I VOTE DOING ONE OCTOBER PROMPT OF EQUESTRIAN MATTY & GEORGE BTW

So, I told myself (and you all) I probably wasn't going to write anything else in the ATKH 'verse unless it was maybe some kind of prequel one day. I have however, had this idea rolling around in my brain for the last few months and after getting this ask I said fuck it. It might not be one of the October Prompts, but it's technically a request / prompt fill? IDK it's short but it's here, so enjoy a little peek into the future lives of Equestrian / Horse Boy Fictional!Matty and Fictional!George from the All the King's Horses universe. I'm sorry it's short!

July 2028.

George could practically feel the anxiety radiating off of Matty as he walked Sally from the warm up ring to the arena. He had warmed up well, both he and Sally forward and seemingly confident. It had been a surprise to see just how visibly nervous he was when they began the trek from the warm up to the arena, Matty nearly trembling in his show coat. 

George was a few paces behind him, letting him have a moment to converse with Jamie, likely going over the final plan for the course. Ross was off to the side as well, ready to wipe Sally’s nose and shine Matty’s boots one last time before he entered the ring. George swallowed hard. He couldn’t believe that they were here, he couldn’t believe he had made it. But at the same time, they had, and Matty had worked hard for it, and George knew he deserved it. 

“Hey,” said Jamie, gesturing for George to come closer, reaching out for the water bottle that George was holding so he could give it to Matty. He nodded in thanks, handing the dented yellow hydro flask up to him. Matty smiled, accepting it with a small thanks as Jamie held onto Sally’s bridle.  

“Good luck,” said George, Sally was pawing at footing in the ingate, clearly annoyed she was being forced to stand quietly, “and have fun.”

“Thanks,” said Matty, his voice small, rough with nervousness, like the word had gotten stuck in his throat, and he had struggled to dislodge it. He took another sip from his water bottle and handed it back down to Jamie who gave Sally a pat on the neck. 

Lana exited the ring, flashing George and Matty a smile as her grooms rushed forward to clip a lead rope onto Norman’s bridle, the stallion prancing as he made his way down the aisle. 

“Time to go,” said Jamie, giving Sally one last pat. Matty nodded, swallowing hard, as he shortened his reins and trotted into the arena, leaving Jamie and George behind at the ingate. THe crowd cheered, Matty and his comeback story becoming something of a fan favorite within the equestrian community, his tarnished reputation shined and Sally earning her own fanclub. 

They had shown in Temecula more times than George could count, they had shown in every ring at Galway Downs. Matty had shown more classes in this ring in particular than George even wanted to try and recall. But he knew that it was different this time, a red and blue coat on Matty’s shoulders, an American flag on his saddle pad and Sally’s bonnet. The expectation of a nation weighing him down as he faced off against the five Olympic rings. 

The buzzer went off and Matty picked up the canter. The announcer was introducing him to the crowd, going over his and Sally’s biography but George didn’t hear  a word the announcer said, despite having the bio memorized, having spent nearly an hour laying on their living room floor helping Matty write it. They approached the first jump, a large and colorful oxer. George smiled. Matty was an Olympian.

K: What’s the angstiest idea you’ve ever come up with?

I answered this here, but for funsies, I think From a Lover's Point of View is also going to be really sad and so is Unsent, the fic I have planned using the Unsent Project.

M: Got any premises on the back burner that you’d care to share?

Absolutely I do. I think I've said a little bit about this idea, but I have an idea for a fic that's inspired by the Zach Bryan's "Tishomingo." I've been sitting on the idea for ages, but it would be about horse boy!fictional!Matty running away from some big, bad Event and eventually ending up in Tishomingo, Oklahoma working with young performance ranch horses and fictional!George eventually following him there and convincing him to come home. Here's one I haven't shared yet though: I have this vague idea, it's like half an idea for a fic that maybe lives in the same universe as Lola. I was thinking about the phrase 'a girl is a gun' and now I have a paragraph of fictional!George thinking about fictional!Matty, maybe Lola!Matty, and what, for lack of a better word, he is.

