So, it's spring. And so far I've picked up my half used daily planner, a new journal for make up project pan to track my results (may post later), a little notebook for behavioural activation therapy, two notebooks for fics ideas (short analysis of consumed media which leads usually to fics I'd love read/write myself). I also picked a new notebook as a reading journal which is not working at all as I am struggling to pick up a book or to commit to it. It feels like doing push ups without any previous training 😣
BAT is actually what got me into doing everything mentioned above. I have some victories and some failures (still struggling to go for a walk, even short one). But on "obligation" side of things, I am doing better at doing chores like cleaning, laundry, and even cooking is balancing between a chore and hobby, esp when I try new dishes.
So I guess, not all is lost?
