Sustainable changes
Nicolas had just been promoted to Senior Product Manager. But the condition was that he had to take a foreign assignment for two years. He had reckoned with Germany, the USA or maybe Japan. India would also have been okay. But he was supposed to go to Turkmenistan. His employer had just bought a large agricultural cooperative there, which was now to be converted in the direction of ecological and sustainable agriculture. On the one hand, this sounded like a completely unknown field of work. Nicolas had previously worked more in the consumer goods sector. On the other hand, anything that bore the label "sustainable" was naturally a career driver at the moment. So he took a cautiously optimistic approach.
Once Nicolas arrived at his new workplace, the optimism quickly evaporated. He had arrived somewhere in the middle of nowhere. There was no office building, there were only barracks. Mostly not air-conditioned. He had expected to be put up in some hotel. But he had been given a room with a farmer. Toilet in the yard. Bathroom was an outdoor shower served from the cistern. He felt infinitely silly in his outfit.
In the first service meeting, a colleague asked him if they could tweak Nicolas's resume a bit for the presentation to the workers. It might be good for his credibility if they could give him some local roots. Nicolas was tired. The trip had been exhausting. He remembered his parents' Russian gardener. A picture of a man. Former combat swimmer. And of the Turkish cook. So he answered, one may mix in there with pleasure something Russian and Turkish. The main thing was that he was allowed to retire now.
The night had been hell. It smelled like a pigsty in his room. And he could hear the pigs too, as if they were sleeping in bed with him. There was no hot water to shave with. And company policy forbids the use of shower gels containing microplastics without functioning wastewater treatment for environmental reasons. So all he can use is a bar of curd soap. When introduced to the staff, he looks appropriately a bit bedraggled. One of his colleagues asks Nicolas to say something in Russian. He has to think a bit. His grandmother sometimes spoke to him in Russian. But it's enough for a "I'm happy to be here and look forward to working with you. The employees cheer for their new boss.
Before Nicolas takes a shower the next morning, he drives the pigs out of the barn. If he's going to share the roof with them, he might as well make himself useful. His hosts invite him to breakfast. The conversation in Russian is still a bit bumpy. Nikolai hasn't spoken his father's language for years. And his host family, of course, actually speaks Turkmen. But with hands and feet it works. And so it goes on in the office. The team meeting was supposed to take place in English. But the interpreter dropped out. With every hour it gets better. The memory of his father's language comes back.
At breakfast, Nikolai realizes that he understands Turkmen better than he thought. It definitely works out that his hosts ask him in their native language. But he prefers to answer in Russian. Nikolai speaks it again as fluently as he did when he lived with his father in the Sevastopol army barracks. At work, they discuss the tasks for the next few days. Nikolai considers the projects for preventing soil erosion and unused surface water runoff to be urgent. Everyone passionately discusses the possibilities of transforming agriculture to get by without artificial irrigation. But Nikolai realizes that it will be difficult to irrigate only naturally in the desert.
The next morning, Nikolai surprises your host family with a few words of Turkmen. With his fluency in Russian and Turkish as his mother's language, it's not that hard for him to learn the language. On the job, they speak almost only Turkmen anyway. Today, his job is to drive the fields and inspect and document the environmental damage. Nikolai doesn't even need to shower for that. It will be hot anyway. And air conditioning is only for wimps. The point is to save energy wherever possible. In the afternoon, he gets a call from headquarters. They are very pleased with his work on site. It is clear that the project would not make an economic contribution. But the advertising impact is enormous. Whether he is interested in accepting a junior director position at the headquarters in Paris.
Nikolai turns his camera, bares his left breast and says in broken French that his heart beats for his new home. He won't leave until the desert blooms again.

wait they managed not to broadcast any force india cars for a weekend?? when and why did this happen??
Oh this is a severely fucked up occurrence that I will try to stay brief about but. Basically in 2012 formula one raced in Bahrain as a pretty much implicit sportswashing measure (I'm wary of throwing the term around but f1 had cancelled the race in 2011 due to 'political unrest' aka mass protests from a civilian population that were being violently put down, and in 2012 were explicitly asked to return in what was seen by most as the Bahrain government trying to show they had returned to normal and there were definitely no more human rights abuses happening.) This was widely condemned by both international charities and local activists but Bernie insisted it was all good and they would race no matter what. To put into perspective how fucked the situation was, a protester was killed the weekend of the race.