Wyatt Earp. Frontier marshal - Stuart N. Lake Well. This is where fame started. Earp would have been forgotten in the Arizona sands (as he wanted), but after the scandalous boxing match between Fitzsimmons and Sharkey, the forgotten Earp was remembered with unkind words by the entire biased press of San Francisco, and after, many years later, Lake became interested in him. And accidentally made him a national hero at a very hard time. Of course, he SIGNIFICANTLY embellished the biography and wrote it as if from the perspective of Wyatt himself, which caused further confusion. Western knight in a white hat on a white horse, defender of orphans and the poor, an ideal man. Uh-huh, yeah, damn it. But we owe everything to this book. 

There is an opinion that the old man didn’t like Lake, so he sabotaged his story in every possible way, telling the writer less than a captured partisan would say.

Tombstone. An Iliad of the Southwest - Walter Noble Burns book that started it all, and produced a number of fictional but iconic phrases (like i’m your huckleberry). It's funny that the book came out before the Frontier marshal, but didn’t hit the jackpot. In general, this is understandable, the Frontier marshal is aimed in structure and style at the reader who needs an interesting spirit-uplifting reading. This book is hard to read, isn’t focused on one person, but as an introduction to the origins of the legend (and this is really the creation of a legend) - definitely a must-have.

Wyatt Earp's Tombstone Vendetta - Glenn G. Boyer  the author claims that this story was told to him by the son of a man who once personally knew Wyatt VERY closely since the time of Tombstone (the person chose to remain anonymous) and that this man accidentally got involved in almost all historical events (and the author also personally annoyed a bunch of Earp's relatives, Kate's relatives, Matty’s and McLaury’s). And sometimes he gives out SUCH unexpected facts that it’s just really hard to believe. But it's wonderfully written. There is a GORGEOUS DOC here, he is just GORGEOUS. Well, ship-moments are just f u c k i n g  good. I recommend reading with a touch of critical thinking. But if at least half of what was told is true - boy oh boy.

The World of Doc Holliday - Victoria Wilcox is the perfect source of material where Doc lived and traveled. Written in the spirit of travel writing in short articles. A golden book for people with ADHD, the brain receives interesting information in short articles  about the life of those times, about the transport system of America. A very nice reading. But the information regarding Doc is outright bullshit occasionally.For a biography, you'd better read Gary Roberts.

Tombstone's Treasure. Silver Mines and Golden Saloons - Sherry Monahan is the holy bible of Tombstone's material. A VERY detailed description of the inner city cuisine, saloons and mines, just a hell of a lot of interesting and useful information, written in an easy and entertaining way, I strongly recommend

Kurukshetra and the O.K. Corral: A Comparative Narrative Analysis of "Wyatt Earp" and the "Mahabharat." -  Scott R. Stroud Mahabharat. And the history of the Earps. And a huge number of COINCIDENCES. Incredibly hilarious reading, incredibly hilarious references. No, I'm serious, the parallels are incredibly transparent and obvious, you wouldn’t believe me. And another beautiful parallel are Krishna-Doc. oh god, I'm crying. The quote about death-the-destroyer-of-worlds sparkled with new colors. 

Hour of the Gun - Robert Krepps novelization of the 1967 movie. That was directed by the same man who directed the 1957 movie Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. The level of gay tension is just overwhelming. The author ships docatt with the fury of a thousand suns. Strongly recommend. gay gay homosexual gay.

The Earps talk - Alford E. Turner a series of sanitized and annotated interviews that Earps gave throughout their lives. A good insight into the heads of the brothers, but we must remember that Earps formal education sucked, although they were smart men, but speak SO artistically, as they allegedly did in the interviews, they hardly could. Doc could. Brothers? I don’t think so

TOMBSTONE An original screenplay. Fourth draft - Kevin Jarre  basically the title speaks for itself. 4th version of the script, there are a lot of scenes that weren’t included in the film. The script was greatly reduced and cut, which only benefited the movie, as there are no side lines and a bunch of unnecessary characters. Well, the cherry on the cake is a canonized docatt, I showed this quote once. With an almost spoken declaration of love. Lord, we've been robbed

Wyatt Earp Meets Doctor Death - Andy Rausch  an outright fanfiction. Imagine Jack the Ripper in the wild west. The dialogue is golden, but the characters are fucked up. And Josie is also The Ripper. Have you watched the Miike Snow clip Genghis Khan? There's a manic woman at the end - that's the same vibe

Tombstone: The Earp Brothers, Doc Holliday, and the Vendetta Ride from Hell - Tom Clavin is a nice non-fiction book, with more attention on Earp and Doc than Clavin's other books.

