need to keep mental notes on everyone's age! You can see all potential matches at once, making it easier to unlock all the Date Quests guilt-free.

The categories:

WILD CARD

The Protagonist is officially 17 years old and legally considered a minor, placing them as an older teen; however, each individual player's own age must be taken into account, as well as their interpretation of the game's canon. A 12-year-old player can and should focus on characters their own age, and a 50-year-old may not want to roleplay as a high schooler. You decide who to ship with the Protagonist.

OLDER OR AGELESS ADULT: 65+

These people have been around for a long time--or forever! While they don't all act their age, they're clearly quite old and identify as such. I, personally, prefer to ship them with each other or mature adults, because I think they'd get along better with people who have similar intellects and experience levels.

MATURE ADULT: 40-64

Past the anxieties of youth, these characters are secure in their social roles and knowledge of themselves. Many are in positions of authority or caregivers to other characters, adding to their mature appeal.

YOUNG ADULT: 20-39

While they're no longer minors, young adults are still plagued with the insecurities of youth, separating them from mature adults. If I don't actually know a young-looking character's age, the decision between adult and teen is based on factors like career, emotional maturity, and whether they actually learn anything at school, if they even bother to attend.

OLDER TEEN: 16-19

Older teens are free from both the restrictions of childhood and the demands of adult life, making this a very popular demographic for escapist media. Characters at this tier are explicitly defined in-game as minors or (high school) students, if they're not given specific ages.

YOUNGER TEEN: 13-15

Young teens are barely older than children and they certainly act like it. These kids have a stated age, mature voice actor, and/or blatantly adolescent hormonal surges, separating them from younger characters.

ACTUAL CHILD: 12 and under

Housamo is rated 12+, so there are a few children here. Regardless of their chronological age or memories, all of these little guys have the psychological maturity of normal children and depend on older characters as protectors and caregivers.

ADULT CHILD: 18+

Whether they've just reincarnated, aren't allowed to age, or embody divine youthfulness, these baby-faced brats are not actually children. They don't act like real kids, they don't get along with real kids, and some of them even refer to themselves and each other as adults. This unusual tier is distinct from both children and adults, and they can only be shipped with each other.

I don't know all the characters, especially not the most recent. You'd think it would be obvious from looking at them, but Reprobus is a teenager and Itzamna is an old man despite both of them looking like normal adults, so I don't want to make assumptions. Plus, if I don't know their age, I certainly don't know their romantic interests, so I don't feel comfortable shipping them regardless.

I'm not 100% sure of everyone's ages, so feel free to correct me if you see someone out of place.

Meanwhile, at certain tower at Roppongi, a chubby young man in vintage military attire tries to hold up a violent banging upon the door of gathering hall where he tries to hide from his guildmates demanding for the painting.

Then, the door stops from banging, Licht sighs waiting it was really over, but the door suddenly bursts revealing the guildmates who demanded the painting.

Scenario: The strength and youth of his scales was something held pride in. Of course, he can’t keep his soul from soaring when he finds that you too admire them.

(Sorry if my writing style has changed too much. Depression does that when you let it rob your hobbies. Hopefully I’m not too rusty in writing for this fandom.)

A glinting gold, rivaling even that of the very sun hanging high up above this enclosed world of Tokyo. How was Ophion supposed to ignore this visage of his in front of the mirror and not sing his own praises? While the quality of his clothing doesn’t compare to the handmade clothes of his homeland, they serve their purpose in further enhancing the muscles embracing his structure.

The warm tones do well in making his natural colors pop out.

You, the one Ophion considers most precious, smoothly stood in front of him, blocking his view of the mirror. You reach out and snapped his suspender against his chest. Ophion felt no pain, but it made his heart flutter beneath his sturdy scales.

“Those things are strapped tight,” You chuckled as you pulled at them again. Ophion stopped you with a gentle finger on your wrist. “Hm?”

“Oh, my dear spouse,” Ophion has all the wealth in the world. It’s why he would so easily grab both his suspenders and let them tear, “if my clothes are getting in the way, all you have to do is say so. I won’t let anything stand in your way, especially if your goal is to have my glorious self.”

You snorted, smoothing a hand over the large expanse of his chest. Ophion had no choice but to puff up with pride. There’s no greater reward than your attention, after all.

“You say that as though I don’t already have you,” you drummed your fingers over his heart, “as though I haven’t hunted you, time and time again. Are you so eager for another game like that?”

In this near eternal cycle that is his life, of course such a thing would have him at your beck and call.

“If I say yes,” Ophion couldn’t keep his tongue from slipping over his teeth, “would you hunt for this beating heart once more? Would you take my precious body of gold for yourself?”

You thumb smoothed over the little but tightly aligned scales on his forearms. “Isn’t that natural when you’re placing yourself on the sliver platter for me?”