(side note if you look into this deeper and actually investigate the politics going on behind a Motorsport pov a lot of drivers showed their asses here in their response and it's interesting especially in the case of Sebastian and Lewis how they reacted here VS how they would probably have reacted today.)
So that's. The background. Now here's the insane part. Obviously there were local protests against this, a lot of them. But only one incident really seemed to rattle f1 and that was a hire car of Force India mechanics had a petrol bomb thrown at it. Nobody was hurt but subsequently Force India decided not to participate in the later practice session so the staff could all return to their hotels before it got dark outside.
F1 was. Pissed. How dare you ruin our messaging. There is nothing wrong here, we're all having a great time here, there is no unrest whatsoever the government and their money are doing a great job. Also, this was back when news breaking on twitter was a fairly new concept so the process of these rumours coming out via twitter were very very messy and drew more attention to the sport.
So in what was probably an effort to avoid this online speculation and people demanding answers, during the first practice session, f1 decided the world was populated entirely by toddlers with no object permanence, and if they just didn't SHOW force india, nobody would remember to ask them about the force india petrol bomb rumours. So you had one session where every single team was getting screen time EXCEPT force india - like, I remember it being commented on as odd at the time - and a weekend where the camera kept cutting away from force india cars jarringly as much as it could.

Work Togehter
Plot:Y/N is a rogue RAW agent and is to be extradited to India, so both Jonathan Pine and Pathaan must work together to keep her from escaping again...but Y/N also has a plan....
Pathaan (2023) x Night Manager Crossover
Jonathan watched the woman through the glass. He could see her, but she could not see him. She was attractive and under different circumstances, he would want her, but she was sitting there for a reason. He crossed his arms in front of his chest and continued to look at her. "This is Y/N Y/L/N, a rogue RAW agent," Kristin, the head of MI6, said as she stepped up beside him.
Jonathan finally averted his gaze from Y/N and looked to his boss. After taking down Roper, he was offered a job as an agent by MI6 and he took it. "What do you want me to do with her?" he asked Kristin.
"She's to be extradited to India," she said, and he sighed.
"What exactly do I have to do with that? I'm not in charge of extraditions. Put her on a plane and be done with it," he said, annoyed, "I'm an agent."
"If the circumstances were different, we would, but we have reason to believe she's working for a terrorist organization called Outfit X...It would be too dangerous to just put her on a plane," she said, and Jonathan furrowed his brow.
"And what am I supposed to do? Babysit her until she gets to India?" he asked seriously.
Kristin shrugged her shoulders and nodded. "Yes, if you put it that way, but not alone.... Colonel Luthra is sending us one of his agents, who should arrive any moment..." she said, looking around when her gaze stopped at a man, "Or he's already there." -Kristin walked to him and Jonathan followed- "Jonathan, this is Pathaan. Pathaan, this is Jonathan. You will work together to extradite Y/N to India."
Jonathan looked at him and nodded. "Hello," he said, shaking his hand. Pathaan nodded as well.
"There's a car waiting for you outside," she said, "You'll descend until your flight is ready, and until then you'll wait in a hotel room." She held out a note and a key card to them, which he took.
The two men looked at her in confusion. "Why not leave them here?" asked Jonathan of them.
"The fewer people who know their location, the better," she said, entering the room. Y/N looked at her and took a deep breath when she saw Pathaan.
"Seems like I'm coming home again," she said firmly and Pathaan crossed his arms in front of his chest, "How are you, Pathaan?"
He looked at her and shook his head. He came to her and pulled her up. "Why so hostile?" she asked, laughing slightly, "Are you still mad that I betrayed you? It was nothing personal."
"Pathaan..." said Jonathan, "We have to go."
Y/N looked at him and sighed. "Seems I have two bodyguards now," she said, and Jonathan stepped up to her and handcuffed her hands. Both men each walked on one of her sides as they walked with her to the car. Their destination was already entered in the navi and Jonathan sat in the driver's seat while Pathaan sat in the back with Y/N.
They drove in silence for a while and finally she sighed. "Are you going to shut me up, Pathaan? We were colleagues, after all."