The Most Famous of All Manhunters

“Calling Nick Carter!  Another case for Nick Carter, Master Detective.  Yes, it’s another case for that most famous of all manhunters, the detective whose ability at solving crimes is unequaled in the history of detective fiction - Nick Carter, Master Detective!”

In 1886, readers were introduced to a brilliant detective, a master of both disguise and deduction, who tackled the cases that baffled the police.  Think you know who it is?  If you guessed Sherlock Holmes, you’re a year too early.  Arthur Conan Doyle’s first Holmes adventure was published in 1887, one year after the debut of Nick Carter, a character who went from dime novels to pulp magazines, and then to film and later radio.  Though not as well known today, Nick Carter enjoyed a long career as one of America’s most celebrated detectives, and his run on the air began on April 11, 1943.

Carter’s first adventure was “The Old Detective’s Pupil,” which appeared in the September 18, 1886 issue of Street & Smith’s New York Weekly.  Street & Smith were one of the largest publishers of dime novels in the country; in fact, the plot of the first Nick Carter story was dreamed up by Ormond G. Smith, son of one of the magazine’s founders.  Writer John Russell Coryell wrote the story and two more before he decided there was more money in writing romances.  The character was turned over to writer Frederick Rensselaer Dey, who penned a Carter novel (25,000 words) each week for seventeen years.  Carter became so popular that Street & Smith launched a separate magazine devoted to his exploits.

Nick Carter was a clean-cut, teetotaling, private detective.  He had an encyclopedic knowledge of the world and possessed almost superhuman strength; he could “lift a horse with ease…while a heavy man is seated in the saddle.“  Nick had been groomed for the gumshoe game from birth by his father, a famous detective named “Old Sim” Carter.  Based in a ritzy New York apartment, Nick’s cases would take him all around the world.  And he was famous all over the world, too.  In 1908, the first of three Nick Carter film serials hit French movie screens, with sequels following in 1909 and 1912.

By 1915, the solo Nick Carter magazine had folded, but the character continued to make appearances in Street & Smith’s Detective Story Magazine.  Later, after the company found pulp novel success with the exploits of The Shadow and others, Nick Carter was back in his own pulp magazine.  In 1939, Hollywood came calling (albeit several years after French film producers), and Walter Pidgeon starred as Nick in three movies from MGM.

When the character came to radio in 1943, it was in The Return of Nick Carter.  Those early shows tipped their hat to the character’s pulp origins with subtitled adventures (for example, “Murder in the Crypt…or Nick Carter and the Jackal God”).  Actor Lon Clark, a former opera singer, took the role of Nick and kept it until the series left the air in 1955.  His 12 years as Nick Carter are bested only by Bennett Kipack’s 13 years as Mr. Keen, Tracer of Lost Persons.  On radio, Carter was presented in the clean-cut mold from the pulps.  He had a fancy brownstone house with a crime lab and shooting range in the basement where he’d work out cases with his friends and colleagues Patsy Bowen and reporter “Scubby” Wilson.  They’d be called in, sometimes relcutantly, by Sgt. Mathison (affectionately known as “Matty” to Nick) on tough crimes that left the NYPD stumped.

Clark was supported by Helen Choate (a former radio Lois Lane) and later Charlotte Manson as Patsy.  Ed Latimer provided the thick Irish brogue for Matty for much of the series.  Scripts came from Walter B. Gibson, who wrote the pulp novels and fleshed out the history of Carter’s Street & Smith stablemate, The Shadow.  Other writers on the show were Edith Meiser, who contributed scripts for Sherlock Holmes, and sci-fi author Alfred Bester.  Walter Gibson also worked on the series’ short-lived spin-off Chick Carter, Boy Detective (Chick was Nick’s adopted son who followed in the family business).

The show, later retitled Nick Carter, Master Detective, aired on the Mutual Network until September 25, 1955 - outlasting several of the better known gumshoes of the Golden Age of Radio.  When the radio series ended, Carter didn’t hang up his badge and gun.  He was resurrected in the 1960s as a James Bondian secret agent in over 200 Nick Carter - Killmaster novels.  In 1972, Robert Conrad, late of The Wild Wild West, starred as Carter in a turn of the century mystery set in the Victorian Era that would have served as a pilot for a new series.  Unfortunately, this didn’t get picked up, but Nick Carter is still kicking over a century after he first appeared in print.  His mix of brains and derring-do, with a healthy dose of pulp heroics, are well worth rediscovering or enjoying for the first time.

I REALLY love the people I care about ( only my pets and fictional characters) and I love giving/making people random things, mostly flower bouquets or little sketches I think they would like. I ride horses competitively and I have a horse named Caesar (I call him my gay son) I like collecting crystals, doing art, catching bugs(moths and butterflies), playing video games, growing plants, making flower arrangements, and I sleep all the time. My sun sign is Gemini, my moon sign is Leo and my rising is Virgo. I’m generally a pretty impulsive person, I have ADHD and I really try to control my volume. I’m really self conscious about it and I’m not very comfortable with my body. I really want to be an architect so I’m really trying to do well in school but it’s pretty hard for me. My love languages are physical touch, gift giving, and words of affirmation. I’d like a partner who just likes to hangout with me and do little things like paint or bake together, someone who would like to listen to me ramble about my special interests this also goes the other way pls tell me about the things you like to and explains them in great detail trust me I WANT TO KNOW. I cant stand people who get really loud when they get angry or they yell at people, don’t even get me started on people who infantilize me bc or talk to me like I don’t understand things 😐🤚 like, stay away from me. Stephen Furst, actor who played Flounder in ‘Animal House,’ dies at 63

(CNN)Stephen Furst, the actor who played the hapless, beanie-wearing frat boy Flounder in the 1978 movie “Animal House,” has died at age 63, his son, Nathan Furst, told CNN on Saturday.

“It was from complications from diabetes,” Nathan Furst said. “Over the last several years it was getting worse a little bit. Sort of the typical things that tend to happen when you have diabetes a long time.”

Furst appeared on TV in “St. Elsewhere” and “Babylon 5,” but he was best remembered for his role as the innocent freshman Kent Dorfman in “National Lampoon’s Animal House,” which ushered in a brand of raunchy comedy.

His character was rejected by other fraternities at the fictional Faber College but got into the hard-partying, rule-breaking frat nicknamed Animal House. Bluto — the house wild man played by John Belushi in his own breakout role — gave Dorfman the nickname Flounder. A series of mishaps and humiliations followed.

Flounder accidentally killed a horse — apparently by inducing fright — by firing a pistol loaded with blanks into the air during a midnight prank in Dean Vernon Wormer’s office.

He was also the recipient of one of the movie’s most famous lines, delivered by Wormer: “Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son.”

Furst was born May 8, 1955, in Norfolk, Virginia, as Stephen Fuerstein, according to the Internet Movie Database. He was orphaned at 16 and raised by an aunt, the Turner Classic Movies archives said.

He started acting in high school, partly because he was self-conscious about his weight, he said in a 1985 interview with the Chicago Tribune.

“I’m one of the most insecure people in the world, always have been, and when you’re a fat kid, you try to make the fat jokes before other people make them,” he said.

“I went to high school in Virginia Beach, Va., and we had these guys, they were surfers. They didn’t like me, never talked to me. And if they didn’t like you, they threw toothpicks at you. After I did a play, it was different. I found out I was pretty good at something.”

He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and delivered pizzas in Hollywood, giving himself publicity by putting his picture and resume inside the pizza boxes, IMDb said. Producer Matty Simmons discovered him and put Furst into “Animal House.”

After “Animal House,” he kept getting Flounder-like parts and reprised the role in “Delta House,” an ABC sitcom based on the movie, according to the Turner Classic Movies archives.

Furst had a more serious role playing Dr. Elliot Axelrod on the NBC series “St. Elsewhere” from 1983 to 1988. His character fought questions about his competency and obesity — a real-life struggle for Furst, who weighed more than 300 pounds at times.

He played an alien ambassadorial aide in “Babylon 5,” which ran on TNT from 1994 to 1998, and found roles on shows like “Have Faith” on ABC. He had a recurring role on “Melrose Place” in the 1990s.

Furst directed “Baby Huey’s Great Easter Adventure” in 1999 and “Magic Kid 2” in 1994.