"I have nothing more to say to anyone like you," he said quietly in Hindi. "You are a traitor."
Y/N stopped answering and leaned back, looking at Jonathan. "And who are you?" she asked, "I think I should at least know the name of one of the men I should be spending my time with."
"Jonathan Pine," he answered simply, and drove on quietly.
She shook her head at the answer and looked outside. "Talkative you're not really," she said quietly, watching them now pull into a dark parking garage that probably led to the hotel.
"Stay," Jonathan said as he stopped and got out. He looked around for a moment to make sure no one was following him and opened the Y/N door. Pathaan got out himself and joined Jonthan. He pulled Y/N out and she was led by the two men to an entrance that led through the private employee corridors and to an elevator. The three of them got in and rode up to the floor that was on the note.
Pathaan held her by the arm when the elevator stopped and led her out, following Jonathan. He finally stopped in front of the room and opened it. He let Y/N and Pathaan go ahead. "Am I going to have to wear these handcuffs all day, or am I going to be allowed to move around the room freely?" she asked. Jonathan looked to Pathaan for his opinion.
He came to him and took the key before going to her and opening them while looking at her. "If you try to escape, I will shoot you most personally," he said firmly to her.
Y/N smiled and shook her head. "We both know you've had the chance before," she said, walking further into the room. "Only one double bed for three people?"
"We won't both be sleeping, but one will be keeping watch," Jonathan said.
She shrugged her shoulders. "If I have to...I'll take a shower," she said and went into the bathroom. There she undressed and went into the shower. Somehow she had to make it out of here before she would be taken back to India. Y/N washed her body and after a short while stepped out again and wrapped a towel around herself.
She opened the door a crack when she heard the men talking. "What did she mean you already had the chance?" asked Jonathan Pathaan, watching him take off his jacket and put it on the table.
"She betrayed me when we were on a mission in Russia. I haven't seen her since," Pathaan said and sat down on a chair. Y/N bit her lip because he was still just as attractive as he was then. Actually, both men were more than attractive. "I had a chance to shoot her, but didn't."
She quietly closed the door again and smiled as she got an idea. She dropped her towel again and stepped out of the bathroom naked. Both men looked at her in surprise. "My clothes are dirty and I would hate to wear them again...you guys don't have a problem with that, do you? It's nothing you haven't seen before, especially Pathaan pretty much knows this body..." -Jonathan managed to avert his gaze and looked to Pathaan and then back to her. His eyes roamed over her body-"Didn't he tell you? We were together until I got the offer from Jim...He had the chance too, but he turned it down..."
Y/N sat down on the bed, not even trying to avoid the stares of the two men. "Because unlike you, I don't betray my country..." he said firmly and she shrugged her shoulders.
"The pay is a lot better," she said, "Besides, what has it ever done for you?"
Pathaan looked at her firmly. "Just get dressed."
"Like I said...I don't have anything fresh," she said. He stood up and took off his shirt, holding it out to her. "Who says I want to wear anything at all? Jonathan seems to like the view as well..." Y/N looked to him and parted her legs a little more.
"Enough already, Y/N," Pathaan said firmly. Jonathan stayed out of it, but didn't avert his gaze from her. She stood up and walked over to Pathaan. She stroked her fingers across his muscular chest. He grabbed her wrist and stopped her. Y/N didn't let that stop her, however, and pressed her body against Pathaan, leaning up to brush her lips against his. He pushed her back and she fell onto the bed.
"Don't feel like it? Maybe MI6 agent though," she said and stood back up and walked over to Jonathan, who had been just watching silently until now, and leaned in to him before brushing her lips against his. One hand wandered down to his crotch and rubbed his erection for a moment. "He seems to want me..." she said against his lips, looking to Pathaan whose jaw was tense.
Jonathan stopped her now, too, and pushed her off him as he stood up. Pathaan stepped closer so that she was now standing between them. "So you want to play with both of us? Who says you have to say that?" asked Pathaan, wrapping an arm around her and pulling her against his chest. Jonathan stepped further toward her and pressed his body against her as well.
"We promise you that you will burn your fingers if you do this," he said. Y/N looked at him.
"Then do it instead of just lecturing me," she urged them out, feeling Pathaan's hand stroking further down to her pussy and stroking it. She moaned softly and curled into his arm. Jonathan bent down to her neck and kissed it, sucking on the skin.