After he was diagnosed with diabetes in 1996, Furst dropped more than 85 pounds and appeared in an educational video produced by the American Diabetes Association.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lorraine Wright.

the new all the kings horses is so good!! my jaw dropped when he switched back to thinking of him as matthew instead of matty because thats what he called him earlier when he didn't trust him. i feel so bad for matty though 😭😭😭

AHHH thank you so much for reading! I hope it was worth the wait and I apologize again for taking so long to post it. My body was being very rude and falling apart on me. Thankfully I think I'm better now (even though I did accidentally set my alarm last night for 4:30PM instead of 4:30AM so I was rather late for my 6am riding lesson lol)

Poor Fictional!Matty is really going through it. He thought he was giving Fictional!George space because that's what HE likes / wants when he is injured/unwell and also is absolutely shitting himself that he is now expected to travel and go to all these horse shows this summer. That's not what he signed on to do, he hasn't shown properly in YEARS and he basically got ran out of the sport before. And now Fictional!George is accusing him of stealing medication?! (He didn't by the way) and also for setting him up to steal his rides on the horses (also did not do)?! Like he thought Fictional!George loved him and he was thinking maybe he loved Fictional!George as well and instead he has somehow managed to get his heart broken standing in the aisle way at his place of employment.

AHH I'm so glad you noticed that bit about calling him "Matty" vs "Matthew" it was a switch that I know people noticed but didn't comment on when it first happened and I was so excited for it to flip back to "Matthew" when things went south. If you can believe it though, the outlined version of this chapter was set to be even more devastating but then I back tracked a little and was like "Ally chill." Awww thank you so much! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed Patient Zero and Thirteen! Making Fictional Matty suffer is one of my favorite pass times! Fictional Matty just continues to bring it upon himself and I am loving every minute of it!

I’m out of the loop on the Matty eye situation- I was out of state with the girl I nanny for at a horse show (and I didn’t even get to bring my own horse and show myself which was a bummer) and therefore have barely been on any social media that’s not horse related 😭 (Got to witness a few gnarly wrecks though and now I cannot wait to go snuggle my own pony on Tuesday) I saw Matty had an eye patch but I didn’t realize it was a medical thing and not an ~aesthetic~ thing 😬 I’ll do some research (re: watch concert videos and scroll twitter and tiktok) and see if the plot bunnies will surface 😉

I did get a very nice comment on my Matty fic (Sometimes) this morning, and the plot bunnies are in fact doing something with that one! We will see what ends up happening! I think I have more ideas than time these days, though I have been wanting to actually write the companion fic I have outlined.

The jury is still out though, on whether or not they will get back together! Fictional!George might not be done making a mess of things yet...

But aaahhhh I wasn’t expecting that!!! I’m so excited for where it will go next !!

Also you talk about horses so well you can really get a sense of like personality as you’re reading even though I know NOTHING about horses at all

Also the mix between fictional Jamie being overly harsh but still somewhat caring in this story is cool

LOL Fictional!Matty says getting hurt and being vulnerable is extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable why would anyone want to draw attention to that lol He's just going to hang out with Mars and let Fictional!George lick his wounds and pull himself together in private. Fictional!George meanwhile is like ☹️ where is Fictional!Matty?! It's not from a malicious place at all, it's just different ways that they react to hard situations.

I'm so happy to hear that I still managed to have some surprises up my sleeve! I know that I sometimes foreshadow a little *too much* in my writing, so I'm so happy to hear my plot twist was still a surprise twist! I am ALSO so very excited for the rest of this fic and how everything will unfold, especially since *Fictional!MATTY* is the one now leaving for the summer and Fictional!George will be home, with a broken shoulder while Fictional!Matty gets the ride on all those horses...

LOL I 100% was like what's my thought process while riding, how can I get into Fictional!George's head for this scene. Granted, my internal monologue is a lot more of "whats the next jump, knock it off Pop, look where you're fucking going, one, two, three, hey, rude, LEAD CHANGE good boy, HEY, one, two three, you're fine four, five, FUCK, okay, we're fine, good boy Pop, which jump is next fuck, TURNING, woops, we're fine, okay we're done, circle, WALK PLEASE POP, WALK, WALKKKKK" I decided to make Fictional!George's a little more sophisticated lol I love horses so much 🥰

Yes Fictional!Jamie is a fun character, like yes, he's overly hard on them, but he's like that old school tough as nails trainer, it's a different generation and a different breed, and he does care about them and want what's best for them. Like, is yelling at Fictional!George for putting himself in a bad situation by leaving the jacket on the standard because he was distracted by oogling Fictional!Matty instead of paying attention to his surroundings valid? Yet, BUT yelling at him about it while he is physically laying in the dirt because he just broke his shoulder probably *isn't* the right time for such conversations. BUT this is also his business and his livelihood? Like this is his job and also these are 1,200 pound prey animals that could cause a lot of damage very quickly and very easily...