Pathaan thrust two fingers into her, making her moan and claw more into his arm and Jonathan's shoulder.
Suddenly they both stopped and Pathaan pushed her into the bed. Jonathan began to undress, as did Pathaan as he pulled down his pants. When both men were completely naked, Y/N saw Pathaan crawl onto the bed and she moaned softly at the sight. Jonathan joined her at her side and sat on the bed next to her head. Pathaan crawled between her legs and placed his rough hands on her hips. He let one hand slide to her back and lifted her up. With his other hand he grabbed his cock and rubbed it against her pussy. When he suddenly thrust into her in one hard thrust, she moaned loudly and looked to Jonathan as she felt the tip of his cock against her lips.
"You're still as tight as I remember," Pathaan moaned.
"Open your mouth," Jonathan said and she did as he asked and he pushed into her mouth. He wrapped her hair around his hand as he began to move inside her mouth, as did Pathaan, thrusting hard and deep into her tight pussy.
She moaned around Jonathan's cock in her mouth as they both thrust into her. Y/N concentrated on breathing through her nose as Pathaan thrust into her. One hand moved to her clit and rubbed it. She arched her back and Jonathan took her hand and wrapped it around the rest of his cock that wouldn't fit in her mouth.
Y/N felt her orgasm building and she cum suddenly and unexpectedly. Pathaan pulled out of her, as did Jonathan, and they changed places. Jonathan turned her onto her hands and knees and Pathaan sat in front of her. He wrapped his hand in her hair as well and pressed the tip against her lips while Jonathan slowly thrust into her pussy as well.
Pathaan thrust into her mouth and she moaned as he pushed his whole cock into her. Jonathan began to move inside her and thrust into her faster. She moaned around the cock in her mouth and clawed at Pathaan's thighs as they thrust into her mouth and pussy at the same pace.
Jonathan now began to rub her clit as well, as he pulled her hips against him with each thrust. Her second orgasm built again inside her and she cumming again around Jonathan's cock this time. The two men pulled out of her and spun her around. Jonathan came up to her and knelt on the other side of her head as Pathaan and he pumped their cocks a few more times and shot their cum into her mouth and moaned.
Y/N swallowed the mixed cum of the two men and smiled and then licked her lips. Pathaan and Jonathan lay down next to her so she was back in the middle. They pulled the blanket over her and Y/N closed her eyes as she slowly fell asleep together between the men. When she woke up again, both Pathaan and Jonathan were still asleep. Carefully, she slid out of bed and picked up her pants and took Pathaan's shirt before putting it on and walking out of the hotel room, but before she did, she looked back at the bed and smiled.
As soon as she was gone, Pathaan and Jonathan opened their eyes and Pathaan reached for his phone and looked at the tracking app. "We should get dressed and follow her," Jonathan said.
"I'm out of shirts though..." he said, sighing as he stroked his face. "I'll just put on my jacket..."

Oh yeah, you're right, 14 years of my life working with the public across cafes, restaurants, hotels, hostels, cinema, bookstores, theatres and box offices and I haven't encountered enough rude customers lmao.
Humans SHOULD do this job. Maybe you think people will suddenly be normal and chill and have no stupid questions because they aren't facing a human.
The difference is that I think retail workers should be far better compensated.
Digital tills aren't AI. They're just basic ass software. There's no need for an LLM or an art thief AI to be stuffed in there.
The people you would still have in store with a "differen role" are STILL retail workers and they will STILL be dealing with customers, some of them unhappy, and all of them asking questions from the human rather than the smart till. They'll need to refill the shelves and clean the store and write recommendations and make big spenders feel special.
Thinking in terms of scifi and dreaming up a society in which AI is capable of doing my job better than me, while we're all on some golden universal income, is detrimental to everyone.
AI bros are more than happy to sell the idea of AI as replacement to workers, even if they then have to turn around and completely lie about it and actually have their AI be a bunch of Indian workers!!!
Meanwhile, no government I know of is actually interested in giving me universal income that pays for all my rent, bills, and leaves me enough to enjoy myself besides. They're not willing to fully train me for a better, AI safe job.
And do you know what? Retail sucks because of shitty managers and insane store rules more than rude customers.
I spent years selling books and it was an awesome job. I loved my colleagues and I enjoyed making displays, writing reviews, reading lots of books ahead of publications so I could excitedly recommend. Nothing tickled me more than pitching the perfect recommendation for someone looking for their next reading club book or finding what would work for the christmas present of a young niece not reading enough.
And NOTHING beat the joy of that same guy, back in early January, looking for me across the shop so he could come and brightly thank me, because the graphic novel I sold him about a girl doing ice skatting besides school drama captivated his niece and she's now jumped into reading YA novels.
People remembering me months after and coming for ME because they trusted my recommendations. People gifting us boxes of chocolate for the staff to enjoy. People thanking us with tears in their eyes because we organised an event and they just got to shake hands with their absolute favourite author.
You think I'd want to give ANY of this to AI when AI 1/can't do it, and 2/I could just enjoy doing this with better hours and better pay if only the government can be curb stomped into caring for us?
Don't even come at me with the "not all retail--" angle. Lots of people enjoy lots of different things, and ALL retail workers should be better paid and have better rights, and automation (not AI necessarily) should always be a tool that helps instead of a tool that replaces, so long as society isn't ready for a mass replacement of a vital low-level education work force.

the ESI Act in India: A Safety Net for Employees
Introduction
In India, the Employees' State Insurance Act (ESI Act), 1948, serves as a vital social security and health insurance scheme for workers. The Act provides financial support and medical care to employees in the event of sickness, injury, maternity, and death due to work-related causes. It is one of the most important labor welfare laws in India, designed to ensure that workers do not face financial instability due to unforeseen health or employment-related issues.
In this blog, we will explore the ESI Act, its provisions, the benefits it offers, and how it plays a crucial role in safeguarding employees’ rights.
What is the ESI Act?
The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, is a comprehensive social security law that provides healthcare benefits and financial security to workers in case of illness, injury, maternity, disability, or death. The Act aims to protect workers in the organized sector from the economic hardships caused by such events.
Under the ESI Act, both employers and employees contribute to a fund that is used to provide these benefits. The system is managed by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
Key Provisions of the ESI Act
1. Applicability of the ESI Act
The ESI Act applies to establishments with 10 or more employees (in some states, this threshold can be as low as 5), and employees earning up to a specified wage ceiling. The Act covers a wide range of employees working in factories, shops, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses in the organized sector.
The law applies to both public and private sector employees and provides protection to those working in risky or hazardous industries. The scheme is mandatory for eligible employees, and non-compliance by employers can lead to penalties.
2. Benefits under the ESI Act
The ESI Act provides several benefits to workers and their families, including:
a. Medical Benefits
Sickness Benefits: Employees who are unable to work due to illness or injury are eligible for cash benefits that help replace their income for a specified period.
Medical Treatment: The ESI scheme provides free medical care, including hospitalization, surgery, medicines, and other treatment related to illness, injury, and maternity.
Family Health Benefits: The medical coverage extends to the worker’s dependents, including spouse, children, and in some cases, parents.
b. Maternity Benefits
Women employees covered under the ESI Act are entitled to paid maternity leave of up to 26 weeks, which includes medical care and financial assistance during pregnancy and childbirth.
In addition, the Act also provides for post-delivery care and a continuation of medical benefits for the mother and the child.
c. Disability Benefits
Temporary Disability: If an employee is temporarily disabled due to an accident or injury at work, they are entitled to compensation in the form of a cash benefit until they are fit to return to work.
Permanent Disability: In cases of permanent disability, employees are entitled to a lump sum compensation or periodic payments based on the degree of disability and loss of earning capacity.
d. Death Benefits
If an employee dies due to a work-related injury or illness, their family members are entitled to financial compensation in the form of a family pension or lump sum payment.
This is especially important for families who may lose the primary breadwinner due to an accident at work.
e. Unemployment Benefits
Employees who lose their jobs due to retrenchment or closure of the factory may receive unemployment allowance for a certain period under the ESI scheme, though this is typically conditional on the employer's compliance with certain criteria.
3. Contributions to the ESI Fund
The ESI Act is financed through contributions from both employees and employers:
Employees contribute 0.75% of their monthly wages to the ESI fund.
Employers contribute 3.25% of the employee’s wages, making the total contribution 4% of the wages.