Oooo I never thought of Ducklings Fictional!Matty entering his skirt era for comfort reasons 🤔 Every time I would see IRL Matty wearing skirts/dresses all I could wonder is if he ALSO does that thing where you have to give at *least* three twirls when you put them on and also make fashion voices based on maximum twirl ability (I actually just ordered that stupid floofy athletic skirt that Taylor Swift was wearing because it kept showing up in an instagram ad and it's from a small woman owned business and even if I'm over her I do love a twirl-able mini skirt with BUILT IN SHORTS AND POCKETS I will report back when it arrives I have high hopes) But yeah, Ducklings Fictional!Matty will most likely be entering the Skirt Era™️ of all my Fictional!Matties he seems like he would be the most into it.

ally!! the way i ran to ao3 as soon as i saw the ducklings update…i am in love with this fic and simultaneously bewildered at how you have managed to pull me into a genre of fic that i have avoided for years.

it is a testament to your writing and the way you write our poor fictional!matty. he is really going through it and i’d be lying if i said i wasn’t enjoying it slightly 🫠 (as someone with my own knee problems i have to say i appreciate that fictional!matty also has to suffer the same ailments as i do lol)

YAY!! Asks!! Thank you so much for coming up with these! Get exciting for me to ramble and overshare (but do you expect anything less?!)

What got you into writing fanfic in the first place?

I have been writing fanfic since before I was even old enough to know what it really was. I was always day dreaming and drawing pictures inserting my own characters into my favorite stories, or forcing my favorite characters into my own situations (my mother used to transcribe the adventures of various Disney princess for me lol) the first *real* fanfiction I remember writing was in 5th grade for the book Eragon. My childhood best friend and I had a red spiral bound notebook that we passed back and forth and wrote our fic in. In terms of The 1975- I've been a fan of theirs since the Robbers music video started showing up on my Tumblr dash back in like 2014? (I couldn't figure out who I wanted to be more... Matty or the Robbers girl and years later I still in fact do not have an answer for that one lol) And I realized they were the same band that sang the song Chocolate. However, I didn't start posting my writing for them until last year when I was Going Through It™️ and my Bestie encouraged me to use it as an outlet (sorry Fictional!Matty! that's why your life sucks!)

2. What boundaries would you not cross as a writer regarding content?

I don't think I've actually killed off any *main* character or public figure yet and I can't actually see myself doing that? At least in something that I post for public consumption? Honestly that could change though. I don't really have any boundaries I'm not willing to cross because I am a firm believer that fanfiction is still considered art and art is supposed to make someone feel something and even make them uncomfortable. I actually have a fic that I've been working on that I'm hesitant to share because I'm not sure boundaries exist and I don't want to offend anyone (again) 😂

3. Has a fic ever made you cry? And if so, what was it about that fic?

This question isn't fair. I am a cryer, everything makes me cry. I started crying the other day because I love my horse so much (he's totally fine he was just looking super cute and was all happy I brought him carrots.) So yes, lots of fics have made me cry. Anything that I read that I can tell the author poured their heart into writing is honestly going to make me at least tear up and I am not ashamed to admit it. That's why I don't wear mascara on my lower lashes and only wear waterproof eyeliner 😂

4. How do you feel about abandoning fics?

I've only officially done it once, for a Hockey RPF fic that I just, wasn't enjoying working on. Everything else is just on "Hiatus" until I remember it exists again even if it takes years. I don't consider myself a quitter and abandoning a fic that I've started posting kind of breaks my soul. HOWEVER I do have a folder on my Google Drive that's just a graveyard of abandoned and half finished fics that I never posted that I go and visit sometimes.

5. Are there any novel authors you like that have influenced your writing style?

Yes! For sure 100%. However, I am currently sitting here going "I have never read a book before in my life" which is obviously a bold face lie you should see my GoodReads page but not really because there is a ton of my real life personal information on it lol Even though he's not (technically) a novelist (even though he did write a book!) can I say Pete Wentz? He's probably one of the writers I look up to the most. The way he bends words to pen lyrics just... scratch an itch in my brain and I hope I can one day make someone feel the way Fall Out Boy lyrics make me feel and I 100% feel like the flowery way he writes has influenced my to some capacity.