Contributions are mandatory for employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month (₹25,000 for employees with disabilities). These contributions are deducted from the employee’s salary and paid to the ESI Corporation. Employers are required to ensure regular payment of these contributions to avail benefits for their employees.
4. ESI Medical Facilities and Hospitals
Employees who are covered under the ESI scheme can avail themselves of medical treatment at any of the ESI dispensaries or hospitals. The ESIC operates a vast network of medical facilities across India, providing free medical treatment to insured employees and their families. The hospitals are equipped to provide both outpatient and inpatient services.
5. Registration and Compliance
Employers are required to register their establishment with the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) if they meet the criteria for applicability. Employers must also ensure that they deduct the ESI contributions from their employees’ wages and make timely payments to the ESIC. Non-compliance or failure to register can lead to penalties and legal consequences.
Why is the ESI Act Important?
1. Social Security for Employees
The ESI Act is a crucial component of social security in India, offering workers essential benefits in times of health crises, injury, or financial difficulty due to maternity or disability. It serves as a safety net, reducing the financial burden on employees and their families.
2. Promoting Worker Welfare
The Act not only protects employees but also promotes their overall welfare by ensuring access to free medical care and the necessary financial support in times of distress.
3. Encouraging Workplace Safety
Since the ESI Act covers injuries and illnesses arising from work, it encourages employers to take greater responsibility for workplace safety. By offering compensation and health benefits, the Act incentivizes employers to invest in creating safer working conditions to minimize accidents and injuries.
4. Reducing Financial Strain
For workers, especially those in low-wage sectors, the ESI scheme provides critical financial support during times of sickness, injury, or maternity leave. The provision of free medical care helps reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, which can otherwise be a significant burden for families.
5. Fostering Employee Confidence
By offering a well-structured welfare scheme, the ESI Act helps build trust between employees and employers. Workers are more likely to feel secure in their jobs when they know that they are covered in case of illness, injury, or other health-related issues.
Challenges in the Implementation of the ESI Act
While the ESI Act has brought about significant improvements in the welfare of employees, there are still challenges that hinder its full potential:
1. Limited Coverage
The Act applies only to establishments with 10 or more employees, which excludes many small businesses and informal sector workers. As a result, a large portion of the workforce, particularly in rural areas, remains uncovered by this important welfare scheme.
2. Awareness and Compliance Issues
Many employers, particularly in small-scale industries, are either unaware of the Act's provisions or fail to comply with its requirements. This lack of awareness leads to non-registration, non-payment of contributions, and the denial of benefits to eligible employees.
3. Delayed Processing of Claims
Workers sometimes face delays in the disbursement of benefits due to administrative inefficiencies. There have been reports of delays in medical reimbursements and compensation claims, which affect the workers who need the support the most.
4. Quality of Medical Facilities
While ESIC-run hospitals and dispensaries provide essential medical services, some facilities suffer from issues such as overcrowding, lack of infrastructure, and shortages of medical personnel, which affect the quality of care provided to insured workers.
5. Complex Documentation and Procedures
The process of registering with ESIC, submitting claims, and receiving benefits can sometimes be complex and bureaucratic, discouraging some employees from seeking assistance.
The Way Forward
To improve the effectiveness of the ESI Act and extend its benefits to a larger section of the workforce, the following measures can be taken:
Expanding Coverage: The Act should be extended to include small-scale businesses and informal workers to ensure that the benefits reach a larger portion of the workforce.
Simplifying Processes: Simplifying the registration and claims process can make it easier for employees to access benefits, especially for those in remote areas.
Increasing Awareness: More awareness campaigns and training programs should be conducted for employers and employees to ensure better compliance with the law.
Improving Medical Infrastructure: Upgrading the quality of medical facilities and ensuring better staffing and resources in ESIC-run hospitals will enhance the overall healthcare experience for workers.
Conclusion of Employees' State Insurance Act-
The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, is an essential piece of legislation designed to provide social security, health benefits, and financial protection to workers in India. Through its various provisions, it ensures that employees are safeguarded against the economic and health-related challenges they may face during their working life.
By expanding coverage, improving implementation, and addressing existing challenges, the ESI Act can continue to play a pivotal role in securing the welfare of Indian workers and promoting a healthier, more productive workforce.
